Description

一种线屑过滤器及衣物处理装置 技术领域
本发明属于干衣机设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种线屑过滤器及衣物处理装置。
背景技术
干衣机是利用电加热来使洗好的衣物中的水分即时蒸发干燥的清洁类家用电器。对于北方的冬季和南方的“回南天”而言,由于存在衣物难干的情况,因此特别需要干衣机对衣服进行干燥处理。
干衣机的滚筒转动或者干衣机运行的过程中,从进风口输入到滚筒中干燥热空气,热空气与湿衣物接触带走水分,湿热空气经过排风口排出,热风如此不断循环,达到干衣的效果。干衣机工作中,滚筒的转动衣物的翻滚,筒内会有少量衣物线屑产生,并随着气流运动,当线屑进入风道之后就会给衣物造成二次污染。为了避免线屑进入风道,热风循环会经过一个线屑过滤器。现有的干衣机线屑过滤器通常为片状,在片状框架之间设置有过滤网,垂直或斜向插入风道中,片状的线屑过滤器的过滤面积小,同时由于这种单层的过滤网由于线屑的阻塞或者是网格的不均匀很容易造成过滤效率的下降,而且单一过滤效率的过滤网对于线屑过滤的效率有限,造成过滤效果不理想。
这种单层过滤网在干衣机不运行时,当干衣机位于粉尘较大的作业环境中时,对于从外向内的空气流动方向上的过滤存在弊端,对于干衣机的内外环境的阻隔方面存在着很大缺陷。并且现有的过滤网与线屑过率器的构件通常是一体设置,在进行过滤网清洗或者更换非常不便,每次清洁都需要对过滤网的整体进行清洁,这种不对过滤层的过滤特性加以区分的粗放式维护方式,也增加了用户的清洁负担,反而不利于过滤装置的及时清洗。同时,这种一体设置容易在过滤网与构件的连接处形成清洗死角,这部分的线屑无法有效清洗,依然造成干衣机内部空气流动系统的污染。现有的线屑过滤器与干衣机本体的连接结构也不利于线屑过滤器的拆卸和维护,需要进行相应的改造。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种线屑过滤器及衣物处理装置,采用多重过滤的方式,利用不同过滤效率的过滤层对衣物处理装置内的线屑进行过 滤,增强了线屑过滤的效率和可靠性,有效地实现了干衣机内外环境间空气流动时的过滤作用和内外环境的分隔,同时方便了用户对不同的过滤层进行分别的维护,在减少了维护难度和成本的同时增强了清洁的针对性和有效性,本发明对线屑过滤器的安装结构进行了优化,更便于用户的拆卸和安装,更加有利于线屑过滤器的及时有效地清洁。。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种线屑过滤器,包括通过连接装置可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件、和第二过滤组件,所述第二过滤组件包括多层过滤层,实现线屑的多重过滤。
进一步地,所述第二过滤组件包括两个线屑过滤效率不同的过滤层—第二过滤层和第三过滤层;第二过滤层和第三过滤层通过所述连接装置与第一过滤组件可拆卸连接;
优选地,第三过滤层包括多根支撑筋和过滤网,过滤网覆盖在支撑筋上形成第三过滤层;
优选地,第三过滤层的支撑筋交叉分布并构成第三过滤层的网格结构。
进一步地,所述第一过滤组件包括:与连接装置连接的框架结构,和第一过滤层;第一过滤层设置在所述框架结构内,周边与所述框架结构的框架相接;
优选地,所述第一过滤组件还包括与连接装置连接的支撑筋,第一过滤组件的支撑筋数量为多根并分布在同一平面内,所述第一过滤层覆盖在所述第一过滤组件的支撑筋上;
进一步优选地,框架结构内的第一过滤组件的支撑筋交叉分布并构成网格结构。
进一步地,所述第二过滤层位于所述第一过滤层和第三过滤层之间,并与所述第一过滤层和第三过滤层的过滤效率不同;
优选地,所述第一、第三过滤层过滤效率均小于第二过滤层;
进一步优选,第一、第三过滤层是过滤网,第二过滤层是海绵。
进一步地,所述的连接装置包括彼此连接的安装部和连接部,所述安装部与第一过滤组件或第二过滤组件连接,所述连接部与相应的第二过滤组件或第一过滤组件可拆卸连接,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤组件的可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述连接部包括与安装部连接的卡接部,卡接部与第二过滤组件的第三过滤层卡接配合;所述安装部与所述第一过滤组件连接;
优选地,所述卡接部包括卡爪,卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋卡接连接;
进一步优选地,所述卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋卡接的位置位于第三过滤层的网格结构的支撑筋的交叉连接处;
