- a strainer 1 for removing solid components such as dust from oil supplied from an oil supply gun (not shown).
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an outline of the strainer 1.
- 3 is a side view showing the outline of the strainer 1
- FIG. 4 is a front view showing the outline of the strainer 1
- FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the outline of the strainer 1
- FIG. It is a bottom view which shows the outline of this.
- the strainer 1 mainly has a bottomed substantially cylindrical strainer body 10, a rod 21 provided on the strainer body 10, and a float 22 provided at the tip of the rod.
- the strainer main body 10 has a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape, and mainly includes an attachment portion 11, a frame body 12, a screen portion 13, a bottom surface 14, and a guide portion 15.
- the mounting portion 11 is used to provide the strainer body 10 in the hollow portion of the injection pipe 102.
- the attachment portion 11 has a hole 11a (see FIG. 2) that serves as an opening of the strainer body 10.
- the frame body 12 is integrally formed with the mounting portion 11 with resin or the like.
- the frame 12 has a plurality of ribs 12a extending in the z direction and a plurality of ribs 12b extending in the circumferential direction.
- the screen portion 13 is a cloth-like member (mesh-like body) in which a wire is woven in a mesh shape, and is provided so as to cover a space formed between the ribs 12a and 12b.
- the screen portion 13 is formed of a resin such as nylon.
- the frame body 12 and the screen portion 13 constitute a side surface 17 of the strainer body 10. Since the screen portion 13 is provided, oil can pass through the side surface 17.
- the side surface 17 (the frame body 12 and the screen portion 13) has a substantially D shape in a plan view (a shape when viewed in the z direction) (see FIGS. 5 and 6).
- the side surface 17 has a cutout portion 17a cut out so as to be substantially D-shaped, and a curved surface portion 17b other than the cutout portion 17a.
- the bottom surface 14 is integrally formed with the frame body 12 by resin or the like. Since the bottom surface 14 is not provided with a mesh, oil cannot pass therethrough.
- the bottom surface 14 has a shape obtained by cutting a part of a substantially conical shape, protrudes toward the hole 11a on the inside of the side surface 17, and the substantially conical apex 14a overlaps the notch portion 17a.
- the vertex 14a is provided at the approximate center (the approximate center in the y direction) of the notch 17a.
- the bottom surface 14 substantially coincides with the lower end of the frame body 12 in the curved surface portion 17 b.
- the height (the position in the z direction) of the vertex 14a provided in the notch portion 17a is the highest, and the bottom surface 14 gradually decreases toward the curved surface portion 17b.
- the height of the bottom surface 14 is approximately 1/3 of the height of the strainer body 10 (side surface 17).
- the angle ⁇ formed between the generatrix of the bottom surface 14 and the horizontal plane is approximately 60 degrees (see FIG. 3). If the angle formed between the generatrix of the bottom surface 14 and the horizontal plane is small, the effect of guiding the oil hitting the bottom surface 14 to the screen portion 13 is small. In addition, when the apex 14 a is close to the attachment portion 11, there is a possibility that the oil that has hit the vicinity of the apex 14 a returns to the direction of the attachment portion 11.
- the height of the bottom surface 14 is set to approximately 1/3 of the height of the strainer body 10, and the angle formed between the generatrix of the bottom surface 14 and the horizontal plane is set to approximately 60 degrees.
- the shape of 14 is not limited to this.
- the guide portion 15 is a member that regulates the moving direction of the rod 21, and includes two rod-like bodies 15a that extend from the bottom surface 14 so as to protrude along the ⁇ z direction.
- the guide unit 15 will be described in detail later.
- the rod 21 is a substantially rod-like member provided adjacent to the strainer body 10 and substantially along the z direction which is the longitudinal direction of the strainer body 10.
- the rod 21 passes through a hole (not shown) formed in the attachment portion 11.
- a retaining portion 21 a that prevents the rod 21 from coming out of the hole of the mounting portion 11. That is, the rod 21 is provided on the strainer body 10 (here, the attachment portion 11) so as to be movable along the z direction.
- the rod 21 is provided at a position overlapping the circle c1 extending from the curved surface portion 17b and adjacent to the notch portion 17a in plan view (when viewed along the z direction).
- the strainer 1 becomes a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole.
- a groove 21b (see FIG. 3) is formed.
- a display unit 23 for displaying the position of the liquid level is attached to the groove 21b.
- the display unit 23 is formed in a color different from the rod 21 (for example, the rod 21 is black and the display unit 23 is red).
- the float 22 is provided at the tip (lower end) of the rod 21 on the ⁇ z side (bottom surface 14 side).
- the float 22 is substantially cylindrical.
- the float 22 is formed of a material having a specific gravity smaller than that of the oil so as to float on the oil, or is formed so as to be hollow.
- the rod 21 and the float 22 are integrally formed of resin by blow molding, but the form of the rod 21 and the float 22 is not limited to this.
