- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括在所述 第一基板(1)朝上一面分别靠近左右两侧边缘区域对称设置的第一定位槽(14),所述第一定位槽(14)为凹槽结构,并且所述的第一定位槽(14)内一一对应设有与所述第一基板(1)左右边缘平行的第一定位柱(16),所述第一定位柱(16)的两端分别与所述第一定位槽(14)的内侧壁连接固定;还包括位于左右所述第一定位槽(14)之间对称设置的第二定位槽(15),所述的第二定位槽(15)为凹槽结构,所述的第二定位槽(15)内一一对应设有与所述第一基板(1)左右边缘平行的第二定位柱(17),所述第二定位柱(17)的两端分别与所述第二定位槽(15)的内侧壁连接固定。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括与所述第一定位槽(14)一一对应配合的多个栏杆(18),所述的栏杆(18)竖直设置,并在底部垂直连接设有一段定位臂(20),所述定位臂(20)远离所述栏杆(18)的一端设有弯钩朝上的第一挂钩(21),所述第一挂钩(21)嵌入所述第一定位槽(14)中并钩挂在所述第一定位柱(16)上;所述的定位臂(20)还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板(22),所述支撑板(22)与第一基板(1)上表面相接触。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括与所述第二定位槽(15)配合的挡块(23),所述挡块(23)为镂空的楔形结构,并且下方水平设有与楔形斜坡方向相同的下滑板(24),所述挡块(23)通过底侧的第一燕尾(25)与所述下滑板(24)上侧的第一燕尾槽(26)滑动配合;所述下滑板(24)位于靠近所述挡块(23)小端的一端设有弯钩朝上的第二挂钩(27),所述第二挂钩(27)嵌入所述第二定位槽(15)中并钩挂在所述第二定位柱(17)上。所述下滑板(24)的所述第一燕尾槽(26)中按滑动方向设有若干竖直的贯通孔;所述挡块(23)的所述第一燕尾(25)垂直设有向内部贯穿至镂空部位的销孔(28);所述销孔(28)内设有销钉(29),所述销钉(29)经所述销孔(28)向下延伸并嵌入所述燕尾槽中的任意一个贯通孔中;还包括设置在所述挡块(23)的镂空区域内的固定架(30), 所述固定架(30)顶部设有与所述销孔(28)同轴的贯通孔;所述销钉(29)沿所述销孔(28)向上延伸,并在穿越所述固定架(30)后的一端同轴连接设有提帽(31);所述销钉(29)位于所述固定架(30)下侧设有周向定位片(32),所述定位片(32)上方设有与所述销钉(29)同轴的弹簧(33),所述弹簧(33)顶部与所述固定架(30)配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括竖直连接布置在所述第一基板(1)上方,并形成槽壁的第一围板(34)及第二围板(35);所述第一围板(34)底部设有连接板,所述连接板对应各个所述的第一定位槽(14)的区域设有弯钩朝上的第三挂钩(37),所述第三挂钩(37)嵌入所述第一定位槽(14)中钩挂在所述第一定位柱(16)上;所述第一围板(34)左右两端分别设有第二燕尾(38),所述第二围板(35)的左右两端设有与所述第二燕尾(38)配合的第二燕尾槽(39)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:所述连接腿(2)共有九只,并以三排乘三列方式构成矩形的阵列,构成所述阵列四个角位置的所述连接腿(2)与所述第一基板(1)四角位置相对应;
- 根据权利要求6所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:所述的栏杆还包括嵌套设置在顶部的延长接杆(40),所述的栏杆(18)顶部为中空结构,所述延长接杆(40)底部设有嵌入所述栏杆(18)顶部中空部位的第一轴头(41);所述延长接杆(40)顶部结构与所述栏杆(18)顶部结构特征相同;还包括水平方向横跨左右所述栏杆(18)的横连杆(42),所述横连杆(42)的两端向下垂直连接设有嵌入所述延长接杆(40)顶部中空部位的第二轴头(43)。
