[0002] 铁路平车采用底架和地板承载, 具有适用范围广、 承载能力强的优点, 可用于 运输钢材、 汽车、 混凝土预制梁、 机械设备及军用装备等货物。
[0003] 在新建铁路和既有铁路维护施工吋, 施工材料、 设备等物资均采用铁路平车进 行运输。 但普通铁路平车只能运输, 不具备吊装货物的功能, 在铁路沿线对施 工物资进行装卸吋, 要另外配备吊机, 从而致使施工所需的设备多, 相关费用 高, 作业效率较低。 问题的解决方案

[0013] 本发明由于采取以上技术方案, 其具有以下优点: 1、 本发明在平车车体上安 装随车起重机, 将铁路平车与吊机集合于一体, 使铁路平车同吋具有运输和吊 装的功能, 可实现对货物的自装自卸, 节省设备购置费用; 并且随车起重机以 平车车体为基础, 吊装吋侧向力依靠车辆和车上货物的重量平衡, 无需另外设 置支撑装置, 使用方便, 作业效率高。 2、 本发明将随车起重机与车体中刚度最 大的中梁连在一起, 吊装货物产生的载荷直接作用于中梁, 基础坚固, 可靠耐 用。 3、 本发明随车起重机自带动力系统, 作业吋无需额外动力输入, 车辆的使 用机动灵活, 能较好的适应铁路沿线位置偏僻、 环境复杂的作业条件。 4、 本发 明安装随车起重机的一端采用钢地板, 与底架各梁组焊为一体, 整体强度大, 且表面不易损坏, 使用寿命较长, 钢地板与其它地板的高度平齐, 使得货物装 载不会因地板不平而受到影响, 也利于操作人员在车上行走。 5、 本发明底架两 端设有专用缓冲停止器, 无需再临吋加装通用缓冲停止器就能实现钢轨等细长 货物的跨装运输。 6、 本发明车体四周设有可活动的端、 侧门, 端、 侧门关闭吋 可阻挡货物纵向和横向的窜动, 大部分货物无需捆绑加固即可运输。 7、 本发明 起重机承受作业载荷的回转机座与车体采用高强度螺栓连接, 连接强度高, 螺 栓从下向上穿入螺栓孔, 螺母露在回转机座底座以上, 便于日常防松检査。
[0014] 本发明安全可靠、 操作方便、 实用耐久, 适用于新建铁路和既有铁路维护施工 , 不仅具有平车的运输功能, 还可使用随车自带的起重机对施工材料、 设备等 小型物资自装自卸, 车辆使用灵活机动, 对环境的适应性强, 能够达到降低施 工成本、 提高工作效率的良好目标。
