Claims (6)
- 前,後方向の前側にフロント装置が設けられている自走が可能な車体と、
前記車体に設けられ、後側に運転席を有すると共に、前側が足置き部となったフロア部材と、
前記足置き部の位置で前記フロア部材を貫通して設けられた弁ケースを有し、前記足置き部から突出した前記弁ケースの上側部位に上,下方向に回動される回動部を有するパイロット弁と、
前記パイロット弁の前記回動部に前,後方向に延びて設けられ、前記パイロット弁の前記回動部が自由状態の中立位置から前側を踏み込んだ前踏み位置と前記回動部の中立位置から後側を踏み込んだ後踏み位置との間で足踏み操作される足踏みペダルと、
前記足置き部と前記足踏みペダルとの間に設けられ、前記足踏みペダルを足踏み操作するときの動作パターンを切換えるペダル操作切換機構とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記ペダル操作切換機構は、
前記足踏みペダルを、前記回動部の中立位置から前記足踏みペダルの前側を踏み込む操作と前記中立位置から前記足踏みペダルの後側を踏み込む操作とが可能な第1の動作パターンと、前記回動部の中立位置から前記足踏みペダルの前側を踏み込む操作のみが可能な第2の動作パターンと、前記回動部の中立位置で前記足踏みペダルの動作を固定する第3の動作パターンとの3つの動作パターンの何れかの動作パターンに切換え可能であることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記ペダル操作切換機構は、前記足踏みペダルの前,後方向の前側から、前記第1の動作パターン、前記第2の動作パターンおよび前記第3の動作パターンの順序で動作パターンの切換を行う動作パターン切換部位と、
前記動作パターン切換部位によって、前記第2の動作パターンに切換えられたとき前記足踏みペダルの後踏み操作を規制し、かつ前記第3の動作パターンに切換えられたとき前記足踏みペダルの操作を規制するペダル操作規制部位とにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記ペダル操作切換機構は、
前記パイロット弁の前記回動部の回動中心よりも前側に位置して前記回動部と前記足踏みペダルのいずれか一方に設けられ、前記回動部および前記足踏みペダルと一体に回動されるステー受け部材と、
前記ステー受け部材と対向した位置で前記フロア部材から上方に向けて突設され、上部が円弧部となって当該円弧部の外周側で周方向に間隔をもって3個の凹溝部が設けられた位置決め部材と、
基端側が前記位置決め部材の円弧部の中心に回動可能に取付けられ、長さ方向の中間部に長孔が設けられると共に、先端側が自由端となって前記円弧部の各凹溝部の位置よりも長さ方向の前側に延びた回動腕と、
前記回動腕の前記長孔に前記回動腕の長さ方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記3個の凹溝部に選択的に係合する係合部材と、
前記回動腕の先端側に設けられ、前記ステー受け部材に当接することにより、前記足踏みペダルの足踏み操作を規制する規制ステーとにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記位置決め部材、前記回動腕および前記係合部材は、前記足踏みペダルの前,後方向の前側から、前記第1の動作パターン、前記第2の動作パターンおよび前記第3の動作パターンの順序で動作パターンの切換を行う動作パターン切換部位を構成し、
前記ステー受け部材と前記規制ステーとは、前記動作パターン切換部位によって、前記第2の動作パターンに切換えられたとき前記足踏みペダルの後踏み操作を規制し、かつ前記第3の動作パターンに切換えられたとき前記足踏みペダルの操作を規制するペダル操作規制部位を構成していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。 - 前記位置決め部材と前記係合部材との間には、前記係合部材を前記各凹溝部に向けて付勢するばね部材が設けられ、
前記規制ステーには、前記位置決め部材の各凹溝部に対する前記係合部材の係合位置を前記ばね部材に抗して切換えることができる切換操作部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。 - 前記ステー受け部材は、前,後方向に延びた板体として形成され、
前記ステー受け部材は、
前記板体の前側に位置して設けられ前記ペダル操作切換機構が前記第2の動作パターンに切換えられ、後踏み操作するときに前記規制ステーが当接する後踏み規制部と、
前記後踏み規制部の後側に連続して前記板体に形成され、前記ペダル操作切換機構が前記第3の動作パターンに切換えられたときに前記規制ステーが嵌合して前記足踏みペダルを固定する固定溝部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。
