木制托盘使用实木材料钉制而成,其尺寸精度不高,寿命不长,承载能力受限,在潮湿环境中容易走形,尤其是受潮后的木制托盘,容易腐朽散架,一旦没有及时发现,在摆放重物时,及有可能造成货物坍塌引发危险事故。尤其纯实木的托盘的大量生产造成了极大森林资源浪费,因此木制托盘有诸多弊端。
为了弥补木制托盘的不足,还有一种塑料托盘,虽然其制作精度得以保证,而且还可在潮湿环境中使用,但是塑料托盘抗冲击能力差,尤其是气候寒冷的北方,在托盘作业中,叉车一旦插偏,叉车托臂撞击塑料托盘的支撑部位,致使其碎裂,给装运工作带来麻烦。另外,由于塑料托盘为一体结构,一旦出现裂痕,整个托盘无法进行维修,只能变为垃圾废料。同时在大量的塑料托盘生产过程中,还造成了严重的环境污染,因此塑料托盘不适合大规模生产使用,其造成的后果得不偿失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能灵活组装的多功能物流托盘,从而解决上述技术背景中传统托盘使用寿命短,破损后无法维修的问题。由于其是分体可拆卸结构,因此当受损后可方便的更换破损部件,提高了托盘的利用价值。
一种多功能物流托盘,主要包括水平设置的矩形的第一基板,第一基板下方连接设有多个柱状的连接腿。连接腿共有九只,并以三排乘三列方式构成矩形的阵列,构成阵列四个角位置的连接腿与第一基板四角位置相对应。连接腿设有多个贯通上下两端的螺丝孔,第一基板设有与各个连接腿的螺丝孔对应的第一贯通孔,并通过上部螺丝从第一基板上方向下穿过第一贯通孔与连接腿的螺丝孔栓和紧固。
优选的,还包括四根截面呈U形的包边,各个包边通过开口的一侧分别包裹在第一基板的四周边缘。在第一基板被包边包裹的区域内,贯通设有多个第二贯通孔,第二贯通孔内同轴设有具有弹性的空心的胶套,包边的U形开口的两端设有与胶套中空部位对应的开孔。还包括经开孔贯穿包边两段的穿钉。包边的内侧壁设有与第一基板边缘之间水平的间隙,间隙内填充具有弹性的胶条。还包括连接各个包边之间的包角。
优选的,连接腿底部设有脚垫。脚垫横断面外轮廓略大于连接腿横截面,并且设有与连接腿的螺丝孔对应的安装孔。脚垫通过下部螺丝从脚垫下方向上穿过安装与连接腿底部的螺丝孔栓和紧固。第一基板、连接腿及脚垫连接后的总高度达成标准托盘高度。
优选的,还包括与第一基板设置相同的第二基板,第二基板通过螺丝与连接腿底部的螺丝孔栓和紧固。
优选的,包括在第一基板朝上一面靠近各个边缘区域左右对称设置的第一定位槽,以及靠近第一基板中部左右对称设置的第二定位槽,第一定位槽 及第二定位槽均为凹槽结构,并且第一定位槽与第二定位槽内设有与相近一侧第一基板边缘平行的第一定位柱及第二定位柱,第一定位柱及第二定位柱的两端分别连接固定在各自所在凹槽的内侧壁上。
优选的,包括多个与第一定位槽配合的栏杆,栏杆竖直设置,并在底部来接设有一段定位臂,定位臂远离栏杆的一端设有弯钩朝上的第一挂钩,第一挂钩嵌入第一定位槽中并钩挂在第一定位柱上。定位臂还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板,支撑板与第一基板相接触支撑。
优选的,栏杆还包括嵌套设置在顶部的延长接杆,栏杆顶部为中空结构,延长接杆底部设有嵌入栏杆顶部中空部位的第一轴头。延长接杆顶部结构与栏杆顶部结构相同。还包括水平方向横跨左右栏杆的横连杆,横连杆的两端垂直连接设有嵌入延长接杆顶部中空部位的第二轴头。
优选的,包括与第二定位槽配合的挡块,挡块为镂空的楔形结构,并且下方水平设有与楔形斜坡方向相同的下滑板,挡块通过底侧的燕尾与下滑板上侧的燕尾槽滑动配合。下滑板位于挡块小端的一端设有弯钩朝上的第二挂钩,第二挂钩嵌入第二定位槽中并钩挂在第二定位柱上。下滑板还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板,支撑板与第一基板相接触支撑。
