如图2-5所示,用于上述把币夹持机构的水平运输机构,包括水平驱动电机13、连接部件11、导向槽12、导向轴10和导向轮14,导向轮安装在夹持机构一侧,并且导向轮设置在导向槽中,导向轴穿过夹持机构另一侧,连接部件连接在夹持机构与水平驱动电机之间。
例如,导向轮设置有2个。
例如,连接部件为同步带。
水平运输机构的工作原理为:两个导向轮14安装在夹持机构一侧,并且两个导向轮被安装在导向槽12中,另一侧穿过导向轴10,并与同步带11连接在一起。当水平驱动电机13带动同步带11转动时,连接在同步带11上的夹持机构就会沿着导向轴10的方向进行移动。该部分的特点在于,并没有使用传统的两根导向轴设计,而是一根导向轴和一个导向槽配合导向轮的组合形式,该设计在保证装置功能的情况下降低安装精度要求,减少运行阻力。
如图6-8所示,本申请一种用于金融设备的提升机构,包括垂直设置的箱体13,配置成承载重物的承载部8,与承载部8质量相同的配重块10,水平设置在箱体13顶部的两个定滑轮1,以及配置成驱动承载部8的驱动机构;承载部8可在驱动机构的作用下沿箱体13上下移动;承载部8和配重块10通过线缆6吊装在滑轮1两侧。
箱体13内部设有垂直于箱体13底面的导杆4,承载部8与导杆4滑动连接,箱体13侧壁沿垂直方向设有导向槽11,承载部8设有与导向槽11配合工作的导向轮12;承载部8可沿导杆4和导向槽11在箱体13内上下滑动。
驱动机构包括驱动电机2和传动装置,传动装置与承载部8连接,驱动电机2通过传动装置驱动承载部8沿箱体13上下移动。
传动装置包括传动带5、驱动带轮和从动带轮9,在本申请的一种实施方式中,驱动电机2固定在箱体13上部,驱动带轮与驱动电机2的动力输出轴连接,从动带轮9固定在箱体13下部,传动带5套设在从动带轮9和驱动带轮上,承载部8固定连接在传动带5上。
在本申请的另一种实施方式中,驱动电机2固定在箱体13下部,驱动带轮与驱动电机2的动力输出轴连接,从动带轮9固定在箱体13上部,传动带5套设在从动带轮9和驱动带轮上,承载部8固定连接在传动带5上。
承载部8与传动带5通过滑块7固定连接,滑块7可沿导杆4上下滑动。
设有传动带5张紧机构3,张紧机构3与传动带5连接,增加传动带5与驱动带轮的压力。
传动带5可为平皮带或同步带中的一种。
本实例的工作过程:承载部8和配重块10通过线缆6吊装在定滑轮1的两侧,承载部8的重量被与其质量相等的配重块10抵消,在提升机构运转过程中驱动电机2通过同步带将上升或下降的拉力传递给滑块7,带动滑块7以及与滑块7固定连接的承载部8沿导杆4和导向槽11上下运动,将承载部8内的纸币提升或下降到指定高度,由于驱动电机2只需承受承载部8内纸币的重力,当取出承载部8内纸币后无需驱动电机2提供动力即可实现承载部8的自由悬停。
以上对本申请的一个实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本申请的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本申请的实施范围。凡依本申请申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本申请的专利涵盖范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种把币传送设备,其特征在于,包括:夹持机构,水平运输机构,以及提升机构,所述夹持机构将把币从第一设定位置夹起并传送到第二设定位置,所述水平运输机构将所述把币从所述第二设定位置水平传送到第三设定位置,所述提升机构将所述把币从所述第三设定位置提升至第四设定位置,所述夹持机构包括驱动电机、传动装置、导杆、上夹手和下夹手,其中,所述导杆固定设置,所述上夹手和所述下夹手穿过所述导杆,能够在所述导杆的长度范围内做垂直方向的自由移动;所述传动装置连接在所述驱动电机与所述上夹手或所述下夹手之间,通过控制所述驱动电机的正转和反转,驱动所述上夹手和所述下夹手夹取纸币。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述传动装置包括主动齿轮、从动齿轮和传动部件,所述主动齿轮安装在所述驱动电机的电机轴上,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮啮合连接,所述传动部件连接在所述从动齿轮和所述上夹手或下夹手之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮均为锥齿轮。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,还包括电机支架,所述驱动电机和所述从动齿轮分别安装在所述电机支架上,形成一个固定不动的整体。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述水平运输机构包括水平驱动电机、连接部件、导向槽、导向轴和导向轮,所述导向轮安装在所述夹持机构一侧,并且所述导向轮设置在所述导向槽中,所述导向轴穿过所述夹持机构另一侧,所述连接部件连接在所述夹持机构与所述水平驱动电机之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述导向轮设置有2个。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述连接部件为同步带。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述提升机构包括垂直设置的箱体,配置成承载重物的承载部,与所述承载部质量相同的配重块,驱动机构,设置在所述箱体顶部的滑轮;所述承载部能够在所述驱动机构的作用下沿所述箱体上下移动;所述承载部和所述配重块通过线缆吊装在所述滑轮两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于,所述提升机构包括垂直设置在所述箱体内部的导杆,所述承载部与所述导杆滑动连接,所述箱体侧壁沿垂直方向设有导向槽,所述承载部设有与所述导向槽配合工作的导向轮;所述承载部能够沿所述导杆和所述导向槽在所述箱体内上下滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的把币传送设备,其特征在于:所述滑轮包括两个水平设置在所述箱体顶部的定滑轮。
