Description

能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板 技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱设计领域,特别是涉及一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板。
背景技术
纸箱,在包装领域中被大量使用,主要用于物品的容纳移动。目前,市面上的纸箱通常是通过纸板拼装形成,而常见的用于拼装纸箱的纸板,其通常是中间四块一体成型的侧纸板,且侧纸板上的上方会连接两片上盖板,下方会连接两片下盖板,拼装时,主要是将四块侧纸板围成长方体的形状,然后将侧纸板首尾通过胶水或者胶带相连接,而两片下盖板则均通过胶带固定,此时,纸板即可形成完整的纸箱,而两片上盖板则用于纸箱的密封,当对两片上盖板进行通过胶带进行固定后,则完成拼装。
但是,这种形式的纸板在成箱过程中,需要对侧板和下盖板总共进行两次固定,并且再成箱完成后进行同步密封时,由于下盖板和上盖板的位置相反,在对下盖板使用胶带固定后,由于上盖板在下盖板在相反位置,用户需要将纸箱倒转后再对上盖板密封,则额外增加了翻转动作,由此,常见的纸板其拼装步骤多,拼装为纸箱的效率低,尤其在如今网购行业发达环境中,单个纸箱的拼装效率提升或者下降都会严重影响商家的出货效率和人工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拼装简单,拼装效率高,密封时无需额外翻转箱体的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,包括第一顶片、第二顶片、底片、左侧片、右侧片、前侧片、后侧片、左连接片和右连接片,所述前侧片、底片和后侧片依次一体式连接,所述后侧片的一侧与左侧片的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片的一侧一体式连接,所述左连接片与左侧片的另一侧一体式连接,所述右连接片与右侧片的另一侧一体式连接,所述第一顶片与前侧片一体式连接,所述左侧片和右侧片的尺寸相匹配,所述第二顶片与后侧片一体式连接,所述前侧片和后侧片的尺寸相匹配。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的纸板,不采用常规的先拼接侧面的方式,而是以底片为标准,后将后侧片折起,并将位于后侧片两边的左侧片和右侧片折出,最后将前侧片分别和左侧片、右侧片结合,即可形成完整的箱体,而第一顶片和第二顶片则用于对纸箱进行密封,在第一顶片和第二顶片固定 时,则可以对纸箱密封,由此,本发明在成箱过程中,箱体底部不需要进行粘合,而只需要对侧部进行粘合,减少了一次粘合操作,而且密封时,由于箱体侧部和顶部距离很近,用户可以直接使用胶带或者胶水等对第一顶片和第二顶片进行固定,而无需翻转箱体,操作简单,并减少了拼装步骤,以提高拼装效率。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括第一上连接片和第二上连接片,所述第一上连接片与左侧片一体式连接,所述第二上连接片与右侧片一体式连接。第一上连接片和第二上连接片的设置能方便在本发明成箱时第一顶片和第二顶片与其他片的连接,且第一上连接片和第二上连接片还能作为本发明成箱时前侧片和后侧片之间的支撑,提高本发明的强度。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一顶片和第二顶片的长度和宽度均与底片的长度和宽度相等。由此,能保证第一顶片和第二顶片均能将本发明的成箱体的开口完全遮蔽。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一上连接片或者第二上连接片任一连接片能与第一顶片和第二顶片均粘合,所述第一顶片和第二顶片能叠合。由此,能保证第一顶片和第二顶片能以叠合的的方式来对本发明成箱后的箱体进行密封,提高密封的可靠性。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一顶片和第二顶片的长度均与底片的长度相等,所述第一顶片的宽度和第二顶片的宽度之和与底片的宽度相等。由此,在密封时,第一顶片和第二顶片能分别遮挡住本发明成箱后的箱体的开口的一半以实现密封,这种密封方式,能节省材料和拼装后的纸箱重量,而且开启较为简单。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一上连接片和第二上连接片均与第一顶片连接,所述第一上连接片和第二上连接片均与第二顶片连接。由此,能保证第一上连接片和第二上连接片能有效地提高第一顶片和第二顶片的强度,并方便第一顶片和第二顶片的固定。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括第一底强化片和第二底强化片,所述第一底强化片和左侧片一体式连接,所述第二底强化片和右侧片一体式连接。本发明在成箱后,第一底强化片和第二底强化片能增加对前侧片和后侧片之间的支撑,减少成箱在前侧片和后侧片上受力发生坍塌的情况,同时,强化成箱底面的强度。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括左侧强化片和右侧强化片,所述左侧强化片和右侧强化片与底片的两侧分别一体式连接。本发明在成箱后,左侧强化片和右侧强化片能增加对前侧片和后侧片之间的支撑,减少成箱在前侧片和后侧片上受力发生坍塌的情况,同时,强化成箱左右侧面的强度,另外, 该支撑不位于底片上,能保证成箱底部的平整,方便物品的容纳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
