干衣设备在烘干衣物的过程中会产生细小的绒毛,一般在干衣设备的投衣口的下方会设置有一道或两道过滤网,用来过滤绒毛,但是需要有足够的空间能够放下过滤网,当空间不够大时,只能设置一层滤网,滤网的目数又不能足够大,否则会产生很大的风阻,滤网会轻易被堵住;或,现有干衣设备中,为了实现过滤网的安装,在前面板上开设过滤器取放口,从而破坏了干衣设备前板的整体外观,使得干衣设备外观上为多个模块设计,不具有整体的美感。
通常在热泵干衣设备的设计中,共设计有三级过滤器,前两级用来过滤较大的线屑,每次烘干结束后要取出前两级过滤器清理线屑,第三级过滤器与蒸发器间的距离最近,用来过滤细小的线屑防止线屑进入到蒸发器的翅片中间从而影响到换热效率,但是需要用户定期取出第三级过滤器进行手动清理线屑。如果用户忘记清理,则过滤器上累积的线屑越来越多,必然影响到烘干效率,使设备耗能增加。
用户一旦忘记清理过滤器必然导致烘干效率较低并耗能增加。另外一种是没有第三级过滤器,直接用水冲刷蒸发器上的线屑,但是蒸发器通常由很多细小的翅片组成,并且要求翅片在上下方向上必须允许水能顺畅通过,才能冲刷掉线屑。由于线屑较小,残留到翅片的边角上不易被冲刷掉,长时间使用后会在翅片上残留线屑影响到烘干效率。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备,可自动喷淋清洗过滤器,也支持用户手动清洗过滤器,用户可根据实际情况自由选择清洗方式。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种衣物处理设备,包括前支撑和第一过滤器,所述前支撑上设置有连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道的烘干风道,所述第一过滤器由烘干风道的进风口整体插入/取出,第一过滤器插入烘干风道内用于过滤线屑,所述烘干风道内设置有喷水装置,喷水装置用于喷淋清洗所述第一过滤器。
在上述方案中,衣物处理设备的烘干风道内设置有可自由取出放入的第一过滤器,方便了用户取出清洗,同时在烘干风道内还设置有喷水装置,实现了在过滤风道内对第一过滤器进行喷水清洗,该过程自动化处理,方便了用户,用户可根据实际需要选择手动或自动清洗该第一过滤器。
优选的,所述第一过滤器包括过滤本体,过滤本体上设置有手持部和用于与所述喷水装置配合承接并分配水流的水流分配部。
在上述方案中,通过设置手持部,方便了用户取放第一过滤器。
优选的,所述过滤本体包括框架,框架上安装过滤网,所述水流分配部包括设置框架上位于过滤网上方的水流分配板,水流分配板上设置有多个分配部,水流分配板将喷水装置喷出的清洗水均匀分配以冲刷所述过滤网的整个表面。
在上述方案中,设置分配部可对喷水装置的水进行均匀分配,扩大冲洗面积。
优选的,所述分配部为设置在水流分配板上的过水孔。
优选的,所述水流分配板沿着过滤网上边沿延伸设置,且覆盖过滤网的整个上边沿,所述分配部沿着水流分配板的延伸方向依次布置。
在上述方案中,水流分配板沿着过滤网的上边沿延伸设置,且覆盖所述过滤网的整个边沿,从而实现了对过滤网整个网面的清洗。
优选的,所述水流分配板两侧设置有向下弯折延伸的导流部,导流部引导清洗水,流向过滤网,防止清洗水外溅。
在上述方案中,在水流分配板的两侧向下弯折设置导流部,有效的防止了水流外溅,有利于集聚水流向过滤网方向冲刷。
优选的,所述烘干风道内设置有安装部,所述第一过滤器由烘干风道的进风口插入使得过滤本体固定在所述的安装部上,所述手持部由所述安装部向烘干风道的进风口延伸设置。
在上述方案中,手持部由所述安装部向烘干风道的进风口延伸设置,从而方便了用户手持取放。
优选的,所述烘干风道的进风口包括进风部和安装口,所述第一过滤器由所述的安装口伸入烘干风道内安装在所述的安装部上,所述手持部由所述安装部向所述安装口延伸设置。
在上述方案中,手持部由所述安装部向安装口延伸设置,从而方便了用户在安装口处手持所述手持部实现第一过滤器的取放。
