本发明所涉及的大型容器(折叠或非折叠式结构)是一种物流箱,其容积一般在800L以上,被广泛用于各行业的物流运输和仓库储存。相对于容积较小的容器,比如容积小于400L的容器,容积在800L以上的大型容器通常具有更高的力学要求且承载结构设计更复杂。
通常,这种大型容器设有保护性的盖子,盖子可锁定地连接于容器箱体的侧板上。在容器内装入货物后运输时,盖子可有效地提高容器的整体强度,以保证容器内的货物在运输过程中的安全;在容器内装入货物后仓储时,盖子可良好地防止外界的雨水、灰尘等物体进入容器内部,以保护容器内货物的存储卫生环境。
另外,无论是在运输环境下还是仓储环境下,也无论容器内是否装有货物,为了充分利用容器装载空间,均会采取堆叠方式放置容器,即将多个容器依次上下堆叠若干层数,此时,盖子在上层容器和下层容器之间起到了承上启下的重要堆叠作用。盖子的该承上启下的堆叠作用表现在如下所述方面:1)防倾倒作用,上层容器的底座放置在下层容器的盖子上,盖子可以保证将上下两层容器之间的相对位置限制住,并防止堆叠在一起的容器在仓储尤其是运输过程中发生倾倒现象;2)堆叠承载作用,下层容器的盖子在承载上层容器的载荷重力时,可以有效地将该载荷重力传递至下层容器的箱体承载强度较高的位置(例如容器的两块侧板的连接处)。这就对容器的盖子在结构设计上提出了较高的要求。
现有的一种大型容器,该容器的盖子上设有防倾倒装置,防倾倒装置位于盖子的侧边以内的中间区域。盖子通常采用塑胶片体结构,下层容器的盖子在上层容器的箱体的重压作用下有时会发生下凹现象,此时,盖子上的防倾倒装置会随盖子的中间区域一同下凹,使得下层容器的盖子上的防倾倒装置脱离上 层容器的箱体底部,进而使该防倾倒装置的防倾倒功能失效。另外,盖子的侧边还设有手动锁,手动锁在多次使用后容易发生损坏。进一步地,防倾倒装置位于盖子的侧边以内的中间区域,还导致若干个单独作为零件的盖子无法稳妥地堆叠在一起运输和储存。
现有的另一种大型容器,在盖子的每个侧边均设有两个手动锁,虽然较多的手动锁可以增强锁定效果,但操作起来非常繁琐。
在大型容器的盖子上设置防倾倒装置可以总结为两种位置设置方式,一种是设置在盖子的侧边以内的中间区域,另一种是设置在盖子的侧边,在拐角部位。另外,若容器的盖子的相对的两个侧边较短时,该两个侧边可能各只设置一个防倾倒装置,防倾倒效果可能会不理想;若该两个侧边各设置两个防倾倒装置,则会显得略为拥挤,不美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种大型容器,其容积通常在800L以上,该容器的盖子的相对的两个侧边设有自动锁,另两个侧边设有手动锁,手动锁辅助自动锁将盖子锁定于侧板的顶部,增强了锁定强度,同时提高了锁定操作和解锁操作的便利性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:

本发明所述的各实施例中的防倾倒装置包括从盖子的侧边一体向上延伸出的多个凸起71,底座41设有与凸起71相匹配的凹陷81。当堆叠两个容器时,下层容器的凸起71嵌入上层容器的凹陷81,一个下层容器的凸起71与一个上层容器的凹陷81构成一组防倾倒组合。由于凹陷81的一侧设有侧壁,在多个该防倾倒组合的配合下,既可防止上层容器相对下层容器平移,又可防止上层容器向侧方倾倒。
另一方面,在本实施例的图中示出,防倾倒装置位于自动锁50和手动锁60之间,相邻的自动锁50和手动锁60之间的设有两个凸起71,该两个凸起71分别位于盖子30两个侧边。假设盖子30的边长为B,凸起71至邻近的盖子30拐角的距离A的范围可为B/10≤A≤B/3,较佳地,可为B/5≤A≤B/4。防倾倒装置采用这种避让出盖子30的拐角的位置设置方式,堆叠的上层容器的重力可通过下层容器的盖子30优先传导至下层容器的两个侧板40的连接部分,该连接部分具有更优的承载强度以及支撑稳定性,从而提高了下层容器的整体承载能力。
设有手动锁60的盖子30的侧边中间位置设有凸台72,手动锁60设于凸台72,凸台72可以作为防倾倒装置的一部分,起到辅助防倾倒作用。底座41的下表面设有与凸台72相匹配的凹槽82,在本实施例中,在手动锁60提供锁定功能的同时,凸台72还可起到防止上层容器平移及侧方倾倒的作用,即一个下层容器的凸台72与一个上层容器的凹槽82也可构成一组另一种形式的防倾倒组合。
本发明所述的容器,同时设置了自动锁50和手动锁60,并将自动锁50设置在盖子的相对的两个侧边,将手动锁设置在盖子30的另两个侧边。这种锁定装置型式的选择及位置设计不同于现有的在容器的盖子上只设置手动锁或只设置自动锁的设计惯例,使解锁和锁定操作更加便利,自动锁的对侧设计能够使 操作人员单侧就可以打开箱盖且只需一个操作人员即可完成解锁和锁定操作。例如,在执行本发明所述的容器的解锁操作时,先解锁手动锁60之后,就可便利地将自动锁50解锁并打开盖子30。此外,在凸台72上的手动锁60辅助自动锁50锁定容器前提下,手动锁60和凸台72作为一个整体,即作为另一种形式的防倾倒组合,也可辅助防倾倒装置防止上层容器发生平移及侧方倾倒。手动锁60和凸台72的这种一体多用式结构设计使盖子30的表面结构布置地更加整洁,还可节约材料及制造成本。