参考图1和图2,本发明的一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,包括第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92。
第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7和右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92均可以由一个大纸板切割获得。使得前侧片5、底片2和后侧片6依次一体式连接,后侧片6的一侧与左侧片3的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片4的一侧一体式连接,左连接片7与左侧片3的另一侧一体式连接,右连接片8与右侧片4的另一侧一体式连接,第一顶片11与前侧片5一体式连接,第二顶片12与后侧片6一体式连接,第一上连接片201与左侧片3一体式连接,所述第二上连接片202与右侧片4一体式连接,第一底强化片91和左侧片3一体式连接,第二底强化片92和右侧片4一体式连接。
以图1的本发明的纸板摆放位置的竖直方向为长,水平方向为宽,第一顶片11和第二顶片12的长度和宽度均与底片2的长度和宽度相等,而左侧 片3的长度和宽度与右侧片4的长度和宽度相等,即左侧片3和右侧片4的尺寸相匹配,前侧片5的长度和宽度与后侧片6的长度和宽度相等,即前侧片5和后侧片6的尺寸相匹配。
而第一底强化片91的长度和宽度与第二底强化片92的长度和宽度也相等,且第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92的长度和不大于前侧片5的宽度。
第一上连接片201的长度和宽度与第二上连接片202的长度和宽度也相等,且第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202的长度和不大于底片2的宽度。
而左连接片7的长度和宽度与左连接片8的长度和宽度也相等,且左连接片7和右连接片8的宽度和不大于前侧片5的宽度,另外,左连接片7和右连接片8上能涂有胶水,以使得左连接片7和右连接片8均能与前侧片5粘合。
本纸板在拼装为纸箱时,以底片2为基准,翻起后侧片6,使得第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92均位于底片2上,而后侧片6则垂直立于底片2上,并将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,然后翻起前侧片5,并通过胶水使得前侧片5和左连接片7、右连接片8均固定连接,则此时,纸板以拼装为完整的纸箱体。
当需要对纸箱体进行密封时,将第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202朝箱体内方向折入,之后将第二顶片12折于第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202上,并通过胶水或者胶带使得第二顶片12与第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202均固定连接,最后将第一顶片11折入,使得第一顶片11叠于第二顶片12上,之后通过胶水或者胶带使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12固定连接,实现密封。
实施例2
参考图3和图4,本发明的一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,包括第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102。
第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102均可以由一个大纸板切割获得。使得前侧片5、底片2和后侧片6依次一体式连接,后侧片6的一侧与左侧片3的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片4的一侧一体式连接,左连接片7与左侧片3的另一侧一体式连接,右连接片8与右侧片4的另一侧一体式连接,第一顶片11与前侧片5一体式连接,第二顶片12与后侧片6一体式连接,第一上连接片201与左侧片3一体式连接,所述第二上连接片202与右侧片4一 体式连接,左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102与底片2的两侧分别一体式连接。
以图3的本发明的纸板摆放位置的竖直方向为长,水平方向为宽,第一顶片11和第二顶片12的宽度均与底片2的宽度相等,第一顶片11的长度和第二顶片12的长度之和与底片2的长度相等,而左侧片3的长度和宽度与右侧片4的长度和宽度相等,即左侧片3和右侧片4的尺寸相匹配,前侧片5的长度和宽度与后侧片6的长度和宽度相等,即前侧片5和后侧片6的尺寸相匹配。
而左侧强化片101的长度和宽度与右侧强化片102的长度和宽度也相等,且左侧强化片101的宽度不大于左侧片3的长度,右侧强化片102的宽度不大于右侧片3的长度。
第一上连接片201的长度和宽度与第二上连接片202的长度和宽度也相等,且第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202的长度和不大于底片2的宽度。
而左连接片7的长度和宽度与左连接片8的长度和宽度也相等,且左连接片7和右连接片8的宽度和不大于前侧片5的宽度,另外,左连接片7和右连接片8上能涂有胶水,以使得左连接片7和右连接片8均能与前侧片5粘合。
