技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输领域,具体涉及一种容器。
背景技术
使用复合材料制成的大型容器包装运输以及储存货物是一些工业生产中常规的方法,这些容器大多有塑料的侧板和底,并在侧板和底中放置金属管材进行加强。需要盛放液体货物时,可以使用一个衬袋铺展在箱体内,然后再将液体货物灌装到衬袋中。当盛放好货物之后,往往会在容器上放置一个盖子来保护箱体内的货物,防止雨水、灰尘等污染货物。另外,不管容器是可折叠或者不可折叠的结构形式,和箱体连接的盖子总能为整体强度提供相当多的支持:当箱体内盛放液体货物时,随着颠簸、急加减速等运输过程中的情形液体在箱体内剧烈波动。此时,盖子能有效减小液体起伏的幅度,使衬袋不至于受力过大而破裂,液体货物的安全也就得到了保障。盖子对大型容器的作用还在于:当两个容器相互堆叠时,盖子能够限制上层容器水平各方向上的移动,使得上层容器不会轻易倾倒。目前大多数的容器盖子具有四到八个手动操作的盖子锁,盖子锁具有横闩,将盖子和箱体连接起来。这种结构方案的盖子一定程度上满足了容器在功能上的需求,但锁扣使用不便,并容易损坏。
CN 104590787 A公开了一种新颖的盖子锁定结构,这种带有弹性复位的锁定结构改进了上述方案中的盖子锁合的不便,并且操作相对简便,但是它仍然只能在特定的侧面对锁定结构进行解锁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够在任一侧对容器的盖子进行解锁的容器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种容器,包括底座、两对相对的侧板和盖子,两对相对的所述侧板均连接于所述底座,所述盖子能够经由锁定装置锁定于所述侧板的顶部,所述容器的四个顶角均各设有一个所述锁定装置,四个所述锁定装置沿所述盖子的相应对角线两两相对布置且每个所述锁定装置包括设置于所述盖子上的一个锁舌件和设置于相应的所述侧板上的一个锁槽,其中所述锁舌件具有锁舌并布置成能够相对于所述盖子移动以使得所述锁舌能够伸入所述锁槽以将所述盖子锁定于所述侧板并能够脱离所述锁槽以对盖子进行解锁,以及每个所述锁槽沿所述盖子的相应对角线方向向外延伸出所述侧板。
较佳地,所述容器的每个角部设有从所述盖子向上凸出的一个凸起,所有的所述凸起的外部形状均相同并且每个所述凸起的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称,所述锁定装置安装于所述凸起内,以及所述容器的底座的四个角部上设有位置和形状与所述凸起的位置和形状相匹配的凹坑。

1.可以从任一侧对容器的盖子进行解锁,即实现所谓的四向解锁。
2.针对盖子为正方形的容器,允许任意从一侧盖子和侧板扣合,并允许上层容器堆叠时从任意一侧和下层容器相堆叠。

图1是设有根据本发明的一实施例的锁定装置的容器100。该容器100包括底座1,两对相对的侧板2和3,以及盖子4。两对相对的侧板均连接于底座1。本实施例中,四个侧板均可折叠地连接于底座1。相邻的侧板通过咬合结构相互咬合。两对相对的侧板中的一对相对的侧板3上设有小门5和把手6。小门5可打开以便于获取容器内的货物。把手6便于对容器的侧板进行操作。盖子4能够经由锁定装置7锁定于侧板的顶部。容器100的四个角部均各设有一个锁定装置7。本实施例中,容器100的每个角部设有一体地从盖子4向上凸出的凸起11。锁定装置7安装于凸起11内。
本文的锁定装置7尤其适于大型容器,例如IBC容器。这种大型容器尺寸较大,一般人站在容器的一侧时,通常难以对相对的一侧的锁定装置进行操作。这种容器的长度通常大于800mm,宽度大于600mm以及高度大于500mm。
如图2至4所示,锁定装置7包括设置于盖子上的锁舌件8、操作件9和设置于相应的侧板上的锁槽10。一对相对的侧板中每个侧板2的上部两端各设有一个锁槽10。锁舌件8布置成在操作件9的操纵下能够相对于盖子1移动。锁舌件8和锁槽10配置成使得锁舌件8能够伸入锁槽10以将盖子4锁定于侧板2,且在盖子1 的任一侧同时对位于该侧的两个锁定装置7进行解锁后就能够将盖子1从侧板移除。这里,解锁通常是通过相对于侧板向外移动锁舌件8来实现。
图中所示的实施例中,小门5和把手6设置于容器100的第一对相对的侧板3上。锁槽10设置于容器的第二对相对的侧板2上。布置在与容器100的第二对相对的侧板2中的一个侧板同一侧的两个锁定装置的解锁方向相同,即沿同一方向运动以实现解锁。布置在与容器100的第二对相对的侧板2中的一个侧板同一侧的两个锁定装置的解锁方向与布置在第二对相对的侧板中的另一个侧板同一侧的两个锁定装置的解锁方向相反。
