Description
- The present disclosure claims the priority to the Chinese patent application with the filing number
201710881236.4, filed on September 26, 2017 - The present disclosure pertains to the field of financial equipment, in particular to a bundled banknote conveying device (a conveying device for banknotes to be bundled).
- The bundling medium of existing banknote bundling machines is drawn by a rail or a clamping mechanism to wrap around a banknote stack to be bundled. However, most of current clamping mechanisms for bundling medium are complex in mechanism and high in economic cost. Document
WO2010/097954 A1 discloses a device for sorting- and binding-processing of banknotes, comprising a pre-banding conveyance unit including a conveyance unit having a hand unit for collectively gathering stacked banknotes in the bundling stacking unit, and a vertical movement mechanism for moving the hand unit in the vertical direction. - The present invention according to claim 1, provides a bundled banknote conveying device, so as to overcome at least one problem existing in the prior art. Preferred embodiments of the invention are defined by the dependent claims.
- In order to solve the above technical problem, a technical solution used in the present invention is as follows:
A bundled banknote conveying device, including: a clamping mechanism, a horizontal transporting mechanism, and a lifting mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism clamps bundled banknotes from a first setting position and conveys the same to a second setting position, the horizontal transporting mechanism horizontally conveys the bundled banknotes from the second setting position to a third setting position, the lifting mechanism lifts the bundled banknotes from the third setting position to a fourth setting position, and the clamping mechanism includes a driving motor, a transmission device, a guide rod, an upper jaw and a lower jaw, wherein the guide rod is fixedly provided, and the upper jaw and the lower jaw pass through the guide rod and the upper or lower jaw are capable of freely moving in a vertical direction within a length range of the guide rod; the transmission device is connected between the driving motor and the upper jaw or the lower jaw, and the upper jaw or the lower jaw are driven to clamp the banknotes by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor. - The present disclosure has following advantages and positive effects:
- When rotating, the driving motor drives the upper jaw or the lower jaw to realize movement in the vertical direction, therefore, this mechanism can clamp banknotes with the upper jaw and the lower jaw by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor, with a simple structure, convenient operation, and a relatively low cost;
- The horizontal transporting device adopts a combination form of matching one guide shaft and one guide groove with a guide wheel, rather than the conventional design with two guide shafts, and this design reduces the requirement for installation precision and reduces the running resistance under the condition of ensuring the function of the device.
- When rotating, the driving motor drives the upper jaw or the lower jaw to realize movement in the vertical direction, therefore, this mechanism can clamp banknotes with the upper jaw and the lower jaw by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor, with a simple structure, convenient operation, and a relatively low cost;
- The horizontal transporting device adopts a combination form of matching one guide shaft and one guide groove with a guide wheel, rather than the conventional design with two guide shafts, and this design reduces the requirement for installation precision and reduces the running resistance under the condition of ensuring the function of the device.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the lifting mechanism of one embodiment of the present invention. - A bundled banknote conveying device in one embodiment of the present invention includes a clamping mechanism, a horizontal transporting mechanism, and a lifting mechanism. The clamping mechanism clamps bundled banknotes from a first setting position and conveys the same to a second setting position, the horizontal transporting mechanism horizontally conveys the bundled banknotes from the second setting position to a third setting position, and the lifting mechanism lifts the bundled banknotes from the third setting position to a fourth setting position.
- The bundled banknote conveying device in the present invention can clamp one or more banknotes, and can precisely convey the clamped banknotes in a horizontal direction. The device according to an embodiment of the present invention consists of two main parts: one is the clamping mechanism comprised of one clamping driving motor, one driving bevel gear, one driven bevel gear, one transmission rack, two vertical guide rods, two compression springs, one upper jaw and one lower jaw; the other is a horizontal moving means comprised of one moving driving motor, one guide shaft, one synchronous belt, two guide wheels and one guide groove.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , which is a structural view of a bundled banknote clamping mechanism for financial equipment in one embodiment of the present invention, the bundled banknote clamping mechanism includes a driving motor 1, a transmission device,guide rods 7, anupper jaw 8 and alower jaw 9, wherein the guide rod is fixedly provided, and the upper jaw and the lower jaw pass through the guide rod and the upper jaw or lower jaw can freely move in a vertical direction within a length range of the guide rod; the transmission device is connected between the driving motor and the upper jaw or the lower jaw, and the upper jaw or "the lower jaw are driven to clamp the banknotes by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor. - According to the invention, the transmission device includes a
driving gear 3, a driven gear 4 and a transmission part 5, a driving bevel gear is mounted on a motor shaft of the driving motor, the driving gear and the driven gear are in mesh connection, and the transmission part is connected between the driven gear and the upper jaw or the lower jaw. - According to an embodiment of the invention, the driving gear and the driven gear are both bevel gears.
