Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る製袋包装機1の外観斜視図である。図1において、製袋包装機1は、物品(商品)を袋詰めし、袋詰め製品(袋B)を製造する機械である。製袋包装機1は、主として、物品の袋詰めを行う主要部分である製袋包装ユニット5と、袋BとなるフィルムFを製袋包装ユニット5に供給するフィルム供給ユニット6とから構成されている。
次に、製袋包装機1に含まれるユニットの構成について説明する。
図1に示すように、フィルム供給ユニット6は製袋包装ユニット5の成形機構51に対してシート状のフィルムFを供給するユニットである。フィルム供給ユニット6は、製袋包装ユニット5に隣接して設けられる。フィルム供給ユニット6にはフィルムFが巻かれたフィルムロールがセットされている。フィルムFは、そのフィルムロールから繰り出され、成形機構51に供給される。
製袋包装ユニット5は、シート状のフィルムFを筒状に成形し、物品を充填して袋Bを製造していく。
成形機構51は、図2に示すように、チューブ51aと、フォーマ51bとを有している。
プルダウンベルト機構52は、支持フレーム62の天板79から吊り下げられているサポート部材(図示せず)に支持されている。プルダウンベルト機構52は、チューブ51aを挟んで左右対称に配置されている。
縦シール機構53は、支持フレーム62の天板79から吊り下げられているサポート部材(図示せず)に支持されており、チューブ51aに沿って縦に延びるように配置されている。
図2に示すように、横シール機構56は、側面視で箱型に移動する。すなわち、相互に近接するように水平移動して筒状フィルムFcを前後から挟んで対接し、その状態で筒状フィルムFcと等速で下方に移動し、そして相互に離反するように水平移動したのち上方移動して最初の位置に戻る、というボックスモーションを連続して繰り返す。
図3は、製袋包装ユニット5の右側側面図である。図4は、図3のA-A線における断面図である。図3及び図4において、シールジョー56a,56bは左右に水平に延び、それぞれジョーベース12a,12bに取り付けられている。ジョーベース12a,12bは支持ユニット13に前後に水平に移動自在に支持されている。
図5は、一対のシールジョー56a,56bの斜視図である。図5において、シールジョー56aは超音波シール用のホーンであり、シールジョー56bは超音波用のアンビルである。
シールジョー56a,56bはクランク機構により前後に往復移動される。図4に示すように、接続フレーム14の上面からスプライン軸20の上端部が上方に突出し、該スプライン軸20の突出端部にクランク21が嵌合している。クランク21の一方の回転端部と接続用ベース17との間に前側のシールジョー56bのためのリンク22bが備えられ、クランク21の他方の回転端部と後側のジョーベース12aとの間に後側のシールジョー56aのためのリンク22aが備えられている。
上下の水平ビーム42a,42bに取付ブロック43,44を介して左右一対のガイドロッド45が備えられている。各ガイドロッド45は前記スプライン軸20と平行に直立し、それぞれ支持ユニット13の支持ブロック15を上下に貫通している。これにより、支持ユニット13は2本のガイドロッド45と1本のスプライン軸20とで3点支持されている。しかも、図3に示すように、これらのガイドロッド45及びスプライン軸20が平面視で3角形の頂点に位置しているから、支持ユニット13は面で安定に支持されている。
次に、図6A~図6Bを参照しながら切断動作について説明する。ここで、図6Aは、横シール前のシールジョー56a,56b周辺の側断面図である。また、図6Bは、横シール時のシールジョー56a,56b周辺の側断面図である。さらに、図6Cは、横シール直後のシールジョー56a,56b周辺の側断面図である。
図7は、製袋包装機1の制御ブロック図である。図7に示すように、製袋包装機1は、コントロールユニット75を備えている。コントロールユニット75は、フィルム搬送用サーボモータ60と、ジョー昇降用サーボモータ31と、ジョー開閉用サーボモータ23とを制御する。
図8は、連続モード及び間欠モードのタイムチャートである。図8において、コントロールユニット75は、連続モードを実行するときは、筒状フィルムFcを等速で搬送させている間に横シールを行う(横シール時間TS:時刻tc~td)。
図8において、コントロールユニット75は、間欠モードを実行するときは、筒状フィルムFcを停止させている間に(時刻tb~ta)、シールジョー56a,56bを対接させて横シールを行う(横シール時間TS:時刻tc~td)。
図5に示すように、製袋包装機1は、コントロールユニット75に動作条件指定信号を出力する操作パネル80を備えている。オペレータは、この操作パネル80を操作して製袋包装機1の動作条件を指定する。

製袋包装機1では、カッター71が横シール部を切断するときに袋Bを持ち上げる方向の張力が発生するが、横シール部の下方がクランプ73aとクランプ73bとで押えられているので、袋Bが持ち上げられることはなく、切断位置のずれが防止される。
製袋包装機1では、プルダウンベルト機構52がシールジョー56a,56bの上方の筒状フィルムFcを押えているので、上にクランプを設ける必要がない。
製袋包装機1は、製袋することができる袋のサイズは100~500mmである。また、スライド溝72とクランプ73aとの高さ方向の中心間距離Sa、及びカッター71とクランプ73bとの高さ方向の中心間距離Sbは、10~80mmである。特に、ボックスモーションの場合、中心間距離Sa及び中心間距離Sbは、50mm~80mmに設定されるのが望ましい(Sb=Sa)。
製袋包装機1は、筒状フィルムFcを連続的に搬送しながら製袋する、連続製袋を行う。
上記実施形態の横シール機構56では、シールジョー56a,56bが前後方向に互いに接近/離反するように動かされるとともに、上下方向に移動させられる、いわゆるボックスモーションと呼ばれる動きをするが、横シール機構56の動きはこれに限定されるものではない。