参见图3-4及图6D,侧板2上的锁槽10为凹槽。该凹槽从距离该侧板的边缘预定距离处开始并沿平行于盖子4的方向延伸出该侧板的边缘。即锁槽10的末端开放。较佳地,锁槽的长度为2mm~10mm。更佳地,锁槽的长度为3mm~8mm。
本实施例中,侧板2由内板和外板相互焊接而成。外板201的外表面为光面,内表面布置有加强筋。锁槽10布置在外板201的外表面上。侧板内的与设有锁槽10的位置相对应的位置处设有加强筋202,且该加强筋202的分布密度比该侧板其余部位的加强筋的分布密度大。
参见图2及图5-6,锁定装置7的操作件9具有板状主体901。板状主体901的一端设有从上表面下凹的操作部904。板状主体901的另一端的两侧向下延伸的侧壁902。侧壁902的下边缘设有导轨903。导轨903可滑动地安装于盖子4内。板状主体901的中部向下延伸出安装柱905。板状主体的下表面还延伸出止挡部906。
参见图6,锁舌件8具有杆状主体801。该杆状主体801的一端向下延伸出竖杆802。该竖杆802的末端沿与杆状主体801平行的方向朝向杆状主体801的另一端延伸出锁舌803。杆状主体801上设有安装孔804。操作件9的安装柱905插入安装孔804,以将操作件9与锁舌件8相互连接。
锁定装置7还具有回复件15,该回复件布置成在松开操作件9后使得锁舌件8复位,即使得锁舌件保持在缩回状态。具体地,本实施例中,回复件为弹簧15。如图6B和图6C所示,弹簧15容纳于盖子4内。弹簧的一端抵靠于操作件的止挡部906,弹簧的另一端抵靠于盖子内的挡板401。由此,如图6C所示,在解锁时,弹簧15压缩,提供回复力。在操作者松开手后,弹簧15复位并驱动操作件9复位,操作件9带动锁舌件8复位,使得锁定装置重新处于锁定状态,如图6B所示。
图7和图8为沿第一解锁方向对盖子进行解锁的示意图。如图7-8所示,当操作者站在侧板2一侧对盖子进行解锁时,首先同时将这一侧的两个锁定装置7解锁,即将这两个锁定装置7的锁舌朝同一方向拉出。接着,将盖子4向对侧的侧板方向推动,即可实现盖子的解锁。当操作者站在该侧板2相对的侧板一侧对盖子进行解锁时,操作方式相同。
图9和图10为沿第二解锁方向对盖子进行解锁的示意图。如图9-10所示,当操作者站在侧板3一侧对盖子进行解锁时,首先同时将这一侧的两个锁定装置7解锁,即将这两个锁定装置向相反的方向拉出。接着,将盖子4向对侧的侧板方向推动,即可实现盖子的解锁。当操作者站在该侧板3相对的侧板一侧对盖子进行解锁时,操作方式相同。
由此,可以实现在任一侧板所在侧对盖子进行解锁,即实现所谓的四向解锁。
图11-12和12A示出是根据本发明的另一实施例的设有锁定装置的容器的侧板的结构。如图11-12所示,本实施例与上述实施例的不同之处在于侧板上锁槽的形状。本实施例中,锁槽为设置于侧板的上部两端的凹槽12。该凹槽12的一端距离该侧板的边缘预定距离。凹槽12沿平行于盖子的方向朝向侧板的边缘延伸一段距离。该凹槽12的一部分的底部还向上延伸出一导向部14,该导向部呈底部宽顶部窄的楔形。导向部14上设有导向斜面13。锁舌803能够在该导向斜面的作用下朝向侧板外部运动,实现相应锁定装置的解锁。该实施例的中,凹槽可以延伸出侧板边缘,也可不延伸出侧板边缘,只要在凹槽的一部分,例如凹槽的另一端设有导向斜面即可。
图13-20示出了设有根据本发明的另一实施例的锁定装置的容器200的结构示意图。本实施例与上述实施例的区别主要在于锁定装置的放置位置,锁定装置中的操作件和锁舌件与上述实施例相同,在此不再详述。本实施例中,同样地,容器的四个顶角均各设有一个锁定装置16。四个锁定装置16沿盖子17的相应对角线两两相对布置且每个锁定装置16包括设置于盖子上的一个上述的操作件9、上述的锁舌件8和设置于相应的侧板上的一个锁槽18。锁舌件8具有锁舌并布置成能够相对于盖子17移动以使得锁舌能够伸入锁槽以将盖子锁定于侧板并能够脱离锁槽以对盖子进行解锁。每个锁槽18沿盖子的相应对角线方向向外延伸出侧板。
每两个相邻的侧板相交处的拐角上部各设有一个锁槽18。如图17-18所示,锁 槽18设置在侧板2a的拐角外侧。锁槽18的宽度应足够宽使得相对的另一侧板处的两个锁定装置解锁后,朝向侧板2a推动盖子时,侧板2a侧的两个锁定装置的锁舌能够脱离锁槽18。进一步地,每个锁槽18关于盖子17的相应对角线对称。
如图15-16所示,容器200的每个角部设有从盖子17向上凸出的一个凸起19。即盖子17上共设有4个凸起19。所有的凸起19的外部形状相同并且每个凸起19的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称。凸起19的形状可以是椭圆形,其长轴与盖子的对角线重合。当然,凸起19也可以为圆形或长方形,只要凸起的中心轴线与盖子的对角线重合并且凸起的形状关于其中心轴线对侧即可。较佳地,凸起19一体地从盖子17向上凸出。另一实施例中,凸起19也可作为一个单独的构件安装在盖子上。
