Abstract

本发明涉及煤机制造领域,具体的说是一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架。其包括槽钢a、槽钢b、槽钢c、槽钢d、槽钢e组成主体框架。主体框架相应位置设有通孔,支撑棒装入相应孔内,支撑棒上安装有橡胶套。槽钢f和槽钢g焊接在主体框架上形成120°“v”字型支撑,槽钢g上固定有橡胶块。当工件码放时,锥齿轮轮齿落在“v”字型橡胶块上,工件降落后,前后两组支撑棒完全将工件卡住,使工位器具架与工件接触面完全为柔性接触,不划伤工件,不会造成工件滑落。该发明结构简单,通用性强,可有效防止齿轮磕碰、划伤及转运时滑落现象,便于零件辨识、打印编号及转运,提高了生产效率。

一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架
技术领域:
本发明涉及煤机制造领域中的减速器锥齿轮类零件存放及转运的工位器具,具体的说是一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架。
背景技术:
目前,在现有技术中,矿用减速器锥齿轮精加工后一般用铁架或者铁架上垫木条存放或者转运,在此过程中,由于铁架与锥齿轮之间为刚性接触,且摆放在铁架中的多个锥齿轮之间也是直接接触,不可避免的会产生磕碰,并且在转运过程中经常出现工件从架子中脱落的情况,由于矿用减速器锥齿轮型号多样且差别较大,多种型号锥齿轮存放在一起加剧了上述情况的发生,对产品质量造成严重影响,对生产效率造成严重阻碍。因此,需要一种能够摆放多个种类且各锥齿轮之间互不影响,存放及转运过程中完全柔性接触的工位器具架以解决上述问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,通用性强,可有效防止锥齿轮磕碰及划伤,避免转运过程中工件滑落的矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,可实现多种型号的矿用减速器锥齿轮的同时存放且互不影响,便于零件辨识、打印编号及转运,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,由槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢c3、槽钢d4、槽钢e5、槽钢f6、槽钢g7、橡胶块8,螺栓9、螺母10、支撑棒11、橡胶套12、吊钩13、架腿14、橡胶托15组成。其中槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢c3、槽钢d4、槽钢e5组成主体框架,槽钢f6焊接在主体框架上,两端形成120°“v”字型左右对称支撑,槽钢g7以相同倾角且槽口向上焊接在槽钢f6上;槽钢g7(共两件)沿槽钢中心设有两排对称均匀分布的若干个通孔。根据工件尺寸在相应槽钢g7的槽内位置安装橡胶块8。橡胶块8结构分为外露部分和插入部分,其尺寸根据槽钢g7尺寸确定,外露部分宽度尺寸L大于或等于槽钢g7外宽,以保证工件放入后完全接触橡胶块;插入部分宽度尺寸根据槽形尺寸制作,以保证能够顺利装入。橡胶块8上设有与槽钢g7通孔位置对应的两个通孔,且通孔一端开有沉孔;橡胶块8通过两组外六方螺栓9和螺母10与槽钢g7上通孔联接固定。在槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢d4相应位置设有通孔,该通孔分布在主体框架上端两边各一排,位置对称且均布排列若干个。支撑棒11装入相应孔内角焊在主体框架上;支撑棒11上安装有橡胶套12,支撑棒11外圆与橡胶套12内圆为过盈配合;在槽钢b2、槽钢d4槽内安装有吊钩13,便于钢丝绳挂装,且能够确保钢丝绳不会触碰工件;在槽钢b2、槽钢d4底部设有架腿14和橡胶托15,架腿14中心设有通孔,橡胶托15与架腿14通孔配合的定位外圆为锥度设计,橡胶托15楔入架腿14内固定,确保橡胶托15与工位器具架安装牢固。
本发明的有益效果主要表现在:结构简单,方便制造,通用性强,接触部位完全柔性接触,有效防止齿轮磕碰及划伤,安放后不会窜动,各工件间互不影响,便于零件辨识、打印编号及转运,避免转运过程中工件滑落和器具架降落过程中砸伤底面,提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,可适用于多种型号的矿用减速器锥齿轮一同存放及转运。

