可折叠式大型容器一般指容量在 800L以上的容器,它通常包含有可折 叠并可拆卸的侧板以及和侧板连接的底座, 这种连接多为铰链形式。 可选 的在侧板上具有一个小门, 它被用来进入容器内部深层而不需打开或者拆 卸整面侧板, 这种容器为大家所熟知, 特别是用于转运与储藏各种物体(比 如整件物体和散装材料) 的大型容器。 这种空的折叠式容器的侧板可以折 叠, 这样, 容器高度大大变矮, 占据空间也更加缩减, 利于运回重新装货, 一面或者多面侧板或者损坏的侧板局可以拆下换新的。 而且, 侧板上带有 小门的容器, 更方便人们拿取容器底部的货物。
容器的侧板通常是在下端使用铰链铰接到容器底座上, 侧板的小门也 多由铰链和侧板相连接。 侧板通过绕铰链转动, 实现其直立和放倒的变化, 侧板上的小门也同样依靠绕铰链旋转来实现打开和闭合。 我们在使用容器 的时候, 侧板就需要保持直立, 小门也需要保持关闭, 这就要依靠一个锁 定装置将它们保持在需要的状态。
在已知的工艺中, 为了实现以上目的, 相邻的侧板间都设置有咬合结 构, 也就是说侧板间的相互咬合连接提供了其中一面侧板的直立锁定, 如 果将相邻的另一侧板再进行锁定, 就可以满足使用中每个侧板都要保持的 直立要求。 通常的做法是在一块有拐角的侧板上做一凹槽, 凹槽靠近该侧 板边缘并接近相邻的侧板, 锁闩放置于凹槽内, 相邻的侧板上具有可以容 纳锁闩端部的凹坑, 通过锁闩进入和离开凹坑来达到锁定或解锁侧板间的 锁合以达到所有侧板直立或折叠的要求。
现有的锁定机构中, 大多是只有一个锁闩并位于侧板靠上方两端侧部 的位置, 侧板的下方的铰链一般距离侧板的两端侧部都还有一定尺寸, 这 部分的侧板在受外侧的作用力时就相当于悬臂的结构, 这样的情况就会使 得容器容易损坏。 同样的在容器受到对角线方向的作用力时, 例如角的跌 落试验等, 此处也会成为结构强度的薄弱点。 发明内容
本发明的目的是能够稳固地连接大型容器的相邻的两个侧板的锁定机 构, 使得该大型容器在受到外力时, 相邻的两个侧板之间的连接部分也不 会轻易损坏, 由此提高了整个容器的整体强度。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 所 述大型容器包括两对相互平行的侧板和一个底座, 所述锁定机构用于相邻 的两个侧板之间的连接, 其特征在于:
所述锁定机构包括把手、 锁闩, 以及驱动杆;
所述把手置于相邻的两个侧板中的一个的腔中, 放置所述把手的侧板 的上部外侧具有孔以露出所述把手, 且该侧板两端各具有间隔开一定距离 的两个以上锁孔以供所述锁闩穿过; 以及
所述驱动杆与所述把手和所述锁闩配合, 使得扳动把手时, 所述锁闩 能够缩入侧板中, 由此释放两个侧板间的连接, 而松开把手时, 所述锁闩 能够复位。
优选地, 所述锁定机构还包括一个塞头, 所述把手套放于所述塞头内, 然后再置于所述相邻的两个侧板中的一个的腔中。
优选地, 所述大型容器的两对相互平行的侧板其中一对中的每个侧板 设有两个所述锁定机构, 分别位于该侧板的两端, 且所述侧板两端中每端 设有两个锁闩。
本发明的一优选实施例中,
所述锁闩的头部设有斜坡, 中部有一个切口, 所述切口右侧设有一个 以上坡面, 锁闩的尾部设有弹性圈;
所述把手的正面具有用于操作时提拉的凹部, 背部具有挂台以和所述 驱动杆相连接; 以及
所述驱动杆的端部具有挂槽, 在驱动杆一侧设有直筋, 直筋的中部有 一个缺口, 在驱动杆上还设有分别用于与所述两个以上锁闩的坡面配合的 多个斜坡; 其中,
所述挂台与所述挂槽相配合, 所述驱动杆上的斜坡与所述锁闩的坡面 相配合, 且所述锁闩的弹性圈与侧板上的筋相配合, 使得扳动把手时, 所 述锁闩能够缩入侧板中, 由此释放两个侧板间的连接, 而松开把手时, 所 述锁闩能够复位。
