一种适用于汽车座椅下使用的双向吸能装置,包括上盖板(1)、卸力板(2)、下盖板(3)、止逆器(4)、导向柱(5)、弹簧(6)、复位拉杆(7)、电磁吸盘(8)、承重轮(9)。通过卸力板、上下盖板串联和安装在导向柱上的弹簧压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器做功防止因受力压缩的弹簧回弹实现吸能卸力,通过电磁吸盘控制复位拉杆复位。承重轮能减少和防止上盖板与导向柱、下盖板与导向柱、上盖板与卸力板、下盖板与卸力板之间的摩擦,由于上盖板和卸力板、下盖板和卸力板分别是横向、纵向布局,从而达到双向吸能目的。

一种双向吸能装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种双向吸能装置,尤其适用于汽车安全配置,安装在汽车座椅下使用。
背景技术
目前汽车安全性的辅助配置有安全带和气囊,安全带是为了在碰撞时对乘员进行约束以及避免碰撞时乘员与方向盘及仪表板等发生二次碰撞或避免碰撞时冲出车外导致死伤的安全装置。而气囊是在一次碰撞后、二次碰撞前迅速打开一个充满气体的气垫,使乘员因惯性移动时“扑在气垫上”缓和乘员受到的冲击并吸收碰撞能量,减轻乘员的伤害程度。而当汽车发生碰撞,安全带做功后,气囊做功前,并没有一种双向主动吸能的装置。
发明内容
针对上述问题,当车辆发生正面碰撞时,本发明通过卸力板与上盖板串联和安装在导向柱上的弹簧压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器做功,防止弹簧回弹达到吸能卸力目的;当发生侧面碰撞时,卸力板与下盖板串联和安装在导向柱上的弹簧压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器做功,防止弹簧回弹达到吸能卸力目的。能进一步保护驾乘人员颈椎防鞭打,减少碰撞瞬间安全带对胸腔的压迫、气囊对身体的冲击伤害。
本发明其技术所采用的方案是:根据纵向弹簧组和横向弹簧组在压缩时都要产生反抗外力作用的弹力,而且形变越大,产生的弹力越大,一旦外力消失,形变也消失。而本发明就是弹簧在外力消失后,止逆器做功禁止弹簧形变消失,让弹簧组处于压缩状态,把碰撞力吸收储存起来,从而达到吸能卸力目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
工作原理:附图1中通过卸力板2、上盖板1、下盖板3串联和安装在导向柱5上的弹簧6压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器4做功防止弹簧6回弹达到吸能卸力目的,通过电磁吸盘8控制复位拉杆7复位,承重轮9能减少上盖 板1与导向柱5、下盖板3与导向柱5、上盖板1与卸力板2、下盖板3与卸力板2之间的摩擦,能增加本发明灵敏度和舒适性,延长使用寿命。因上盖板和卸力板,下盖板和卸力板弹簧组分别呈横向、纵向垂直布局,从而达到双向吸能目的。
本发明的有益效果:在涉及汽车约束性辅助安全配置基础上进一步减少车辆碰撞时发生的人员伤亡。因本发明属与安全带呈相互做功的安全配置,更能鼓励驾乘人员主动使用汽车辅助安全配置。局部提高各汽车厂家NCAP(汽车碰撞测试)成绩,进一步减少驾乘人员遭遇侧面碰撞时承受的冲撞伤害。车辆紧急制动时,减轻驾驶人员因惯性不自主的身体前倾点头和手臂弯曲受力,以便更好操控车辆方向,处理突发情况。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种吸能装置,其特征是上盖板与卸力板、下盖板与卸力板分别实现压缩弹簧吸能,上盖板与下盖板呈垂直布局;上下盖板与卸力板中间有止逆器和承重轮,与导向柱和弹簧呈水平布局。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:通过卸力板、上盖板串联和安装在导向柱上的弹簧压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器做功,防止弹簧回弹达到卸力目的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:通过卸力板、下盖板串联和安装在导向柱上的弹簧压缩吸能,力量达到临界值止逆器做功,防止弹簧回弹达到吸能卸力目的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是:通过承重轮做功,能增加本装置灵敏度和舒适性,延长使用寿命。
