Description
植物を栽培する栽培槽をラックにセットする工程と、
前記ラックを植物の生育順に複数台、隣り合わせて走行ライン上に並べる工程と、
植物の生育状態に合わせて前記ラックを間歇的に前進させる工程と、
先頭の前記ラックを後続の前記ラックから分離し、後続の前記ラックの後尾の前記ラックに新規の前記ラックを隣り合わせる工程と、
を含んでいる。
前記栽培槽は、植物の播種、育苗、定植の各生育状態に応じて、隣り合った植物の間隔が密から疎に植え替えられる複数種類使用されてもよい。
植物を栽培する栽培槽をセットする複数台のラックと、
前記複数台のラックを接離可能なように複数台配列し、当該複数台のラックが一体的に前進するように誘導する走行ラインと、
を備え、
前記栽培槽で栽培されている植物の生育状態に応じて先頭の前記ラックが後続の前記ラックから離れて前進可能とされている。
前記走行ラインは、ガイドレールを備えていてもよい。

前記ラックは、キャスタを備えていてもよい。
前記本発明に係る植物栽培システムにおいて、
前記ラックは、前記栽培槽で栽培されている植物を照明する照明手段を備えていてもよい。

前記ラックは、前記栽培槽内に給水する給水管と、前記栽培槽内から排水する排水管と、前記給水管と前記排水管との間で水を循環させるポンプとを備えていてもよい。
前記本発明に係る植物栽培システムに備えられたラックである。
植物Pを栽培する栽培槽2をラック1にセットする工程と、
前記ラック1を植物Pの生育順に複数台、隣り合わせて走行ライン上に並べる工程と、
植物Pの生育状態に合わせて前記ラック1を間歇的に前進させる工程と、
先頭の前記ラック1を後続の前記ラック1から分離し、後続の前記ラック1の後尾の前記ラック1に新規の前記ラック1を隣り合わせる工程と、
を含んでいる。
この植物栽培方法によれば、播種や育苗の生育状態においては、葉が出ていない乃至小さいため、密に植えて生育させ、葉が大きくなることで疎に植えて生育させることができる。
植物Pを栽培する栽培槽2をセットする複数台のラック1と、
前記複数台のラック1を接離可能なように複数台配列し、当該複数台のラック1が一体的に前進するように誘導する走行ラインと、
を備え、
前記栽培槽2で栽培されている植物Pの生育状態に応じて先頭の前記ラック1が後続の前記ラック1から離れて前進可能とされている。
この植物栽培システムによれば、走行ラインがガイドレール4を備えることにより、ラック1がガイドレール4に沿って前進するようにすることができる。
この植物栽培システムによれば、ラック1がキャスタ15を備えることにより、ラック1がスムーズに前進するようにすることができる。
この植物栽培システムによれば、照明手段が栽培槽2で栽培されている植物Pを照明することにより、植物Pの生育を促進することができる。
この植物栽培システムによれば、栽培槽2内に窮する水が給水管16と排水管17とを循環することにより、節水することができる。
このラック1によれば、植物栽培システムにおいて好適に使用することができる。

- 植物を栽培する栽培槽をラックにセットする工程と、
前記ラックを植物の生育順に複数台、隣り合わせて走行ライン上に並べる工程と、
植物の生育状態に合わせて前記ラックを間歇的に前進させる工程と、
先頭の前記ラックを後続の前記ラックから分離し、後続の前記ラックの後尾の前記ラックに新規の前記ラックを隣り合わせる工程と、
を含んでいる植物栽培方法。 - 前記栽培槽は、植物の播種、育苗、定植の各生育状態に応じて、隣り合った植物の間隔が密から疎に植え替えられる複数種類使用される請求項1に記載の植物栽培方法。
- 植物を栽培する栽培槽をセットする複数台のラックと、
前記複数台のラックを接離可能なように複数台配列し、当該複数台のラックが一体的に前進するように誘導する走行ラインと、

- 前記ラックは、前記栽培槽で栽培されている植物を照明する照明手段を備えている請求項3乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 前記ラックは、前記栽培槽内に給水する給水管と、前記栽培槽内から排水する排水管と、前記給水管と前記排水管との間で水を循環させるポンプとを備えている請求項3乃至6のうちいずれか一項に記載の植物栽培システム。
- 請求項3乃至7のうちいずれか一項に記載の植物栽培システムに備えられたラック。
