具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图6所示,本发明公开了一种衣物处理装置,包括:过滤线屑的过滤装置2,和位于其上部的清洁装置1;所述清洁装置1包括:进液口101、喷嘴105、和导通两者的导流通道,从进液口101导入所述清洁装置1内的液体,流经导流通道后从喷嘴105流出冲洗所述过滤装置2。本发明的衣物处理装置中的清洁装置可以定期对过滤网进行清洗,其特殊的流道设计使冲洗过程更有效并且节水,本发明的清洁装置在为过滤装置进行清洗的过程不需要对过滤网进行拆卸,并且结构简单,可靠性高,检修和维护更加方便。
实施例1
如图1至6所示,本实施例中揭示了一种衣物处理装置。该衣物处理装置为干衣机或洗干一体机。如图6所示,该衣物处理装置包括:过滤线屑的过滤装置2,和位于其上部的清洁装置1。本实施例中的衣物处理装置为了避免线屑在烘干系统中的循环,造成风道阻塞或其他的故障,设置了线屑过滤装置。在衣物处理装置的前支撑面板3上设置了开口,所述过滤装置2设置在所述开口内,过滤装置上2设置有过滤网或其他的过滤介质,对干衣机内的空气进行线屑过滤。
本发明的清洁装置1位于过滤装置2的上部。如图1所示,所述清洁装置1包括:进液口101、喷嘴105、和导通两者的导流通道,从进液口101导入所述清洁装置1内的液体, 流经导流通道后从喷嘴105流出冲洗所述过滤装置,使附着在过滤网202上的线屑被洗涤液冲掉,洗涤液体可以随引流装置直接排出干衣机或进行其他处理。
为了节省安装空间和提高设备的可靠性,本发明充分利用了现有的衣物处理装置的面板,使衣物处理装置的前支撑面板成为清洁装置的壳体的一部分。如图2、图4和图5所示,本发明的清洁装置包括导流板106。该导流板106平敷在过滤装置所在的衣物处理装置的前支撑面板的开口上部的前支撑面板3上,导流板106和前支撑面板3共同构成所述清洁装置1的壳体。
所述壳体内的导流板106上设置有下凹的导流凹槽,导流凹槽与所述前支撑面板3相配合形成所述主导流通道102;所述导流凹槽上开有开口,形成所述进液口101,进液口101位于主导流通道102上。
如图3和图5所示,所述导流通道包括与进液口101相通的主导流通道102,和与所述主导流通道102和喷嘴105分别相通的分导流通道104;所述主导流通道102位于所述分导流通道的上部104。清洁装置的分导流通道103为多条间隔设置、并分别与所述主导流通道102相通的导流通道,各分导流通道103分别沿所述清洁装置的宽度方向延伸。
进一步的,如图4和图5所示,导流板106上间隔设置有多个凸起的条状挡水筋104,所述挡水筋104与所述导流凹槽也就是主导通道102相接,并沿所述导流板106的宽度方向延伸。所述挡水筋104凸起的顶部与前支撑面板3相贴合,彼此相邻的挡水筋104与所述前支撑面板3形成引导液体从所述主导流通道102流出的分导流通道104。所述分导流通道104开口在所述壳体的下部,形成所述清洁装置的喷嘴105,所述喷嘴105位于过滤装置的上方,向过滤装置喷洒液体以冲洗所述过滤装置。
如图所示,喷嘴105为扁平状,横截面是长宽比较大的长方形,由喷嘴105喷出的液体覆盖面积较大,能够覆盖过滤装置的大部分表面,冲洗效果佳。
本实施例中,挡水筋104将主导流通道102的水流聚集成几股水流,并分别通过各自的分导流通道103所对应的喷嘴105排出,对相应的过滤装置区域进行冲洗,增加了冲洗的准确性。这种设计充分利用了重力的对水流的加速作用。主导流通道位于分导流通道的上部,使进入清洁装置的液体在重力的作用下自行流入喷嘴处,使洗涤液体能够快速从喷嘴中喷出,实现对位于清洁装置下部的过滤装置进行清洗。
如图2和图5所示,本发明中的清洁装置的主导流通道102的一端沿其长度方向向下弯曲,使主导流通道形成具有落差的上下两端。所述进液口101与主导流通道102相通的 位置,在主导流通道102的长度方向上距该主导流通道102的下端的长度,大于所述进液口101距所述主导流通道102的上端的长度。也就是说液体从进液口101流入后到达主导流通道102的两端所流动的长度并不相同,而是距离位于相对来说向下弯曲,并且端部更靠下的主导流通道端部的距离更远。这样的设计充分利用了重力的加速作用,并充分考虑的高度差所造成的势能差,充分利用位于低处的端部所具有的势能优势,使洗涤液能够到达更远的端部,而且还使洗涤液到达主导流通道的上下两个端部时的流速和流量均衡,从而达到清洁装置各处喷嘴的水流量和和流速均匀,使清洁装置在冲洗过滤装置时在宽度方向上能够达到一致的冲洗效果。避免了以往的冲洗装置中在距离进液口较近位置冲洗的水流流速较大、冲洗效果较佳,而距离进液口较远则冲洗效果下降的弊端。