进一步优选地,每个所述卡爪具有多个用于卡接的爪钩,所述爪钩的数量与卡接位置处的交叉相接的第三过滤层的支撑筋的总数量相同,支撑筋插入并封堵卡爪的相邻的爪钩间的间隙,实现卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋的卡接连接。
进一步地,所述连接部还包括连接安装部和卡接部的插接部,第二过滤层设置有与插接部插接配合的插孔;所述插孔位于第二过滤层上并贯穿所述第二过滤层的厚度方向,所述插接部插入并穿过所述插孔,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤层的插接连接;

一种应用如上述任一所述的线屑过滤器的衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置包括干衣机或洗干一体机;所述线屑过滤器包括,具有线屑过滤功能、并通过连接装置可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件、和第二过滤组件;所述第二过滤组件包括多个用于线屑过滤的过滤层, 能够实现线屑的多重过滤。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明的一种线屑过滤器及衣物处理装置,采用多重过滤的方式,利用不同过滤效率的过滤层对干衣机或洗干一体机内的线屑进行过滤,增强了线屑过滤的效率和可靠性。
使用三层过滤,并将过滤效率最高的第二过滤层放置在第一、第三过滤层中间,有利于利用第一、第三过滤层分别在干衣机的内外层,对应空气流动的两个方向上对空气进行线屑的粗过滤,有效地实现了干衣机内外环境间空气流动时的过滤作用和非使用期间的内外环境的分隔。同时,这样的设置极大地延长了第二过滤层的有效过滤时间,减少了对第二过滤层的维护或更换的频率,减少了维护难度和成本。用户可以针对不同过滤层的线屑淤积情况对不同的过滤层进行分别的维护,增强了清洁的针对性和有效性。
本发明利用连接装置实现不同过滤组件的可拆卸连接,对不同的过滤层进行有效的优化设计,使不同过滤层在满足连接限位的要求的同时,其拆卸和安装更加方便,并且由于过滤层可以从各自的组件中很方便地进行拆卸,在进行过滤层的清洗过程中不再存在边缘的清洁死角,使线屑过滤器的清洁更加干净彻底。
本发明还在线屑过滤器上增加了手柄,并通过磁性装置实现手柄/线屑过滤器的过滤组件与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板的可拆卸连接,更便于用户的拆卸和安装,使清洁线屑过滤器不再成为用户的一个负担,更加有利于线屑过滤器的及时有效地清洁。

实施例1
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中揭示了一种线屑过滤器,用于衣物处理装置。该衣物处理装置包括干衣机或洗干一体机。衣物处理装置为了避免线屑在烘干系统中的循环,造成风道阻塞、衣物污染或其他的故障,设置了线屑过滤装置。如图4和图5所示,本实施例在干衣机的前支撑面板01上设置了开口,线屑过滤装置设置在所述开口内,线屑过滤装置上设置有过滤组件为干衣机提供线屑过滤。
如图1所示,本实施例的线屑过滤器包括,通过连接装置3可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件1、和第二过滤组件2,所述第二过滤组件2包括多层过滤层,实现线屑的多重过滤。具体的,如图中所示,第二过滤组件2包括两个线屑过滤效率不同的过滤层—第二过滤层201和第三过滤层203。
如图1中所示,所述第一过滤组件1包括:与连接装置3连接的第一过滤组件的框架结构101,和第一过滤层102。第一过滤层102设置在第一过滤组件的框架结构101内,其周边与该框架结构的框架相接。本实施例中,第一过滤组件的框架结构101内还设置了与连接装置3连接的第一过滤组件的支撑筋103,第一过滤组件的支撑筋103数量为多根,并分布在同一平面内。如图1所示,这些支撑筋交叉分布并构成网格结构,并将具有线屑过滤功能的第一过滤层102覆盖在所述第一过滤组件的支撑筋103上(本实施中的第一过滤层102为过滤网),形成了的第一过滤组件1的主要过滤部件。本实施例的这种网格结构更加有利于保持第一过滤组件的结构稳定和强度,保证了过滤组件的多次拆卸安装的要求。
如图1所示,第二过滤组件2包括两个过滤层,即分别通过连接装置3与第一过滤组件1可拆卸连接的第二过滤层201和第三过滤层203。
本实施例中的第三过滤层203包括多根第三过滤层的支撑筋204和过滤网205。与第一过滤组件类似的,第三过滤层的支撑筋204交叉分布并构成第三过滤层的网格结构,过滤网205覆盖在第三过滤层的支撑筋204上形成第三过滤层201。