优选的,下滑板的燕尾槽中按滑动方向设有若干竖直的贯通孔。挡块的燕尾部,垂直设有贯穿至镂空部位的销孔。销孔内设有销钉,销钉经销孔向下延伸并嵌入燕尾槽中的任意一个贯通孔中。还包括设置在挡块的镂空区域内的固定架,固定架顶部设有与销孔同轴的贯通孔。销钉沿销孔向上延伸,穿越固定架后的一端同轴连接设有提帽。销钉位于固定架下侧设有周向定位片,定位片上方设有与销钉同轴的弹簧,弹簧顶部与定位架配合。
优选的,包括竖直连接布置在第一基板上方,并形成槽壁的第一围板及第二围板。第一围板底部设有连接板,连接板对应各个第一定位槽的区域设 有弯钩朝上的第三挂钩,第三挂钩嵌入第一定位槽中钩挂在第一定位柱上。第一围板左右两端分别设有第二燕尾,第二围板的左右两端设有与第二燕尾配合的燕尾槽。
本发明的有益效果:多功能物流托盘减小了木材的使用比例,保护了降低了森林资源的浪费,其破损后的零部件均为可拆卸可维修设计,从而降低了托盘的报废率。
由于是可以自定义组合设置,多功能物流托盘底部的连接腿可以适应多种使用场景,兼容四个方向的叉车托举作业,还可以支撑地牛模式,双面设置等,并通过更换不同高度的脚垫实现国家标准的托盘规格。
多功能物流托盘具有保护包边,包边能减小擦碰造成的托盘受损。包边还具有缓冲功能,其内部设有橡胶缓冲垫,当收到大力撞击时,可缓解冲击力保护托盘不会碎裂。
多功能物流托盘设有多个挂载点,通过挂在点可对运输的货物进行固定宁。同时还配备与挂在点配合的多种功能附件,如:通过钩挂在挂载点上的栏杆,只需简单操作就可实现对杆状货物稳定运输的作用。其中的栏杆还具有和延长连接可横向固定的延长接杆及横连杆。
通过挂在点安装在托盘上的挡块可对油桶类容易滚动的货物进行固定,同时为了适应各种直径的货物,挡块还具有间距可调功能。
为了承载流体类的货物,托盘还可以通过挂载点连接围板并组成运输池槽,从而满足流体货物的运输工作。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6图7、图8、图9、图10,多功能物流托盘主要包括水平设置的矩形的第一基板1,第一基板1下方连接设有多个柱状的连接腿2。连接腿2共有九只,并以三排乘三列方式构成矩形的阵列,构成阵列四个角位置的连接腿2与第一基板1四角位置相对应。连接腿2设有多个贯通上下两端的螺丝孔,第一基板1设有与各个连接腿2的螺丝孔对应的第一贯通孔,并通过上部螺丝从第一基板1上方向下穿过第一贯通孔与连接腿2的螺丝孔栓和紧固。还包括四根截面呈U形的包边5,各个包边5通过开口的一侧分别包裹在第一基板1的四周边缘。在第一基板1被包边5包裹的区域内,贯通设有多个第二贯通孔,第二贯通孔内同轴设有具有弹性的空心的胶套,包边5的U形开口的两端设有与胶套中空部位对应的开孔。还包括经开孔贯穿包边5两段的穿钉10。包边5的内侧壁设有与第一基板1边缘之间水平的间隙,间隙内填充具有弹性的胶条11。还包括连接各个包边5之间的包角6。其中的包边5为可为不锈钢材质,因此具有强度高,耐摩擦的特点。在托盘作业中包边5将来自横向撞击的力传递给胶条11,通过 胶条11的缓冲,将撞击的受力点压强降低,同时根包边5向内溃缩,并通过穿钉10及空心的胶套8将力缓冲给第一基板1,从而达到了降低冲击力的作用,保护了第一基板1不容易损坏。而在托盘作业中,由于叉车没对正会造成的对连接腿2的撞击,连接腿2可为铝型材,受到横向力的撞击时会,其表面会凹陷变形,从而缓冲对第一基板1的冲击力,而被撞坏的连接腿2可通过简单的拆装几颗螺丝进行更新,废旧的连接腿2可做回收利用。
