Abstract
残液量を減少させることが可能なシリンジ型噴出装置を提供する。シリンジ型噴出装置(1)は、バレル(10)と、バレル(10)に対向配置されるノズル(30)と、ノズル(30)に挿入される中込(70)とを備え、バレル(10)は、液体を吐出する吐出空間(11a)が設けられた拡径部(11)を有し、ノズル(30)には中込(70)を保持する保持空間(36)が設けられており、保持空間(36)は吐出空間(11a)に連通し、中込(70)は吐出空間(11a)に挿入される。
Description
本発明は、シリンジ型噴出装置に関する。
従来、シリンジ型噴出装置は、たとえば特開2014-46040号公報(特許文献1)、および特開2016-7409号公報(特許文献2)に記載されている。
特許文献1では、操作器具の先端にカートリッジを嵌合させる構成が開示されている。
特許文献2では、先端にノズル本体部が嵌合したシリンジが開示されている。

従来のシリンジ型噴出装置では、バレルとノズルとの嵌合部分から液体が漏れやすいという問題があった。
従来のシリンジ型噴出装置では、バレル内でガスケットの先端部分に液体が残りやすいという問題があった。
本発明は、上記のような問題に鑑みてなされたものである。本発明の1つの目的は、液体の漏れを防止することが可能なシリンジ型噴出装置を提供することである。本発明の別の目的は、残液量を減少させることが可能なシリンジ型噴出装置を提供することである。
本発明の1つの局面に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置は、バレルと、バレルに対向配置されるノズルと、バレルとノズルとの間に介在する環状のパッキンとを備え、バレルは、液体を吐出する吐出空間が設けられた先端部を有し、先端部はノズルに対向する第一面を含み、ノズルには中込を保持する保持空間が設けられており、保持空間は吐出空間に連通し、ノズルは第一面に対向する第二面を含み、第一面と第二面とに当接して吐出空間から保持空間への液体の移動を可能にするように環状のパッキンが設けられており、さらに、第一面および第二面を環状のパッキンに向けて付勢する付勢部を備える。
このように構成されたシリンジ型噴出装置では、第一面と第二面とに当接して吐出空間から保持空間への液体の移動を可能にするように環状のパッキンが設けられており、さらに、第一面および第二面を環状のパッキンに向けて付勢する付勢部を備えるため、パッキンは第一面および第二面に密着する。その結果、液体の漏れを防止することができる。
好ましくは、付勢部はノズルに設けられている。この場合、付勢部とノズルとを一体化することができ、部品点数を削減することができる。
好ましくは、付勢部は先端部を覆う。この場合、付勢部が先端部を覆うため、先端部からの液体の漏れをより効果的に防止することができる。
好ましくは、先端部は拡径部を有し、付勢部は拡径部に係合する。この場合、先端部がフランジ形状であるため、付勢部はフランジ形状に係合しやすくなる。
好ましくは、付勢部は拡径部に係合する複数の爪部を有する。この場合、複数の爪部がフランジ形状に係合するため、複数の爪部によりフランジ形状を付勢することができる。その結果、フランジ形状が均一に付勢されて液体の漏れを効果的に抑制できる。
好ましくは、付勢部は可撓性を有し、付勢部に近接するノズルの部分にノズルの肉厚を貫通する貫通孔が設けられている。この場合、付勢部に近接するノズルの部分に貫通孔が設けられるため、付勢部が撓みやすくなる。その結果、付勢部をフランジ形状に係合させやすくなる。
好ましくは、第一面および第二面はスラスト面である。この場合、第一面および第二面がラジアル面(円周面)である場合と比較して、短い接合長でシールを構成することができる。その結果、シリンジ型噴出装置を小型化することができる。
好ましくは、中込は第二面から突出して吐出空間に挿入される。この場合、ノズルとバレルとを組み付ける際に中込がバレルを案内することができるため、組み付けが容易となる。
本発明の別の局面に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置は、バレルと、バレルに対向配置されるノズルと、ノズルに挿入される中込とを備え、バレルは、液体を吐出する吐出空間が設けられた先端部を有し、ノズルには中込を保持する保持空間が設けられており、保持空間は吐出空間に連通し、中込は吐出空間に挿入される。
このように構成されたシリンジ型噴出装置では、中込は吐出空間に挿入されるため、吐出空間内の残液量を減少させることができる。
好ましくは、バレルとノズルとの間に介在する環状のパッキンをさらに備える。この場合、パッキンを設けることで、バレルとノズルとの間から液体が漏れることを防止できる。
本発明によれば、液体の漏れを防止することが可能なシリンジ型噴出装置を提供できる。
本発明によれば、残液量を減少させることが可能なシリンジ型噴出装置を提供できる。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、以下に示す実施の形態においては、同一のまたは共通する部分について図中同一の符号を付し、その説明は繰り返さない。