优选地, 所述锁紧机构设有两个锁闩, 每个所述锁闩的所述切口右侧 设有两个相互对称的坡面; 以及所述驱动杆的上下两端各具有一个挂槽, 且所述驱动杆设有 4个分别与所述两个锁闩的相互对称的坡面配合的斜坡。
优选地, 所述大型容器的两对相互平行的侧板其中一对中的每个侧板 设有两个所述锁定机构, 分别位于该侧板的两端, 且每个所述锁定机构设 有两个锁闩, 所述驱动杆上的分别用于与所述锁闩的坡面配合的斜坡为四 个。 优选地, 所述侧板上设有两条用于约束所述驱动杆的筋, 使得所述驱 动杆只能够竖向直线移动, 以及一条抵在所述弹性圈的筋, 使得所述锁闩 在向内侧移动后可以复位。
本发明还提供了一种大型容器, 所述大型容器包括两对相互平行的侧 板、 一个底座, 以及一个盖子, 其特征在于: 所述两对相互平行的侧板其 中一对的每个侧板的两端上设有上面所述的锁定机构, 用于与相邻的侧板 连接。
优选地, 所述大型容器的两对相互平行的另一对侧板上设有小门。 本发明的适用于大型容器的锁定机构在相互平行的一对侧板中每个侧 板的两端都具有两个以上锁闩和相邻的侧板进行锁定, 这样就克服了传统 的单锁扣在结构强度上的缺点, 使得容器受到撞击或意外跌落时, 侧板之 间的连接部位也不容易损坏, 由此提高了容器的整体强度, 同时操作简单。

以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明, 以便更清楚理解本 发明的目的、 特点和优点。 应理解的是, 附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范 围的限制, 而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
如图 1所示, 可折叠式大型容器 100包括两对相互平行的侧板 2和 4 (即一对相互平行的侧板 2、 2和一对相互平行的侧板 4、 4, 侧板 2和侧板 4一般相互垂直) 、 一个底座 1, 以及一个盖子 (未图示) , 一对侧板 4上 均安装有小门 3。 锁定机构 5被安置在侧板 2 的两侧, 即在大型容器 100 上共设有 4个锁定机构 5, 为清楚起见, 图中仅示出其中之一, 并以局部剖 开的方式示出。 图中局部剖开的地方即是该机构 5 的组装好并处于锁定时 的形态。 如图 1所示, 两个锁闩 53分别处于上下方两个位置。
图 2示出根据本发明的锁定机构 5的一个实施例的分解立体图。如图 2 所示, 锁定机构 5包括一个塞头 51、 一个把手 52、 两个锁闩 53, 以及驱动 杆 54。 把手 52套放在塞头 51 内, 然后安装在侧板 2的腔 27中。 侧板 2 的上部外侧具有方孔 26 以露出把手 52, 侧板的两端都具有两个方形锁孔 24、 25以供锁闩 53穿过。两个方形锁孔 24和 25间隔开一定距离,较佳地, 锁孔 24靠近侧板的顶部, 而锁孔 25靠近底座。 驱动杆 54从侧板 2底部安 装入侧板, 并与把手 52和两个锁闩 53配合, 使得扳动把手时, 锁闩 53能 够缩入侧板中, 由此释放两个侧板间的连接。 而松开把手时, 锁闩 53能够 复位。 需要指出的是, 当侧板 2设有用于直接放置把手的相应结构时, 可 省略塞头 5 1。
图 3示出锁定机构 5在侧板 2中的安装图。 把手 52靠近侧板的上方, 其凹部 521距离侧板顶端的距离大约为 65亳米, 方面人们操作时可以借助 侧板顶端发力, 以减轻劳动量。 锁闩 53安装在侧板两端的方孔中并处于伸 出状态。
图 4为沿图 3中 F-F线剖切的局部剖视图。 如图 4所示, 侧板 2上的 筋 22和 23将驱动杆 54两侧约束。筋 21抵在锁闩 53尾部的弹性圈 534上, 使得锁闩 53在向内侧移动后可以复位;侧板 2上的另外两条筋 28和 29(如 图 1所示) 在锁闩 53的位置设计有断口, 这样整体上就限制了锁闩 53只 能够横向直线移动, 而驱动杆 54只能够竖向直线移动。