如图1~图5所示,一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,由槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢c3、槽钢d4、槽钢e5、槽钢f6、槽钢g7、橡胶块8,螺栓9、螺母10、支撑棒11、橡胶套12、吊钩13、架腿14、橡胶托15组成。其中槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢c3、槽钢d4、槽钢e5组成主体框架,槽钢f6焊接在主体框架上,两端形成120°“v”字型左右对称支撑,槽钢g7以相同倾角且槽口向上焊接在槽钢f6上;槽钢g7(共两件)沿槽钢中心设有两排对称均匀分布的若干个通孔。根据工件尺寸在相应槽钢g7的槽内位置安装橡胶块8。橡胶块8结构分为外露部分和插入部分,其尺寸根据槽钢g7尺寸确定,外露部分宽度尺寸L大于或等于槽钢g7外宽,以保证工件放入后完全接触橡胶块;插入部分宽度尺寸根据槽形尺寸制作,以保证能够顺利装入。橡胶块8上设有与槽钢g7通孔位置对应的两个通孔,且通孔一端开有沉孔。橡胶块8通过两组外六方螺栓9和螺母10与槽钢g7上通孔联接固定。在槽钢a1、槽钢b2、槽钢d4相应位置设有通孔,该通孔分布在主体框架上端两边各一排,位置对称且均布排列若干个。支撑棒11装入相应孔内角焊在主体框架上;支撑棒11上安装有橡胶套12,支撑棒11外圆与橡胶套12内圆为过盈配合;在槽钢b2、槽钢d4槽内安装有吊钩13;在槽钢b2、槽钢d4底部设有架腿14和橡胶托15,架腿14中心设有通孔,橡胶托15与架腿14通孔配合的定位外圆为锥度设计,橡胶托15楔入架腿14内固定,确保橡胶托15与工位器具架安装牢固。这样当实际操作时,当工件装入工位器具架中且码放在橡胶块8上,此时橡胶块8所对应的前后两组支撑棒11完全将工件卡住,不会在转运过程中出现工件滑落现象。工位器具架上与工件接触的橡胶块8和橡胶套12均为聚氨酯橡胶材质,完全为柔性接触,不会划伤工件。当转运时,钢丝绳通过吊钩13挂装,且能够确保钢丝绳不会触碰工件;当工位器具连带工件整体降落时,四个橡胶托15使工位器具架与地面为柔性连接,不会使降落过程中与地面接触时砸伤地面。

1.一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征是:包括槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢c(3)、槽钢d(4)、槽钢e(5)、槽钢f(6)、槽钢g(7)、橡胶块(8),螺栓(9)、螺母(10)、支撑棒(11)、橡胶套(12)、吊钩(13)、架腿(14)和橡胶托(15)组成;其中槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢c(3)、槽钢d(4)、槽钢e(5)通过焊接组成主体框架;槽钢f(6)设置成120 °“v”字型对称结构焊接在主体框架内两端,在槽钢f(6)上以相同倾角焊接槽钢g(7),根据工件尺寸在槽钢g(7)上相应位置设有通孔,在槽内通孔位置安装有橡胶块(8),用螺栓(9)、螺母(10)将橡胶块(8)与槽钢g(7)进行紧固;在槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)相应位置设有通孔,支撑棒(11)装入相应孔内角焊在主体框架上,支撑棒(11)上安装有橡胶套(12),在槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)槽内安装有吊钩(13),在槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)底部焊接有架腿(14),架腿(14)中心设有通孔以安装橡胶托(15),橡胶托(15)与架腿(14)通孔配合的定位外圆为锥度设计,橡胶托(15)楔入架腿(14)内固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于槽钢g(7)为两件,以与槽钢f(6)相同倾角焊接在两个槽钢f(6)之间,且位置对称,槽钢g(7)的槽口为朝向上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)所设通孔为主体框架上端两边各一排,位置对称且均布排列若干个;槽钢g(7)(共两件)所设通孔沿槽钢中心对称均匀分布两排若干个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于所述支撑棒(11)为圆柱体实心棒材,支撑棒(11)小端外圆插入槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)圆孔中并通过焊接固定;所述橡胶套(12)为圆柱体空心套;支撑棒(11)大端外圆与橡胶套(12)内圆为过盈配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于所述橡胶块(8)结构分为外露部分和插入部分;其尺寸根据槽钢g(7)尺寸确定,外露部分宽度尺寸L大于或等于槽钢g(7)外宽;插入部分宽度尺寸根据槽形尺寸制作,以保证能够顺利装入;橡胶块(8)上设有与槽钢g(7)通孔位置对应的两个通孔,且通孔一端开有沉孔;橡胶块(8)通过两组外六方螺栓(9)和螺母(10)与槽钢g(7)上通孔联接固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于橡胶块(8)、橡胶套(12)、橡胶托(15)均为聚氨酯橡胶材质制成;所述支撑棒(11)、架腿(14)均为中碳钢材质经过热处理制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用减速器锥齿轮柔性防护工位器具架,其特征在于工位器具架整体上前后、左右为对称结构,槽钢a(1)、槽钢b(2)、槽钢d(4)开口朝外布置,槽钢c(3)、槽钢e(5)开口朝下布置;橡胶块(8)的中心所处位置在相邻两个支撑棒(11)之间距离的中心平面上。