多功能物流托盘的连接腿2底部设有脚垫12。脚垫12横断面外轮廓略大于连接腿2横截面,并且设有与连接腿2的螺丝孔对应的安装孔。脚垫12通过下部螺丝从脚垫12下方向上穿过安装与连接腿2底部的螺丝孔栓和紧固。第一基板1、连接腿2及脚垫12连接后的总高度达成标准托盘高度。还包括与第一基板1设置相同的第二基板13,第二基板13通过螺丝与连接腿2底部的螺丝孔栓和紧固。其中脚的可以为硬橡胶材质,在托盘作业中可有效的保护地面不被划伤,同时还可以起到减小落地的冲击力,脚垫12的高度还可以根据不同标准的托盘高度进行设定,从而保证托盘作业方便进行。还可以将脚垫12替换成第二基板13,此时的多功能物流托盘为双面设置,其同样通过拆装几个螺丝钉来实现,这为不同的托盘作业需求提供了方便。
在第一基板1朝上一面靠近各个边缘区域左右对称设置的第一定位槽14,以及靠近第一基板1中部左右对称设置的第二定位槽15,第一定位槽14及第二定位槽15均为凹槽结构,并且第一定位槽14与第二定位槽15内设有与相近一侧第一基板1边缘平行的第一定位柱16及第二定位柱17,第一定位柱16及第二定位柱17的两端分别连接固定在各自所在凹槽的内侧壁上。通过托盘表面的第一定位柱16及第二定位柱17,实现了多挂点功能,在装运货物时可通过绳索对货物进行固定。
多功能物流托盘包括多种附加配件,通过与不同的附加配件组合可实现 各种具体化的功能,其中包括多个与第一定位槽14配合的栏杆18,栏杆18竖直设置,并在底部来接设有一段定位臂20,定位臂20远离栏杆18的一端设有弯钩朝上的第一挂钩21,第一挂钩21嵌入第一定位槽14中并钩挂在第一定位柱16上。定位臂20还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板22,支撑板22与第一基板1相接触支撑。在应用过程中,先倾斜栏杆18,将第一挂钩21钩挂在第一定位槽14的第一定位柱16上,再将栏杆18向托盘边缘位置放正,此时在第一挂钩21的作用下,栏杆18与第一基板1的平面形成约束,同时通过定位臂20两侧的支撑板22,使栏杆18稳定的直立在第一基板1边缘,这种设置的栏杆18尤其适用于装载散装管一类的物品,在栏杆18的围挡下,散装管类的货物不会滚落。
栏杆18还包括嵌套设置在顶部的延长接杆40,栏杆18顶部为中空结构,延长接杆40底部设有嵌入栏杆18顶部中空部位的第一轴头41。从而解决了栏杆高度的变的功能。延长接杆40顶部结构与栏杆18顶部结构相同。还包括水平方向横跨左右栏杆18的横连杆42,横连杆42的两端向下垂直连接设有嵌入延长接杆40顶部中空部位的第二轴头43。当栏杆到达一定高度时,为了保持稳定,栏杆18或延长接杆40的顶部可连接横连杆42,横连杆42将左右栏杆进行横向固定,防止栏杆18被挤压变形。
栏杆18顶部为空心结构,在不连接延长接杆40或横连杆42的时候,顶部增设可移除的封盖19,从而防止雨水等异物落入栏杆18内部,影响影响延长接杆40的正常插接配合。
多功能物流托盘的附加配件中有专门为运输大形柱体货物的专用挡块23,其中的挡块23为镂空的楔形结构,并且下方水平设有与楔形斜坡方向相同的下滑板24,挡块23通过底侧的燕尾与下滑板24上侧的燕尾槽滑动配合。下滑板24位于挡块23小端的一端设有弯钩朝上的第二挂钩27,第二挂钩27 嵌入第二定位槽15中并钩挂在第二定位柱17上。下滑板24还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板22,支撑板22与第一基板1相接触支撑。下滑板24的燕尾槽中按滑动方向设有若干竖直的贯通孔。挡块23的燕尾部,垂直设有贯穿至镂空部位的销孔28。销孔28内设有销钉29,销钉29经销孔28向下延伸并嵌入燕尾槽中的任意一个贯通孔中。还包括设置在挡块23的镂空区域内的固定架30,固定架30顶部设有与销孔28同轴的贯通孔。销钉29沿销孔28向上延伸,穿越固定架30后的一端同轴连接设有提帽31。销钉29位于固定架30下侧设有周向定位片32,定位片32上方设有与销钉29同轴的弹簧33,弹簧33顶部与定位架配合。在装载柱体货物前,先将下多个下滑板24通过第二挂钩27与第二定位槽15进行配合,然后根据圆柱体货物的直径将挡块23的第一燕尾25与下滑板24的第一燕尾25槽配合,其过程中需要始终保持提帽31处于被拉起的状态,当挡块23达到目标位置时,释放提帽31,销钉29在弹簧33的作用下向定位到下滑板24中相应的贯通孔内,并锁定了挡块23在下滑板24上的滑动。调整好的挡块23在第一基板1上形成一个V形的固定夹,此时放入圆柱体货物,将不会自由滚动脱落。