参见图4至图6,自动锁50包括执手51和锁闩52,盖子30的上侧设有与执手51相匹配的执手槽31,执手51和执手槽31均大体上为扇形结构。执手51上较窄的一端设有连接孔511,执手槽31内设有与连接孔511相匹配的连接轴311,连接轴311可转动地连接于连接孔511,以使执手51可在执手槽31内小相位范围转动。执手51上较宽的一端设有挂钩512,执手槽31内设有与挂钩512相匹配的挂台312,挂钩512可滑动地安装于挂台312。进而,执手槽31限定了执手51的可转动范围,连接孔511与连接轴311组合对执手51进行导向,挂钩512与挂台312组合则对执手51进行辅助导向。
执手51上还设有复位件513,复位件513回位连接于执手槽31的侧壁,复位件513可以采用弹性金属片结构形式,也可以采用其他具有弹性的结构形式,例如弹簧等。在本实施例中,复位件513抵靠执手槽31的侧壁,在执手51上施加作用力压紧复位件513使其发生弹性变形,在撤除作用力后,复位件513可依靠自身的弹性恢复形变,以使执手51回位至初始状态。
锁闩52设有导轨521、销孔522和扣位523,盖子30的侧边设有导轨槽32,导轨521可滑动地安装于导轨槽32,锁闩52可在导轨521的导向作用下解锁或锁定。执手51上还设有销件514,销孔522位于锁闩52首先伸入箱体内部的一端,销件514可配合连接于所述销孔。侧板40设有与扣位523相匹配的扣位槽42,扣位523可锁定连接于扣位槽42。在扣位523穿过盖子30上的侧孔33锁定于扣位槽42时,此时自动锁50处于已锁定状态,即该自动锁50已将盖子30锁定于侧板40上。
在扣位523已锁定于扣位槽42时,锁闩52朝向箱体外部的端面与盖子30的侧表面平齐。在销件514插入销孔522后,执手51即可带动锁闩52一同动作。例如,在执行自动锁50的解锁操作时,扳动执手51即可使扣位523从扣 位槽42中脱出,从而解锁。在执行自动锁50的锁定操作时,施加作用力于锁闩52朝向箱体外部的端面,即可将扣位523推入扣位槽42内,从而锁定。
参见图7至图10,手动锁60设有锁定件、导向装置和上臂64,锁定件能够在导向装置的导向下动作,从而实现锁定或解锁。导向装置包括滑台62,凸台72设有与滑台62相匹配的滑槽721,从而滑台62可滑动地安装于滑槽721。锁定件设有锁钩63,侧板40设有钩槽43,锁钩63可锁定连接于钩槽43。
手动锁60的两侧还设有侧臂61,侧臂61的端部设有卡块611,凸台72的两侧设有第一卡槽721和第二卡槽722,卡块611可卡接于第一卡槽721和第二卡槽722并分别实现解锁定位和锁定定位。将手动锁60放置在凸台72上时,首先将锁钩63放入滑槽721较宽的一端,直至卡块611卡接于第一卡槽722,在此放置过程中,侧臂61和上臂64均会被迫微微向外侧弯曲以便完成放置过程。在执行手动锁60的锁定操作时,将锁钩63从滑槽721较宽的一端推至较窄的一端,直至卡块611卡接于第二卡槽723,此时,锁钩63锁定于钩槽43,从而完成手动锁60的锁定操作。
手动锁60的锁钩63上及侧板40的钩槽43上分别设有相匹配的导向斜面,分别为第一导向斜面66和第二导向斜面44,第一导向斜面66和第二导向斜面44相互配合以便于手动锁60的放置过程。导向进入待锁定状态。
带导向装置的手动锁62可以按需锁定,在容器用于仓储时,无论手动锁62原先处于何种状态,均可以便利的解锁或锁定。在容器用于运输时,手动锁60经手动操作锁定,可以辅助已锁定的自动锁50锁定盖子30于侧板40以提高锁定强度。
实施例二
参见图11和图12,图中示出了本发明所述的容器的第二种实施例。该实施例中,自动锁的执手51和执手槽31均呈矩形形式,执手51设有直线式的挂钩512,执手槽31内设有直线式的挂台312,挂钩512可直线滑动地安装于挂台312。
在实施例一中,由图4和图5示出的连接孔511与连接轴311组合为自动锁的回位动作提供周向转动导向。而在实施例二中,由图11和图12示出的挂钩512与挂台312组合为自动锁的回位动作提供直线平移导向。
实施例三
参见图13和图14,图中示出了本发明所述的容器的第三种实施例。在实施三中,手动锁的导向装置包括销轴65,凸台72设有旋转孔724,销轴65可转动地连接于旋转孔724,销轴65与旋转孔724之间略过盈配合。
在实施例一中,由图7和图10示出的滑台62与滑槽721组合为手动锁的锁定操作提供直线平移导向。而在实施例三中,由图13和图14示出的销轴65与旋转孔724组合为手动锁的锁定操作提供周向转动导向。
需要指出的是,本发明所述的容器可同时采用实施例一中给出的自动锁和手动锁结构,也可同时采用实施例一中给出的自动锁结构和实施例三中给出的手动锁结构,进一步地也可同时采用实施例二中给出的自动锁结构和实施例三中给出的手动锁结构,以及其它组合。本发明所述的容器的发明构思是在盖子上同时采用自动锁和手动锁,以及配合使用防倾倒装置,以使容器兼具防倾倒作用、堆叠承载作用以及锁定/解锁导向和回位导向作用。
