聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC,是由聚乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂。工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~12万范围内,具有较大的分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加,但对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光暴晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入助剂以提高各方面的性能。
PVC塑料板材已经是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体装饰材料,是广受欢迎的产品,PVC塑料板材从进入中国市场以来,已经在国内大中城市得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛。
PVC塑料板材在加工时从挤出机挤出,经过冷却使其变硬而定型,现有的生产工艺中,大多是通过水浸式冷却,这种冷却方式繁琐,存在以下缺陷:(1)由于要将板材完全浸没于冷却水中,当板材的尺寸较大时,操作人员难以将板材放置水中进行冷却后再将板材拿出,增加了操作工人的劳动强度,而普通的流水线难以将板材精准的放置、拿出;(2)冷却水需求多,长期使用后受到污染需要更换时不便,造成水资源浪费,大量污水排出不环保。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的就在于提供了一种自循环的板材定型机,结构简单,采用精准的定位流水线将板材运送至喷头下方位置进行喷淋式冷却,降低了操作工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

  1. 一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:包括机身本体,所述机身本体的中部设置有传输部与定位部,机身本体的顶部设置有喷淋部,机身本体的底部设置有出水部;所述传输部用于将待定型板材传输至喷淋部下方位置,喷淋部喷出冷却水至待定型板材上并流出至出水部;所述出水部通过出水管路依次连接有过滤装置、第一水泵、第一单向阀、冷却水箱,所述喷淋部通过进水管路连接于冷却水箱上;所述进水管路设置于冷却水箱的顶部,且冷却水箱的顶部还连接有液态氮罐;所述出水管路设置于冷却水箱的底部,且冷却水箱的底部还设置有排水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述定位部有两个,两个定位部分别设置于传输部传输方向两侧的上方位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述定位部包括固定板、固定气缸、限位块、限位连接杆,所述固定板安装于机身本体上,且固定板上开设有滑槽;所述限位连接杆垂直设置于滑槽内,其外端与限位块相连接、其里端与固定气缸相连接;所述固定气缸的推杆上连接有定位块,两个定位部的定位块形成一板材定位口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述传输部包括传输支架、多个传输辊轮、输送电机,所述传输支架固定设置于机身本体上;所述传输支架上开设有与多个传输辊轮对应的辊轮安装孔,各个传输辊轮的端部穿过辊轮安装孔安装于传输支架上;其中各个传输辊轮的端部设置有从动轮,且从动轮通过传输链条连接有主动轮;所述输送电机的转轴与主动轮相连接,用于控制主动轮转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述喷淋部包括进水管口与喷头,所述喷头有两个以上,并均匀排列分布于传输部的上方位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述出水部包括集水槽与出水管口,所述出水管口设置于集水槽的底部,喷淋部的冷却水流经待定型板材后至集水槽,并从出水管口流出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:所述机身本体的上部与冷却水箱的上部连接有蒸汽管路,且蒸汽管路上设置有冷凝器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自循环的板材定型机,其特征在于:还包括供水箱,所述供水箱通过供水管路依次连接有第二水泵、第二单向阀,并与冷却水箱相连接。
