洗碗机及底座组件 技术领域
本发明属于洗碗机技术领域,尤其涉及一种洗碗机及底座组件。
背景技术
现有技术的洗碗机的溢流结构存在以下技术问题:溢流时污染物(如饭粒、肉末等)容易直接进入到溢流通道内,易造成堵塞,同时,污染物容易依附在溢流盖的进水面上,在不拆除溢流盖的前提下,由于无法直观可视地知道有无污染物由进水面处进入溢流盖内,只有等污染物腐化发臭时才能发觉,因此,不便于及时清理。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于:第一方面,提供一种底座组件,用以解决现有技术中的洗碗机的溢流结构存在易堵塞及不便于及时清理的技术问题。
第二方面,提供一种洗碗机,用以解决现有技术中的洗碗机的溢流结构存在易堵塞及不便于及时清理的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种底座组件,包括底座和溢流盖,所述溢流盖包括溢流盖体,所述溢流盖体上设有溢流口和安装部,所述溢流盖体内具有溢流腔,所述底座上具有溢流孔及与所述安装部对接以固定的连接部;所述溢流口和所述溢流孔均与所述溢流腔连通以在所述溢流盖体与所述底座之间形成溢流通道;所述溢流盖上且邻近所述底座的上表面的一侧具有与所述溢流口连通的进水板,所述进水板上设有多个过滤孔。
第二方面,提供了一种洗碗机,其包括上述的底座组件,所述内胆设于所述底座的上方并与所述底座装配连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明的底座组件,适用于洗碗机上,其溢流盖由于具有溢流腔,安装在底座上后,具有防溅水和导流的作用,同时,由于进水板的设置,进水板上设有多个过滤孔,通过进水板可对污染物进行截留,防止污染物直接进入到溢流通道内,防止堵塞溢流通道,同时,在不拆除溢流盖的前提下,便于观察,即可直观可视地知道是否有污染物依附在溢流盖的进水面处,当有污染物时,即可拆除溢流盖进行清理,因此,方便及时清理污染物,避免发臭的现象。

