一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒及制造方法 技术领域
本发明属于新型烟草制品技术领域,具体涉及一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒及制造方法。
背景技术
当前,市场上的加热不燃烧产品的填充烟草材料,多以烟丝、稠浆法烟草薄片、造纸法烟草薄片为主,通过特制电加热装置,加热雾化,然后使抽吸者有抽烟的感觉。电加热的加热温度通常在250-310℃,远低于卷烟燃烧的700-800℃。
这些加热不燃烧的材料通常存在这样一些问题,常见的有:由于填充的这些烟草材料的密度较高,有些含有较高的木浆纤维等成分,导致填充的烟草材料受热慢,加热传导不佳;或者由于烟草材料的形态的影响,使得受热不均匀,难以满足抽吸者达到抽吸传统低焦油卷烟的感受;或者由于未添加烟草特有的生理味觉调整组分,造成其抽吸的生理满足感与传统卷烟产品抽吸差异较大。
同时,加热不燃烧卷烟的填充烟草材料加工工艺也存在着一些问题,例如中国专利CN104366687B所披露的,将烟草原料经粉碎机初步粉碎成粉末,所述粉末的长度2cm以下,直径0.2cm以下,将前述得到的粉末放入微波膨胀设备中,在单管功率1.5KW、2450MHz高频率下微波膨胀20-40分钟,得到膨胀后的颗粒半成品,这种工艺是目前常用的,但是,经过微波膨胀或用较高的加工温度步骤,容易导致烟草香味物质的流失,不能达到传统低焦油卷烟的香味感受。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒及制造方法,用于克服现有技术中加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸制品 的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素8-20份、烟草粉末50-80份、烟草裂解产物0.5-2份、烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,雾化剂8-30份,烟用香精0.1-2份,丙二醇1-10份。
优选地,所述的烟草裂解产物是利用远红外加热方法在250-310℃对烟草进行裂解的产物。
优选地,所述进行裂解的烟草为烤烟、晾烟或者晒烟中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述进行裂解的烟草为津巴布韦烤烟。
优选地,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分是由生物碱和水组成。
优选地,所述生物碱选自烟碱或咖啡碱:
其中,若选用烟碱,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分由烟碱20-40%、水60-80%组成;
其中,若选用咖啡碱,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分由咖啡碱5-20%、水80-95%。
优选地,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分由烟碱为35%、水为65%组成。
优选地,所述的雾化剂是多元醇或多元醇的酯类衍生物。
优选地,所述的雾化剂是蔬菜甘油或甘油。
优选地,所述的雾化剂是蔬菜甘油,所述的雾化剂优选是蔬菜甘油,蔬菜甘油提取于天然植物,使用安全,优点是烟雾量大、烟气柔和、口感甜润感好,抽吸时嗓子更舒服。
上述加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将烟叶在60℃条件下干燥磨粉,控制含水量8-10%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
B、将步骤A得到的所述50-80目烟草粉末,与所述微晶纤维素、烟草裂 解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、雾化剂、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
C、将步骤B得到的所述烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为20-40Pa、温度50-65℃条件下进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为11-13%;
D、将步骤C得到的所述干燥后的烟草颗粒,经流化床成型(流化床型号为常州力马ZLG-4.5×0.6流化床,物料出料水分、产量可通过振幅及加料量来控制,其中,物料出料时温度<40℃)过筛,得到20-30目的所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
本发明具有的积极进步的有益效果:1、受热性能好;2、用加热片在250-310℃加热时,起雾迅速;3、加热完全、烟雾量大;4、具有类似传统卷烟抽吸的烟草香气香味和生理满足感;5、加工所需的工艺难度较小。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的烟草粉末是由烤烟、晾烟或晒烟中的其中一种,经粉碎机磨粉,在60℃条件下干燥,控制含水量8-10%,然后过筛,得到50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料。本发明所述烟草粉末优选为浓香型烤烟烟草粉末或白肋烟烟草粉末或香料烟烟草粉末。
本发明所述的烟草裂解产物是用远红外加热的方法在250-310℃(根据加热不燃烧卷烟用颗粒抽吸时加热的温度而定,比如加热不燃烧卷烟用颗粒抽吸时加热的温度为280℃,远红外加热的温度就设定为280℃)对由烤烟、晾烟或者晒烟中的一种或多种,进行高温裂解的产物,主要成分含烟碱、烟草芳香油组分、以及醛、酮、糖、酸、酯等物质。这些物质多数具有烟草独特的香气香味和改善卷烟抽吸品质的作用。进行裂解的烟叶优选为津巴布韦烤烟。另外本发明选用的远红外加热与传统的蒸汽、热风和电阻等加热方法相 比:具有加热速度快、新产品质量好、设备占地面积小、生产费用低和加热效率高等许多优点,使用这种方式制备的烟草裂解产物品质更优,不产生杂味、怪味。在上述特定温度下的烟草裂解产物在本发明中起到的作用是增加烟草香味物质,明显增强自然烟香、烟气满足感,这是本发明的优点之一。
