优选地, 在本实施例中, 加强筋 1-3 的数量为两条, 两条加强筋 1-3 以安装部 1-1的短边对称轴为中心线对称设置, 一方面利于平衡固定汽车 儿童座椅时安装部 1-1及挂扣部 1-2的受力, 以延长整个安装支架的使用 寿命; 另一方面能以较少的生产成本并能达到相对较优的强度性能和外观 性。
优选地, 为进一步地提高生产效率, 在本实施例中, 加强筋 1-3、 安 装部 1-1及挂扣部 1-2—体成型, 同时也利于提高整个安装支架的强度, 以延长整个安装支架的使用寿命, 并进一步地保证提高安装汽车儿童座椅 的安全性能。
具体地, 在本实施例中, 安装部 1-1与汽车衣帽架 2的连接方式为焊 接, 连接强度高, 密封性好, 工艺简便, 连接成本低, 省时省力。 特别的, 安装部 1-1与汽车衣帽架 2的连接方式除了焊接之外, 还可釆用铆钉连接 或螺纹连接或其它固定方式, 具体地, 可根据实际实施条件, 选择相应的 固定连接方式。
本发明还提供了一种汽车, 其包括上述汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架。 釆用本申请提供的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 结构简单, 仅需完成支架 本体 1的安装部 1-1与汽车衣帽架 2的固定连接即可, 安装简便, 装配效 率高; 同时, 汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架一体成型, 生产效率高, 且能有 效提高整个安装支架的结构强度, 进而以保证安装汽车儿童座椅的可靠性 及使用安全性, 实用性强, 利于进行标准化生产及推广。
综上所述, 本发明提供了一种汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 设于汽车 衣帽架上, 包括支架本体, 支架本体包括安装部及从安装部延伸出的挂扣 部; 挂扣部上设有一个用于固定汽车儿童座椅的安装通孔, 支架本体通过 安装部固定在汽车衣帽架上。 釆用本申请提供的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支 架, 安装部与挂扣部呈一体式设计, 一方面有效提高了安装支架本体的强 度, 同时增加了挂扣部正向和侧向承受载荷的能力, 使整个结构能较好的 满足强度要求, 且能适用于不同强度要求的儿童座椅; 另一方面, 安装部 与挂扣部一体成型, 结构简单, 生产效率高, 且制造成本低, 并通过安装 部固定在汽车衣帽架上, 不涉及车身及内饰件, 工艺流程少, 以进一步地 提高生产效率和节约资源。

1、 一种汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 设于汽车衣帽架上, 其特征在 于: 包括支架本体, 所述支架本体包括安装部及从所述安装部延伸出的挂 扣部; 所述挂扣部上设有一个用于固定汽车儿童座椅的安装通孔, 所述支 架本体通过所述安装部固定在所述汽车衣帽架上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述安装部呈长条形, 所述挂扣部垂直于所述安装部的长边设置且与所述 安装部位于同一水平面内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述挂扣部设置于所述安装部的长边的中部。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述支架本体还包括至少一条加强筋, 所述加强筋设于所述安装部与所述 挂扣部之间的连接过渡部上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述加强筋平行于所述安装部的短边设置。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征 在于: 所述加强筋的数量为两条, 所述两条加强筋以所述安装部的短边对 称轴为中心线对称设置。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述加强筋、 安装部及挂扣部一体成型。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车儿童座椅挂钩安装支架, 其特征在于: 所述安装部与所述汽车衣帽架的连接方式为焊接。
9、 一种汽车, 其特征在于: 包括如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的汽车儿 童座椅挂钩安装支架。