(実施の形態1)
(構成)
図1は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図1および図2で示すように、シリンジ型噴出装置1は、バレル10、シール部材としてのパッキン60、ノズル30、中込70、ガスケット22、ストッパ40、フィンガーグリップ50、プランジャー20を有する。
(構成)
図1は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図1および図2で示すように、シリンジ型噴出装置1は、バレル10、シール部材としてのパッキン60、ノズル30、中込70、ガスケット22、ストッパ40、フィンガーグリップ50、プランジャー20を有する。
バレル10は、先端部としての拡径部11からフランジ12まで延びる。バレル10は、透明または半透明である。バレル10内には液体が封入される。液体の量を示す目盛りがバレル10の外周面に設けられてもよい。
バレル10はガラスにより構成されるが、プラスチックによって構成されてもよい。バレル10の材質は、バレル10内に収納される液体、および薬剤によって決定される。
ノズル30が拡径部11と対向するように設けられている。ノズル30は付勢部31を有する。付勢部31は拡径部11を覆う。ノズル30の先端には噴出孔39が設けられている。中込70の表面には中込70の長手方向に延びる溝部が設けられている。そのため、中込70がノズル30の内周面と当接している場合であっても中込70の表面の溝部に沿って液体が中込70の長手方向に移動することが可能である。噴出孔39から、内腔16の薬剤を中込70の溝部を通して噴出させることが可能である。
ノズル30と拡径部11との間には、パッキン60が配置される。パッキン60は環状である。パッキン60はたとえばゴム、樹脂などの弾性体により構成される。
フィンガーグリップ50は、フランジ12に嵌合する。フィンガーグリップ50は、人が手で保持するためのものである。人がフランジ12を保持できる程度にフランジ12が十分な大きさを有する場合には、フィンガーグリップ50を設ける必要はない。
プランジャー20は、バレル10の内腔16に挿入される。プランジャー20は棒状である。プランジャー20の先端にはガスケット22が嵌合している。プランジャー20の後端は押圧部21を構成している。
プランジャー20は、バレル10内を移動することが可能である。プランジャー20がバレル10内を移動することによってガスケット22から拡径部11までの内腔16の容積が変化する。この容積の変化に応じて、拡径部11から液体が吐出される。
シリンジ型噴出装置1は、容量規定型シリンジである。ストッパ40はプランジャー20に係合している。ストッパ40は、一回のポンピングでの薬剤投与量を決定するためのものである。プランジャー20の一回のポンピングでの投与量を制限する必要がある場合にストッパ40が設けられる。投与量を制限する必要が無い場合には、ストッパ40を設ける必要はない。
経鼻デバイスとしてシリンジ型噴出装置1を用いる場合には、一方の鼻孔にノズル30を挿入してプランジャー20をポンピングして噴出孔39から薬剤を噴出させる。ストッパ40によりポンピングのストロークが制限される。ストッパ40をプランジャー20から取り外し、ノズル30を他方の鼻孔に挿入してプランジャー20をポンピングすることで、噴出孔39から他方の鼻孔に薬剤を噴出させる。
図3は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルとノズルとの係合部分を拡大して示す一部断面を含む斜視図である。図3で示すように、バレル10は外径が小さいネック部13を有する。ネック部13に拡径部11が取り付けられている。ネック部13および拡径部11に吐出空間11aが設けられている。
拡径部11の第一面11fはOリングとしてのパッキン60と接触する面である。
ノズル30のノズル本体33には内腔である保持空間36が設けられている。保持空間36に中込70が収納されている。中込70は、その表面に薬剤をノズル先端へ送達する溝が設けられている。中込70はノズル30の後端から突出している。そのため、中込70はバレル10の先端の拡径部11およびネック部13に挿入されている。
ノズル30のノズル本体33には内腔である保持空間36が設けられている。保持空間36に中込70が収納されている。中込70は、その表面に薬剤をノズル先端へ送達する溝が設けられている。中込70はノズル30の後端から突出している。そのため、中込70はバレル10の先端の拡径部11およびネック部13に挿入されている。
ノズル30の後側端面が第二面35fである。第二面35fは第一面11fと対向している。
付勢部31はノズル30の一部分を構成している。付勢部31には爪部34が設けられており、爪部34が拡径部11に係合する。ノズル30には貫通孔32が設けられている。これにより、付勢部31に可撓性が付与される。