优选的,包括第二过滤器,所述第一过滤器由所述的安装口伸入烘干风道内后,所述第二过滤器插入安装在所述的安装口上。
在上述方案中,在前支撑空间有限的烘干风道内安装两个过滤器,提高了过滤效果。所述第二过滤器位于安装口上,拆装方便,而第一过滤器设置在风干风道内部优选可通过喷水装置自动进行喷洗清洁。
优选的,所述的烘干风道包括连通至所述安装部的导向结构,导向结构引导第一过滤器插入/取出所述的安装部。
在上述方案中,通过设置导向结构,引导第一过滤器的安装和拆卸,方便了用户。
优选的,所述的导向部包括烘干风道表面凸出设置多个凸部,各凸部限制第一过滤器位置,引导第一过滤器插入/取出所述的安装部。
在上述方案中,多个凸部由烘干风道的进风口向安装部依次布置,从而限定了第一过滤器运动轨迹,引导第一过滤器安装在所述安装部上或引导第一过滤器由安装部被取出。
优选的,所述烘干风道包括连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道入口的出风口,所述安装部正对所述出风口设置,所述第一过滤器由所述进风口插入安装在所述的安装部上,覆盖所述的出风口。
在上述方案中,第一过滤器覆盖出风口设置,有效的阻挡过滤线屑。
通过采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:

参见图1-图5所示,本发明公开一种衣物处理设备,包括前支撑1和第一过滤器3,所述前支撑1上设置有连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道的烘干风道,所述第一过滤器3由烘干风道的进风口11整体插入/取出,第一过滤器3插入烘干风道内用于过滤线屑,所述烘干风道内设置有喷水装置4,喷水装置4用于喷淋清洗所述第一过滤器3。衣物处理设备的烘干风道内设置有可自由取出放入的第一过滤器3,方便了用户取出清洗,同时在烘干风道内还设置有喷水装置4,实现了在过滤风道内对第一过滤器3进行喷水清洗,该清洗过程自动化处理,方便了用户,用户可根据实际需要选择手动或自动清洗该第一过滤器3。本发明的喷水 装置4在为第一过滤器3进行清洗的过程不需要拆卸第一过滤器3,该方案结构简单,可靠性高,检修和维护更加方便。
实施例一
如图1-5所示,本实施中提供一种衣物处理设备。该衣物处理设备为干衣机或洗干一体机,包括第一过滤器3,所述第一过滤器3包括过滤本体32,过滤本体32上设置有手持部31和用于与所述喷水装置4配合承接并分配水流的水流分配部。
通过设置手持部31,方便了用户取放第一过滤器3,通过设置水流分配部承接喷水装置4喷出的水,并将水流进行均匀分配,以清洗过滤器的整个网面。
所述过滤本体32包括框架321,框架321上安装过滤网322,所述水流分配部包括设置框架321上位于过滤网322上方的水流分配板33,水流分配板33上设置有多个分配部331,水流分配板33将喷水装置4喷出的清洗水均匀分配以冲刷所述过滤网322的整个表面。通过设置分配部可对喷水装置4的水进行均匀分配,扩大冲洗面积,确保全面积覆盖所述过滤网322。
在一种具体实施方案中,所述分配部包括设置在水流分配板33上的过水孔。所述过水孔的形状可以为圆形也可以是长条形。
在另一种实施方案中,所述分配部包括设置在水流分配板33上导流槽;水流分配板33与过滤网322相垂直设置,水流分配板33上沿着与过滤网322垂直的方向上依次开设的多个导流槽,引导水流向过滤网322流动,冲刷过滤网322。
在一种优选的方案中,参见图5所示,所述水流分配板33上沿着与水流分配板33长度方向相垂直的方向延伸设置的多个凸筋3311,相邻两个凸筋3311之间限定出一个水道,两凸筋之间的水流分配板33的板体上设有过水孔3312,进入水道内的水通过所述过水孔3312向下流出冲刷第一过滤器3的过滤网322。所述框架321的一面贴合设置过滤网322,框架321上位于过滤网322相反的一面设置有所述的水流分配板33,所述水流分配板33靠近框架的一端开设多个过水孔,相邻两过水孔通过凸筋3311分割开,如此形成了所述的多个分配部。
