现有的腻子粉原料搅拌装置存在搅拌不均匀、搅拌速度慢、操作繁琐的缺点,因此亟需研发一种搅拌均匀、搅拌速度快、操作方便的腻子粉原料快速搅拌装置。

因为搅拌框5材料为Q235钢,Q235钢硬度高,不容易变形,使装置的使用寿命更长。
因为右架16材料为Q235钢,Q235钢硬度高,不容易变形,使装置的使用寿命更长。

- 一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,包括有底板(1)、支架(2)、第一滑块(3)、第一滑轨(4)、搅拌框(5)、连接杆(6)、左架(7)、第一安装座(8)、第一电机(9)、凸轮(10)、第一弹簧(11)、第二滑块(12)、第二滑轨(13)、顶板(14)、第二安装座(15)、右架(16)、第一连杆(17)、第二连杆(18)、导套(19)、导杆(20)、转轴(21)、搅拌叶片(22)、第二电机(23)、L形支杆(24)、固定杆(25)和气缸(26),底板(1)顶部从左至右依次设有左架(7)、支架(2)、第一滑轨(4)和右架(16),左架(7)右侧下部对称设有第一弹簧(11),左架(7)右侧下部设有第一安装座(8),第一安装座(8)位于两个第一弹簧(11)之间,第一安装座(8)上设有第一电机(9),第一电机(9)前侧设有凸轮(10),支架(2)顶部设有第二滑轨(13),第二滑轨(13)上滑动式设有第二滑块(12),第一弹簧(11)右端与第二滑块(12)左侧连接,第二滑块(12)右侧中部设有连接杆(6),第一滑轨(4)上滑动式设有第一滑块(3),第一滑块(3)上设有搅拌框(5),连接杆(6)右端与搅拌框(5)左侧连接,左架(7)和右架(16)顶部设有顶板(14),顶板(14)底部从左至右依次设有第二安装座(15)、导杆(20)和固定杆(25),第二安装座(15)上铰接连接有第一连杆(17),第一连杆(17)左端铰接连接有第二连杆(18),导杆(20)中部滑动式设有导套(19),导套(19)前侧与第二连杆(18)右端铰接连接,固定杆(25)左侧中部铰接连接有气缸(26),气缸(26)左端与第一连杆(17)中部铰接连接,导套(19)右侧设有L形支杆(24),L形支杆(24)底端设有第二电机(23),第二电机(23)底部设有转轴(21),转轴(21)上均匀设有搅拌叶片(22),搅拌叶片(22)位于搅拌框(5)上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括有第二弹簧(27)和挡板(28),右架(16)左侧下部设有第二弹簧(27),第二弹簧(27)左端设有挡板(28),挡板(28)位于搅拌框(5)右侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,还包括有加强筋(29),左架(7)右侧上部设有加强筋(29),加强筋(29)顶部与顶板(14)底部左侧连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,底板(1)材料为不锈钢。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,搅拌框(5)材料为Q235钢。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种腻子粉原料搅拌装置,其特征在于,右架(16)材料为Q235钢。