図4は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルの斜視図である。ガラスにより構成されるバレル10は、拡径部11からフランジ12へ長手方向に延在する。円筒形状のバレル10の内径は一定である。バレル10は、円筒形状に限らない。また、バレルの材質はガラスでなくてもよい。
図5は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のノズルの斜視図である。図5で示すように、ノズル30の後端側が付勢部31である。付勢部31の外径はノズル本体33の外径よりも大きい。付勢部31の内部空間には、複数の爪部34が等間隔に設けられている。この実施の形態では付勢部31は、ノズル30と一体的に設けられているが、付勢部31はノズル30と別体に設けられていてもよい。
第二面35fの外周に複数の貫通孔32が設けられている。なお、各貫通孔32は各爪部34に対応した位置に設けられている。
図6は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のノズルの斜視図である。図6で示すように、ノズル本体33の外径は、先端に近づくにつれて小さくなっており、いわゆるテーパー形状となっている。これは、ノズル本体33の先端を鼻孔に挿入して先端から薬剤を鼻腔に噴出させるためである。
図7は、実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの斜視図である。図8は実施の形態1に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの側面図である。図7および図8で示すように、パッキン60は円形状であり、中央に貫通孔62が設けられている。互いに対向するパッキン60のスラスト面には、一対の環状の凸部61が設けられている。凸部61が設けられることで、第一面11fおよび第二面35fによって、凸部61が圧縮され、凸部61がつぶれた形状となる。これにより、液体の漏れを防止する効果が大きくなる。
シリンジ型噴出装置1は、バレル10と、バレル10の先端に配置されるノズル30と、バレル10とノズル30との間に介在する環状のパッキン60とを備え、バレル10は、液体を吐出する吐出空間11aが設けられた拡径部11を有し、拡径部11はノズル30に対向する第一面を含み、ノズル30には中込を保持する保持空間36が設けられており、保持空間36は吐出空間11aに連通し、ノズル30は第一面11fに対向する第二面35fを含み、第一面11fと第二面35fとに当接して吐出空間11aから保持空間36への液体の移動を可能にするように環状のパッキン60が設けられており、さらに、第一面11fおよび第二面35fを環状のパッキン60に向けて付勢する付勢部31を備える。
付勢部31はノズル30に設けられている。付勢部31は拡径部11を覆う。付勢部31は拡径部11に係合する。付勢部31は拡径部11に係合する複数の爪部34を有する。付勢部31は可撓性を有し、付勢部31に近接するノズル30の部分にノズルの肉厚を貫通する貫通孔32が設けられている。第一面11fおよび第二面35fはスラスト面である。中込70は第二面35fから突出して吐出空間11aに挿入される。
プランジャー20をノズル30に向かって押し込むと、内腔16内の薬剤が中込70の表面に設けた溝部を通り、薬剤が噴出孔39から噴出する。シリンジ型噴出装置1を経鼻デバイスとして用いる場合には、ノズル30が鼻孔に挿入されて、薬剤が鼻腔内に噴霧される。
(効果)
このように構成されたシリンジ型噴出装置1では、第一面11fと第二面35fとの間にパッキン60が設けられており、パッキン60へ向かって付勢部31により第一面11fおよび第二面35fが付勢される。その結果、第一面11fおよび第二面35fの間から液体が漏れることを防止できる。その結果、所定量の薬剤を確実に噴霧できる。
このように構成されたシリンジ型噴出装置1では、第一面11fと第二面35fとの間にパッキン60が設けられており、パッキン60へ向かって付勢部31により第一面11fおよび第二面35fが付勢される。その結果、第一面11fおよび第二面35fの間から液体が漏れることを防止できる。その結果、所定量の薬剤を確実に噴霧できる。
第一面11fおよび第二面35fがスラスト面であり、これらの間にパッキン60を配置するため、ラジアル面にパッキン60を設けた場合と比べ、シリンジ型噴出装置1の径方向の大きさを小さくすることができる。吐出空間11aの内径を大きくすることができるため、中込70を吐出空間に挿入しやすくなる。
付勢部31が拡径部11を覆うため、付勢部31と拡径部11との接触面積が大きくなる。その結果、付勢部31により拡径部11を確実に保持することができる。
複数の爪部34が可撓性(弾性)を有し、図3で示す状態では拡径部11に係合しているため、付勢部31の弾性を利用して第一面11fをパッキン60に押付けることができる。
(実施の形態2)
図9および図10は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図11は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。