所述水流分配板33沿着过滤网322上边沿延伸设置,且覆盖过滤网322的整个上边沿,所述分配部沿着水流分配板33的延伸方向依次布置。水流分配板33沿着过滤网322的上边沿延伸设置,且覆盖所述过滤网322的整个上边沿,该水流分配板33上设置有多个分配部,从而实现了对过滤网322整个网面的清洗。
参见图4所示,所述水流分配板33两侧设置有向下弯折延伸的导流部332,导流部332引导清洗水,流向过滤网322,防止清洗水外溅。在水流分配板33的两侧向下弯折设置导流部332,有效的防止了水流外溅,有利于集聚水流向过滤网322方向冲刷。
进一步的,所述水流分配板33整体分为向过滤网322一侧逐渐向下延伸的第一板段和向过滤网322另一侧逐渐向下延伸的第二板段,第一板段和第二板段的最高部位平滑连接,第一板段和第二板段呈“人”字型的结构,利于将水流分别向两侧引导,保证各分配部上均向过滤网322喷水,达到全面清洗过滤网322的效果。
实施例二
参见图1-5所示,本实施中提供一种衣物处理设备。该衣物处理设备为干衣机或洗干一体机,包括第一过滤器,所述第一过滤器3包括过滤本体32,过滤本体32上设置有手持部31和用于与所述喷水装置4配合承接并分配水流的水流分配部。通过设置手持部31,方便了用户取放第一过滤器3。
具体的,所述烘干风道内设置有安装部12,所述第一过滤器3由烘干风道的进风口11插入使得过滤本体32固定在所述的安装部12上,所述手持部31由所述安装部12向烘干风道的进风口11延伸设置。
所述手持部31由所述安装部12向烘干风道的进风口11延伸设置,从而方便了用户手持取放。
优选的,所述烘干风道的进风口11包括进风部111和安装口112,所述第一过滤器3由所述的安装口112伸入烘干风道内安装在所述的安装部12上,所述手持部31由所述安装部12向所述安装口112延伸设置。所述的进风部111上安装有栅格结构。
在上述方案中,手持部31由所述安装部12向安装口112延伸设置,从而方便了用户在安装口112处手持所述手持部31实现第一过滤器3的取放。
优选的,衣物处理设备包括第二过滤器2,所述第一过滤器3由所述的安装口112伸入烘干风道内后,所述第二过滤器2插入安装在所述的安装口112上。在前支撑1空间有限的烘干风道内安装两个过滤器,提高了过滤效果。所述第二过滤器2位于安装口112上,拆装方便,而第一过滤器3设置在风干风道内部优选可通过喷水装置4自动进行喷洗清洁。
所述第二过滤器2包括固定部和过滤部,所述过滤部经安装口112插入烘干风道内,固定部固定安装在所述的安装口112上并封堵所述安装口112;第二过滤器2的过滤部上靠近所述进风部111的一侧设置过滤进风端,由进风部111进入烘干风道内的烘干风,通过该过滤进风端进入过滤部进行线屑过滤。经过第二过滤器2过滤的空气,继续进入第一过滤器3, 经过第一过滤器3进行更为细致的过滤。
为了便于对第一过滤器3的安装,所述的烘干风道包括连通至所述安装部12的导向结构,导向结构引导第一过滤器3插入/取出所述的安装部12。
通过设置导向结构,引导第一过滤器3的安装和拆卸,方便了用户。所述导向结构可以为设置在烘干风道壳体表面的导向槽,引导槽引导第一过滤器3插入/取出所述安装部12。
在一种实施方案中,所述导向结构包括倾斜设置的通道,所述的第一过滤器包括有避让所述导向部两侧内壁的斜边结构,倾斜结构由安装口112一侧延伸至所述安装部12一侧。
在一种优选简单的实施方式中,所述导向部包括烘干风道表面凸出设置多个凸部,各凸部限制第一过滤器3位置,引导第一过滤器3插入/取出所述的安装部12。多个凸部由烘干风道的进风口11向安装部12依次布置,从而限定了第一过滤器3运动轨迹,引导第一过滤器3安装在所述安装部12上或引导第一过滤器3由安装部12被取出。