- the float 22 overlaps with the bottom surface 14 in plan view. Further, the float 22 is provided inside a circle c2 obtained by extending the curved surface portion 17b. Thereby, the strainer 1 whole can be made into a substantially cylindrical shape, and it can prevent the rod 21 and the float 22 from protruding large from this substantially cylindrical shape. Further, since oil does not pass through the bottom surface 14, the oil supplied to the strainer 1 is blocked by the bottom surface 14 and does not directly hit the float 22. Therefore, the float 22 moves up and down following the liquid level without being obstructed by the oil flow.
- the two rod-like bodies 15 a of the guide portion 15 sandwich the side surface of the float 22.
- the two rod-shaped bodies 15a have protrusions 15b that face each other.
- the float 22 has two recesses 22a. When the tip of the protrusion 15b contacts the recess 22a, the movement of the float 22, that is, the rod 21, in the x direction and the y direction is restricted, and the rod 21 and the float 22 can move only in the z direction.
- the oil is supplied to the strainer body 10 from the mounting portion 11 side. Oil is supplied at a flow rate of approximately 250 L / min (liters / minute).
- the oil stored in the tank body 101 is low. Therefore, the oil that has flowed into the strainer 1 collides with the bottom surface 14 and then flows into the tank body 101 from the screen portion 13 of the curved surface portion 17b.
- the height of the apex 14a provided in the notch portion 17a is the highest, and the bottom surface 14 of the curved surface portion 17b has a substantially conical shape so that the bottom surface 14 substantially coincides with the lower end of the frame body 12. Since it is formed in a shape that is partly cut (that is, the radius of the bottom of the substantially conical shape is large), even when the oil flow rate is as large as 250 L / min, the oil is pushed toward the mounting portion 11. It is not returned and flows out of the screen unit 13. In this way, by providing the bottom surface 14, oil blow back can be prevented.
- the refueling operator When the rod 21 starts to rise, the refueling operator knows that a sufficient amount of oil has been stored in the tank body 101. If refueling is continued as it is, the rod 21 continues to rise, and the display portion 23 protrudes upward (in the + z direction) from the mounting portion 11 as indicated by the dotted line in FIG. Thereby, the refueling operator can know that the oil in the tank main body 101 is full. Thus, the liquid level inside the tank body 101 can be confirmed.
- the float 22 has a position overlapping the bottom surface 14 in plan view, and oil does not pass through the bottom surface 14, so that the oil supplied to the strainer 1 does not directly hit the float 22. Therefore, the float 22 moves up and down following the liquid level without being obstructed by the oil flow. As a result, the liquid level can be detected accurately and stably.
- the entire strainer 1 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the rod 21 and the float 22 do not protrude greatly from this substantially cylindrical shape, there is no restriction on the installation of the strainer 1 on the tank body 101. Furthermore, since the rod 21 is adjacent to the notch portion 17a, the rod 21 and the float 22 are not easily affected by the flow of oil flowing out from the curved surface portion 17b. Therefore, the liquid level can be detected accurately and stably.
- the rod 21 and the float 22 are held by the strainer body 10 in the vicinity of the end of the rod 21 on the + z side (part of the mounting portion 11) and in the vicinity of the end of the ⁇ z end (portion of the float 22). Therefore, even if some distortion occurs in the rod 21, no load is applied when the rod 21 moves up and down, and the rod 21 moves up and down smoothly.
- the screen part 13 is provided not only in the curved surface part 17b but also in the notch part 17a in the part above the bottom surface 14 (see FIG. 2), there is no restriction on the direction of the fueling gun.
- the screen portion 13 is not provided on the entire surface of the notch portion 17a and oil cannot pass therethrough, if the oil supply gun is directed toward the notch portion 17a, the oil is not removed at the notch portion 17a. There is a risk of bouncing back.
- the screen portion 13 is provided in the notch portion 17a, the refueling operator can perform the refueling operation without worrying about the direction of the refueling gun.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an outline of the strainer 2 according to the second embodiment.
- FIG. 8 is a side view showing an outline of the strainer 2
- FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the outline of the strainer 2
- FIG. 10 is a bottom view showing an outline of the strainer 2.
- the strainer 2 mainly has a bottomed substantially cylindrical strainer body 10A, a rod 21A provided on the strainer body 10A, and a float 22A provided at the tip of the rod.
- the strainer body 10 ⁇ / b> A has a substantially bottomed cylindrical shape, and mainly includes an attachment portion 11, a frame body 12 ⁇ / b> A, a screen portion 13, a bottom surface 14 ⁇ / b> A, and a guide portion 16.
- the frame body 12A is integrally formed with the mounting portion 11 by resin or the like, like the frame body 12, and has a plurality of ribs 12c extending in the z direction and a plurality of ribs 12d extending in the circumferential direction.
- the screen portion 13 is provided so as to cover the space formed between the rib 12c and the rib 12d.
- the frame body 12A and the screen portion 13 constitute a side surface 17A of the strainer body 10A.
- the side surface 17A (the frame body 12A and the screen portion 13) has a substantially D-shape in plan view (a shape when viewed along the z direction) (see FIGS. 9 and 10).
