一种养生酒,包括55度高粱酒2000斤,龟壳膏粉10斤、鲨鱼软骨粉10斤、大蒜粉20斤。所述发芽带须大蒜的须长30mm。
高粱酒的制备方法、龟壳膏粉的制备方法、大蒜粉的制备方法以及养生酒的配制方法:同实施例1。
上述实施例,只是本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限制本发明实施范围,故凡以本发明权利要求所述的特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括在本发明权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种养生酒,其特征在于,包括按重量百分比计算的如下物质:

  2. 如权利要求1所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述龟壳、鲨鱼软骨和大蒜为粉状。
  3. 如权利要求2所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述大蒜粉由发芽带须的大蒜制得。
  4. 如权利要求3所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述发芽带须大蒜的须长25-35mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述白酒为53-56度高粱酒,并由如下方法制得:
    先将高粱浸泡-初蒸-复蒸-出甄,冷却至24-28℃;然后按照重量百分比计,撒入1%的天然酵母粉搅拌均匀,固态培养24小时;温度28-38℃下入缸发酵10-15天;最后取出,采用高温蒸馏法取53-60℃酒,制得所述高粱酒,置土罐酒缸内储存。
  6. 如权利要求2所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述龟壳粉由如下方法制得:
    将洗干净的龟壳置于有盖的器皿中,加入重量百分比计10%的水后置于高压锅内高压3-4小时,完全软化后成膏状即得龟壳膏;接着将所述龟壳膏烘干粉碎,制得龟壳粉。
  7. 如权利要求2所述养生酒,其特征在于,所述大蒜粉由如下方法制得:
    将大蒜去皮,密封避光于3-5℃下放置5-7天,待底部长出白色的须25-35mm,再取出放入陈醋中浸泡55-65天,最后取出晒干、粉碎,即得所述粉状大蒜。
  8. 权利要求1-7中任意一项所述养生酒的配制方法,其特征在于,具体为:
    (1)先将鲨鱼软骨晒干粉碎,然后将鲨鱼软骨粉按比例与所述龟壳粉混合搅拌12-15分钟,置于烘炉烘烤115-125分钟,制得混合粉料;
    (2)将大蒜粉按比例加入步骤(1)中所得混合粉料中,搅拌55-65分钟;
    (3)将步骤(2)中搅拌混合好的龟壳粉、鲨鱼软骨粉和大蒜粉置于高速分散机罐内与高粱酒搅拌55-65分钟;
    (4)将步骤(3)中搅拌均匀的酒混合物倒入土罐酒缸内密封,置于10-15℃环境下储存170-190天后灌装,制得所述养生酒。
  9. 如权利要求8所述养生酒的配制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中烘炉中烘烤升温为55-65℃。
  10. 如权利要求8所述养生酒的配制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中高速分散机中的搅拌速度为2500-3500转/分钟。