如图1所示,所述第一过滤层102和第三过滤层203之间设置有第二过滤层201。第二过滤层201的过滤效率与所述第一过滤层102和第三过滤层203的过滤效率不同。具体的,在本实施例中所述第一、第三过滤层过滤效率均小于第二过滤层。采用的过滤介质是第一、第三过滤层是使用过滤网作为过滤介质,而第二过滤层是海绵。海绵与过滤网相比其具有一定的厚度,内部数量众多的孔洞不但保证了气体的通过性,而且还保证了对更加细小的线屑进行过滤的要求。相比于以往使用单一的过滤介质进行线屑过滤的装置,该设计提高了线屑过滤效果。
同时,本实施例使用三层过滤,并将过滤效率最高的第二过滤层201放置在第一过滤层102、第三过滤层203的中间。使干衣机与外环境的进/出两个方向的空气都可以通过第一过滤层或者第三过滤层对较粗大的线屑进行初步的粗过滤。对于干衣机中的线屑来说,这种粗大线屑往往是造成干衣机的管路堵塞的主要因素,并且这部分的线屑所占的比例最大。因此经过这两个过滤层的粗过滤后,能够有效减轻第二过滤层的过滤压力,极大地延长了第二过滤层的有效过滤时间,减少了对第二过滤层的维护或更换的频率,减少了维护难度和成本。同时,这样的设置用户可以针对不同过滤层的线屑淤积情况对不同的过滤层进行分别的维护,增强了清洁的针对性和有效性。并且第一和第三过滤层都是设置在线屑过滤装置的外层,即使在不拆卸过滤层的情况下也可以很方便地通过除尘装置或者是冲洗装置进行清洁,有利于用户对线屑过滤装置的及时清洗,并且减少了线屑过滤装置的拆卸次数。
这种具备两个方向三重过滤的方式,有效地实现了干衣机内外环境间空气流动时的过滤作用和内外环境的分隔,减少了干衣机内部空气污染的可能。
为了实现在实现上述的线屑过滤多重过滤功能的同时,保证过滤组件之间的可靠连接和方便拆卸的要求。本发明使用了连接装置3对上述的各个过滤组件进行连接。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的所述的连接装置3包括彼此连接的安装部301和连接部,所述安装部301与第一过滤组件或第二过滤组件连接,所述连接部与相应的第二过滤组件或第一过滤组件可拆卸连接,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤组件的可拆卸连接。
如图2所示,所述连接部包括与安装部301连接的卡接部303,卡接部303与第二过滤组件2的第三过滤层203卡接配合;所述安装部301与所述第一过滤组件1连接;实现第三过滤层203和第一过滤组件1的可拆卸连接。
如图1至图3所示,所述卡接部203包括卡爪,卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋204卡接连接。如图2和3所示,所述卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋204卡接的位置位于第三过滤层203的网格结构的第三过滤层的支撑筋204的交叉连接处。每个所述卡爪具有多个用于卡接的爪钩,所述爪钩的数量与卡接位置处的交叉相接的第三过滤层的支撑筋204的总数量相同,第三过滤层的支撑筋204插入并封堵卡爪的相邻的爪钩间的间隙,实现卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋204的卡接连接。具体的如图3所示,本实施例中的第三过滤层203的网格结构的第三过滤层的支撑筋204的交叉连接处的支撑筋数量为4个,所以卡爪的爪钩的数量也为4个,与支撑筋进行卡接配合,实现连接装置3与第三过滤层203的可靠的卡接连 接。
如图1和图2所示,连接装置3的所述连接部还包括连接安装部301和卡接部303的插接部302。第二过滤层201上设置有与插接部302插接配合的插孔202;所述插孔202位于第二过滤层201并贯穿所述第二过滤层201的厚度方向。所述插接部302插入并穿过所述插孔202,实现第一过滤组件1与第二过滤层201的插接连接。如图2所示,本实施的所述卡接部303和插接部302一体设置。在其他的实施例中接部303和插接部302,也可以通过螺纹或者套接等其他方式进行可拆卸连接,实现插接部与卡接部的连接。
本发明的连接装置的插接部,充分利用了第二过滤层具有一定厚度,以及第一过滤组件和第三过滤层的可靠卡接的特性,仅使用插孔和插接部的插接配合就可以方便地实现第二过滤层的限位。使第二过滤层的限位连接结构简单,便于第二过滤层的安装和拆卸。
如图1和2所示,本实施例的连接装置3的安装部301与第一过滤组件1为固定连接,实现第一过滤组件1与连接装置3的固定连接。进一步地,如图中所示,安装部301与第一过滤组件的支撑筋103一体设置。
在其他的实施例中,连接装置的安装部与第一过滤组件通过在所述安装部上设置与第一过滤组件卡接的安装卡爪,使第一过滤组件和连接装置通过安装卡爪卡接连接,从而实现连接装置与第一过滤组件的可拆卸连接。该安装卡爪与连接部的结构类似,安装卡爪与第一过滤组件的支撑筋卡接连接,所述安装卡爪与第一过滤组件的支撑筋卡接的位置位于第一过滤组件网格结构的支撑筋的交叉连接处。这种配置使连接装置独立于过滤组件而单独存在,连接装置既可以从第一过滤组件方向连接,也可以在第三过滤层方向连接,使过滤组件的连接方式更加灵活。