- According to an embodiment of the invention, the above bundled banknote clamping mechanism further includes a motor bracket 2, on which the driving motor and the driven bevel gear are respectively mounted to form a stationary entirety.
- According to an embodiment of the invention, the transmission part is a rack.
- According to the invention, the lower jaw or the upper jaw is stationary.
- According to a further embodiment, the above bundled banknote clamping mechanism further includes
compression springs 6, which pass through the guide rod and is connected between the upper jaw and the lower jaw. - The working principle of the bundled banknote clamping mechanism is as follows: as shown in
FIG. 1 , thedriving bevel gear 3 is mounted on the motor shaft of the driving motor 1, and the driving motor 1 and the driven bevel gear are mounted on the motor bracket 2 to form a small, stationary entirety. The transmission rack 5 and theupper jaw 8 are mounted together by thecompression spring 6, and they pass through two fixed, vertical,parallel guide rods 7, and can move freely in a vertical direction within a length range of the guide rods. - When the driving motor 1 rotates, the
driving bevel gear 3 on the motor shaft thereof will drive the driven bevel gear 4 to rotate, the driven bevel gear 4 drives the transmission rack 5, and drives theupper jaw 8 by means of thecompression spring 6 to realize movement in the vertical direction. As thelower jaw 9 is stationary, this mechanism can clamp banknotes with theupper jaw 8 and thelower jaw 9 by controlling the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the driving motor 1. Thecompression spring 6 has the function that when the thickness of the banknotes required to be clamped is different due to different numbers, the thickness can be automatically adjusted by thecompression spring 6. - As shown in
FIGS. 2-5 , the horizontal transporting mechanism for the above bundled banknote clamping mechanism includes ahorizontal driving motor 13, a connectingpart 11, aguide groove 12, aguide shaft 10 and aguide wheel 14, wherein the guide wheel is mounted at one side of the clamping mechanism, and the guide wheel is provided in the guide groove, the guide shaft passes through the other side of the clamping mechanism, and the connecting part is connected between the clamping mechanism and the horizontal driving motor. - According to an embodiment of the invention, two guide wheels are provided.
- According to a further embodiment of the invention, the connecting part is a synchronous belt.
- The working principle of the horizontal transporting mechanism is as follows: two
guide wheels 14 are mounted at one side of the clamping mechanism, and the two guide wheels are mounted in theguide groove 12, the other side of the clamping mechanism is passed through by theguide shaft 10 and is connected together with thesynchronous belt 11. When thehorizontal driving motor 13 drives thesynchronous belt 11 to rotate, the clamping mechanism connected to thesynchronous belt 11 will move along the direction of theguide shaft 10. This part is characterized in that a combination form of matching one guide shaft and one guide groove with guide wheels is used rather than the conventional design with two guide shafts. This design reduces the requirement for installation precision and reduces the running resistance under the condition of ensuring the function of the device. - As shown in
FIGS. 6-8 , the lifting mechanism for financial equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a vertically arrangedbox body 1301, abearing portion 801 configured to bear heavy objects, a balancingweight 1001 with the same mass as thebearing portion 801, twofixed pulleys 101 horizontally provided in a top portion of thebox body 1301, and a driving mechanism configured to drive thebearing portion 801; thebearing portion 801 can move up and down along thebox body 1301 under the action of the driving mechanism; thebearing portion 801 and the balancingweight 1001 are hoisted on two sides of thepulleys 101 through acable 601. - According to an embodiment of the invention, a
guide rod 401 perpendicular to a bottom surface of thebox body 1301 is provided inside thebox body 1301, thebearing portion 801 is slidably connected with theguide rod 401, aguide groove 1101 is provided in a side wall of thebox body 1301 along a vertical direction, and thebearing portion 801 is provided with aguide wheel 1201 in coordination with theguide groove 1101; thebearing portion 801 can slide up and down inside thebox body 1301 along theguide rod 401 and theguide groove 1101. - According to an embodiment of the invention the driving mechanism includes a
driving motor 201 and a transmission device, the transmission device is connected with thebearing portion 801, and the drivingmotor 201 drives thebearing portion 801 to move up and down along thebox body 1301 through the transmission device. - The transmission device may include a
transmission belt 501, a driving belt wheel and a drivenbelt wheel 901. In one embodiment of the present invention, thedriving motor 201 is fixed in an upper portion of thebox body 1301, the driving belt wheel is connected with a power output shaft of thedriving motor 201, the drivenbelt wheel 901 is fixed in a lower portion of thebox body 1301, thetransmission belt 501 is sleeved on the drivenbelt wheel 901 and the driving belt wheel, and thebearing portion 801 is fixedly connected to thetransmission belt 501. - In another embodiment of the present invention the
driving motor 201 is fixed in the lower portion of thebox body 1301, the driving belt wheel is connected with the power output shaft of thedriving motor 201, the drivenbelt wheel 901 is fixed in the upper portion of thebox body 1301, thetransmission belt 501 is sleeved on the drivenbelt wheel 901 and the driving belt wheel, and thebearing portion 801 is fixedly connected to thetransmission belt 501. - The
