本実施形態に係る粉末状急結剤は、カルシウムアルミネート類と珪酸ソーダとを含む。これらが湧き水箇所へ使用される場合、カルシウムアルミネート類により主に良好な付着性が得られ、珪酸ソーダによりひび割れ箇所に対する優れた修復作用が得られる。特に珪酸ソーダは、湧き水箇所の水と反応しゲル化してひび割れ箇所を埋め、再び硬化すると考えられ、その結果上記の修復作用が発揮されると推察される。
カルシウムアルミネート類(以下、CA類という)とは、CaOとAl2O3を主成分とし、水和活性を有する化合物の総称であり、CaO及び/又はAl2O3の一部が、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化鉄、アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ金属硫酸塩、及びアルカリ土類金属硫酸塩等と置換した化合物、あるいは、CaOとAl2O3を主成分とするものにこれらが少量固溶した物質であり、CA類は結晶質、非晶質のいずれであってもよい。
モル比が2.0以上であると、極初期の凝結性状を良好にすることができ、3.0以下であると、良好な長期強度発現性が得られやすくなる。
本実施形態の粉末状急結剤におけるカルシウムアルミネート類の含有量は、粉末状急結剤100部中、30~80部が好ましく、45~60部がより好ましい。30部以上であると良好な凝結性状が得られやすくなり、80部以下であると良好な長期強度発現性が得られやすくなる。
なお、ブレーン比表面積とは、JIS R 5201「セメントの物理試験方法」に記載された比表面積試験に基づいて測定されたものである。
粉末状急結剤の珪酸ソーダは、吹き付けモルタル用のセメントモルタル(以下、単に「セメントモルタル」ということがある)や、吹き付けセメント用のセメントコンクリート(以下、単に「セメントコンクリート」ということがある)に対して、主に極初期の流動性消失の促進効果を発揮する。また、例えば、粉末状急結剤を用いて吹付け施工した際の急結材料が長い年月によりひび割れを生じた際に、例えば0.1mmひび割れに対しては流水条件下であれば、修復することができる。これは水によりゲル化した珪酸ソーダが、そのひび割れ自体を修復するように働きその幅を小さくするためと考えられる。
なお、上記効果を効率よく発現させる観点から、珪酸ソーダは粉末状であることが好ましい。
モル比が0.5以上であると、粉末として取り扱い性が良好であり、1.5以下であると、セメントモルタルやセメントコンクリートに対して添加直後からの著しい流動性消失や初期強度発現性が得られやすくなる。
炭酸アルカリとは炭酸アルカリ金属塩を指し、粉末状急結剤の凝結性状、初期強度発現性を著しく改善できるものである。炭酸アルカリとしては、特に限定はされないが、例えば、炭酸リチウム、炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム等が挙げられる。特に凝結や初期強度発現性に効果があるものとしては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウムであり、これらを1種以上組み合わせることも可能である。好ましくは、炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、及び炭酸カリウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。炭酸アルカリの含有量は、粉末状急結剤100部中、1~20部であることが好ましく、5~10部であることがより好ましい。含有量が1部以上であると、凝結や初期強度の改善効果が得られやすく、20部以下であると、急結性状の良好に担保することができる。
水酸化カルシウムは、極初期の流動性低下や長期強度発現性の担保するものとして有効な材料である。水酸化カルシウムとしては特に限定されないが、生石灰が水和した際に生じる消石灰や、カーバイドが水和した際に生じるカーバイド滓も含まれる。また、市販されている水酸化カルシウムも使用可能であり、併用も可能である。水酸化カルシウムの含有量は粉末状急結剤100部中、5~30部であることが好ましく、10~25部であることがより好ましい。5部以上であることで、急結性状や長期強度発現性を担保することができる。20部以下であることで、良好な初期強度発現性が得られやすくなる。
ミョウバンは、セメントモルタルやセメントコンクリートの配合した直後からの流動性消失を促進することや、1日程度の強度発現性を促進するために有効である。ミョウバンとしては特に限定されないが、例えば、カリミョウバン、クロムミョウバン、鉄ミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、天然ミョウバン等いずれのミョウバンも使用、併用が可能である。特にセメントモルタルやセメントコンクリート流動性を消失するものとして、カリミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
[1.粉末状急結剤]
本実施形態に係る粉末状急結剤は、カルシウムアルミネート類、珪酸ソーダ及びアルカリ金属硫酸塩を含む。これらが湧き水箇所へ使用される場合、カルシウムアルミネート類により主に良好な付着性が得られ、珪酸ソーダによりひび割れ箇所に対する優れた修復作用が得られる。特に珪酸ソーダは、湧き水箇所の水と接触するとケイ酸カルシウム質のゲル状物質を生成してひび割れ箇所を埋め、その結果上記の修復作用が発揮されると推察される。
また、カルシウムアルミネート類による良好な付着性により、アルカリ金属硫酸塩が被着部に効率よく存在できる。その結果、アルカリ金属硫酸塩による比較的初期の強度、例えば24時間後強度の増進効果が得られやすくなる。
カルシウムアルミネート類については、第1の本発明と同様である。
珪酸ソーダについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
アルカリ金属硫酸塩とは、セメントモルタルやセメントコンクリートに対して、主に24時間後までの圧縮強度の増進効果を付与する効果がある。
炭酸アルカリについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
水酸化カルシウムについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
ミョウバンについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
[粉末状急結剤]
本実施形態に係る粉末状急結剤は、カルシウムアルミネート類、珪酸ソーダ及びアルカリ土類金属硫酸塩を含む。これらが湧き水箇所へ使用される場合、カルシウムアルミネート類により主に良好な付着性が得られ、珪酸ソーダによりひび割れ箇所に対する優れた修復作用が得られる。特に珪酸ソーダは、湧き水箇所の水と接触するとケイ酸カルシウム質のゲル状物質を生成してひび割れ箇所を埋め、その結果上記の修復作用が発揮されると推察される。
また、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩により比較的長期の強度の増進効果が得られやすくなる。特に、35℃以上の高温下ではアルカリ土類金属硫酸塩を含有させない場合に比べて、長期の強度を高くすることができる。これは、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩によるエトリンガイト量の増加によるためと推察される。
カルシウムアルミネート類については、第1の本発明と同様である。
ケイ酸ソーダについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩とは、セメントモルタルやセメントコンクリートに対して、主に短時間から長期(例えば、材齢28日)に渡っての圧縮強度の増進効果を付与する。
また、カルシウムの硫酸塩には結晶水の有無で、無水物、半水物、2水物があるが、いずれも使用できる。
炭酸アルカリについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
水酸化カルシウムについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
ミョウバンについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
[1.粉末状急結剤]
本実施形態に係る粉末状急結剤は、カルシウムアルミネート類と珪酸ソーダと硫酸アルミニウムとを含む。これらが湧き水箇所へ使用される場合、カルシウムアルミネート類により主に良好な付着性が得られ、珪酸ソーダによりひび割れ箇所に対する優れた修復作用が得られる。特に珪酸ソーダは、湧き水箇所の水と反応しゲル化してひび割れ箇所を埋め、再び硬化すると考えられ、その結果上記の修復作用が発揮されると推察される。

