塑料板的结构有很多种,有单层板的结构,也有多层板的复合结构。其中,多层板的复合结构,包括上面板和下底板,二者通常是利用胶水将上层板和下层板粘结在一起,同时,为了提高板的抗压性能和上表面平整,上层板和下层板分别成型侧边,上层板的侧边和下层板的侧边也用胶水进行粘结。
但是,上层板和下层板的侧边面积小,利用胶水进行粘结不仅工艺难度大,而且胶水也需要有很好的性能。

请参照图1和图2,塑料复合板包括上层板10、下层板20及扣接件30。该下层板20支撑住该上层板10。该上层板10和下层板20都是吸塑料成型,下层板20上均匀布满蜂窝孔,以提高板的强度。该上层板10包括面板11及围绕该面板四周设置的下翻边12,该面板11周边下沉 形成水平台阶面112,该下翻边12由该水平台阶面112的外边沿向下延伸。该扣接件30设有扣槽31,该扣槽31的内侧边形成开口,该扣槽31包住该上层板10和下层板20的侧边部位从而将该上层板10和下层板20夹紧固定在一起,三者形成一个整体。该扣槽31的上壁压在该水平台阶面112上,该扣接件30的顶面低于该上层板10的顶面,也就是说,该扣槽31的上壁低于该面板11的顶面。
该扣接件30是由金属片弯折成型,包括依次连接的上压边32、侧挡边33、下压边34及竖向围边35,该上压边32、侧挡边33及下压边围34成所述扣槽31。该竖向围边35的下端朝内卷曲形成卷边352。该上压边32形成该扣槽31的上壁,该上压边32压紧在该水平台阶面112上。
优选地,该下层板20周边设有水平设置的加强边22,该加强边22支撑在该面板11水平台阶面112的下方。
实施例二:
请参照图3和图4,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:扣接件40上部设有扣槽48,扣槽48的作用与上述扣槽31相同,用于夹紧上层板和下层板,扣接件40下部设有支撑底框42,具体地,该扣接件40包括依次连接的上压边41、外侧挡边42、下底边43、内侧挡边44、下压边45及连接边46。该连接边46贴靠在该外侧挡边42上,该外侧挡边42、下底边43、内侧挡边44、下压边45围成所述支撑底框42。该上压边41压在该水平台阶面112上,该下压边45压住该下层 板20。
该扣接件40的支撑底框42能够很好地提升该扣接件40的强度。
实施例三:
请参照图5和图6,实施例三与实施例一的区别在于:扣接件50是铝件,该扣接件50包括支撑底框52、由该支撑底框52顶面的外端竖直向上延伸的侧挡边54、由该侧挡边54的顶端水平向内延伸的上压边56。该支撑底框52顶面、该侧挡边54、该上压边56围成扣槽51,扣槽51的作用和上述扣槽31相同,用于夹紧固定该上层板10和下层板20。该上压边56压住该水平台阶面112,该支撑底框52顶面压住该下层板20。该支撑底板52下部内侧形成导角58,这样,就能够使该支撑底框52底面的宽度小于该水平台阶面112的宽度。当多块复合板叠放在一起时,上方复合板的扣接件50支撑底框52底面就可以支撑在下方复合板的扣接件50的上压边56上,并且通过水平台阶面112的限制,有效防止复合板左右滑动。
实施例四:
请参照图7和图8,实施例四与实施例三的区别在于:该支撑底框52顶面的内端水平向内延伸形成支撑板59,这样可以提高对下层板的支撑面积;另外,下层板20a包括蜂窝板24及连接在该蜂窝板四周的上翻边26,该上翻边26与该上层板10的下翻边12靠在一起,进一步提高了复合板的强度。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种塑料复合板,包括上层板和下层板,该下层板支撑该上层板,该上层板包括面板及围绕该面板四周设置的下翻边,其特征在于:该面板周边下沉形成水平台阶面,该下翻边由该水平台阶面的外边沿向下延伸;还包括扣接件,该扣接件设有扣槽,该扣槽的内侧边形成开口,该扣槽包住该上层板和下层板的侧边部位从而将该上层板和下层板夹紧固定在一起,该扣槽的上壁压在该水平台阶面上,该扣接件的顶面低于该上层板的顶面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该扣接件是由金属片弯折成型,包括依次连接的上压边、侧挡边、下压边及竖向围边,该上压边、侧挡边及下压边围成所述扣槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该竖向围边的下端朝内卷曲形成卷边。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该扣接件是由金属片弯折成型,该扣接件还包括连接在该扣槽下方的支撑底框。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该扣接件包括依次连接的上压边、外侧挡边、下底边、内侧挡边、下压边及连接边,该连接边贴靠在该外侧挡边上,该外侧挡边、下底边、内侧挡边、下压边围成所述支撑底框,该上压边压在该水平台阶面上,该下压边压住该下层板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该扣接 件是铝件,该扣接件包括支撑底框、该支撑底框顶面的外端竖直向上延伸的侧挡边、该侧挡边的顶端水平向内延伸的上压边,该支撑底框顶面、该侧挡边、该上压边围成所述扣槽,该上压边压住该水平台阶面,该支撑底框顶面压住该下层板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该支撑底板下部内侧形成导角,该支撑底框底面的宽度小于该水平台阶面的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该支撑底框顶面的内端水平向内延伸形成支撑板。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该下层板周边设有水平设置的加强边,该加强边支撑在该面板水平台阶面的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的一种塑料复合板,其特征在于:该下层板包括蜂窝板及连接在该蜂窝板四周的上翻边,该上翻边与该下翻边靠在一起。