本纸板在拼装为纸箱时,以底片2为基准,翻起后侧片6、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102,使得后侧片6、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102均垂直立于底片2上,然后将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,使得左连接片7位于左侧强化片101的外侧,右连接片8位于右侧强化片102的外侧,再将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,然后翻起前侧片5,并通过胶水使得前侧片5和左连接片7、右连接片8均固定连接,则此时,纸板以拼装为完整的纸箱体。
当需要对纸箱体进行密封时,将第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202朝箱体内方向折入,之后将第一顶片11和第二顶片12均朝箱体内方向折入,使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12均位于第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202上,并通过胶水或者胶带使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12均与第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202固定连接,实现密封。
实施例3
参考图5和图6,本发明的一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,包括第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102。
第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后 侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102均可以由一个大纸板切割获得。使得前侧片5、底片2和后侧片6依次一体式连接,后侧片6的一侧与左侧片3的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片4的一侧一体式连接,左连接片7与左侧片3的另一侧一体式连接,右连接片8与右侧片4的另一侧一体式连接,第一顶片11与前侧片5一体式连接,第二顶片12与后侧片6一体式连接,第一上连接片201与左侧片3一体式连接,所述第二上连接片202与右侧片4一体式连接,左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102与底片2的两侧分别一体式连接。
以图5的本发明的纸板摆放位置的竖直方向为长,水平方向为宽,第一顶片11和第二顶片12的长度和宽度均与底片2的长度和宽度相等,而左侧片3的长度和宽度与右侧片4的长度和宽度相等,即左侧片3和右侧片4的尺寸相匹配,前侧片5的长度和宽度与后侧片6的长度和宽度相等,即前侧片5和后侧片6的尺寸相匹配。
而左侧强化片101的长度和宽度与右侧强化片102的长度和宽度也相等,且左侧强化片101的宽度不大于左侧片3的长度,右侧强化片102的宽度不大于右侧片3的长度。
第一上连接片201的长度和宽度与第二上连接片202的长度和宽度也相等,且第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202的长度和不大于底片2的宽度。
而左连接片7的长度和宽度与左连接片8的长度和宽度也相等,且左连接片7和右连接片8的宽度和不大于前侧片5的宽度,另外,左连接片7和右连接片8上能涂有胶水,以使得左连接片7和右连接片8均能与前侧片5粘合。
本纸板在拼装为纸箱时,以底片2为基准,翻起后侧片6、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102,使得后侧片6、左侧强化片101和右侧强化片102均垂直立于底片2上,然后将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,使得左连接片7位于左侧强化片101的外侧,右连接片8位于右侧强化片102的外侧,再将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,然后翻起前侧片5,并通过胶水使得前侧片5和左连接片7、右连接片8均固定连接,则此时,纸板以拼装为完整的纸箱体。
当需要对纸箱体进行密封时,将第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202朝箱体内方向折入,之后将第一顶片11折于第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202上,并通过胶水或者胶带使得第一顶片11与第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202均固定连接,最后将第二顶片12折入,使得第二顶片12叠于第一顶片11上,之后通过胶水或者胶带使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12固定 连接,实现密封。
实施例4
参考图7和图8,本发明的一种能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,包括第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7、右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92。
