一种复合板的包边方法,该复合板的上面板(1)罩住该复合板的下底板(2),该上面板(1)侧边(12)部分或全部设有超出该下底板(2)并向外延伸的连接部分(14),对连接部分(14)和下底板(2)二者相邻接的部位进行加热之后,朝向复合板内侧方向折起连接部分并使连接部分(14)与下底板(2)熔接在一起。对连接部分(14)和下底板(2)进行支撑和加热,使连接部分(14)靠近下底板(2)一端的根部、以及下底板(2)靠近连接部分(14)的位置被加热至熔融状态,然后,利用折叠机构(7)折起连接部分(14),就可以使连接部分(14)与下底板(2)熔接在一起,生产效率高,实现自动化生产,产品合格率有效提高。

Description

[根据细则26改正11.10.2017] 一种复合板的包边方式 技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板的包边方法,特别是涉及复合吸塑板的包边方法。
背景技术
桌板、椅子凳板、梯子踏板等板件,早期的制作方法是采用木材或铁件来制作,为一体式结构,虽然板件的强度好,但是制作成本很高、重量很大。后来,人们希望能够用塑料来制作板件,塑料可以极大降低生产成本并且减轻重量,但是,塑料板一个最主要的问题是强度差。为了克服塑料板强度差的技术问题,申请人早期就研发设计了新型复合塑料板,其包括上面板和下底板两层结构组立形成,下底板向上形成带多个凹孔的蜂窝结构,蜂窝结构的顶面(凹孔的上底面)支撑在上面板下表面,这种结构能够有效地提高塑料板的强度,很受市场的欢迎。此种新型复合塑料板的上面板和下底板的周边分别设有侧边,组装时上面板侧边和下底板侧边贴靠并用胶水进行粘结,从而使新型复合塑料板的四周形成封闭结构。而现在生产车间里都是采用工人手动对上面板侧边和下底板侧边涂胶水,之后再手动将上面板和下底板套装在一起使二侧边粘结在一起,一方面生产效率低,另一方面胶水容易粘到面板表面,导致不良率高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种复合板的包边方法,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合板的包边方法,该复合板的上面板罩住该复合板的下底板,该上面板的侧边部分或全部围绕在该下底板的外侧,该上面板侧边部分或全部设有超出该下底板并向外延伸的连接部分,对所述连接部分和下底板二者相邻接的部位进行加热之后,朝向所述复合板内侧方向折起所述连接部分并使所述连接部分与所述下底板熔接在一起。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
对连接部分和下底板进行加热,使连接部分靠近下底板一端的根部、以及下 底板靠近连接部分的位置被加热至熔融状态,然后,折起连接部分,就可以使连接部分与下底板熔接在一起,生产效率高,实现自动化生产,产品合格率有效提高。