实施例一:参阅图1~3,本实施例的底座组件,包括底座1和1溢流盖2,溢流盖2包括溢流盖体21,溢流盖体21上设有溢流口211和安装部2131,溢流盖体21内具有溢流腔212,底座1上具有溢流孔112及与安装部2131对接以固定的连接部113;溢流口211和溢流孔112均与溢流腔212连通以在溢流盖体21与底座1之间形成溢流通道214;溢流盖2上且邻近底座1的上表面10的一侧具有与溢流口211连通的进水板215,进水板215上设有多个过滤孔2151。具体地,溢流盖2由于具有溢流腔212,安装在底座1上后,具有防溅水和导流的作用,同时,由于进水板215的设置,进水板215上设有多个过滤孔2151,通过进水板215可对污染物进行截留,防止污染物直接进入到溢流通道214内,防止堵塞溢流通道214。
优选地,溢流盖体21包括盖板216、连接于盖板216上的延伸壁217、连接于延伸壁217上的安装板213及进水板215;进水板215、延伸壁217和盖板216共同围合成溢流腔212;安装板213上设置安装部2131,如此,进水板215、延伸壁217和盖板216共同围合成溢流腔212,可以方便、快捷地将溢流盖体21与底座1连接,且使得溢流盖2整体具有很好地防溅水的作用。
本实施例中,安装部2131包括由安装板213上延伸设置的扣接块2132,连接部113包括与扣接块2132配合以对接的扣接槽1131,通过扣接块2132与扣接槽1131配合,以将溢流盖2与底座1稳固连接。进一步地,在安装板213上还可以设有凸筋2133,凸筋2133可配合于溢流口211处,凸筋2133上设置通孔,从而增强与底座1连接的紧密性,同时保证水。进水板215、延伸壁217和盖板216共同围合成呈扩口状的溢流腔212。延伸壁217和进水板215均倾斜形成于盖板216上。延伸壁217和进水板215均朝向远离溢流腔212的方向倾斜呈15~20度。
实施例二:参阅图4~8,底座组件还包括分水组件4,分水组件4包括分水盖42及与分水盖42连通的分水管路;分水管路贯穿于底座1上;分水管路的一端与出水口422连接,另一端贯穿底座1并分别与不同位置的喷臂连通。分水盖42包括分水盖体420,分水盖体420上设有进水口421和出水口422,分水盖体420内具有分水腔43,进水口421和出水口422均与分水腔43连通以在分水盖体420内形成水流流道,进水口421和出水口422设置在分水盖体420的不同侧面上,分水盖体420的外壁上且由进水口421的一侧朝向出水口422的一侧倾斜形成有第一倾斜面424;分水腔43的内壁形成有第二倾斜面426,第二倾斜面426与第一倾斜面424相对应以在分水盖体420内形成变截面的水流流道。
优选地,参阅图4~6,第一倾斜面424上且由进水口421的一侧朝向出水口422的一侧延伸设有加强筋4241;加强筋4241的上端设于第一倾斜面424上,加强筋4241的下端与分水盖体420的外周壁相连,通过设置的加强筋4241,在减少内腔体积、防止水残留在分水腔43中的同时,还有助于增强分水盖体420的强度,保证分水盖42的整体性能。进水口421形成于分水盖体420的外周壁处,进水口421处且由分水盖体420的外周壁向外横向延伸设有第一延伸部4211,出水口422形成于分水盖体420的底部,出水口422处且由分水盖体420的底部向外纵向延伸设有第二延伸部4221;倾斜面由第一延伸部4211朝向第二延伸部4221的一侧倾斜。
分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路431和第二分水管路432,第一分水管路431和第二分水管路432的外侧且位于底座1上设有连接壳体41,连接壳体41与出水口422对接以形成密封腔;分水盖体420与连接壳体41对接处设有密封圈44。通过将分水组件4集成在底座1上,结构紧凑,同时,分水盖42与连接壳体41通过密封圈44密封连接,使得分水盖42和底座1上的连接壳体41装配在一起整体密封,密封性好。
优选地,连接壳体41的内壁设有多个肋板411,多个肋板411分布于第一分水管路431和第二分水管路432的两侧。
实施例三:参阅图5~8,分水组件4包括与底座1相连的连接壳体41及连接于连接壳体41上的分水盖42,分水盖42与连接壳体41之间形成有分水腔43,分水腔43内连通有至少两路的分水管路,每路分水管路的一端容置于分水腔43内,另一端贯穿底座1并分别与不同位置的喷臂连通,分水盖42与连接壳体41密封连接。通过将分水组件4集成在底座1上,结构紧凑,同时,分水盖42与连接壳体41密封连接,使得分水盖42和底座1上的分水腔43装配在一起整体密封,密封性好,在分水腔43中的水流分为两路或者多路,分水腔43内的分水管路的数量不受限制,不同的分水管路可分别与不同位置的喷臂连通,可以根据每路水的水量需求进行设置,便于洗涤泵根据实际需要分别驱动各个喷臂转动,有助于降低耗水量。

导流流道15包括流道下片151及与流道下片151连接的流道上片152;流道下片151与流道上片152共同围合形成内腔。优选地,参阅图16,流道上片152呈拱形状,流道上片152与流道下片151焊接,在流道上片152的一端部还可以设置连接头1521,便于流道上片152与流道下片151焊接。进而保证流道上片152与流道下片151紧密配合以形成封闭的导流流道15。进一步地,导流流道15设为两个,两个导流流道15的一端均与分水腔43连通,两个导流流道15的另一端分别连接有喷臂座61,喷臂座61分别连接有喷臂6;两喷臂6分别设于底座1的两侧。
优选地,参阅图14和图17,两导流流道15呈V型分布于底座1上。喷臂6呈“十”字形,喷臂6的中心处连接喷臂座61。通过“十”字形的设计,有助于将喷臂6内的水流分散开来,增强清洗效果,进一步地,喷臂6的端部设为弧形,即具有弧形端64,如此设计,便于喷臂6喷水时的受力,且减小喷臂6的整体体积,节省了洗碗机底座1的利用空间。值得说明的是,喷臂座61上优选安装小型的喷臂6,更方便地可对底座后端12的角落区域进行清洗。具体地,喷臂6内具有喷腔62,喷腔62与喷臂座61连通,喷臂6上设有喷孔61,水流从喷孔61中喷出。此外,喷臂6还可以设计渐变截面63。