本发明所述烟草生理味觉调整组分是由生物碱和水组成;其中,所述生物碱选自烟碱或咖啡碱;烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比配制:烟碱20-40%、水60-80%;或者,咖啡碱5-20%、水80-95%;进一步优选的烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比配制:烟碱为35%、水为65%组成。本发明所述烟草生理味觉调整组分具有增强生理满足感、提神等作用,带来与传统卷烟相同的生理冲击感的作用,这是本发明的优点之二。
以上所述的烟草裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分,是本发明加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒的重要成分,这些组分的配合使用,达到了非常理想的效果,能够让抽吸的人,感受到很强的生理满足感和烟草味觉满足感。
本发明所述的雾化剂可选自多元醇或者多元醇的酯类衍生物;可选用蔬菜甘油或甘油;所述雾化剂进一步优选为蔬菜甘油;本发明所述的雾化剂优选为蔬菜甘油,原因是因为能有效增大烟雾量,抽吸时口感有自然甜味,烟气柔和感好,蔬菜甘油的加入,大大提高了本发明所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒的抽吸效果,这是本发明的优点之三。
本发明所述的微晶纤维素是一种纯化的、部分解聚的纤维素,白色、无臭、无味,由多孔微粒组成的结晶粉末。它为制作烟草颗粒的重要的一个造粒成型载体,具有有较好的造粒作用,且造粒较为均匀,大小可控;并且,成型后的颗粒具有良好的疏松结构,便于后期加热更完全、充分;其来源为全天然的植物,无毒、无害,加温时不会产生不愉悦的气味而与烟草味不协调。选用微晶纤维素作为载体这是本发明的优点之三。
本发明所述的烟用香精的种类和来源没有限制,采用本领域技术人员熟 知的烟用香精即可,所述烟用香精均市售可得。
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素15.5份、浓香型烤烟烟草粉末50份、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物0.5份,烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,蔬菜甘油30份,烟用香精2份,丙二醇1份。制作步骤如下:
1、将浓香型烤烟烟叶干燥磨粉,在60℃条件下,控制含水量8%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
2、将步骤1得到的50-80目烟草粉末,与微晶纤维素、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、蔬菜甘油、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
3、将步骤2得到的烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为20Pa、50-65℃条件下,进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为11%;
4、将步骤3得到的干燥烟草颗粒,经流化床成型(常州力马型号为ZLG-4.5×0.6流化床,物料出料水分、产量可通过振幅及加料量来控制,物料出料时温度<40℃),并且过筛,得到20-30目的烟草颗粒,即为加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
本实施例所述烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比:烟碱为20%,水为80%。
本实施例抽吸颗粒在电加热型卷烟中的应用标明,在加热温度280℃时,1-2秒钟后即可形成烟雾,抽吸效果,烟雾量较大,烟草香味较浓,烟香自然,生理满足感较强。
实施例2
一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素20份、浓香型烤烟烟草粉末50份、250℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物2份,烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,蔬菜甘油15份,烟用香精2份,丙二醇10份。制作步骤如下:
1、将浓香型烤烟烟叶干燥磨粉,在60℃条件下,控制含水量10%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
2、将步骤1得到的50-80目烟草粉末,与微晶纤维素、250℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、蔬菜甘油、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
3、将步骤2得到的烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为40Pa、50-65℃条件下,进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为13%;
4、将步骤3得到的干燥烟草颗粒,经流化床成型(常州力马型号为ZLG-4.5×0.6流化床,物料出料水分、产量可通过振幅及加料量来控制,物料出料时温度<40℃),并且过筛,得到20-30目的烟草颗粒,即为加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
本实施例所述烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比:咖啡碱为5%,水为95%。
本实施例抽吸颗粒在电加热型卷烟中的应用标明,在加热温度250℃时,2-3秒钟后即可形成烟雾,抽吸效果,烟雾量较大,烟草香味较浓,烟香自然,生理满足感较强。
实施例3
