本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种干衣机,其前支撑内部空间可容纳安装整个过滤装置,从而解决了现有技术中,烘干风道处空间狭小,只能设置一层过滤网的问题,滤网的目数又不能足够大,否则会产生很大的风阻,滤网会轻易被堵住,而本发明中,将过滤装置整体设置在烘干风道内部,增大了过滤装置阻挡线屑的面积,提高了过滤效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种干衣机,包括前支撑和过滤装置,所述的前支撑上设置有烘干风道,烘干风道的出风口连通干衣机内部循环风道,风道的进风口连通干衣机的衣物处理腔室,所述的过滤装置由所述的进风口插入安装在风道内部,且覆盖烘干风道的整个截面。
优选的,所述的过滤装置由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内。
在上述方案中,将过滤装置整体设置在烘干风道的内部,从而节约了空间,方便了在风干风道的进风口处或烘干风道内部再设置一过滤装置,从而解决了现有技术中,烘干风道处空间狭小,只能设置一层过滤网的问题,滤网的目数又不能足够大,否则会产生很大的风阻,滤网会轻易被堵住,而本发明中,将过滤装置整体设置在烘干风道内部,增大了过滤装置阻挡线屑的面积,提高了过滤效率。
另外,过滤装置由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内,从而有利于简化烘干风道的结构,避免了像现有技术中,需要在前面板上开设过滤装置取放口,从而破坏了前面板一体的整机外观效果,同时,若在前支撑上开设过滤装置取放口,也不利于前支撑的结构强度。
优选的,所述的烘干风道包括安装腔室,安装腔室正对烘干风道的出风口设置,所述的过滤装置安装在所述的安装腔室内,覆盖所述的出风口。
在上述方案中,所述的安装腔室内部具有固定过滤装置的固定结构:例如,安装腔室内设置有夹持部,所述的过滤装置被夹持固定在所述的安装腔室内,或所述安装腔室内设置有插槽,所述的过滤装置为片状结构,过滤装置插接限位在所述的插槽内。
优选的,所述的烘干风道包括连通至所述的安装腔室的导向部,导向部引导过滤装置插入/取出所述的安装腔室。
优选的,所述的安装腔室位于烘干风道的出风口处,从而有利于在烘干风道内再设置一过滤装置。
优选的,所述的导向部为倾斜或垂直设置的通道,所述的通道连通至所述的安装腔室,所述的过滤装置沿着该通道安装在所述的安装腔室内。
优选的,所述的导向部末端连通所述的安装腔室的入口,导向部引导过滤装置直接固定在安装腔室内部的固定结构上。
优选的,所述的过滤装置为片状结构,所述的安装腔室与过滤装置形状相匹配,片状结构的过滤装置整体安装在所述的安装腔室内,且覆盖安装腔室的横截面。
在上述方案中,安装腔室与过滤装置形状匹配,过滤装置整体位于安装腔室内,从而整个片状结构的表面均可阻挡过滤线屑,从而提高了过滤效率,有利于设置目数较大的过滤网, 滤网不容易被堵住,不会产生大的风阻。
优选的,所述的导向部为倾斜设置的通道,所述的过滤装置包括有避让所述导向部两侧内壁的斜边结构;
优选的,所述的过滤装置与所述倾斜的导向部接触的两侧边沿设置有相平行的斜边。
在上述方案中,因为导向部为倾斜设置,导向部两侧壁为斜面结构,因此特意设置过滤装置与所述倾斜的导向部接触的两侧边沿设置有相平行的斜边,从而有利于过滤网与导向部的配合,且也有利于增大过滤网的面积,提高过滤性能。其中,所述的导向部为倾斜设置,可避让干衣机上其他结构设计,利于避让冷凝器设计,从而设计出紧促的干衣机结构。
优选的,所述倾斜的导向部包括相连通的第一倾斜通道和第二倾斜通道,第一倾斜通道的入口为所述的进风口,所述第一倾斜通道的倾斜度大于第二倾斜通道。
优选的,所述的第一倾斜通道与第二倾斜通道平滑过渡。
在上述方案中,将倾斜的导向部设置为两端切斜角度不同的通道,有利于安装过滤装置,第一倾斜通道倾斜角度较大设计,有利于将过滤装置放置于烘干风道,便于安装过滤装置。
所述的导向部沿水平方向的横截面的横向长度大于过滤装置向水平面投影的长度的最大横向长度;
所述安装腔室与导向部相连通的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于过滤装置向水平面的投影长度。
在上述方案中,通过设置导向部沿水平方向的横截面尺寸有利于过滤装置进入导向部内部,保证了过滤装置正常的安装,在导向部为倾斜的结构时,设置安装腔室与导向部相连通的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于过滤装置向水平面的投影长度,保证了过滤装置可由导向部进入安装腔室内。优选的,所述的过滤装置为片状结构,所述的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于片状结构对角线的长度。
优选的,所述的过滤装置包括边框、设置在边框内的过滤网、把手部,所述的把手部设置在边框上,与过滤网在同一平面内。