实施例十六:参阅图60~61,底座组件还包括配重块220,底座1上位于底座1前端和后端之间的侧方开设有靠近底座1的后端且具有侧开口的安装槽202,安装槽202的形状与配重块220的形状相适配,配重块220容置且限位于安装槽202内;底座组件还包括密封盖22i,密封盖22i的形状与侧开口的形状相适配,且密封盖22i封住侧开口并与底座1固定连接以限制配重块220脱出安装槽202。具体地,本实施例的底座组件,组装时,将配重块220安装在安装槽202内,并且将密封盖22i封住安装槽202的侧开口,然后进一步将密封盖22i与底座1固定连接,这样通过安装槽202的壁面在五个维度限制配重块220,再加上封盖住安装槽202的侧开口的密封盖22i与底座1固定连接可以在第六个维度对配重块220进行限制,配重块220安装稳定可靠。且由于配重块220的形状与安装槽202的形状相适配,那么无需设置凸块和沉槽,结构更加简单。

实施例十七:参阅图62,底座组件还配重块220,底座1通过置于模具内的熔融塑料注塑成型,且配重块220设于模具内与底座1一体注塑成型,底座1靠近其后端的内部形成有用于容置配重块220的安装腔22n。具体地,底座1通过熔融的塑胶置于在模具内一体成型,且在生产前将配重块220置于模具内,这样当注塑成型底座1时,配重块220则与底座1一体成型,且配重块220被限制在底座1靠近其后端的内部形成的安装腔22n内,如此使得配重块220密封于安装腔22n内,形成一个整体的组件。
实施例十八:参阅图63~65,底座组件还包括配重块220,底座1上开设有靠近底座1的后端且由底座1的顶端朝向底座1的底端延伸的安装槽202,安装槽202的形状与配重块220的形状相适配,配重块220容置且限位于安装槽202内;底座组件还包括密封环22p和封盖板22o,封盖板22o封住安装槽202的开口并与底座1固定连接以限制配重块220脱出安装槽202,且密封环22p夹紧于封盖板22o与配重块220之间。

实施例十九:参阅图66~67,底座组件还包括配重体22s,底座1靠近其后端的内部形成有配重腔22t,且底座1上开设有与配重腔22t连通的注入口22v,配重体22s经注入口22v注入配重腔22t内;底座组件还包括密封固定盖22u,密封固定盖22u封住注入口22v并与底座1固定连接以限制配重体22s于注入口22v排出至配重腔22t外。
本实施例中,密封固定盖22u与底座1的其中一种连接方式是,底座1上位于注入口22v的周缘设有若干个固定卡槽22w,密封固定盖22u上与各固定卡槽22w对应的位置设有与固定卡槽22w扣接的固定卡扣22x。具体地,通过固定卡槽22w与固定卡扣22x的扣接不但可以确保密封固定盖22u与底座1连接稳定,且非常方便装拆,对于后续的维护非常便利。