所述烘干风道包括连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道入口的出风口,所述安装部12正对所述出风口设置,所述第一过滤器3由所述进风口11插入安装在所述的安装部12上,覆盖所述的出风口。
实施例三
本实施例三在上述实施例一和二的基础上对实现喷水清洗的方案进行详细说明。
所述的烘干风道内设置有喷水装置4,所述安装部12设置在喷水装置4喷水范围内,喷水装置4喷水即可实现对第一过滤器3的自动清洗。
具体的,喷水装置4设置在第一过滤器3的上部,喷出的水顺流而下实现对第一过滤器3的冲刷。所述清洗装置包括进液口,喷嘴、和导通两者的导流通道,从进液口导入所述喷水装置4内的清洗水,流经导流通道后从喷嘴流出冲洗所述过滤装置,使附着在过滤网322上的线屑被洗涤液冲掉,洗涤液体可以随引流装置直接排出衣物处理设备或进行其他处理。
所述烘干风道内包括凹部,凹部的底壁开设所述的烘干风道的出风口,凹部构成所述的安装部12,所述凹部的形状与过滤本体32的形状相匹配,构成第一过滤器3的过滤本体32嵌入安装在所述的凹部内,且覆盖凹部底壁的出风口,而凹部的周壁上位于第一过滤器3顶部的壁面上设置有喷水部,喷水部向第一过滤器3上的水流分配板33喷水,水流分配板进行水流分配,实现全面清洗过滤器。
所述喷水装置4包括壳体,壳体安装在烘干风道的内壁上与烘干风道的内壁限定出主导流通道,壳体上还设置与进液口,进液口与所述的主导流通道相连通,所述壳体还包括有多 条间隔设置的分导流通道,各分导流通道由上至下延伸设置,顶部连通所述的主导流通道,底部出口构成所述的喷嘴。
进一步的,壳体上间隔设置有多个凸起的条状挡水筋,所述挡水筋与所述主导通道相接,并沿竖直方向延伸设置。所述挡水筋凸起的顶部与烘干风道的内壁相贴合,彼此相邻的挡水筋与烘干风道的内壁限定出引导清洗水从所述主导流通道流出的分导流通道。所述分导流通道出口朝下设置,形成喷水装置4的喷嘴,所述喷嘴位于第一过滤器3的上方,向过滤装置喷洒液体以冲洗所述过滤装置。本实施例中,挡水筋将主导流通道的水流聚集成几股水流,并分别通过各自的分导流通道所对应的喷嘴喷出,对相应的过滤网322区域进行冲洗,增加了冲洗的准确性。这种设计充分利用了重力的对水流的加速作用。主导流通道位于分导流通道的上部,使进入喷水装置4的液体在重力的作用下自行流入喷嘴处,使清洗水够快速从喷嘴中喷出,实现对位于喷水装置4下部的第一过滤器3进行清洗。
本实施中,所述喷水装置4的壳体包围所述第一过滤器3的上边沿设置,从而可喷出全面覆盖过滤网322的喷淋水流。
具体的,前述实施例中提到过水流分配板33整体分为向过滤网322一侧逐渐向下延伸的第一板段和向过滤网322另一侧逐渐向下延伸的第二板段,第一板段和第二板段的最高部位平滑连接,第一板段和第二板段呈“人”字型的结构,利于将水流分别向两侧引导,保证各分配部上均向过滤网322喷水,达到全面清洗过滤网322的效果,进一步的,为了配合该结构设置,所述壳体也设置为类“人”字型结构,且壳体的下边沿整体形状与所述水流分配板33的形状相匹配,即满足结构安装要求,又实现了各喷嘴分别与对应分配部的一一对应。
实施例四
本实施例中,前支撑1采用可被磁铁吸附的金属材料。本实施例的第一过滤器3包括磁性装置固定件,以及和其配合的磁性装置。磁性装置可拆卸连接在所述磁性装置固定件内第一过滤器3通过所述磁性装置与烘干风道的前支撑1吸附连接,不需要通过紧固件连接固定,方便了第一过滤器3的取放。通过衣物处理设备的前支撑1的吸合,实现两者的快速连接固定。本实施例实现了第一过滤器3与衣物处理装置的快速固定。这种固定方式更加方便第一过滤器从衣物处理装置上的安装和拆卸,方便了用户对线屑过滤装置的检修和清洗。
所述手持部31与过滤主体一体设计,还设置有手持部31的磁性装置,并与上述的磁性装置的作用类似的,手持部31通过所述磁性装置与衣物处理设备的前支撑1吸合连接,实现第一过滤器3与衣物处理设备快速安装拆卸。本实施例中的手持部31的磁性装置固定在手持部上使得第一过滤器3整体稳定的固定在前支撑1上。