具体实施方法
请参照图1至图3,复合板包括上面板1、下底板2、加强边框3。所述上面板1和下底板2是PP材料。所述上面板1的四周连接有侧边12,所述下底板2的四周连接有侧边22,上面板1罩住下底板2,该上面板的侧边12围绕在该下底板的侧边22的外侧。所述上面板1和下底板2配合包住加强边框3,所述加强边框3位于复合板的边沿部位,所述下底板的侧边22靠住所述加强边框3。 所述下底板2设有朝向上面板一侧凸起的多个凸台24,所述凸台24支撑住所述上面板1。所述上面板1侧边12的底部还设有连接部分14,连接部分14与下底板2熔接在一起,使上面板1和下底板2组装在一起。
连接部分14与下底板2熔接可采用至少三种包边方法来实现:
第一种包边方法,请参照图4a、4b、4c、5a、5b,所述连接部分14竖直设置,上面板的侧边12在一个竖直平面内,连接部分14超出该下底板并向外延伸,利用加热器6对所述连接部分14和下底板2二者相邻接的部位进行加热至熔融状态,之后,折叠机构7朝向所述复合板内侧方向折起所述连接部分14并使所述连接部分14与所述下底板2熔接在一起。优选地,所述折叠机构7为一滑块,加热时,所述复合板放置在支撑台面4上,所述上面板侧边12抵靠在底座5上,所述滑块7可移动地位于该底座5上方,侧边定位块挡8靠在所述连接部分14的内侧的边缘位置,所述侧边定位块8与所述滑块7配合夹持住所述连接部分14的边缘位置,下底板定位块9压住所述下底板。所述滑块7对应所述连接部分14设有竖直端面72,加热时,所述连接部分14靠在所述竖直端面72上,所述滑块7朝向所述复合板内侧方向水平移动折起所述连接部分14并将所述连接部分14压在下底板2上,实现熔接。
第二种包边方法,请参照图6、7a、7b,与第一种包边方法的区别在于:
所述连接部分14朝向所述复合板外侧倾斜设置,所述连接部分14与所述复合板上表面的夹角是20-70度,优选45度。所述滑块7对应所述连接部分14设有倾斜端面74,加热时,所述连接部分14靠在所述倾斜端面74上。
第三种包边方法,请参照图8、9a、9b、9c,与第一种包边方法的区别在于:所述连接部14水平朝向所述复合板外侧延伸段,加热之后,首先,所述底座5和滑块7一起竖直向上移动,将所述连接部延伸段14由水平状态折起至竖直状态,然后,所述滑块7再朝向所述复合板内侧方向水平移动折起所述连接部分14并将所述连接部分14压在下底板2上,实熔接。
可以理解地,所述复合板的形状可以是方形、圆形、椭圆形等形状,请参照图10,可以在上面板1的连接部分14的底部开口在圆弧过渡部位设有锯齿状缺口16,这样,折起连接部分14之后,缺口16可以有效地进行让位,防止连接部分14在熔接时起皱。另外,上面板侧边12、连接部分14可以是围绕上面板 四周设置的整圈的结构,也可以是局部设置在上面板边沿的某一个位置,上面板侧边12、连接部分14可以只设置在上面板的一侧或多侧,或者,当上面板是圆形或椭圆形时,上面板侧边12、连接部分14可以是沿上面板边缘的一小段结构或者是间隔开设置的多段结构。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种复合板的包边方法,其生产效率高,能够实现自动化生产,产品合格率能够得到有效提高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种复合板的包边方法,该复合板包括上面板、下底板和加强边框,下底板向上形成带多个凹孔的蜂窝结构,先将加强边框置于下底板侧边的内侧,该上面板的侧边部分或全部围绕在该下底板的外侧,其特征在于:该上面板侧边四周部分或全部设有超出该下底板并向外延伸的连接部,对所述连接部和下底板二者相邻接的部位进行加热,然后,朝向所述复合板内侧方向折起所述连接部并使所述连接部与所述下底板侧边熔接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:设有一滑块,加热时,所述滑块挡靠在所述连接部外侧;连接部被加热软化后,所述滑块朝向所述复合板内侧方向水平移动折起所述连接部并将所述连接部分压在下底板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:还设有侧边定位块,所述侧边定位块挡靠在所述连接部分的内侧的边缘位置,所述侧边定位块与所述滑块配合夹持住所述连接部分的边缘位置;连接部被加热软化后,侧边定位块离开连接部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:加热时,所述复合板放置在支撑台面上,所述上面板外侧边抵靠在底座上,所述滑块可移动地位于该底座上方。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述连接部竖直设置,所述滑块对应所述连接部分设有竖直端面,加热时,所述连接部分靠在滑块的竖直端面上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述连接部朝向所述复合板外侧倾斜设置,所述滑块对应所述连接部分设有倾斜端面,加热时,所述连接部分靠在所述滑块的倾斜端面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述连接部分与所述复合板上表面的夹角是20-70度。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述连接部还设有水平朝向所述复合板外侧延伸段,底座、滑块抵于该延伸段并加热之后, 将所述底座和滑块一起竖直向上移动,将所述连接部的延伸段由水平状态折起至竖直状态,然后,所述滑块再朝向所述复合板内侧方向水平移动折起所述连接部分并将所述连接部分压在下底板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述上面板和下底板是PP材料,所述连接部分的底部开口在圆弧过渡部位设有锯齿状缺口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板的包边方法,其特征在于:所述下底板的四周部分或全部连接有侧边,所述下底板侧边位于上面板侧边的内侧;所述下底板设有朝向上面板一侧凸起的多个凸台,所述凸台支撑住所述上面板。