图 5示出图 2所示的实施例中的锁闩 53的结构立体图。 锁闩 53的头 部设有斜坡 533, 以便于其进入侧板 4的凹坑。 锁闩 53的中部有一个切口 535 , 切口 535右侧设有两个相互对称的坡面 531和 532。锁闩 53的尾部设 有弹性圈 534。 或者, 锁闩 53的尾部也可以设置其它能够提供给锁闩回弹 力的弹性件, 诸如弹簧等。 较佳地, 锁闩 53由塑料一体成型制成。
图 6示出图 2所示的实施例的把手 52的结构立体图。 把手 52的正面 具有用于操作时提拉的凹部 521 (如图 2所示) , 背部具有挂台 522以和驱 动杆 54相连接。 把手 52的外部形状可以为长方形, 如图 6所示, 或者, 把手也可以设置成其他任何合适的形状, 比如半圆形等。
图 7示出图 2所示的实施例中的驱动杆 54的结构立体图。 驱动杆 54 上下两端各有一个挂槽 545和 546, 在驱动杆一侧设有直筋 547, 直筋 547 的中部有一个缺口 548。 该缺口 548的作用在于当驱动杆 54从侧板 2的下 端装入时, 下方的锁闩 53也可以利用此缺口从侧面装入侧板 2中。 在驱动 杆上与侧板的方孔 24相对应 (安装后相对应) 的位置处设有分别用于与一 个锁闩 53的坡面 531和 532配合的斜坡 541和 542, 而在与侧板的方孔 25 相对应 (安装后相对应) 的位置处设有用于与另一个锁闩 53的坡面 531和 532配合的斜坡 543和 544。其中,斜坡 541和斜坡 543相平行,而斜坡 542 和斜坡 544相平行。
图 8和图 9分别为锁定机构 5装配在图 1 中的侧板 2右侧时的锁定和 解锁状态, 为清楚起见, 未示出侧板 2, 而仅示出锁定机构 5。 如图 8所示, 挂槽 545与把手 52相配合, 两个锁闩 53上的斜坡 532分别和驱动杆 54上 的斜坡 541、 543相接触, 同时直筋 547限制了两个锁闩 53 向右侧脱出, 弹性圈 534抵在侧板 2的筋 21上 (参见图 4 ) 。 当把手 52被提起时, 驱动 杆 54向上直线移动, 斜坡 541、 543驱动斜坡 532向左侧移动, 使得锁闩 53移出侧板 4上的凹坑以解除两侧板之间的锁定。 此时, 弹性圈 534被压 缩, 当松开把手 52时, 其驱动两个锁闩 53以及驱动杆 54复位, 如图 9所 示。
图 10为锁定机构 5装配在侧板 2左侧时的状态。和其安装右侧不同的 是, 驱动杆 54上的斜坡 544和 542与锁闩 53上的斜坡 531相配合, 挂槽 546和把手 52相配合, 这样, 原机构中的零件可以直接用在另一侧而不必 更换零件, 节约了成本。
本发明的适用于大型容器的锁定机构在相互平行的一对侧板中每个侧 板的两端都具有两个以上锁闩和相邻的侧板进行锁定, 这样就克服了传统 的单锁扣在结构强度上的缺点, 使得容器受到撞击或意外跌落时, 侧板之 间的连接部位也不容易损坏, 由此提高了容器的整体强度, 同时操作简单。
需要指出的是, 虽然上述实施例中, 锁定机构用于大型容器的侧板之 间的连接, 但是, 本领域技术人员应理解, 本发明的锁定机构同样适用于 侧板与小门之间的连接。 此外, 上述实施例中, 虽然每个锁定机构仅设有 两个锁闩, 但根据需要, 可以设置更多个锁闩, 例如三个或四个锁闩等。
一变型例中, 每个锁闩上可仅具有一个坡面, 相应地, 驱动杆上也可 仅具有分别与两个锁闩配合的两个斜坡。 另外, 驱动杆上可仅在其一端具 有与把手的挂台配合的挂槽。 此时, 在设置锁闩的坡面和驱动杆的斜坡方 向时, 需要考虑锁定机构将要安装于侧板的左侧端或右侧端, 并进行相应 的设置。 而上述的图 1-10所示的实施例中的锁定机构则可任意安装在侧板 的左侧端或右侧端。