- the side surface 17A has a cutout portion 17c cut out so as to be substantially D-shaped, and a curved surface portion 17d other than the cutout portion 17c.
- the bottom surface 14A is integrally formed with the frame body 12A using resin or the like. Since the bottom surface 14A does not have the screen portion 13, oil cannot pass therethrough.
- the bottom surface 14A has a shape obtained by cutting out a part of a substantially conical shape, and the apex 14a of the substantially conical shape overlaps the notch portion 17c. As shown in FIG. 9, the apex 14a is provided at the approximate center of the notch 17c (substantially the center in the y direction) in plan view. In the curved surface portion 17d, the bottom surface 14A substantially coincides with the lower end of the frame body 12A. In other words, the bottom surface 14A has the highest vertex 14a provided in the notch 17c and gradually decreases toward the curved surface 17d.
- the angle ⁇ formed between the generatrix of the bottom surface 14A and the horizontal plane is approximately 60 degrees (see FIG. 8).
- the rod 21A is a substantially rod-like member provided substantially along the z direction adjacent to the strainer body 10A, like the rod 21.
- the rod 21A is provided on the strainer body 10A so as to be movable along the z direction.
- the rod 21A passes through a hole (not shown) formed in the mounting portion 11, and has a retaining portion 21a at the upper end (+ z side) of the rod 21A.
- a float 22A is provided at the tip (lower end) of the rod 21 on the -z side.
- the float 22A is substantially cylindrical like the float 22, and is formed to float on oil.
- the rod 21 ⁇ / b> A is provided at a position overlapping the circle c ⁇ b> 3 extending the curved surface portion 17 d and adjacent to the notch portion 17 c in plan view.
- the float 22A is provided inside a circle c4 obtained by extending the curved surface portion 17d.
- the entire strainer 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the rod 21A and the float 22A can be prevented from protruding significantly from the substantially cylindrical shape.
- the moving direction of the rod 21A is regulated by the two guide portions 16 provided substantially opposite to each other. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the guide portion 16 is provided in the cutout portion 17c. The two guide portions 16 provided substantially facing each other prevent the rod 21A from moving in the x direction and the y direction, and allow the rod 21A to move only in the z direction.
- the oil that has flowed into the strainer 2 during refueling collides with the bottom surface 14A, and then flows into the tank body 101 from the screen portion 13 of the curved surface portion 17d (see the arrow in FIG. 8).
- the height of the apex 14a provided in the notch portion 17c is the highest, and the bottom surface 14A of the curved surface portion 17d has a substantially conical shape so that the bottom surface 14A substantially coincides with the lower end of the frame body 12A. Since the shape is a part cut away (that is, the radius of the bottom surface of the substantially conical shape is large), even when the oil flow rate is large, the oil is not pushed back toward the mounting portion 11, and the screen It flows out from the part 13. In this way, oil can be prevented from being blown back by providing the bottom surface 14A.
- the float 22A comes into contact with the liquid level. Since the float 22A floats on the oil, the float 22A and the rod 21A rise as the liquid level rises. When the rod 21 ⁇ / b> A is raised and the display unit 23 protrudes upward (+ z direction) from the mounting unit 11, the refueling operator knows that the oil in the tank body 101 is full. Thus, the liquid level inside the tank body 101 can be confirmed.
- the float 22 is provided on the rear side (+ x side) of the bottom surface 14 in a plan view, and oil does not pass through the bottom surface 14, so that the oil supplied to the strainer 2 does not directly hit the float 22 ⁇ / b> A. Therefore, the float 22A moves up and down following the liquid level without being obstructed by the oil flow. Further, since the entire strainer 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the rod 21A and the float 22A do not protrude from the substantially cylindrical shape, there is no restriction on the installation of the strainer 2 on the tank body 101. Further, since the rod 21 is adjacent to the notch portion 17c, the rod 21A and the float 22A are not easily affected by the flow of oil flowing out from the curved surface portion 17d. Therefore, the liquid level can be detected accurately and stably.
- the liquid level rises from the bottom surface 14A, so that the oil that has flowed into the strainer 1 does not collide with the bottom surface 14A, and the oil is attached to the mounting portion 11. It becomes easy to be pushed back in the direction of.
- the screen portion 13 is provided not only on the curved surface portion 17d but also on the notch portion 17c in the portion above the bottom surface 14A (see FIG. 7), the portion from the screen portion 13 than the portion on which the bottom surface 14A is provided. The amount of oil that flows out increases. Therefore, even if the oil that has flowed into the strainer 2 does not collide with the bottom surface 14 ⁇ / b> A, the oil can be prevented from being pushed back in the direction of the mounting portion 11 as much as possible.
- the screen portion 13 is provided not only in the curved surface portion 17d but also in the notched portion 17c in the portion above the bottom surface 14A (see FIG. 7), there is no restriction on the direction of the fuel gun. Therefore, the refueling worker can perform the refueling operation without worrying about the direction of the refueling gun.
- substantially is a concept that includes not only a case where they are exactly the same but also errors and deformations that do not lose the identity.
