予め作成された前記複数の機器と前記PLCとのネットワーク構成に関するネットワーク構成情報、前記複数の機器に関する機器情報ファイル、および前記複数の機器と前記PLCとのデバイスの割付に関するデバイス割付情報の少なくとも一つに基づいた表示項目の候補一覧を含む表示内容設定画面を前記表示部に表示して、前記入力部からの入力情報に基づいて表示内容を設定する表示内容設定部と、画面レイアウトの候補一覧を含むレイアウト設定画面を前記表示部に表示して、前記入力部からの入力情報に基づいて画面レイアウトを設定するレイアウト設定部と、前記表示内容設定部により設定された表示内容、前記レイアウト設定部により設定された画面レイアウト、および前記通信部を介して取得された前記PLCに関する情報に基づいて表示画面を生成する画面生成部を備えた制御部と、
を備える表示画面生成装置。 - 前記制御部は表示画面の種類を示す表示画面種類を設定する画面種類設定部を備え、前記画面レイアウトは前記表示画面の画面上での画面種類に対応する画面フレームの配置に関する情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示画面生成装置。
- 前記画面種類は入出力情報画面、稼働情報画面、あるいはコマンド表示画面であり、
前記画面種類が入出力情報画面である場合、前記表示内容設定部が表示内容設定画面に表示する表示項目の候補一覧は前記機器情報ファイルから取得した情報に基づいた表示項目であり、
前記画面種類が稼働情報画面である場合、前記表示内容設定部が表示内容設定画面に表示する表示項目の候補一覧は前記ネットワーク構成情報から取得した情報に基づいた表示項目であり、
前記画面種類がコマンド表示画面である場合、前記表示内容設定部が表示内容設定画面に表示する表示項目の候補一覧は前記機器情報ファイルから取得した情報に基づいた表示項目であり、さらに表示項目の候補一覧に前記デバイス割付情報から取得した割付情報を紐づけていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示画面生成装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記表示内容設定画面、前記レイアウト設定画面、および前記表示画面を一つの画面にて表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示画面生成装置。
- 前記表示内容設定部は、前記表示内容設定画面における前記入力部からの入力情報に基づいて表示内容の少なくとも一部の設定を固定し、設定を固定した表示内容については設定を変更できないようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示画面生成装置。
- 前記請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の表示画面生成装置と、
前記表示画面生成装置にて生成された表示画面を表示する表示器と、
複数の機器と、
前記複数の機器が接続するPLCと、
を備えるファクトリーオートメーションシステム。 - 複数の機器が接続するPLC(Programmable Logic Controller)に接続された表示装置における表示画面を生成する表示画面生成方法において、
予め作成された前記複数の機器と前記PLCとのネットワーク構成に関するネットワーク構成情報、前記複数の機器に関する機器情報ファイル、および前記複数の機器と前記PLCとのデバイスの割付に関するデバイス割付情報の少なくとも一つを取得する情報取得ステップと、
前記情報取得ステップにて取得したネットワーク構成情報、機器情報ファイル、およびデバイス割付情報のうち少なくとも一つに基づいた表示項目の候補一覧が表示された表示内容設定画面における入力部を介したユーザの入力情報に基づいて前記表示画面の表示内容を設定する表示内容設定ステップと、
画面レイアウトの候補一覧が表示されたレイアウト設定画面における前記入力部を介したユーザの入力情報に基づいて前記表示画面の画面レイアウトを設定するレイアウト設定ステップと、
を有する表示画面生成方法。