所述的把手部朝向烘干风道的进风口端设置,从而方便了用户抓取把手将过滤装置取出。
优选的,所述烘干风道的进风口处设置有进风过滤装置;
优选的,所述的进风过滤装置为片状结构,所述的进风过滤装置由所述的进风口插接固定在烘干风道的进风口处,在烘干过程中,进行第一次过滤,由安装在烘干风道内部的过滤装置进行二次过滤,从而提高了过滤效果。
或,所述的前支撑上设置有连通至所述的烘干风道的插入口,所述的进风过滤装置由该插入口插入所述的进风口处,
或所述的进风过滤装置覆盖安装在进风口上部,覆盖所述的进风口,以对衣物具有阻挡的作用。
优选的,所述的进风过滤装置的滤网目数小于设置在烘干风道内部的过滤装置的滤网的目数,该进风过滤装置在烘干过程中,对线屑进行初次过滤,过滤较大的线屑,而设置在烘干风道内部的过滤装置用于过滤由进风过滤装置进入烘干风道内的细小线屑,该两级过滤装置配合过滤,可达到良好的过滤效果。
当然的,所述的进风过滤装置也可整体设置在烘干风道内部,位于过滤装置的上游位置。
通过采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中,前支撑内部空间可容纳安装整个过滤装置,从而解决了现有技术中,烘干风道处空间狭小,只能设置一层过滤网的问题,滤网的目数又不能足够大,否则会产生很大的风阻,滤网会轻易被堵住,而本发明中,将过滤装置整体设置在烘干风道内部,增大了过滤装置阻挡线屑的面积,提高了过滤效率。
2、本发明中,烘干风道包括连通干衣机的衣物处理腔室的进风口,所述的过滤装置由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内。过滤装置由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内,从而有利于简化烘干风道的结构,避免了像现有技术中,需要在前面板上开设过滤装置取放口,从而破坏了前面板一体的整机外观效果,同时,若在前支撑上开设过滤装置取放口,也不利于前支撑的结构强度。
3、本发明中,导向部为倾斜或垂直设置的通道,所述的通道连通至所述的安装腔室,所述的过滤装置沿着该通道安装在所述的安装腔室内。所述的导向部末端连通所述的安装腔室的入口,导向部引导过滤装置直接固定在安装腔室内部的固定结构上。
4、本发明中,所述的过滤装置为片状结构,所述的安装腔室与过滤装置形状相匹配,片状结构的过滤装置整体安装在所述的安装腔室内,且覆盖安装腔室的横截面。安装腔室与过滤装置形状匹配,过滤装置整体位于安装腔室内,从而整个片状结构的表面均可阻挡过滤线屑,从而提高了过滤效率,有利于设置目数较大的过滤网,滤网不容易被堵住,不会产生大的风阻。
5、本发明中,所述的导向部为倾斜设置的通道,所述的过滤装置包括有避让所述导向部两侧内壁的斜边结构;优选的,所述的过滤装置与所述倾斜的导向部接触的两侧边沿设置有相平行的斜边。因为导向部为倾斜设置,导向部两侧壁为斜面结构,因此特意设置过滤装置 与所述倾斜的导向部接触的两侧边沿设置有相平行的斜边,从而有利于过滤网与导向部的配合,且也有利于增大过滤网的面积,提高过滤性能。其中,所述的导向部为倾斜设置,可避让干衣机上其他结构设计,利于避让冷凝器设计,从而设计出紧促的干衣机结构。
6、本发明中,烘干风道的进风口处设置有进风过滤装置;所述的进风过滤装置为片状结构,所述的进风过滤装置由所述的进风口插接固定在烘干风道的进风口处,在烘干过程中,进行第一次过滤,由安装在烘干风道内部的过滤装置进行二次过滤,从而提高了过滤效果。

本发明提供一种干衣机,包括前支撑1和过滤装置5,所述的前支撑1上设置有烘干风道,烘干风道的出风口连通干衣机内部循环风道,烘干风道的进风口连通干衣机的衣物处理腔室,所述的过滤装置由所述的进风口插入安装在风道内部,且覆盖烘干风道的整个截面。
优选的,所述的过滤装置5由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内。

另外,过滤装置5由所述的进风口整体插入/取出所述的烘干风道内,从而有利于简化烘干风道的结构,避免了像现有技术中,需要在前面板上开设过滤装置取放口,从而破坏了前面板一体的整机外观效果,同时,若在前支撑1上开设过滤装置取放口,也不利于前支撑1的结构强度。
优选的,所述的烘干风道包括安装腔室2,安装腔室2正对烘干风道的出风口设置,所述的过滤装置安装在所述的安装腔室2内,覆盖所述的出风口。
在上述方案中,所述的安装腔室2内部具有固定过滤装置5的固定结构:例如,安装腔室2内设置有夹持部,所述的过滤装置5被夹持固定在所述的安装腔室2内,或所述安装腔室2内设置有插槽,所述的过滤装置5为片状结构,过滤装置5插接限位在所述的插槽内。
优选的,所述的烘干风道包括连通至所述的安装腔室2的导向部,导向部引导过滤装置插入/取出所述的安装腔室2。
优选的,所述的安装腔室2位于烘干风道的出风口处,从而有利于在烘干风道内再设置一过滤装置。
优选的,所述的导向部为倾斜或垂直设置的通道,所述的通道连通至所述的安装腔室2,所述的过滤装置5沿着该通道安装在所述的安装腔室2内。