多功能物流托盘还可以承载流体货物,其通过竖直连接布置在第一基板1上方,并形成槽壁的第一围板34及第二围板35来实现。第一围板34底部设有连接板,连接板对应各个第一定位槽14的区域设有弯钩朝上的第三挂钩37,第三挂钩37嵌入第一定位槽14中钩挂在第一定位柱16上。第一围板34左右两端分别设有第二燕尾38,第二围板35的左右两端设有与第二燕尾38配合的第二燕尾槽39。在使用时先将第一基板1两侧的第一围板34通过第三挂钩37钩挂在第一定位槽14内的第一定位柱16上,此时第一围板34在连接板及第一定位柱16的约束下不能向外倒塌,此时将两块第二围板35通过第二燕尾槽39与第二燕尾38的配合从上向下插在左右两侧的第一围板34两端之间,并形成侧壁和底封闭的槽体。从而实现流体货物的运输能力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括水平设置的矩形的第一基板(1),所述第一基板(1)下方连接设有多个竖立的柱状的连接腿(2);所述连接腿(2)设有多个贯通上下两端的螺丝孔,所述第一基板(1)设有与各个所述连接腿(2)的所述螺丝孔对应的第一贯通孔,并通过螺丝从所述第一基板(1)上方向下穿过所述第一贯通孔与所述连接腿(2)的所述螺丝孔栓和紧固。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:还包括四根截面呈U形的包边(5),各个所述包边(5)通过开口的一侧分别包裹在所述第一基板(1)的四周边缘;在所述第一基板(1)被所述包边(5)包裹的区域内,贯通设有多个第二贯通孔,所述第二贯通孔内同轴设有具有弹性的空心的胶套(8),所述包边(5)的U形开口的两端设有与所述胶套(8)中空部位对应的开孔;还包括经所述开孔贯穿所述包边(5)两段的穿钉(10);所述包边(5)的内侧壁与所述第一基板(1)边缘留有水平的间隙,所述间隙内填充具有弹性的胶条(11);还包括连接各个所述包边(5)之间的包角(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:所述的连接腿(2)底部设有脚垫(12);所述脚垫(12)横断面外轮廓略大于所述连接腿(2)横截面,并且设有与所述连接腿(2)的所述螺丝孔对应的安装孔;所述脚垫(12)通过螺丝从所述脚垫(12)下方向上穿过所述的安装孔并与所述连接腿(2)底部的所述螺丝孔栓和紧固;所述的第一基板(1)、所述的连接腿(2)及所述的脚垫(12)连接后的总高度构成标准托盘高度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述连接腿(2)下方与所述第一基板(1)平行设定的第二基板(13),所述第二基板(13)形状大小与所述第一基板(1)一致;所述第二基板(13)通过螺丝与所述连接腿(2)底部的所述螺丝孔栓和紧固。