  • The bundled banknote conveying device in the present disclosure can clamp one or more banknotes, and can precisely convey the clamped banknotes in a horizontal direction. The device consists of two main parts: one is the clamping mechanism comprised of one clamping driving motor, one driving bevel gear, one driven bevel gear, one transmission rack, two vertical guide rods, two compression springs, one upper jaw and one lower jaw; the other is a horizontal moving means comprised of one moving driving motor, one guide shaft, one synchronous belt, two guide wheels and one guide groove.

  • For example, the driving gear and the driven gear are both bevel gears.
  • For example, the above bundled banknote clamping mechanism further includes a motor bracket 2, on which the driving motor and the driven bevel gear are respectively mounted to form a stationary entirety.
  • For example, the transmission part is a rack.
  • For example, the lower jaw or the upper jaw is stationary.
  • For example, the above bundled banknote clamping mechanism further includes compression springs 6, which pass through the guide rod and is connected between the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
  • The working principle of the bundled banknote clamping mechanism is as follows: as shown in FIG. 1, the driving bevel gear 3 is mounted on the motor shaft of the driving motor 1, and the driving motor 1 and the driven bevel gear are mounted on the motor bracket 2 to form a small, stationary entirety. The transmission rack 5 and the upper jaw 8 are mounted together by the compression spring 6, and they pass through two fixed, vertical, parallel guide rods 7, and can move freely in a vertical direction within a length range of the guide rods.
  • When the driving motor 1 rotates, the driving bevel gear 3 on the motor shaft thereof will drive the driven bevel gear 4 to rotate, the driven bevel gear 4 drives the transmission rack 5, and drives the upper jaw 8 by means of the compression spring 6 to realize movement in the vertical direction. As the lower jaw 9 is stationary, this mechanism can clamp banknotes with the upper jaw 8 and the lower jaw 9 by controlling the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the driving motor 1. • The transmission device includes a transmission belt 5, a driving belt wheel and a driven belt wheel 9. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the driving motor 2 is fixed in an upper portion of the box body 13, the driving belt wheel is connected with a power output shaft of the driving motor 2, the driven belt wheel 9 is fixed in a lower portion of the box body 13, the transmission belt 5 is sleeved on the driven belt wheel 9 and the driving belt wheel, and the bearing portion 8 is fixedly connected to the transmission belt 5.
  • In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the driving motor 2 is fixed in the lower portion of the box body 13, the driving belt wheel is connected with the power output shaft of the driving motor 2, the driven belt wheel 9 is fixed in the upper portion of the box body 13, the transmission belt 5 is sleeved on the driven belt wheel 9 and the driving belt wheel, and the bearing portion 8 is fixedly connected to the transmission belt 5.
  • The bearing portion 8 is fixedly connected to the transmission belt 5 through a slider 7, and the slider 7 can slide up and down along the guide rod 4.
  • A tensioning mechanism 3 for the transmission belt 5 is provided, and the tensioning mechanism 3 is connected with the transmission belt 5, to increase a pressure of the transmission belt 5 and the driving belt wheel.
  • The transmission belt 5 may be one of a flat belt or a synchronous belt.
  • A working process of the present example is as follows: the bearing portion 8 and the balancing weight 10 are hoisted at two sides of the fixed pulleys 1 through the cable 6, the weight of the bearing portion 8 is counteracted by the balancing weight 10 having the same mass as the bearing portion, the driving motor 2 transmits a pulling force for rising or descending to the slider 7 through the synchronous belt in the operation process of the lifting mechanism, to drive the slider 7 and the bearing portion 8 fixedly connected with the slider 7 to move up and down along guide rod 4 and the guide groove 11, to lift or descend the banknotes inside the bearing portion 8 to a specified height, and as the driving motor 2 only needs to bear the weight of the banknotes inside the bearing portion 8, after the banknotes inside the bearing portion 8 are taken out, free hovering of the bearing portion 8 can be realized without providing a power by the driving motor 2.
  • The above-mentioned are detailed description of one embodiment of the present disclosure, but the contents are merely for a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and should not be considered as being used to limit the implementation scope of the present disclosure. Any equivalent alterations, improvements, etc. made according to the disclosure scope of the present disclosure should fall within the scope covered by the patent of the present disclosure.