図9および図10は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図11は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。
図9から図11で示すように、実施の形態1に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1では、プランジャー20に段差25が設けられている。段差25は、フィンガーグリップ50の突起51と係合している。
図10で示すように、突起51と段差25とが当接している状態から、プランジャー20を回転させると係合が解除される。これによりプランジャー20を軸方向に移動させることができる。
実施の形態2ではノズル30の先端にはノズルキャップ80が嵌合している。なお、実施の形態1においてもノズル30がノズルキャップ80に覆われていてもよい。
図12は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルとノズルとの係合部分を拡大して示す一部断面を含む斜視図である。図12で示すように、実施の形態2に従った付勢部31は、実施の形態1に従った付勢部31よりも軸方向に長い。付勢部31の内周面には爪部34が設けられている。また、ノズル30に実施の形態1のような貫通孔が設けられていない。
図13は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルの斜視図である。図13で示すように、実施の形態2に従ったバレル10は、バレル10の内部の構成が斜視図において示されている。
光を嫌う液体、薬剤が用いられる場合には、バレル10は光を遮断する材料により構成される。
図14および図15は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のノズルの斜視図である。図14および図15で示すように、実施の形態2のノズル30は軸方向に長い形状の付勢部31を有する。付勢部31の内周面には環状の爪部34が設けられている点で、実施の形態1に従った付勢部31と異なる。
図16は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの斜視図である。図17は、実施の形態2に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの側面図である。図16および図17で示すように、実施の形態2に従ったパッキン60は、実施の形態1に従ったパッキン60よりも厚く構成される。
パッキン60の厚みを増すことで、パッキン60が軸方向に押圧された場合のパッキン60の弾性変形量が多くなる。その結果、パッキン60が第一面11fおよび第二面35fに密着しやすくなる。

図18は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図19は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図18および図19で示すように、シリンジ型噴出装置1は、バレル10、シール部材としてのパッキン60、ノズル30、中込70、ガスケット22、ストッパ40、フィンガーグリップ50、プランジャー20を有する。
(構成)
図18は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の斜視図である。図19は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図18および図19で示すように、シリンジ型噴出装置1は、バレル10、シール部材としてのパッキン60、ノズル30、中込70、ガスケット22、ストッパ40、フィンガーグリップ50、プランジャー20を有する。
バレル10は、先端部としての拡径部11からフランジ12まで延びる。バレル10は、透明または半透明である。バレル10内には液体が封入される。液体の量を示す目盛りがバレル10の外周面に設けられてもよい。
バレル10はガラスにより構成されるが、プラスチックによって構成されてもよい。バレル10の材質は、バレル10内に収納される液体、および薬剤によって決定される。
ノズル30が拡径部11と対向するように設けられている。ノズル30は付勢部31を有する。付勢部31は拡径部11を覆う。ノズル30の先端には噴出孔39が設けられている。中込70の表面には中込70の長手方向に延びる溝部が設けられている。そのため、中込70がノズル30の内周面と当接している場合であっても中込70の表面の溝部に沿って液体が中込70の長手方向に移動することが可能である。噴出孔39から、内腔16の薬剤を中込70の溝部を通して噴出させることが可能である。
ノズル30と拡径部11との間には、パッキン60が配置される。パッキン60は環状である。パッキン60はたとえばゴム、樹脂などの弾性体により構成される。
フィンガーグリップ50は、フランジ12に嵌合する。フィンガーグリップ50は、人が手で保持するためのものである。人がフランジ12を保持できる程度にフランジ12が十分な大きさを有する場合には、フィンガーグリップ50を設ける必要はない。