如图1所示,本发明的所述过滤装置2包括框架结构,框架结构内设置有加强筋201,过滤网202覆盖在加强筋201上。为了避免在冲洗过程中所造成的线屑在加强筋上的堆积现象,减少冲洗的死角,使清洁作用的冲洗作用更加彻底和全面,本实施的所述加强筋201的方向设置为与所述清洁装置的喷嘴105流出的液体流动方向相同。具体来说,本实施例中的清洁装置的喷嘴流出的水流方向是竖直向下的,而加强筋的方向也是竖直方向设置,加强筋的两端分别与过滤装置框架的上下两边相接,使随洗涤水冲洗下来的线屑不会在加强筋上堆积。
在其他的实施例中,本发明的衣物处理装置所包括的清洁装置是一个独立的组件,与上述实施例的区别在于具有单独的背板,不需要和干衣机或洗干一体机的面板相配合,同样安装在过滤装置的上部,利用洗涤液对过滤装置进行冲洗。本发明的清洁装置同样可以定期的对过滤网进行清洗,无需再对过滤装置拆卸清洗。
实施例2
本实施例里揭示一种具有实施例1的特征的衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置为干衣机或洗干一体机。
现有洗干一体机包括洗衣装置和烘干装置。洗衣装置包括洗衣桶,洗衣桶包括外桶和内桶。烘干装置包括加热风道、烘干风机和冷凝器,加热风道的一侧与洗衣桶连通,另一侧通过烘干风机与冷凝器的一侧连通,冷凝器的另一侧与洗衣桶连通,加热风道内设置加热器。烘干衣物时,烘干风机产生的气流经过加热风道内的加热器加热形成高温气流,高温气流流过洗衣桶内需干燥的衣物,加热衣物,并带走蒸发的水分,使衣物快速干燥。
本实施例的干衣机或者洗干一体机利用线屑过滤器去除机体内流动的空气中的线屑, 避免造成衣物的污染。同时为了有效清除线屑过滤装置上的线屑,避免线屑堆积,本实施中的干衣机或者洗干一体机还为线屑过滤器设置了如实施例1所述的清洁装置,该清洁装置能够定期为线屑过滤器进行清洗,并且不需要进行线屑过滤器的拆卸就可以轻松地进行所述的清洗操作。本实施例中的干衣机或者洗干一体机还设置有引流结构,将清洁装置冲洗完毕的脏水通过引流结构排走,直接排出机体外,或者在进行净化处理后循环使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,衣物处理装置包括:过滤线屑的过滤装置,和位于其上部的清洁装置;所述清洁装置包括:进液口、喷嘴、和导通两者的导流通道,从进液口导入所述清洁装置内的液体,流经导流通道后从喷嘴流出冲洗所述过滤装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述导流通道包括与所述进液口相通的主导流通道,和与所述主导流通道和喷嘴分别相通的分导流通道;所述主导流通道位于所述分导流通道的上部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述主导流通道的一端沿其长度方向向下弯曲,使主导流通道形成具有落差的上下两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述进液口与主导流通道相通的位置,在主导流通道的长度方向上距该主导流通道的下端的长度,大于所述进液口距所述主导流通道的上端的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述分导流通道为多条间隔设置、并分别与所述主导流通道相通的导流通道,各分导流通道分别沿所述清洁装置的宽度方向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置包括前支撑;所述前支撑的面板具有开口,所述过滤装置设置在所述开口内;清洁装置包括导流板,所述导流板平敷于所述开口上部的前支撑的面板上,所述导流板和前支撑的面板构成所述清洁装置的壳体;所述壳体内的导流板上设置有下凹的导流凹槽,导流凹槽与所述前支撑的面板相配合形成所述主导流通道;所述导流凹槽上开有开口,形成所述进液口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内的导流板上,间隔设置有多个凸起的条状挡水筋,所述挡水筋与所述导流凹槽相接,并沿所述导流板的宽度方向延伸;所述挡水筋凸起的顶部与所述前支撑的面板相贴合,彼此相邻的挡水筋与所述前支撑的面板形成引导液体从所述主导流通道流出的分导流通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述分导流通道开口在所述壳体的下部,形成所述清洁装置的喷嘴,所述喷嘴位于所述过滤装置的上方,向过滤装置喷洒液体以冲洗所述过滤装置;
    优选地,所述喷嘴为扁平状,且横截面为长方形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括框架结构, 框架结构内设置有加强筋;所述加强筋的方向与所述清洁装置的喷嘴流出的液体流动方向相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置为干衣机或洗干一体机。