一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素12份、浓香型烤烟烟草粉末62.4份、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物2份,烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,蔬菜甘油15份,烟用香精0.1份,丙二醇7.5份。制作步骤如下:
1、将浓香型烤烟烟叶干燥磨粉,在60℃条件下,控制含水量9%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
2、将步骤1得到的50-80目烟草粉末,与微晶纤维素、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、蔬菜甘油、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
3、将步骤2得到的烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为20-40Pa、50-65℃条件下,进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为12%;
4、将步骤3得到的干燥烟草颗粒,经流化床成型(常州力马型号为ZLG-4.5×0.6流化床,物料出料水分、产量可通过振幅及加料量来控制,物料出料时温度<40℃),并且过筛,得到20-30目的烟草颗粒,即为加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
本实施例抽吸颗粒在电加热型卷烟中的应用标明,在加热温度280℃时,1-2秒钟后即可形成烟雾,抽吸效果,烟雾量较大,烟草香味较浓,烟香自然,生理满足感较强。
本实施例具有优选性,本实施例3制备的加热不燃烧颗粒在抽吸时效果优异,具有抽吸传统卷烟的香韵和味感,同时更具备烟气柔和、口感甜润生津等优点,而且保质期长,存放了3年仍能保持优良的品质。
本实施例所述烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比:烟碱为35%,水为65%。烟碱是烟草本身含有的特征物质之一,是烟草的重要成分,有提神,提高生理满足感的效果,但是烟碱的添加量不是越大越好,当然也不是越小越好,适中是最好的。
本实施例添加的起雾剂是蔬菜甘油,与本实施例的烟草生理味觉调整组分配合,按照本实施例的比例添加,达到了优选的效果,使本实施例加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品,在抽吸时具有天然的甜润感,既能够突出自然的烟香,同时生理强度满足好,又能够突出抽吸的舒适感。
实施例4
一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素8份、浓香型烤烟烟草粉末80份、280℃津巴布韦烤烟烤烟裂解产物0.9份,烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,蔬菜甘油8份,烟用香精0.1份,丙二醇2份。
1、将浓香型烤烟烟叶干燥磨粉,在60℃条件下,控制含水量9.5%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
2、将步骤1得到的50-80目烟末粉末,与微晶纤维素、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、蔬菜甘油、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
3、将步骤2得到的烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为20-40Pa、50-65℃条件下,进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为11.5%;
4、将步骤3得到的干燥烟草颗粒,经流化床成型(常州力马型号为ZLG-4.5×0.6流化床,物料出料水分、产量可通过振幅及加料量来控制,物料出料时温度<40℃),并且过筛,得到20-30目的烟草颗粒,即为加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
本实施例所述烟草生理味觉调整组分配方按照质量百分比:烟碱为40%,水为60%。

一种加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,包括按照重量分数计的如下组分:微晶纤维素20份、浓香型烤烟烟末56份、280℃津巴布韦烤烟裂解产物2份,烟草生理味觉调整组分1份,蔬菜甘油15份,烟用香精1份,丙二醇5份。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,其特征在于,所述进行裂解的烟草为烤烟、晾烟或者晒烟中的一种或多种。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,其特征在于,所述进行裂解的烟草为津巴布韦烤烟。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,其特征在于,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分是由生物碱和水组成。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒,其特征在于,所述生物碱选自烟碱或咖啡碱:
    其中,若选用烟碱,所述烟草生理味觉调整组分由烟碱20-40%、水60-80%组成;

  10. 如前述权利要求所述的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    A、将烟叶在60℃条件下干燥磨粉,控制含水量8-10%,然后过筛,取粒度为50-80目的烟草粉末作为原料;
    B、将步骤A得到的所述50-80目烟草粉末,与所述微晶纤维素、烟草裂解产物、烟草生理味觉调整组分、雾化剂、烟用香精、丙二醇,充分混合均匀后,制成烟草颗粒半成品;
    C、将步骤B得到的所述烟草颗粒半成品,在真空度为20-40Pa、温度为50-65℃条件下进行干燥,干燥后的烟草颗粒含水量为11-13%;
    D、将步骤C得到的所述干燥后的烟草颗粒,经流化床成型,过筛,得到20-30目的加热不燃烧卷烟用抽吸颗粒成品。