锁定装置16安装于凸起19内。锁定装置16的锁舌件8安装成使得在解锁时,锁舌件8相对于盖子的运动方向与盖子的相应对角线重合。
在解锁时,在盖子的任一侧同时对位于该侧的两个锁定装置进行解锁,即沿盖子的对角线方向I拉出锁舌,然后将盖子沿III方向推出,就能够将盖子解锁,并从侧板移除,如图13所示。当在不同侧进行操作时,锁舌的可能运动方向如图18所示。
如图14所示,容器200的底座20的四个角部上设有位置和形状与凸起19的位置和形状相匹配的凹坑21。凹坑21用于在容器200相互堆叠时,对容器进行限位。具体地,在容器200相互堆叠时,凸起19放置于凹坑21内,由此将上层容器相对于下层容器定位。由于所有的凸起19的外部形状相同并且每个凸起19的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称。因此,当容器的盖子为方形盖子时,可允许任意从一侧将盖子和侧板扣合,在容器相互堆叠时,允许上层容器堆叠时从任意一侧和下层容器相堆叠,如图19-20所示。
根据实际使用和测试数据,盖子上的锁合结构越是靠近箱体的顶角其锁定功能越稳定,这是因为使用时容器的顶角变形量相对其他位置较小,锁合结构的锁定效果也相对更稳定,同时从盖子结构上来看,锁合结构在靠近四个顶角的位置时盖子的抗箱体内液体冲击的强度是最好的。

考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利 要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种容器,包括底座、两对相对的侧板和盖子,两对相对的所述侧板均连接于所述底座,所述盖子能够经由锁定装置锁定于所述侧板的顶部,所述容器的四个顶角均各设有一个所述锁定装置,其特征在于,四个所述锁定装置沿所述盖子的相应对角线两两相对布置且每个所述锁定装置包括设置于所述盖子上的一个锁舌件和设置于相应的所述侧板上的一个锁槽,其中所述锁舌件具有锁舌并布置成能够相对于所述盖子移动以使得所述锁舌能够伸入所述锁槽以将所述盖子锁定于所述侧板并能够脱离所述锁槽以对盖子进行解锁,以及每个所述锁槽沿所述盖子的相应对角线方向向外延伸出所述侧板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器的每个角部设有从所述盖子向上凸出的一个凸起,所有的所述凸起的外部形状相同并且每个所述凸起的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称,所述锁定装置安装于所述凸起内,以及所述容器的底座的四个角部上设有位置和形状与所述凸起的位置和形状相匹配的凹坑。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述凸起一体地从所述盖子向上凸出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,每个所述锁槽关于所述盖子的相应对角线对称。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁定装置进一步具有操作件和回复件,其中所述操作件可滑动地安装于所述盖子并与所述锁舌件连接,所述回复件布置成在松开所述操作件后使得所述锁舌件复位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁舌件具有杆状主体,该杆状主体的一端向下延伸出竖杆,该竖杆的末端沿与所述杆状主体平行的方向朝向所述杆状主体的另一端延伸出锁舌,所述锁舌件的所述杆状主体上设有安装孔;以及所述操作件具有板状主体,所述板状主体的一端设有下凹的操作部,所述板状主体的另一端的两侧向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的下边缘设有导轨,所述导轨可滑动地安装于所述盖子内,所述板状主体的中部向下延伸出安装柱,所述安装柱插入所述安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为长度大于800mm,宽度大于600mm以及高度大于500mm的容器。
