折叠箱 技术领域
本发明涉及容器,具体涉及折叠箱。
背景技术
现有折叠箱有固定的侧板厚度及高度,在使用时,侧板要相对展开直立,四块侧板互锁,从而形成相对封闭的空间来容纳货物,而在货物清空后,箱体需要被回收,为了更大化节约成本,将箱体侧板进行折叠,而使得在同等的空间内能容纳更多的箱体回收。
在折叠箱的回收过程中,需要便于清洁,特别是当折叠箱用来装载蔬果生鲜等食品时,使用后清洁尤为重要。同时,箱体使用中,既要保证在其装载的货物时安全可靠,又要在箱内货物清空时侧板能简单快捷的解锁并折叠。
现有的折叠箱,例如专利申请WO2011062565A1所公开的折叠箱,箱体的侧板能实现快速的锁定,但箱体的把手安装在侧板外缘,当折叠箱在使用过程中往往会受到内载货物对侧板扩张力量,而把手需要上下移动的装配间隙,很容易导致把手部分变形而凸出侧板的外缘,在这样的情况下,箱体在搬运还是在使用过程中很容易触发到把手并让其解锁,给折叠箱带来安全隐患。另外这种折叠箱侧板上布置了额大量的加强筋来加强侧板的强度,这使得箱体使用过程中容易藏污纳垢,使用后也不利于快速清洁,不利于蔬果生鲜等食品卫生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是基于现有的不足,本发明提供了一种可折叠双光面折叠箱,外观面光滑无加强筋布置的易于快速清洁,空箱回收时侧板的解锁简单便捷,且把手置于侧板内侧,使用过程中不易被意外触发而解锁。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底板、一对第一侧板和一对第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板铰接至所述底板并可相对于所述底板折叠,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板通过锁定机构可释放地相互锁定,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括:
把手,该把手可移动地安装于所述第一侧板上;
锁定件,该锁定件用于将相邻的第一侧板和第二侧板相互锁定;
导向特征,该导向特征设置于所述第二侧板上;
其中,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述把手对所述锁定件进行限位从而限制所述锁定件运动,而当所述把手移动从而为所述锁定件提供其运动所需的空间后,所述锁定件能够与所述导向特征配合从而驱动所述锁定件运动而实现解锁。

以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
图1是根据本发明的一实施例的折叠箱100的立体图,其中局部剖切以示出部分锁定机构。如图1所示,折叠箱100包括底板1,一对第一侧板2、2和一对第二侧板3、3。其中第一侧板2和第二侧板3分别铰接至底板1并可相对于底板1折叠。相邻的第一侧板和第二侧板通过锁定机构4可释放地相互锁定。较佳地,第一侧板和第二侧板均为双光面侧板。本实施例中,第一侧板比第二侧板短,故第一侧板也称为短侧板,而第二侧板也称为长侧板。长短侧板较佳地由例如高强度塑料等高强度材料制成。

还如图2所示,锁定件42的一端设有锁舌422,另一端设有V字形弹片421(也称为第一锁舌弹片,其它实施例中,第一锁舌弹片也可采用其它形状,只要其能够在上锁时驱使锁定件回弹即可)。锁舌422上设置有圆弧导向面。在锁定件42的外侧(较佳地在中部)设有第二锁舌弹片423,第二锁舌弹片423上设有限位凸起424和触发凸起425。这里,术语“外侧”指的是与折叠箱外部相同的一侧。在锁定件42上侧还设有第三锁舌弹片424(另一实施例中,第三锁舌弹片也可设置于锁定件的下侧)。第三锁舌弹片424用于当锁舌当处于完全释放(即锁舌处于锁定的伸出状态)而第一侧板处于折叠状态时,此时第一侧板向直立方向运动(箱体展开上锁),锁舌将会沿着第二侧板的止挡部导向,迫使第三锁舌弹片424弹性变形,锁舌朝向第一侧板上缘摆动。当锁舌越过长侧板止挡部,第三锁舌弹片的外侧始终被限制在第一侧板相应的安装部中,依靠弹性复位将锁舌推入到第二侧板止挡部与第二侧板连接部之间,使得长侧板处于锁定状态。
在锁定件42的与V字形弹片421相同的一端设有与第一导向斜面4111对应的锁定导向斜面425(如图10所示),当解锁时,锁定导向斜面425能够沿着把手导向斜面4111移动。
如图3a和3b所示,在第一侧板2的内壁上延伸出与第一侧板的内壁平行的一安装壁21。在侧板的内壁上还形成有挂钩25。组装时,把手41容纳于第一侧板的内壁与安装壁21之间形成的空间内并且挂钩25与挂槽414配合,从而把手能够沿 第一侧板2上下滑动。需要指出的是,这里的挂钩也可设置在把手上,相应地,挂槽设置在第一侧板上,同样也可实现相同的功能。
第一侧板2上还设有限位孔26和触发孔27(例如如图7和8所示)。第一侧板2的内腔设有限位凸筋22。第二侧板3设有触发部32(如图22所示)。其中,设置于锁定件42上的限位凸起424和限位孔26配合从而在使得锁定件42能够保持在解锁状态。触发凸起425和触发部32配合从而使得限位凸起424能够脱离限位孔26。限位凸筋22与V字形弹片配合,使得解锁时V字形弹片变形并在锁定时驱使锁定件42复位。

