背景技术
包装盒顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,按产品的种类划分比如有:食品包装盒、文具包装盒以及家电包装盒等。
目前,文具包装盒包装产品的方式普遍统一,即:在包装盒成型完成后,再将产品放入包装盒内,最后在将包装盒的入口封闭;
在上述包装过程中存在如下几个缺陷:
第一,对包装盒内的空间利用率使用不均,即:在包装过程中,要使得产品能够顺利的塞入(或放入)包装盒内,产品的体积势必会小于包装盒,因此,产品与包装盒之间产生的间隙(或间隔)得不到有效的利用;
第二,包装效率较差,即:由于包装盒的入口是唯一的,因此,在包装产品时,需要将产品对准入口,包装过程中,工作人员会将极大的一部分时间用在“定位”(即:对准包装盒入口)上,故极大可能的影响包装的效率;
第三,目前的包装盒(含产品)大多采用人工包装,因此,存在着包装效率较差的缺陷。
综上所述,亟需提供一种能够将产品包装过程与包装盒成型过程进行结合的包装盒,来解决上述出现的问题。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种文具包装盒,旨在解决上述背景技术中出现的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种文具包装盒,包括第一纸片,其特征在于:包括两个与所述第一纸片任意相对两侧边缘连接的第二纸片、与各第二纸片连接且可相互粘接并与上述两者形成用于包装文具的包装腔的第三纸片以及与所述第一纸片其余侧边缘连接且用于封闭包装腔两侧腔口的第四纸片。
优选为:各第四纸片的一侧连接有可插入包装腔内或与各第三纸片外侧接触并用于固定第四纸片的第五纸片;其中,所述第五纸片至少与一个第三纸片粘接。
优选为:所述第一纸片与各第二纸片的连接处、各第二纸片与各第三纸片的连接处、第一纸片与各第四纸片的连接处以及各第四纸片与各第五纸片的连接侧均设有折痕。
优选为:各第二纸片与第四纸片接触的边缘均连接有可插入包装腔内并与各第四纸片接触的支撑纸片。
优选为:任意第五纸片上设有手提口。
通过采用上述技术方案:在包装盒成型的过程前,可以预先将需要包装的产品放在第一纸片上(可以与第一纸片固定),在产品安装完毕后,将第二纸片翻折并使得其与第一纸片保持垂直,当第二纸片翻转完毕后,再将第一纸片两侧的第四纸片均翻折,并且使得各第四纸片与第一纸片相互垂直(可第二纸片接触),最后将各第三纸片均向中翻折并且相互接触,进而完成包装;
在上述包装的过程中,可以充分的利用包装盒内部的包装空间,不仅如此,在包装的过程中,也不用使得产品特意的对准包装盒的入口,因此,也提高了对产品的包装效率,不仅如此,在包装的手段上,本实用新型还能够与机械进行配套,由机械设备带动各个纸片按照顺序进行有序的折叠,从而能提高包装的效率。

上述实施例的包装步骤是:在包装过程前,将需要包装的产品放在第一纸片上(可以通过胶水粘接),在产品安装完毕后,将位于第一纸片左、右两侧的第二纸片翻折,在将第一纸片的上、下两侧的第四纸片翻折,最后将两个第三纸片进行翻折并使得两者部分相互重叠,并通过胶水将第三纸片重叠部分进行固定,进而完成包装;
在相互连接的各个纸片之间设置的折痕可以便于活动各个纸片,对产品的包装提供了有利的帮助(即:提高包装盒的包装效率)。
本实施例利用了将产品的包装与包装盒的成型结合成一体,不仅提高了包装腔的利用率,同时也提高了对产品的包装效率。