实施例2
本实施例是对实施例1的线屑过滤器的结构上的补充,本实施例揭示了该线屑过滤器与衣物处理装置之间的连接装置。
本实施例中的衣物处理装置是干衣机或洗干一体机,其前支撑面板为可以被磁铁吸引的金属材料。如图1所示,本实施例的第一过滤组件1包括第一过滤组件的磁性装置固定件104,以及和其配合的第一过滤组件的磁性装置105。第一过滤组件的磁性装置105与第一过滤组件可拆卸连接在第一过滤组件的磁性装置固定件104内,第一过滤组件1通过所述第一过滤组件的磁性装置105与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板的吸合,实现与干衣机或洗干一体机的连接。同时由于线屑过滤装置的第二过滤组件通过连接装置也与第一过 滤组件连接,因此通过该磁性装置与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板的吸合,也就实现了整个线屑过滤装置相对于衣物处理装置的固定。这种固定方式更加方便线屑过滤装置从衣物处理装置上的安装和拆卸,方便了用户对线屑过滤装置的检修和清洗。
实施例3
本实施例是对实施例1和2的线屑过滤器的结构上的进一步补充,如图1所示,本实施例的所述线屑过滤器还包括手柄4,所述手柄4与第一过滤组件1固定连接,并与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板可拆卸连接,实现线屑过滤器与干衣机或洗干一体机的可拆卸连接。
如图1所示,所述手柄4与第一过滤组件1一体设计,并设置有手柄的磁性装置401,并与实施例2的磁性装置的作用类似的,手柄4通过所述手柄的磁性装置401与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板吸合,实现第一过滤组件与干衣机或洗干一体机的可拆卸连接。本实施例中的手柄的磁性装置401可以是固定在手柄上也可以如图1所示并与实施例2的磁性装置类似手柄可拆卸连接。
在其他的实施例中,所述手柄还可以与第二过滤组件连接,这里不再赘述。
该手柄和过滤组件一体,方便过滤组件从复杂的结构中取出,更加便于用户的操作,更便于用户的拆卸和安装,使清洁线屑过滤器不再成为用户的一个负担,更加有利于线屑过滤器的及时有效地清洁。
实施例4
本实施例是对实施例1的一种线屑过滤器的补充。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例中的第一过滤组件的框架结构内的支撑筋彼此不相互交叉,多根平行的支撑筋竖直方向设置,可以方便地与线屑过滤器的冲洗装置配合,减少了由于横向支撑筋所造成的线屑阻挡,减少了在对第一过滤层清洗时的卫生死角。
实施例5
本实施是对实施例1和实施例4的一种线屑过滤器的补充。本实施例与实施例1和实施例4的区别在于,本实施例中的第一过滤组件的框架结构内没有支撑筋,连接装置与框架固定,或者过滤网有刚性,连接装置直接与该过滤网连接,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤组件的连接。
实施例6
本实施例揭示了一种衣物处理装置,应用如上述任一实施例所述的线屑过滤器,该衣物处理装置包括干衣机或洗干一体机。
本实施的洗干一体机包括洗衣装置和烘干装置。洗衣装置包括洗衣桶,洗衣桶包括外桶和内桶。烘干装置包括加热风道、烘干风机和冷凝器,加热风道的一侧与洗衣桶连通,另一侧通过烘干风机与冷凝器的一侧连通,冷凝器的另一侧与洗衣桶连通,加热风道内设置加热器。烘干衣物时,烘干风机产生的气流经过加热风道内的加热器加热形成高温气流,高温气流流过洗衣桶内需干燥的衣物,加热衣物,并带走蒸发的水分,使衣物快速干燥。
本实施例的干衣机或者洗干一体机利用线屑过滤器去除机体内流动的空气中的线屑,避免造成衣物的污染。所述线屑过滤器包括,具有线屑过滤功能、并通过连接装置可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件、和第二过滤组件;所述第二过滤组件包括多个用于线屑过滤的过滤层,能够实现线屑的多重过滤。

  1. 一种线屑过滤器,其特征在于,包括通过连接装置可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件、和第二过滤组件,所述第二过滤组件包括多层过滤层,实现线屑的多重过滤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述第二过滤组件包括两个线屑过滤效率不同的过滤层—第二过滤层和第三过滤层;第二过滤层和第三过滤层通过所述连接装置与第一过滤组件可拆卸连接;