第一顶片11、第二顶片12、底片2、左侧片3、右侧片4、前侧片5、后侧片6、左连接片7和右连接片8、第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202、第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92均可以由一个大纸板切割获得。使得前侧片5、底片2和后侧片6依次一体式连接,后侧片6的一侧与左侧片3的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片4的一侧一体式连接,左连接片7与左侧片3的另一侧一体式连接,右连接片8与右侧片4的另一侧一体式连接,第一顶片11与前侧片5一体式连接,第二顶片12与后侧片6一体式连接,第一上连接片201与左侧片3一体式连接,所述第二上连接片202与右侧片4一体式连接,第一底强化片91和左侧片3一体式连接,第二底强化片92和右侧片4一体式连接。
以图7的本发明的纸板摆放位置的竖直方向为长,水平方向为宽,第一顶片11和第二顶片12的宽度均与底片2的宽度相等,第一顶片11的长度和第二顶片12的长度之和与底片2的长度相等,而左侧片3的长度和宽度与右侧片4的长度和宽度相等,即左侧片3和右侧片4的尺寸相匹配,前侧片5的长度和宽度与后侧片6的长度和宽度相等,即前侧片5和后侧片6的尺寸相匹配。
而第一底强化片91的长度和宽度与第二底强化片92的长度和宽度也相等,且第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92的长度和不大于前侧片5的宽度。
第一上连接片201的长度和宽度与第二上连接片202的长度和宽度也相等,且第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202的长度和不大于底片2的宽度。
而左连接片7的长度和宽度与左连接片8的长度和宽度也相等,且左连接片7和右连接片8的宽度和不大于前侧片5的宽度,另外,左连接片7和右连接片8上能涂有胶水,以使得左连接片7和右连接片8均能与前侧片5粘合。
本纸板在拼装为纸箱时,以底片2为基准,翻起后侧片6,使得第一底强化片91和第二底强化片92均位于底片2上,而后侧片6则垂直立于底片2上,并将左连接片7和右连接片8朝箱体内折入,然后翻起前侧片5,并通过胶水使得前侧片5和左连接片7、右连接片8均固定连接,则此时,纸板以拼装为完整的纸箱体。
当需要对纸箱体进行密封时,将第一上连接片201和第二上连接片202朝箱体内方向折入,之后将第一顶片11和第二顶片12均朝箱体内方向折入,使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12均位于第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202上,并通过胶水或者胶带使得第一顶片11和第二顶片12均与第一上连接片201、第二上连接片202固定连接,实现密封。
实施例5
本实施例1~4中的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板所能拼接的纸箱的体积为260*150*180mm 3,取一传统纸板,该纸板所能拼接成的纸箱与实施例1~4中能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板拼接成的纸箱的体积相同。
对传统纸板拼接为纸箱的时间进行测量,该拼接时间包含密封时间,测得所需要拼接时间约为8s,而在相同条件下,实施例1~4的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板拼接为纸箱的拼接时间约为6s。
测量可得,本实施例1~4的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板能有效提高拼装速度。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,包括第一顶片、第二顶片、底片、左侧片、右侧片、前侧片、后侧片、左连接片和右连接片,所述前侧片、底片和后侧片依次一体式连接,所述后侧片的一侧与左侧片的一侧一体式连接,另一侧与右侧片的一侧一体式连接,所述左连接片与左侧片的另一侧一体式连接,所述右连接片与右侧片的另一侧一体式连接,所述第一顶片与前侧片一体式连接,所述第二顶片与后侧片一体式连接,所述左侧片和右侧片的尺寸相匹配,所述前侧片和后侧片的尺寸相匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,包括第一上连接片和第二上连接片,所述第一上连接片与左侧片一体式连接,所述第二上连接片与右侧片一体式连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,所述第一顶片和第二顶片的长度和宽度均与底片的长度和宽度相等。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,所述第一上连接片或者第二上连接片任一连接片能与第一顶片和第二顶片均粘合,所述第一顶片和第二顶片能叠合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,所述第一顶片和第二顶片的长度均与底片的长度相等,所述第一顶片的宽度和第二顶片的宽度之和与底片的宽度相等。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,所述第一上连接片和第二上连接片均与第一顶片连接,所述第一上连接片和第二上连接片均与第二顶片连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,包括第一底强化片和第二底强化片,所述第一底强化片和左侧片一体式连接,所述第二底强化片和右侧片一体式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的能高效拼装为纸箱的纸板,其特征在于,包括左侧强化片和右侧强化片,所述左侧强化片和右侧强化片与底片的两侧分别一体式连接。