优选地,本发明所述的容器的容积大于600L,尤其是大于700L。更优选地,本发明所述的容器是容积在800L以上的大型容器。
本发明所述的容器可采用折叠或非折叠式结构型式。本发明所述的容器还可以采用这种结构设计,将自动锁或手动锁设于防倾倒装置的一个或多个凸起,即将锁定装置与防倾倒装置作为一组合。该组合可兼具锁定功能和防倾倒功能,增加了容器的整体美观度,同时由于盖子表面的安装区域减小,使得下层容器的盖子与上层容器的底座的接触面积增加,提高了盖子的承载能力。
需要进一步指出的是,现有的大型容器的盖子上均只设有手动锁或自动锁,只设置手动锁或只设置自动锁已成为现有的大型容器的盖子的结构设计惯例。然而,若盖子的两个相对侧边只设置自动锁或只设置手动锁,另两个侧边未设置锁,未设置锁的侧边存在货物外溢的风险。进一步地,若盖子的四个侧边均只设置自动锁,解锁操作不方便,需要由多个人一起协作打开。若盖子的四个侧边均只设置手动锁,解锁操作比较繁琐。另外,无论是设置手动锁还是自动锁,通常未设有锁定导向装置,锁定动作操作不变且容易损坏锁具。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的 上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种容器,包括底座、侧板和盖子,所述侧板连接于所述底座,其特征在于,所述盖子经由锁定装置锁定于所述侧板的顶部,所述锁定装置包括自动锁和手动锁,所述自动锁设于所述盖子的相对的两个侧边,且所述手动锁设于所述盖子的另两个侧边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述自动锁和相邻所述手动锁相互连线构成一多边形,该多边形的相邻两边的边长分别为A和B,且A≤B≤1.5A;
    或者所述自动锁和相邻所述手动锁相互连线与所述盖子的侧边至少一边一起构成一多边形,该多边形的相邻两边的边长分别为C和D,且C≤D≤1.5C。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖子还设有防倾倒装置,所述防倾倒装置设置在所述盖子的侧边并避让出所述盖子的拐角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖子还设有防倾倒装置,所述防倾倒装置包括从所述盖子的侧边一体向上延伸出的多个凸起,所述底座设有与所述凸起相匹配的凹陷。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述多个凸起中的一个或多个设有所述自动锁或所述手动锁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述手动锁设有锁定件和导向装置,所述锁定件能够在所述导向装置的导向下动作,从而实现锁定或解锁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖子的所述另两个侧边还设有凸台,所述手动锁设于所述凸台,所述底座的下表面设有与所述凸台相匹配的凹槽;其中
    所述导向装置包括滑台,所述凸台设有与所述滑台相匹配的滑槽,从而所述滑台可滑动地安装于所述滑槽;或
    所述导向装置包括销轴,所述凸台设有旋转孔,所述销轴可转动地连接于所述旋转孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的容器,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有锁钩,所述侧板设有钩槽,所述锁钩可锁定连接于所述钩槽;所述手动锁的两侧还设有侧 臂,所述侧臂的端部设有卡块,所述凸台的两侧设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述卡块可卡接于所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽并分别实现解锁定位和锁定定位。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述自动锁包括执手,所述执手设有复位件,所述盖子的上侧设有执手槽,所述执手容纳于所述执手槽中且所述复位件回位连接于所述执手槽的侧壁;其中
    所述执手设有连接孔,所述执手槽设有连接轴,所述连接轴可转动地连接于所述连接孔;或
    所述执手设有挂钩,所述执手槽设有挂台,所述挂钩可直线滑动地安装于所述挂台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述执手还设有销件,所述自动锁还包括锁闩,所述锁闩设有导轨、销孔和扣位,所述侧板设有扣位槽,所述销件可配合连接于所述销孔,所述扣位可锁定连接于所述扣位槽;所述盖子的侧边设有导轨槽,所述导轨可滑动地安装于所述导轨槽。