本实施例中第一过滤器3的框架上设置有支撑筋,支撑筋相互交错,增强了产品结构强度,提高了质量。为了防止支撑筋造成线屑的阻挡,不利于清洗干净,则沿着第一方向平行设置多条第一支撑筋,沿着第二方向平行设置多条第二支撑筋,各第一支撑筋与各第二支撑筋交错,其中,第一支撑筋为沿着过滤主体宽度方向延伸设置的水平倾斜筋,而第二支撑筋为沿着过滤主体高度方向延伸设置的竖直倾斜筋,水平倾斜筋和竖直倾斜筋,利于分布水流,减少了第一过滤器3的清洗死角,提高了清洗效果。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,包括前支撑和第一过滤器,所述前支撑上设置有连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道的烘干风道,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器由烘干风道的进风口整体插入/取出,所述第一过滤器插入烘干风道内用于过滤线屑,所述烘干风道内设置有喷水装置,所述喷水装置用于喷淋清洗所述第一过滤器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器包括过滤本体,所述过滤本体上设置有手持部和用于与所述喷水装置配合承接并分配水流的水流分配部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述过滤本体包括框架,所述框架上安装过滤网,所述水流分配部包括设置在所述框架上位于所述过滤网上方的水流分配板,所述水流分配板上设置有多个分配部,所述水流分配板将所述喷水装置喷出的清洗水均匀分配以冲刷所述过滤网的整个表面;
    优选的,所述分配部包括设置在所述水流分配板上的过水孔,或者所述分配部包括设置在所述水流分配板上导流槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述水流分配板沿着所述过滤网上边沿延伸设置,且覆盖所述过滤网的整个上边沿,所述分配部沿着所述水流分配板的延伸方向依次布置。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述水流分配板两侧设置有向下弯折延伸的导流部,所述导流部引导清洗水,流向所述过滤网,防止清洗水外溅。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干风道内设置有安装部,所述第一过滤器由所述烘干风道的进风口插入使得过滤本体固定在所述的安装部上,所述手持部由所述安装部向所述烘干风道的进风口延伸设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干风道的进风口包括进风部和安装口,所述第一过滤器由所述安装口伸入所述烘干风道内安装在所述安装部上,所述手持部由所述安装部向所述安装口延伸设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括第二过滤器,所述第一过滤器由所述的安装口伸入所述烘干风道内后,所述第二过滤器插入安装在所述安装口上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干风道包括连通至所述安装部的导向结构,所述导向结构引导所述第一过滤器插入/取出所述安装部;
    优选的,所述导向部包括所述烘干风道表面凸出设置多个凸部,各凸部限制所述第一过滤器位置,引导所述第一过滤器插入/取出所述安装部。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干风道包括 连通衣物处理设备内部循环风道入口的出风口,所述安装部正对所述出风口设置,所述第一过滤器由所述进风口插入安装在所述安装部上,覆盖所述出风口。