プランジャー20は、バレル10の内腔16に挿入される。プランジャー20は棒状である。プランジャー20の先端にはガスケット22が嵌合している。プランジャー20の後端は押圧部21を構成している。
プランジャー20は、バレル10内を移動することが可能である。プランジャー20がバレル10内を移動することによってガスケット22から拡径部11までの内腔16の容積が変化する。この容積の変化に応じて、拡径部11から液体が吐出される。
シリンジ型噴出装置1は、容量規定型シリンジである。ストッパ40はプランジャー20に係合している。ストッパ40は、一回のポンピングでの薬剤投与量を決定するためのものである。プランジャー20の一回のポンピングでの投与量を制限する必要がある場合にストッパ40が設けられる。投与量を制限する必要が無い場合には、ストッパ40を設ける必要はない。
経鼻投与デバイスとしてシリンジ型噴出装置1を用いる場合には、一方の鼻孔にノズル30を挿入してプランジャー20をポンピングして噴出孔39から薬剤を噴出させる。ストッパ40によりポンピングのストロークが制限される。ストッパ40をプランジャー20から取り外し、ノズル30を他方の鼻孔に挿入してプランジャー20をポンピングすることで、噴出孔39から他方の鼻孔に薬剤を噴出させる。
図20は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルとノズルとの係合部分を拡大して示す一部断面を含む斜視図である。図20で示すように、バレル10は外径が小さいネック部13を有する。ネック部13に拡径部11が取り付けられている。ネック部13および拡径部11に吐出空間11aが設けられている。
拡径部11の第一面11fはOリングとしてのパッキン60と接触する面である。
ノズル30のノズル本体33には内腔である保持空間36が設けられている。保持空間36に中込70が収納されている。中込70は、その表面に薬剤をノズル先端へ送達する溝が設けられている。中込70はノズル30の後端から突出している。そのため、中込70はバレル10の先端の拡径部11およびネック部13に挿入されている。

図21は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルの斜視図である。ガラスにより構成されるバレル10は、拡径部11からフランジ12へ長手方向に延在する。円筒形状のバレル10の内径は一定である。バレル10は、円筒形状に限らない。また、バレルの材質はガラスでなくてもよい。
図22は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のノズルの斜視図である。図22で示すように、ノズル30の後端側が付勢部31である。付勢部31の外径はノズル本体33の外径よりも大きい。付勢部31の内部空間には、複数の爪部34が等間隔に設けられている。この実施の形態では付勢部31は、ノズル30と一体的に設けられているが、付勢部31はノズル30と別体に設けられていてもよい。
第二面35fの外周に複数の貫通孔32が設けられている。なお、各貫通孔32は各爪部34に対応した位置に設けられている。
図23は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のノズルの斜視図である。図23で示すように、ノズル本体33の外径は、先端に近づくにつれて小さくなっており、いわゆるテーパー形状となっている。これは、ノズル本体33の先端を鼻孔に挿入して先端から薬剤を鼻腔に噴出させるためである。
図24の(a)は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの斜視図である。図24の(b)は、実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のパッキンの側面図である。図24の(a)および(b)で示すように、パッキン60は円形状であり、中央に貫通孔62が設けられている。互いに対向するパッキン60のスラスト面には、一対の環状の凸部61が設けられている。凸部61が設けられることで、第一面11fおよび第二面35fによって、凸部61が圧縮され、凸部61がつぶれた形状となる。これにより、液体の漏れを防止する効果が大きくなる。

図25は、残液空間を説明するために示す実施の形態3に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図25で示すように、噴霧後は、ガスケット22が中込70に近づく位置にある。ガスケット22と中込70との間に残液空間160が形成される。残液空間160に噴霧されなかった薬剤(液体)が残存する。中込70が吐出空間11aに挿入されているため、中込70が吐出空間11aに挿入されていない場合と比較して、残液空間160の体積は小さい。中込70が吐出空間11aに挿入されていない場合には、吐出空間11aの全体に薬剤が残存する。これに対して、吐出空間11aに中込70が挿入されているため、吐出空間11a内の残液量を減少させることができる。