  1. 一种底座组件,其特征在于:包括底座和溢流盖,所述溢流盖包括溢流盖体,所述溢流盖体上设有溢流口和安装部,所述溢流盖体内具有溢流腔,所述底座上具有溢流孔及与所述安装部对接以固定的连接部;所述溢流口和所述溢流孔均与所述溢流腔连通以在所述溢流盖体与所述底座之间形成溢流通道;所述溢流盖上且邻近所述底座的上表面的一侧具有与所述溢流口连通的进水板,所述进水板上设有多个过滤孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述溢流盖体包括盖板、连接于所述盖板上的延伸壁、连接于所述延伸壁上的安装板及所述进水板;所述进水板、所述延伸壁和所述盖板共同围合成所述溢流腔;所述安装板上设置所述安装部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述安装部包括由所述安装板上延伸设置的扣接块,所述连接部包括与所述扣接块配合以对接的扣接槽。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水盖呈圆柱状,所述进水口形成于所述分水盖体的外周壁处,所述进水口处且由所述分水盖体的外周壁向外横向延伸设有第一延伸部,所述出水口形成于所述分水盖体的底部,所述出水口处且由所述分水盖体的底部向外纵向延伸设有第二延伸部;所述倾斜面由所述第一延伸部朝向所述第二延伸部的一侧倾斜。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述加强筋与所述分水盖体连接处且沿着所述分水盖体的外周圆延伸设有连接耳,所述连接耳上设有连接孔。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水管路设为至少两路,所述分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路和第二分水管路,所述第一分水管路和所述第二分水管路的外侧且位于底座上设有连接壳体,所述连接壳体与所述出水口对接以形成密封腔;所述分水盖体与所述连接壳体对接处设有密封圈。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述底座上设有贯穿所述底座的第一穿孔及第二穿孔;所述第一分水管路由所述第一穿孔沿着所述底座的纵向分别向所述底座的上方和下方延伸;所述第二分水管路由所述第二穿孔沿着所述底座的纵向分别向所述底座的上方和下方延伸;所述连接壳体抵接于所述底座的下表面。
  13. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述底座组件还包括分水组件,所述分水组件包括与所述底座相连的连接壳体及连接于所述连接壳体上的分水盖,所述分水盖与所述连接壳体之间形成有分水腔,所述分水腔内连通有至少两路的分水管路,每路所述分水管路的一端容置于所述分水腔内,另一端贯穿所述底座并分别与不同位置的喷臂连通,所述分水盖与所述连接壳体密封连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路、第二分水管路和第三分水管路,所述第一分水管路与下喷臂连通,所述第二分水管路与中喷臂连通,所述第三分水管路与上喷臂连通;所述第一分水管路、所述第二分水管路和所述第三分水管路之间的流道截面积比为1:3:4。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路和第二分水管路,所述第一分水管路与下喷臂连通,所述第二分水管路与中喷臂连通;或者,所述第二分水管路与上喷臂连通;或者,所述第二分水管路同时与中喷臂和上喷臂连通;所述第一分水管路与所述第二分水管路之间的流道截面积比设为1:5~2:7。
  16. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述底座组件还包括分水组件,所述分水组件包括分水盖及与所述分水盖连通的分水管路;所述分水盖包括分水盖体,所述分水盖体内具有分水腔,所述分水盖体上设有至少两个的分水口,每个所述分水口分别与所述分水腔连通;所述分水管路贯穿于所述底座上且设为至少两路,每路所述分水管路的一端分别与每个所述分水口密封连接,每路所述分水管路的另一端贯穿所述底座并分别与不同位置的喷臂连通。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水口包括第一分水口和第二分水口,所述第一分水口和所述第二分水口均与所述分水腔连通;所述分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路和第二分水管路,所述第一分水管路与所述第一分水口密封连接;所述第二分水管路与所述第二分水口密封连接;所述第一分水管路与所述第二分水管路的流道截面积比设为1:5~2:7。

  19. 根据权利要求18所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述第一密封壳与所述第一分水管路之间形成有第一密封腔,所述第二密封壳与所述第二分水管路之间形成有第二密封腔,所述第一分水管路的一端容置于所述第一密封腔内,另一端贯穿所述底座并与下喷臂连通;所述第二分水管路的一端容置于所述第二密封腔内,另一端贯穿所述底座并与中喷臂连通;或者,所述第二分水管路的另一端与上喷臂连通;或者所述第二分水管路的另一端同时与中喷臂和上喷臂连通。

  29. 根据权利要求29所述的底座组件,其特征在于:所述分水口包括第一分水口和第二分水口,所述第一分水口和所述第二分水口均与所述分水腔连通;所述分水管路包括并行设置的第一分水管路和第二分水管路,所述第一分水管路与所述第一分水口密封连接;所述第二分水管路与所述第二分水口密封连接;所述分水片包括用于挡住所述第一分水管路的第一分水片及用于挡住所述第二分水管路的第二分水片,所述第一分水片与所述第二分水片间隔设置。