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括在所述 第一基板(1)朝上一面分别靠近左右两侧边缘区域对称设置的第一定位槽(14),所述第一定位槽(14)为凹槽结构,并且所述的第一定位槽(14)内一一对应设有与所述第一基板(1)左右边缘平行的第一定位柱(16),所述第一定位柱(16)的两端分别与所述第一定位槽(14)的内侧壁连接固定;还包括位于左右所述第一定位槽(14)之间对称设置的第二定位槽(15),所述的第二定位槽(15)为凹槽结构,所述的第二定位槽(15)内一一对应设有与所述第一基板(1)左右边缘平行的第二定位柱(17),所述第二定位柱(17)的两端分别与所述第二定位槽(15)的内侧壁连接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括与所述第一定位槽(14)一一对应配合的多个栏杆(18),所述的栏杆(18)竖直设置,并在底部垂直连接设有一段定位臂(20),所述定位臂(20)远离所述栏杆(18)的一端设有弯钩朝上的第一挂钩(21),所述第一挂钩(21)嵌入所述第一定位槽(14)中并钩挂在所述第一定位柱(16)上;所述的定位臂(20)还设有向两侧延伸的支撑板(22),所述支撑板(22)与第一基板(1)上表面相接触。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括与所述第二定位槽(15)配合的挡块(23),所述挡块(23)为镂空的楔形结构,并且下方水平设有与楔形斜坡方向相同的下滑板(24),所述挡块(23)通过底侧的第一燕尾(25)与所述下滑板(24)上侧的第一燕尾槽(26)滑动配合;所述下滑板(24)位于靠近所述挡块(23)小端的一端设有弯钩朝上的第二挂钩(27),所述第二挂钩(27)嵌入所述第二定位槽(15)中并钩挂在所述第二定位柱(17)上。所述下滑板(24)的所述第一燕尾槽(26)中按滑动方向设有若干竖直的贯通孔;所述挡块(23)的所述第一燕尾(25)垂直设有向内部贯穿至镂空部位的销孔(28);所述销孔(28)内设有销钉(29),所述销钉(29)经所述销孔(28)向下延伸并嵌入所述燕尾槽中的任意一个贯通孔中;还包括设置在所述挡块(23)的镂空区域内的固定架(30), 所述固定架(30)顶部设有与所述销孔(28)同轴的贯通孔;所述销钉(29)沿所述销孔(28)向上延伸,并在穿越所述固定架(30)后的一端同轴连接设有提帽(31);所述销钉(29)位于所述固定架(30)下侧设有周向定位片(32),所述定位片(32)上方设有与所述销钉(29)同轴的弹簧(33),所述弹簧(33)顶部与所述固定架(30)配合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:包括竖直连接布置在所述第一基板(1)上方,并形成槽壁的第一围板(34)及第二围板(35);所述第一围板(34)底部设有连接板,所述连接板对应各个所述的第一定位槽(14)的区域设有弯钩朝上的第三挂钩(37),所述第三挂钩(37)嵌入所述第一定位槽(14)中钩挂在所述第一定位柱(16)上;所述第一围板(34)左右两端分别设有第二燕尾(38),所述第二围板(35)的左右两端设有与所述第二燕尾(38)配合的第二燕尾槽(39)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:所述连接腿(2)共有九只,并以三排乘三列方式构成矩形的阵列,构成所述阵列四个角位置的所述连接腿(2)与所述第一基板(1)四角位置相对应;
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能物流托盘,其特征在于:所述的栏杆还包括嵌套设置在顶部的延长接杆(40),所述的栏杆(18)顶部为中空结构,所述延长接杆(40)底部设有嵌入所述栏杆(18)顶部中空部位的第一轴头(41);所述延长接杆(40)顶部结构与所述栏杆(18)顶部结构特征相同;还包括水平方向横跨左右所述栏杆(18)的横连杆(42),所述横连杆(42)的两端向下垂直连接设有嵌入所述延长接杆(40)顶部中空部位的第二轴头(43)。