    优选地,第三过滤层包括多根支撑筋和过滤网,过滤网覆盖在支撑筋上形成第三过滤层;
    优选地,第三过滤层的支撑筋交叉分布并构成第三过滤层的网格结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述第一过滤组件包括:与连接装置连接的框架结构,和第一过滤层;第一过滤层设置在所述框架结构内,周边与所述框架结构的框架相接;
    优选地,所述第一过滤组件还包括与连接装置连接的支撑筋,第一过滤组件的支撑筋数量为多根并分布在同一平面内,所述第一过滤层覆盖在所述第一过滤组件的支撑筋上;
    进一步优选地,框架结构内的第一过滤组件的支撑筋交叉分布并构成网格结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述第二过滤层位于所述第一过滤层和第三过滤层之间,并与所述第一过滤层和第三过滤层的过滤效率不同;
    优选地,所述第一、第三过滤层过滤效率均小于第二过滤层;
    进一步优选,第一、第三过滤层是过滤网,第二过滤层是海绵。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述的连接装置包括彼此连接的安装部和连接部,所述安装部与第一过滤组件或第二过滤组件连接,所述连接部与相应的第二过滤组件或第一过滤组件可拆卸连接,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤组件的可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述连接部包括与安装部连接的卡接部,卡接部与第二过滤组件的第三过滤层卡接配合;所述安装部与所述第一过滤组件连接;
    优选地,所述卡接部包括卡爪,卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋卡接连接;
    进一步优选地,所述卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋卡接的位置位于第三过滤层的网格结 构的支撑筋的交叉连接处;
    进一步优选地,每个所述卡爪具有多个用于卡接的爪钩,所述爪钩的数量与卡接位置处的交叉相接的第三过滤层的支撑筋的总数量相同,支撑筋插入并封堵卡爪的相邻的爪钩间的间隙,实现卡爪与第三过滤层的支撑筋的卡接连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述连接部还包括连接安装部和卡接部的插接部,第二过滤层设置有与插接部插接配合的插孔;所述插孔位于第二过滤层上并贯穿所述第二过滤层的厚度方向,所述插接部插入并穿过所述插孔,实现第一过滤组件与第二过滤层的插接连接;
    优选地,所述卡接部和插接部一体设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述安装部与第一过滤组件可拆卸连接,所述安装部包括与第一过滤组件卡接的安装卡爪,第一过滤组件和连接装置通过安装卡爪卡接连接;或者所述安装部与第一过滤组件固定连接,实现第一过滤组件与连接装置的固定连接;
    优选地,安装卡爪与第一过滤组件的支撑筋卡接连接;
    进一步优选地,所述安装卡爪与第一过滤组件的支撑筋卡接的位置位于第一过滤组件网格结构的支撑筋的交叉连接处;
    优选地,第一过滤组件包括磁性装置,该磁性装置与第一过滤组件可拆卸连接,第一过滤组件通过所述磁性装置与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板的吸合,实现与干衣机或洗干一体机的连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的线屑过滤器,其特征在于,所述线屑过滤器还包括手柄,所述手柄与第一过滤组件和/或第二过滤组件固定连接,并与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板可拆卸连接,实现线屑过滤器与干衣机或洗干一体机的可拆卸连接;
    优选地,所述手柄与第一过滤组件一体设计,并设置有磁性装置,手柄通过所述磁性装置与干衣机或洗干一体机的前支撑面板吸合,实现第一过滤组件与干衣机或洗干一体机的可拆卸连接;
    进一步优选地,所述磁性装置与手柄可拆卸连接。
  10. 一种应用如权利要求1至9任一所述的线屑过滤器的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置包括干衣机或洗干一体机;所述线屑过滤器包括,具有线屑过滤功能、 并通过连接装置可拆卸连接的第一过滤组件、和第二过滤组件;所述第二过滤组件包括多个用于线屑过滤的过滤层,能够实现线屑的多重过滤。
