如图2-4所示,在侧板2上设有腔体21,所述腔体21内设有弹簧座22且所述腔体的朝向相邻侧板的外壁设有开口23。该开口23朝向容器内侧,从而在组装好时,第二咬合件12沿垂直于侧板平面的方向向容器内部凸出,从而在折叠时,在侧板自身重力的作用下,所述第二咬合件被按压缩回所述腔体内,由此降低折叠时容器的体积。
组装时,弹簧13的一端固定于所述弹簧座22上,另一端容纳于第二咬合件的弹簧容纳腔中。第二咬合件12的设有咬合孔124的一端穿过开口23,而设有所述弹簧容纳腔的另一端122与所述弹簧配合。挡板123位于腔体21内且挡板123的外轮廓大于开口的轮廓从而所述挡板不能穿过所述开口。在侧板直立状态下,咬合头11a(11a’、11a”)插入所述咬合孔从而实现两个相邻侧板的咬合。
图9a-9b是示出本发明的可折叠式容器折叠过程的局部剖视图。在容器折叠过程中,侧板3(通常是较短的侧板)首先折叠。接着,侧板2(通常是较长的侧板)折叠,此时,设置于侧板2上的第二咬合件12面向侧板3的上表面,当侧板2靠近侧板3时,第二咬合件12将接触侧板3,此时,侧板2继续向下运动,在侧板2重力的作用下,第二咬合件12将缩入侧板2的腔体中,从而侧板2和侧板3紧密贴合,由此减小容器折叠后所占用的空间。
图10是示出根据本发明的咬合结构的第二咬合件12’的第二实施例及侧板2’上相关结构的结构示意图。本实施例与图1-6所示实施例的主要不同之处在于第二咬合件12’的结构和弹簧(复位件)的结构以及侧板2’上的腔体21'的结构,其余相同,在此不再详述。
如图10所示,本实施例的第二咬合件12’的上端设有咬合孔121’,用于与位于另一侧板上的咬合头咬合。在第二咬合件12’的下端设有铰链销122’,用于将第二咬合件12’可旋转地连接于侧板2’。侧板2’上设有开放的腔体21’,用于容纳第二咬合件12’,从而在容器折叠时,第二咬合件12’绕铰链销122’旋转而躺倒,使得第二咬合件12’完全置于腔体21’内。
图11a-11b是示出采用第二咬合件12’的可折叠式容器折叠过程的局部剖视图。在容器折叠过程中,侧板3(通常是较短的侧板)首先折叠。接着,侧板2’(通常是较长的侧板)折叠,此时,设置于侧板2’上的第二咬合件12’面向侧板3的上表面,当侧板2’靠近侧板3时,第二咬合件12’将接触侧板3,此时,侧板2’继续向下运动,在侧板2’重力的作用下,第二咬合件12’将旋转并躺倒而完全置于侧板2的腔体21’中,从而侧板2’和侧板3紧密贴合,由此减小容器折叠后所占用的空间。
需要指出的是,上述实施例中,也可采用咬合头和咬合孔之外的其它咬合方式,诸如设有相互咬合结构的咬合块,只要两个相邻的侧板中一个侧板上的咬合结构在折叠时能够缩回或隐藏在侧板内即可。另外,弹簧等复位件也可以一体地形成在第二咬合件上。
本发明中,除了上述咬合结构之外,在相邻的两个侧板之间还设有锁定机构,从而实现两个侧板的锁定。具体地,如图1-4所示,锁定机构包括锁定件6、设置在侧板3上的锁孔31和限位板32,锁定件容纳于侧板3中且锁定件的一端抵靠限位板32,另一端延伸出锁孔31,并压住第二咬合件12,从而防止第一咬合件和第二咬合件分离,以实现相邻两个侧板之间的锁定。
锁定件6设有锁舌61、复位弹片62和操作凹槽63,当组装好时,复位弹片62抵靠限位板32,锁舌61穿过锁孔31,操作凹槽63便于用于对锁定件进行操作以实现解锁。较佳地,锁定件设置在与多个所述咬合结构中的一个或两个相同高度的位置处,用于对所述咬合结构进行限位以锁定第一咬合件和第二咬合件,并进而锁定相邻的两个侧板。
本发明的可折叠容器中,当长侧板与短侧板件处于垂直于底座时,长侧板的咬合件处于伸出状态并与短侧板的对应咬合件咬合并由短侧板中的锁定件进行止回,从而将长侧板和短侧板完全固定。当容器处于折叠状态时,长侧板和短侧板平行于底座并相互层叠,折叠到位后长侧板的咬合件会因侧板的重力关系处于缩回状态,从而使折叠高度更低,降低折叠空间。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于可折叠式容器中的咬合结构,所述可折叠式容器包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,相邻的两个侧板之间通过所述咬合结构相互连接,所述咬合结构包括分别位于相邻的两个侧板的边缘上的第一咬合件和第二咬合件,其特征在于:所述第一咬合件设置于所述相邻的两个侧板中一个的边缘上,所述相邻的两个侧板中另一个边缘设有腔体,所述咬合结构还包括复位结构,所述复位结构可伸缩地容纳于所述腔体内从而使得在侧板直立状态下,所述第二咬合件的一端伸出所述腔体并与所述第一咬合件咬合,而在侧板折叠状态下,所述第二咬合件的所述一端缩入所述腔体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述第一咬合件设有咬合头,所述第二咬合件设有咬合孔,在侧板直立状态下,所述咬合头插入所述咬合孔从而实现两个相邻侧板的咬合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述相邻的两个侧板中一个侧板比另一侧板长,所述第一咬合件设置在较短的侧板上,所述第二咬合件设置在较长的侧板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述第二咬合件沿垂直于侧板平面的方向向容器内部凸出,从而在折叠时,在侧板自身重力的作用下,所述第二咬合件被按压缩回所述腔体内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述腔体的朝向相邻侧板的外壁设有开口,所述第二咬合件的一部分容纳于所述腔体内,而另一部分能够伸出所述开口或缩回所述开口内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述复位结构为弹簧或弹性橡胶。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述第一咬合件设有一个或多个咬合头。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:所述第一咬合件设有咬合头,所述复位结构是弹簧,所述腔体内设有弹簧座且所述腔体的朝向相邻侧板的外壁设有开口;所述第二咬合件的一端设有弹簧容纳腔,另一端设有咬合孔,且所述第二咬合件的中部设有挡板;其中,所述弹簧的一端固定于所述弹簧座上,另一端容纳 于所述弹簧容纳腔中;所述第二咬合件的设有所述咬合孔的一端穿过所述开口,而设有所述弹簧容纳腔的另一端与所述弹簧配合;所述挡板位于所述腔体内且所述挡板的外轮廓大于所述开口的轮廓从而所述挡板不能穿过所述开口;以及在侧板直立状态下,所述咬合头插入所述咬合孔从而实现两个相邻侧板的咬合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的咬合结构,其特征在于:沿侧板的高度方向设有多个所述咬合结构,且在设有所述第一咬合件的侧板上还设有锁定件,所述锁定件设置在与多个所述咬合结构中的一个或两个相同高度的位置处,用于对所述咬合结构进行限位以锁定第一咬合件和第二咬合件,并进而锁定相邻的两个侧板。
  10. 一种可折叠式容器,所述可折叠式容器包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,其特征在于:相邻的两个侧板之间通过权利要求1-9任一项所述的咬合结构相互咬合。