硫酸アルミニウムは、セメントモルタルやセメントコンクリートに対して、主に凝結速度(初期凝結)を増進し、リバウンド率を低減する効果を付与する。
また、硫酸アルミニウムは細かいものを用いることが好ましく、篩い目1.2mmが90%以上通過することが好ましく、0.6mmが90%以上通過することが更に好ましい。
炭酸アルカリについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
水酸化カルシウムについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
ミョウバンについては、第1の本発明と同様である。
本発明の実施形態に係る急結材料は、本発明の粉末状急結剤が、吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートに配合されてなる。
吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートに用いるセメントとしては、普通、早強、超早強、低熱、及び中庸熱などの各種ポルトランドセメントや、これらポルトランドセメントに、高炉スラグ、フライアッシュ又はシリカを混合した各種混合セメント、石灰石粉末や高炉徐冷スラグ微粉末などを混合したフィラーセメント、並びに、都市ゴミ焼却灰や下水汚泥焼却灰を原料として製造された環境調和型セメント(エコセメント)を挙げることができる。
なお、用途によってモルタル(吹付けモルタル)又はコンクリート(吹付けコンクリート)が高炉スラグを含有することが好ましい。高炉スラグは、セメントと高炉スラグとの合計100部に対して、15~85部とすることが好ましく、10~80部とすることがより好ましい。
本実施形態に係る急結材料硬化物は、既述の本発明の急結材料の硬化物であって、表面に存在する最大幅が0.1mmのひび割れが、少なくとも6ヶ月間の接水環境下で50%以上修復するものである。ここで、「50%以上修復する」とは、最大幅が0.1mmのひび割れ部分の投影面積のうち半分以上が塞がれるこという。
第3の本発明を用いた急結材料は、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩が被着部に効率よく存在できるため、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩による比較的長期の強度増進効果が得られやすくなる。特に、35℃以上の高温でも長期の強度増進効果が得られやすくなる。
第4の本発明を用いた急結材料は、硫酸アルミニウムが被着部に効率よく存在できるため、硫酸アルミニウムによる凝結速度の増進効果やリバウンド率の低減効果が得られやすくなる。
本実施形態に係る吹付け工法は、搬送される吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートに、本発明の粉末状急結剤を混合合流させて、被吹付け物に吹付けを行う工法である。上記粉末状急結剤を混合合流させることで、既述の本発明の急結材料が形成される。
また、急結剤添加機前に急結剤補給装置があり、急結剤補給装置から定量搬送されて急結剤添加機に供給されることが好ましい。
さらに、急結剤補給装置が急結剤添加機のタンクのレベル計と連動し、信号され、出力されることが好ましい。
「実験例1」
炭酸アルカリA、カルシウムアルミネート類、水酸化カルシウムα、ミョウバンa、珪酸ソーダを表1及び表2に示す配合で混合した粉末状急結剤を調製し、一方でセメント800g、細骨材2000g、水400gのモルタルを調製し、モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタル(急結材料)を調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表1及び表2に併記する。

モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を下記表3に併記する。
表4に示す種類の珪酸ソーダの水和物を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表4に併記する。
表5に示す種類のミョウバンを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。

表7に示す種類のCaO/Al2O3モル比のカルシウムアルミネート類を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様に試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。カルシウムアルミネート類のブレーンは全て5500±200cm2/gに調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表7に併記する。
セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリート(吹付けコンクリート)を調製した。MAYCO社(Suprema)のコンクリートポンプで5m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、途中で別系統からの圧縮空気と混合合流させて空気搬送した。さらに、吐出前3m地点で下記表8に示す粉状急結剤を搬送装置Werner Mader社(WM-14 FU)でセメント100部に対して10部となるように、当該粉末状急結剤を空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて急結材料とし、ノズル先より鉄板に吹付けた。吹付けてからの初期強度、長期強度、リバウンド率、ひび割れ修復率を表8に示す。なお、急結剤搬送装置への急結剤の供給はSpiroflow社(FLEXIBLE SCREW CONVEYOR)の装置を用い、それぞれの装置は電気信号にて連動して制御されている。
実験例7と同様のコンクリートに、一般急結剤であるデンカナトミックTYPE-5(急結剤No.T-5)をセメント100部に対して、10部(実験No.7-15)となるように空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとし、ノズル先より鉄板に吹付けた。また同様に、急結剤No.T-5をセメント100部に対して、7部(実験No.7-16)となるように空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて急結材料とし、ノズル先より鉄板に吹付けた。吹付けてからの初期強度、長期強度、リバウンド率、ひび割れ修復率を表8に示す。
初期強度:JSCE-G561に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢10分、3時間、1日時点での引き抜き強度より、圧縮強度に換算し、初期強度を測定した。
なお、リバウンド率は、20%以下であることが好ましい。
なお、ひび割れ修復率は、50%以上であることが好ましい。
なお、実験No.7-3はひび割れ修復率が良好であるが、凝結時間が非常に遅く(表1参照)、本発明に係る粉末状急結剤としては実用的ではない。
実験例1と同様に、炭酸アルカリA、カルシウムアルミネート類、水酸化カルシウムα、ミョウバンa、珪酸ソーダを表9及び表10に示す配合で混合した粉末状急結剤を調製し、一方でセメント800g、細骨材2000g、水400gのモルタルを調製し、モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタル(急結材料)を調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表9及び表10に併記する。
「使用材料」

「実験例1」
炭酸アルカリA、カルシウムアルミネート類、水酸化カルシウム、ミョウバンa、ケイ酸ソーダ、アルカリ金属硫酸塩イを表1及び表2に示す配合で混合した粉末状急結剤を調製し、一方でセメント800g、細骨材2000g、水400gのモルタルを調製し、モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタル(急結材料)を調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表12及び表13に併記する。

なお、指触により添加直後から明らかに指が貫入できなくなった状態を、流動性が低下した状態とした。
表14に示すように、ケイ酸ソーダのSiO2/Na2Oモル比が異なるものを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を下記表14に併記する。
表15に示す種類のケイ酸ソーダの水和物を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表15に併記する。
(実験例4-1)
アルカリ金属硫酸塩アを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表16-1に併記する。
アルカリ金属硫酸塩ア:硫酸リチウム、市販品、ブレーン500cm2/g
アルカリ金属硫酸塩イの配合を下記表5-2のように変更した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。アルカリ金属硫酸塩イの配合以外の粉末状急結剤の組成は、No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。結果を表16-2に併記する。
表17に示す種類のミョウバンを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。

モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表19に併記する。
セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで10m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、途中で別系統からの圧縮空気と混合合流させて空気搬送した。さらに、吐出前3m地点で下記表20に示す粉状急結剤を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して10部となるように、当該粉末状急結剤を空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとし、ノズル先より鉄板に吹付けた。吹付けてからの初期強度、長期強度、リバウンド率、ひび割れ修復率を表20に示す。
初期強度:JSCE-G561に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢10分、3時間、1日時点での引き抜き強度より、圧縮強度に換算し、初期強度を測定した。
なお、リバウンド率は、20%以下であることが好ましい。
なお、ひび割れ修復率は、50%以上であることが好ましい。
なお、実験No.8-3はひび割れ修復率が良好であるが、凝結時間が非常に遅く(表12参照)、本発明に係る粉末状急結剤としては実用的ではない。
「実験例1」
炭酸アルカリA、カルシウムアルミネート類、水酸化カルシウム、ミョウバンa、ケイ酸ソーダ、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩イを表1及び表2に示す配合で混合した粉末状急結剤を調製し、一方でセメント800g、細骨材2000g、水400gのモルタルを調製し、モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタル(急結材料)を調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表21及び表22に併記する。
「使用材料」
セメント:市販品、普通ポルトランドセメント、密度3.15g/cm3
細骨材:新潟県姫川水系川砂、密度2.61g/cm3
水:工業用水
炭酸アルカリA:市販品、炭酸ナトリウム、ブレーン1200cm2/g
カルシウムアルミネート類:CaO/Al2O3モル比2.5となるように原料を粉砕混合し、電気炉で溶融し、急冷したもの、ガラス化率90%、ブレーン5500cm2/g
水酸化カルシウム:JIS R 9001に規定された消石灰2号に相当する市販品
ミョウバンa:カリウムミョウバン12水和物、市販品、ブレーン600cm2/g
ケイ酸ソーダ:SiO2/Na2Oモル比1.0、ブレーン600cm2/g、市販品、無水塩
アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩ア:天然無水セッコウ、ブレーン4500cm2/g、粉砕品
流動性低下時間:調製したモルタルに粉末状急結剤を加えてから、モルタルミキサーの高速モードで10秒間練混ぜ後、モルタルの流動性が低下した時間を指触で測定した。
なお、指触により急結剤混合したモルタルの練りあがりに比べて、指で貫入できなくなった状態を、流動性が低下した状態とした。
なお、実験例1~8では試験温度を25℃とし、実験例9では試験温度を35℃とした。
表23に示すように、ケイ酸ソーダのSiO2/Na2Oモル比が異なるものを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を下記表23に併記する。
表24に示す種類のケイ酸ソーダの水和物を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表24に併記する。
(実験例4-1)
アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩イを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表25-1に併記する。
アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩イ:硫酸マグネシウム、市販品、ブレーン1500cm2/g
アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩アの配合を下記表25-2のように変更した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩アの配合以外の粉末状急結剤の組成は、No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。結果を表25-2に併記する。
表26に示す種類のミョウバンを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表26に併記する。

表28に示す種類のCaO/Al2O3モル比のカルシウムアルミネート類を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様に試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。カルシウムアルミネート類のブレーンは全て5500±200cm2/gに調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表28に併記する。
セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで10m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、途中で別系統からの圧縮空気と混合合流させて空気搬送した。さらに、吐出前3m地点で下記表29に示す粉状急結剤を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して10部となるように、当該粉末状急結剤を空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとし、ノズル先より鉄板に吹付けた。吹付けてからの初期強度、長期強度、リバウンド率、ひび割れ修復率を表29に示す。
初期強度:JSCE-G561に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢10分、3時間、1日時点での引き抜き強度より、圧縮強度に換算し、初期強度を測定した。
なお、リバウンド率は、20%以下であることが好ましい。
なお、ひび割れ修復率は、50%以上であることが好ましい。
なお、実験No.9-3はひび割れ修復率が良好であるが、凝結時間が非常に遅く(表21参照)、本発明に係る粉末状急結剤としては実用的ではない。
実験No.1-30において、試験温度を25℃から35℃に変更した以外は実験例1と同様に試験を実施した(実験No.10-1)。
また、実験No.1-37において、試験温度を25℃から35℃に変更した以外は実験例1と同様に試験を実施した(実験No.10-2)。
結果を下記表30に示す。
「実験例1」
炭酸アルカリA、カルシウムアルミネート類、水酸化カルシウム、ミョウバンa、ケイ酸ソーダ、硫酸アルミニウム(1)を表1及び表2に示す配合で混合した粉末状急結剤を調製し、一方でセメント800g、細骨材2000g、水400gのモルタルを調製し、モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタル(急結材料)を調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表31及び表32に併記する。
「使用材料」