  8. 一种容器,包括底座、两对相对的侧板和盖子,两对相对的所述侧板均连接于所述底座,所述盖子能够经由锁定装置锁定于所述侧板的顶部,所述容器的四个顶角均各设有一个所述锁定装置,其特征在于,每个所述锁定装置包括设置于所述盖子上的一个锁舌件和设置于相应的所述侧板上的一个锁槽,其中所述锁舌件具有锁舌并布置成能够相对于所述盖子移动以使得所述锁舌能够伸入所述锁槽以将所述盖子锁定于所述侧板并能够脱离所述锁槽以对盖子进行解锁,两对相对的侧板中一对侧板中的每个侧板的上部两端各设有一个所述锁槽,其中所述锁槽为凹槽,该凹槽的一端距离该侧板的边缘预定距离并且该凹槽的另一端沿平行于所述盖子的方向延伸出该侧板的边缘,以及布置在与设有所述锁槽的一对相对的侧板中的一个侧板同一侧的两个所述锁定装置的解锁方向相同,并且该解锁方向和布置在与该对相对的侧板中的另一个侧板同一侧的两个锁定装置的解锁方向相反。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器的每个角部设有从所述盖子向上凸出的一个凸起,所有的所述凸起的外部形状均相同并且每个所述凸起的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称,所述锁定装置安装于所述凸起内,以及所述容器的底座的四个角部上设有位置和形状与所述凸起的位置和形状相匹配的凹坑。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述凸起一体地从所述盖子向上凸出。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁定装置进一步具有操作件和回复件,其中所述操作件可滑动地安装于所述盖子并与所述锁舌件连接,所述回复件布置成在松开所述操作件后使得所述锁舌件复位。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁舌件具有杆状主体,该杆状主体的一端向下延伸出竖杆,该竖杆的末端沿与所述杆状主体平行的方向朝向所述杆状主体的另一端延伸出锁舌,所述锁舌件的所述杆状主体上设有安装孔;以及所述操作件具有板状主体,所述板状主体的一端设有下凹的操作部,所述板状主体的另一端的两侧向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的下边缘设有导轨,所述导轨可滑动地安装于所述盖子内,所述板状主体的中部向下延伸出安装柱,所述安装柱插入所述安装孔。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为长度大于800mm,宽度大于600mm以及高度大于500mm的容器。
  14. 一种容器,包括底座、两对相对的侧板和盖子,两对相对的所述侧板均连接于所述底座,所述盖子能够经由锁定装置锁定于所述侧板的顶部,所述容器的四个顶角均各设有一个所述锁定装置,其特征在于,每个所述锁定装置包括设置于所述盖子上的一个锁舌件和设置于相应的所述侧板上的一个锁槽,其中所述锁舌件具有锁舌并布置成能够相对于所述盖子移动以使得所述锁舌能够伸入所述锁槽以将所述盖子锁定于所述侧板并能够脱离所述锁槽以对盖子进行解锁,两对相对的侧板中一对侧板中的每个侧板的上部两端各设有一个所述锁槽,所述锁槽为设置于所述侧板的上部两端的凹槽,该凹槽的一端距离该侧板的边缘预定距离并且该凹槽的另一端设有导向斜面,以及布置在与设有所述锁槽的一对相对的侧板中的一个侧板同一侧的两个所述锁定装置的解锁方向相同,并且该解锁方向和布置在与该对相对的侧板中的另一个侧板同一侧的两个锁定装置的解锁方向相反。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器的每个角部设有从所述盖子向上凸出的一个凸起,所有的所述凸起的外部形状均相同并且每个所述凸起的形状关于所述盖子的相应的对角线对称,所述锁定装置安装于所述凸起内,以及所述容器的底座的四个角部上设有位置和形状与所述凸起的位置和形状相匹配的凹坑。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于,所述凸起一体地从所述盖子向上凸出。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁定装置进一步具有操作件和回复件,其中所述操作件可滑动地安装于所述盖子并与所述锁舌件连接,所述回复件布置成在松开所述操作件后使得所述锁舌件复位。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁舌件具有杆状主体,该杆状主体的一端向下延伸出竖杆,该竖杆的末端沿与所述杆状主体平行的方向朝向所述杆状主体的另一端延伸出锁舌,所述锁舌件的所述杆状主体上设有安装孔;以及所述操作件具有板状主体,所述板状主体的一端设有下凹的操作部,所述板状主体的另一端的两侧向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的下边缘设有导轨,所述导轨可滑动地安装于所述盖子内,所述板状主体的中部向下延伸出安装柱,所述安装柱插入所述安装孔。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器为长度大于800mm,宽度大于600mm以及高度大于500mm的容器。