bearing portion 801 is fixedly connected to thetransmission belt 501 through aslider 701, and theslider 701 can slide up and down along theguide rod 401. - A
tensioning mechanism 301 for thetransmission belt 501 is provided, and thetensioning mechanism 301 is connected with thetransmission belt 501, to increase a pressure of thetransmission belt 501 and the driving belt wheel. - The
transmission belt 501 may be one of a flat belt or a synchronous belt. - A working process of the present example is as follows: the
bearing portion 801 and the balancingweight 1001 are hoisted at two sides of thefixed pulleys 101 through thecable 601, the weight of thebearing portion 801 is counteracted by the balancingweight 1001 having the same mass as the bearing portion, thedriving motor 201 transmits a pulling force for rising or descending to theslider 701 through the synchronous belt in the operation process of the lifting mechanism, to drive theslider 701 and thebearing portion 801 fixedly connected with theslider 701 to move up and down alongguide rod 401 and theguide groove 1101, to lift or descend the banknotes inside thebearing portion 801 to a specified height, and as the drivingmotor 201 only needs to bear the weight of the banknotes inside thebearing portion 801, after the banknotes inside thebearing portion 801 are taken out, free hovering of thebearing portion 801 can be realized without providing a power by thedriving motor 201. - It will be apparent that the embodiments shown are only exemplary and that various modifications can be made within the scope of invention as defined in the appended claims.

- A bundled banknote conveying device, comprising: a clamping mechanism, a horizontal transporting mechanism, and a lifting mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism clamps bundled banknotes from a first setting position and conveys the same to a second setting position, the horizontal transporting mechanism horizontally conveys the bundled banknotes from the second setting position to a third setting position, the lifting mechanism lifts the bundled banknotes from the third setting position to a fourth setting position, and the clamping mechanism comprises a driving motor (1), a transmission device, a guide rod (7), an upper jaw (8) and a lower jaw (9), wherein the guide rod (7) is fixedly provided, and the upper jaw (8) and the lower jaw (9) pass through the guide rod (7) and the upper jaw (8) or the lower jaw (9) are capable of freely " moving in a vertical direction within a length range of the guide rod (7); andthe transmission device is connected between the driving motor (1) and the upper jaw (8) or the lower jaw (9), and the upper jaw (8) or the lower jaw (9) are driven to clamp banknotes by controlling forward rotation and reverse rotation of the driving motor (1), andthe transmission device comprises a driving gear (3), a driven gear (4) and a transmission part (5), wherein the driving gear (3) is mounted on a motor shaft of the driving motor (1), the driving gear (3) and the driven gear (4) are in mesh connection, and the transmission part (5) is connected between the driven gear (4) and the upper jaw (8) or the lower jaw (9), wherein the horizontal transporting mechanism comprises a horizontal driving motor (13), a connecting part (11), a guide groove (12), a guide shaft (10) and a guide wheel, wherein the guide wheel (14) is mounted at one side of the clamping mechanism, and the guide wheel (14) is provided in the guide groove (12), the guide shaft (10) passes through the other side of the clamping mechanism, and the connecting part (11) is connected between the clamping mechanism and the horizontal driving motor (13).
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the driving gear (3) and the driven gear (4) are both bevel gears.
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 1, further comprising a motor bracket (2), on which the driving motor (1) and the driven gear (4) are respectively mounted to form a stationary entirety.
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 1, wherein two guide wheels are provided.
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting part (11) is a synchronous belt.
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a vertically arranged box body (1301), a bearing portion (801) configured to bear heavy objects, a balancing weight (1001) with a same mass as the bearing portion (801), a driving mechanism, and a pulley (101) provided in a top portion of the box body (1301); the bearing portion (801) is movable up and down along the box body (1301) under an action of the driving mechanism; and the bearing portion (801) and the balancing weight (1001) are hoisted on two sides of the pulley (101) through a cable (601).
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 6, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a guide rod (401) perpendicularly provided inside the box body (1301), the bearing portion (801) is slidably connected with the guide rod (401), a guide groove (1101) is provided in a side wall of the box body (1301) along a vertical direction, and the bearing portion (801) is provided with a guide wheel (1201) in coordination with the guide groove (1101); and the bearing portion (801) is slidable up and down inside the box body (1301) along the guide rod (401) and the guide groove (1101).
- The bundled banknote conveying device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the pulley (101) comprises two fixed pulleys horizontally provided in a top portion of the box body (1301).
