技术领域

背景技术
在汽车零部件中,大部分汽车零件均分为左件和右件。在大部分的零件中,左件和右件的结构基本一模一样,但是也有少部分的零件有差异,如座椅滑轨的左件和右件。在座椅滑轨的左件中,需要铆接两枚铆钉,两枚铆钉相距比较远;二座椅滑轨的右件中,需要铆接三枚铆钉,其中两枚铆钉的位置与座椅滑轨的左件中铆钉位置一样,余下的一枚铆钉位于其中一枚铆钉旁。因此,现有技术中,座椅滑轨的左件和右件的铆接安装中,均采用人工单工位铆接,
具体的方式为,先将一枚铆钉放置到座椅滑轨上,铆接完这一枚后,再将铆钉放入,再铆接,直至该座椅滑轨完成所有铆钉的铆接。这样的作业方式,作业员操作次数多,作业强度高,铆接节拍低,大约为50PCS/H;由于铆钉分步铆接,铆钉之间相对位置尺寸不稳定,容易造成品质不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其能实现将铆钉铆接在座椅滑轨上,降低操作人员作业强度。

1.装件时,首先手工将座椅滑轨装到第一滑轨仿形块40上,夹紧气缸41的动作端朝上伸出后,压块42将座椅滑轨压紧,然后在座椅滑轨的销钉定位孔内放置铆钉:滑轨座椅的左件是2颗铆钉,滑轨座椅的右件是3颗铆钉,启动按钮,专机根据不同产品选择相应的程序进行动作,机架1上也设置有相应的感应器,感应放置到滑轨夹紧治具中的是滑轨座椅的左件还是滑轨座椅的右件;

顶板5通过伺服电机6X方向滑动,将座椅滑轨送至铆接位置,浮动气缸50的动作端朝下伸出后使得动板4与底板2接触,然后油压机下降进行铆接,轨座椅的左件2颗铆钉治具移动2个位置进行铆接,轨座椅的右件3颗铆钉治具也是移动2个位置,其中靠得近的2颗铆钉通过铆接头7上的两个铆接上工作腔同时进行铆接;

产品铆完后,卸料气缸43的动作端朝上伸出后,卸料架44自动将座椅滑轨顶出,座椅滑轨沿着卸料架44滑到接料架53中,实现自动铆接自动顶料接料。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:包括机架以及布置在机架上的底板,所述底板上方布置有沿底板X轴方向移动的顶板,所述底板上布置有铆接仿形座,所述铆接仿形座上布置有至少一个铆接下工作腔,所述顶板上方布置有能沿竖直方向往复移动的铆接头,铆接头的下端面布置有数量与铆接下工作腔相匹配的铆钉上工作腔,顶板和底板之间安装有一个动板,顶板上布置有一个第一通槽,所述第一通槽的两端分别布置有一个浮动调节单元,各所述浮动调节单元的动作端向下穿过顶板后与动板连接,所述动板上布置有滑轨夹紧治具,所述滑轨夹紧治具位于第一通槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:所述滑轨夹紧治具包括两个第一滑轨仿形块,每个所述第一滑轨仿形块的上端铰接有压块,每个所述第一滑轨仿形块旁布置有一个夹紧气缸,所述夹紧气缸的动作端朝上后与压块的一端铰接,所述压块的另一端延伸到第一滑轨仿形块的仿形腔上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:两个所述第一滑轨仿形块之间布置有至少一个定位销和至少一个辅助定位块。
- 根据权利要求2所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:两个所述第一滑轨仿形块之间布置有卸料气缸和卸料架,所述卸料气缸的动作端朝上,卸料气缸的动作端与所述卸料架连接,所述顶板上布置有接料架。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:各所述浮动调节单元包括浮动气缸,所述浮动气缸的动作端朝下穿过顶板后与动板连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:每个所述浮动气缸旁布置有一个导套以及安装在导套内的导杆,所述导杆的一端穿过顶板后与动板连接,导杆的另一端布置有限位块。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:所述底板上布置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的输出端上安装有丝杆, 所述丝杆上套装有至少一个移动块,各所述移动块与顶板固定连接,底板的上端面布置有两条导轨,所述顶板的下端面布置有两条与滑轨相匹配的滑槽,所述机架上安装液压驱动源,所述铆接头安装在液压驱动源的工作端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:所述动板位于两条导轨之间。
- 根据权利要求2~4任一项所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:所述第一通槽通过分隔块分成第二通槽和第三通槽,两个所述滑轨仿形块分别布置在第二通槽和第三通槽内。
- 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的座椅滑轨自动铆接铆钉专机,其特征在于:所述铆接下工作腔的数量为2个。