流動性低下時間:調製したモルタルに粉末状急結剤を加えてから、モルタルミキサーの高速モードで10秒間練混ぜ後、モルタルの流動性が低下した時間を指触で測定した。
なお、指触により急結剤を混合したモルタルの練りあがりに比べて、指で貫入できなくなった状態を、流動性が低下した状態とした。
表33に示すように、ケイ酸ソーダのSiO2/Na2Oモル比が異なるものを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を下記表33に併記する。
表34に示す種類のケイ酸ソーダの水和物を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表34に併記する。
(実験例4-1)
硫酸アルミニウム(1)の代わりに、硫酸アルミニウム(2)又は(3)を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表35-1に併記する。
硫酸アルミニウム(2):硫酸アルミニウム、8水塩、篩い目1.2mmを99%通過したもの
硫酸アルミニウム(3):硫酸アルミニウム、無水塩、篩い目1.2mmを99%通過したもの
硫酸アルミニウム(1)の配合を下記表35-2のように変更した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。硫酸アルミニウム(1)の配合以外の粉末状急結剤の組成は、No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。結果を表35-2に併記する。
表36に示す種類のミョウバンを使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様にして試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表36に併記する。

表38に示す種類のCaO/Al2O3モル比のカルシウムアルミネート類を使用した以外は全て実験例1と同様に試験を実施した。粉末状急結剤の組成は、実験No.1-5の配合となるように調製した。カルシウムアルミネート類のブレーンは全て5500±200cm2/gに調製した。
モルタルに粉末状急結剤80gを加えて急結モルタルを調製したときからの流動性低下時間、凝結時間、圧縮強度を測定した。結果を表38に併記する。

実験No.1-30において、試験温度を25℃から35℃に変更した以外は実験例1と同様に試験を実施した(実験No.9-1)。
また、実験No.1-37において、試験温度を25℃から35℃に変更した以外は実験例1と同様に試験を実施した(実験No.9-2)。
結果を下記表40に示す。
Claims (18)
- カルシウムアルミネート類と珪酸ソーダとを含む粉末状急結剤。
- 前記珪酸ソーダにおけるSiO2とNa2Oとのモル比(SiO2/Na2O)が0.5~1.5である請求項1に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記珪酸ソーダにおける水和水の数が9以下である請求項1又は2に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記カルシウムアルミネート類におけるCaOとAl2O3とのモル比(CaO/Al2O3)が2.0~3.0である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- さらに、炭酸アルカリ、水酸化カルシウム及びミョウバンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- さらに、アルカリ金属硫酸塩、アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩、及び硫酸アルミニウム、からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記ミョウバンが、カリウムミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、及びアンモニウムミョウバンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項5又は6に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 粉末状急結剤100質量部中、前記カルシウムアルミネート類を30~80質量部、前記珪酸ソーダを0.5~20質量部含む請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 粉末状急結剤100質量部中、前記炭酸アルカリを1~20質量部、前記水酸化カルシウムを5~30質量部、前記ミョウバンを0.5~30質量部含有する請求項5~8のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記粉末状急結剤100質量部中、前記アルカリ金属硫酸塩を3~25質量部含む請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記粉末状急結剤100質量部中、前記アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩を10~60質量部含む請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記粉末状急結剤100質量部中、前記硫酸アルミニウムを5~25質量部含む請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記硫酸アルミニウムの水和数が、5~18である請求項6~9及び12のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 前記アルカリ土類金属硫酸塩のブレーンが3000cm2/g以上であることを特徴とする請求項6~13のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤が、吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートに配合されてなる急結材料。
- 前記吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートが高炉スラグを含有する請求項15に記載の急結材料。
- 請求項15又は16に記載の急結材料の硬化物であって、表面に存在する最大幅が0.1mmのひび割れが、少なくとも6ヶ月間の接水環境下で50%以上修復する急結材料硬化物。
- 搬送される吹付けモルタル又は吹付けコンクリートに、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の粉末状急結剤を混合合流させて、被吹付け物に吹付けを行う吹付け工法。