图31-32示出图1-23所示实施例的变型例。该实施例的锁定机构6与图1-23所示实施例不同之处主要在于把手6通过销轴611可转动地安装至第一侧板2,当侧板解锁时,把手61向内旋转,使把手最端部612与锁舌62分离错位,使得锁舌有向侧板中部回缩的空间。其余基本相同,在此不再详述。
需要指出的是,本发明的原理为:在锁定状态下,把手对锁定件进行限位从而使得相邻的两个侧板保持锁定状态,而在解锁时,把手移动,从而为锁定件提供避让空间,此时锁定件能够与导向特征配合而缩回第一侧板内。这里, 把手移动的方式包括上下移动、左右移动或围绕一轴线转动等任何合适的方式,只要把手移动能够为锁定件提供使其缩回第一侧板内的避让空间即可。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底板、一对第一侧板和一对第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板铰接至所述底板并可相对于所述底板折叠,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板通过锁定机构可释放地相互锁定,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括:
    把手,该把手可移动地安装于所述第一侧板上;
    锁定件,该锁定件用于将相邻的第一侧板和第二侧板相互锁定;
    导向特征,该导向特征设置于所述第二侧板上;
    其中,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述把手对所述锁定件进行限位从而限制所述锁定件运动,而当所述把手移动从而为所述锁定件提供其运动所需的空间后,所述锁定件能够与所述导向特征配合从而驱动所述锁定件运动而实现解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有锁舌和第一锁舌弹片,所述锁舌能够与所述导向特征配合从而驱使所述锁舌运动并驱使所述第一锁舌弹片变形而实现解锁,当上锁时,所述第一锁舌弹片能够复位并驱使所述锁舌复位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述第二侧板设有止挡部,所述第二侧板左右两侧边缘垂直延伸出连接部,在锁定状态下,所述锁定件的一端位于所述止挡部与所述连接部之间,且所述导向特征设置于所述止挡部上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,在第一侧板的内壁上延伸出与第一侧板的内壁平行的一安装壁,且所述第一侧板和所述把手之一设有挂钩而另一个设有挂槽,所述把手容纳于所述第一侧板的内壁与所述安装壁之间形成的空间内并且所述挂钩与所述挂槽配合,从而所述把手能够沿所述第一侧板上下滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件的一端设有锁舌,另一端设有第一锁舌弹片,且外侧设有限位凸起和触发凸起;所述第一侧板设有限位孔和触发孔且其内腔设有限位部,所述第二侧板设有触发部;其中所述限位凸起和所述限位孔配合从而在使得所述锁定件能够保持在解锁状态,所述触发凸起和所述触发部配合从而使得所述限位凸起能够脱离所述限位孔,所述限位部与所述第一锁舌弹片配合,使得解锁时所述第一锁舌弹片变形并在锁定时驱使所述锁定件复位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有锁舌和第一锁舌弹片,所述第一锁舌弹片的一端铰接于所述第一侧板,另一端固定于所述锁舌,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述锁舌的一端由所述把手限位,而所述锁舌的另一端伸入所述第二侧板,解锁时,所述锁舌的所述一端脱离所述把手且所述锁舌的所述另一端与所述限位特征配合,从而使得所述锁舌脱离所述第二侧板而实现解锁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述把手和所述锁定件设置成当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述把手的两端分别抵靠两个锁定件的一端,而当所述把手移动预定距离后,所述把手的两端脱离所述锁定件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述把手的两端设有夹持部,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述把手的两端分别夹持两个锁定件的一端,而当所述把手移动预定距离并向折叠箱内部推第一侧板时,所述把手的两端的夹持部脱离所述锁定件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述限位特征为设置于所述第二侧板的内壁上的带有导向斜面的凸起,所述锁定件设有锁舌和第一锁舌弹片,所述第一锁舌弹片的一端铰接于所述第一侧板,另一端固定于所述锁舌,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述锁舌的一端夹持于所述把手的夹持部,而所述锁舌的另一端伸入所述第二侧板,解锁时,所述锁舌的所述一端脱离所述把手且所述锁舌的所述另一端与所述凸起的导向斜面配合,从而使得所述锁舌脱离所述第二侧板而实现解锁。
  10. 一种折叠箱,所述折叠箱包括底板、一对第一侧板和一对第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板铰接至所述底板并可相对于所述底板折叠,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板通过锁定机构可释放地相互锁定,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括:
    把手,该把手可移动地安装于所述第一侧板上;
    锁定件,该锁定件用于将相邻的第一侧板和第二侧板相互锁定并设有锁舌和第一锁舌弹片;
    导向特征,该导向特征设置于所述第二侧板上;
    其中,当所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板处于锁定状态时,所述把手对所述锁定件进行限位从而限制所述锁定件运动,而当所述把手移动从而为所述锁定件提供其运动所需的空间后,所述锁舌能够与所述导向特征配合从而驱使所述锁舌运动并驱 使所述第一锁舌弹片变形而实现解锁,当上锁时,所述第一锁舌弹片能够复位并驱使所述锁舌复位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件还包括设置于所述锁定件外侧的第二锁舌弹片,所述第二锁舌弹片设有限位凸起和触发凸起,所述第一侧板设有分别用于容纳所述限位凸起和触发凸起的限位孔和触发孔,其中所述限位凸起和所述限位孔配合从而在使得所述锁定件能够保持在解锁状态,所述触发凸起能够被所述第二侧板触发而使得所述限位凸起脱离所述限位孔。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的折叠箱,其特征在于,所述锁定件还包括设置于所述锁定件上侧或下侧的第三锁舌弹片,所述第三锁舌弹片能够与所述第一侧板配合。