(効果)
このように構成されたシリンジ型噴出装置1では、吐出空間11aに中込70が挿入されているため、吐出空間11a内の残液量を減少させることができる。

複数の爪部34が可撓性(弾性)を有し、図20で示す状態では拡径部11に係合しているため、付勢部31の弾性を利用して第一面11fをパッキン60に押付けることができる。

図27で示すように、突起51と段差25とが当接している状態から、プランジャー20を回転させると係合が解除される。これによりプランジャー20を軸方向に移動させることができる。
実施の形態4ではノズル30の先端にはノズルキャップ80が嵌合している。なお、実施の形態3においてもノズル30がノズルキャップ80に覆われていてもよい。
図29は、実施の形態4に係るシリンジ型噴出装置のバレルとノズルとの係合部分を拡大して示す一部断面を含む斜視図である。図29で示すように、実施の形態4に従った付勢部31は、実施の形態3に従った付勢部31よりも軸方向に長い。付勢部31の内周面には爪部34が設けられている。また、ノズル30に実施の形態3のような貫通孔が設けられていない。

(実施の形態5)
図35は、残液空間を説明するために示す実施の形態5に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図35で示すように、実施の形態5のシリンジ型噴出装置1では、パッキン60が拡径部11の外周面(ラジアル面)側に設けられている点で、実施の形態4に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と異なる。
図35は、残液空間を説明するために示す実施の形態5に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図35で示すように、実施の形態5のシリンジ型噴出装置1では、パッキン60が拡径部11の外周面(ラジアル面)側に設けられている点で、実施の形態4に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と異なる。
このように構成された実施の形態5に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1でも、実施の形態4に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と同様の効果がある。

図36は、残液空間を説明するために示す実施の形態6に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図36で示すように、実施の形態6のシリンジ型噴出装置1ではパッキン60が設けられていない点で、実施の形態4および5に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と異なる。
図36は、残液空間を説明するために示す実施の形態6に係るシリンジ型噴出装置の一部断面を含む斜視図である。図36で示すように、実施の形態6のシリンジ型噴出装置1ではパッキン60が設けられていない点で、実施の形態4および5に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と異なる。
このように構成された実施の形態6に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1でも、実施の形態4に従ったシリンジ型噴出装置1と同様の効果がある。

- 前記先端部は拡径部を有し、前記付勢部は前記拡径部に係合する、請求項2または3に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
- 前記付勢部は前記拡径部に係合する複数の爪部を有する、請求項4に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
- 前記付勢部は可撓性を有し、前記付勢部に近接する前記ノズルの部分に前記ノズルの肉厚を貫通する貫通孔が設けられている、請求項5に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
- 前記第一面および前記第二面はスラスト面である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
- 前記中込は前記第二面から突出して前記吐出空間に挿入される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
- バレルと、
前記バレルに対向配置されるノズルと、
前記ノズルに挿入される中込とを備え、
前記バレルは、液体を吐出する吐出空間が設けられた先端部を有し、
前記ノズルには前記中込を保持する保持空間が設けられており、前記保持空間は前記吐出空間に連通し、
前記中込は前記吐出空間に挿入される、シリンジ型噴出装置。 - 前記バレルと前記ノズルとの間に介在する環状のパッキンをさらに備えた、請求項9に記載のシリンジ型噴出装置。