在上述方案中,通过设置导向部沿水平方向的横截面尺寸有利于过滤装置5进入导向部内部,保证了过滤装置5正常的安装,在导向部为倾斜的结构时,设置安装腔室与导向部相连通的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于过滤装置5向水平面的投影长度,保证了过滤装置5可由导向部进入安装腔室内。优选的,所述的过滤装置5为片状结构,所述的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于片状结构对角线的长度。
优选的,所述的过滤装置5包括边框52、设置在边框52内的过滤网51、把手53部,所述的把手53部设置在边框52上,与过滤网在51同一平面内。
所述的把手53部朝向烘干风道的进风口端设置,从而方便了用户抓取把手53将过滤装置取出。
优选的,所述烘干风道的进风口处设置有进风过滤装置;
优选的,所述的进风过滤装置为片状结构,所述的进风过滤装置由所述的进风口插接固 定在烘干风道的进风口处,在烘干过程中,进行第一次过滤,由安装在烘干风道内部的过滤装置进行二次过滤,从而提高了过滤效果。
或,所述的前支撑1上设置有连通至所述的烘干风道的插入口,所述的进风过滤装置由该插入口插入所述的进风口处,
或所述的进风过滤装置覆盖安装在进风口上部,覆盖所述的进风口,以对衣物具有阻挡的作用。
优选的,所述的进风过滤装置的滤网目数小于设置在烘干风道内部的过滤装置的滤网的目数,该进风过滤装置在烘干过程中,对线屑进行初次过滤,过滤较大的线屑,而设置在烘干风道内部的过滤装置用于过滤由进风过滤装置进入烘干风道内的细小线屑,该两级过滤装置配合过滤,可达到良好的过滤效果。
当然的,所述的进风过滤装置也可整体设置在烘干风道内部,位于过滤装置5的上游位置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机,包括前支撑和过滤装置,其特征在于,所述的前支撑上设置有烘干风道,烘干风道的出风口连通干衣机内部循环风道,烘干风道的进风口连通干衣机的衣物处理腔室,所述的过滤装置由所述的进风口插入安装在风道内部,且覆盖烘干风道的整个截面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的烘干风道包括安装腔室,安装腔室正对烘干风道的出风口设置,所述的过滤装置安装在所述的安装腔室内,覆盖所述的出风口。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的烘干风道包括连通至所述的安装腔室的导向部,导向部引导过滤装置插入/取出所述的安装腔室;
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的导向部为倾斜或垂直设置的通道,所述的通道连通至所述的安装腔室,所述的过滤装置沿着该通道安装在所述的安装腔室内。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的过滤装置为片状结构,所述的安装腔室与过滤装置形状相匹配,片状结构的过滤装置整体安装在所述的安装腔室内,且覆盖安装腔室的横截面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的导向部为倾斜设置的通道,所述的过滤装置包括有避让所述导向部两侧内壁的斜边结构;
    优选的,所述的过滤装置与所述倾斜的导向部接触的两侧边沿设置有相平行的斜边。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述倾斜的导向部包括相连通的第一倾斜通道和第二倾斜通道,第一倾斜通道的入口为所述的进风口,所述第一倾斜通道的倾斜度大于第二倾斜通道。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7任一所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的导向部沿水平方向的横截面的横向长度大于过滤装置向水平面投影的长度的最大横向长度;
    所述安装腔室与导向部相连通的连通口沿水平方向的横向长度大于过滤装置向水平面的投影长度。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述的过滤装置包括边框、设置在边框内的过滤网、把手部,所述的把手部设置在边框上,与过滤网在同一平面内。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述烘干风道的进风口处设置有进风过滤装置;
    优选的,所述的进风过滤装置为片状结构,所述的进风过滤装置由所述的进风口插接固定在烘干风道的进风口处,或所述的前支撑上设置有连通至所述的烘干风道的插入口,所述 的进风过滤装置由该插入口插入所述的进风口处,或所述的进风过滤装置覆盖安装在进风口上部,覆盖所述的进风口。