另外, 锁闩的结构、 把手的结构以及驱动杆的结构也可采用现有的结 构, 只要锁闩的数量为两个以上即可。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例, 但应理解到, 在阅读了本发 明的上述讲授内容之后, 本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。 这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 所述大型容器包括两对相互平行 的侧板和一个底座, 所述锁定机构用于相邻的两个侧板之间的连接, 其特 征在于:
所述锁定机构包括把手、 锁闩, 以及驱动杆;
所述把手置于相邻的两个侧板中的一个的腔中, 放置所述把手的侧板 的上部外侧具有孔以露出所述把手, 且该侧板两端各具有间隔开一定距离 的两个以上锁孔以供所述锁闩穿过; 以及
所述驱动杆与所述把手和所述锁闩配合, 使得扳动把手时, 所述锁闩 能够缩入侧板中, 由此释放两个侧板间的连接, 而松开把手时, 所述锁闩 能够复位。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁定机构还包括一个塞头, 所述把手套放于所述塞头内, 然后再置于 所述相邻的两个侧板中的一个的腔中。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述大型容器的两对相互平行的侧板其中一对中的每个侧板设有两个所述 锁定机构, 分别位于该侧板的两端, 且所述侧板两端中每端设有两个锁闩。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁闩的头部设有斜坡, 中部有一个切口, 所述切口右侧设有一个 以上坡面, 锁闩的尾部设有弹性圈;
所述把手的正面具有用于操作时提拉的凹部, 背部具有挂台以和所述 驱动杆相连接; 以及
所述驱动杆的端部具有挂槽, 在驱动杆一侧设有直筋, 直筋的中部有 一个缺口, 且在驱动杆上还设有分别用于与所述两个以上锁闩的坡面配合 的多个斜坡; 其中,
所述挂台与所述挂槽相配合, 所述驱动杆上的斜坡与所述锁闩的坡面 相配合, 且所述锁闩的弹性圈与侧板上的筋相配合, 使得扳动把手时, 所 述锁闩能够缩入侧板中, 由此释放两个侧板间的连接, 而松开把手时, 所 述锁闩能够复位。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述锁紧机构设有两个锁闩, 每个所述锁闩的所述切口右侧设有两个 相互对称的坡面; 以及
所述驱动杆的上下两端各具有一个挂槽, 且所述驱动杆设有 4个分别 与所述两个锁闩的相互对称的坡面配合的斜坡。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述大型容器的两对相互平行的侧板其中一对中的每个侧板设有两个所述 锁定机构, 分别位于该侧板的两端, 且每个所述锁定机构设有两个锁闩, 所述驱动杆上的分别用于与所述锁闩的坡面配合的斜坡为四个。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的适用于大型容器的锁定机构, 其特征在于: 所述侧板上设有两条用于约束所述驱动杆的筋, 使得所述驱动杆只能够竖 向直线移动, 以及一条抵在所述弹性圈的筋, 使得所述锁闩在向内侧移动 后可以复位。
8. 一种大型容器, 所述大型容器包括两对相互平行的侧板、一个底座, 以及一个盖子, 其特征在于: 所述两对相互平行的侧板其中一对中的每个 侧板的两端上设有权利要求 1-7 中任一项所述的锁定机构, 用于与相邻的 侧板连接。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的大型容器, 其特征在于: 所述大型容器的两 对相互平行的侧板中的另一对侧板上设有小门。
