一种行李箱密码锁,包括锁合组件和用于控制锁合组件移动的密码组件,密码组件两端均设有一个锁合组件,两个锁合组件之间设有能够摆动的转接件(5),两个锁合组件分别与转接件(5)的两端连接,以使两个锁合组件能够共同带动转接件(5)摆动,以使两个锁合组件相互联动。通过两个锁合组件之间设有能够转动的转接件(5),并且两个移动件(2)分别与转接件(5)铰接,以使两个锁合组件相互联动,即两个锁合组件同为朝外移动或同为朝内移动。

一种行李箱密码锁 技术领域
本发明涉及密码锁领域,具体涉及一种行李箱密码锁。
背景技术
行李箱密码锁具有开合缝隙,开合缝隙的两侧分别为两个开合侧。其中一个开合侧的内壁设有密码锁,该密码锁具有密码轮组件,密码轮组件的两端各设置有一组锁合组件。该锁合组件包括:连接件、锁块、锁钩,当密码轮正确时,密码轮组件不阻碍连接件移动,此时朝密码轮组件的方向移动连接件,连接件会带动锁块转动至不阻碍锁钩,使得锁钩能够自由转动,从而实现解锁。在现有技术中,分别位于密码轮组件两端的两组锁合组件相互之间并无联系,当密码正确时,当行李箱受到撞击时,其中一侧的锁合组件其中的连接件容易产生移动,以至该锁合组件其中的锁钩转动,从而导致该锁合组件锁合失效。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种行李箱密码锁,其能够避免当行李箱受到撞击时锁合组件锁合失效。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供行李箱密码锁,包括锁合组件和用于控制锁合组件移动的密码组件,所述密码组件两端均设有一个所述锁合组件,两个所述锁合组件之间设有能够摆动的转接件,两个所述锁合组件分别与转接件的两端连接,以使两个锁合组件能够共同带动转接件摆动,以使两个所述锁合组件相互联动。
具体地,各所述锁合组件均包括能够往复移动的移动件、用于与锁扣扣合的且能够转动的锁钩,以及设于移动件与锁钩之间的转动锁块,移动件的内端与转接件连接,使得移动件能带动转接件摆动;移动件能够带动所述转动锁块转动至不阻碍所述锁钩,以使所述行李箱密码锁解锁。
具体地,所述转接件具有圆筒状部和两个设于所述圆筒状部的外侧壁且沿 所述圆筒状部的径向向外延伸的传动臂。
具体地,其中一移动件开设有供与其对应的所述传动臂的端部穿过的传动孔,移动件在移动的过程中能通过所述传动孔带动所述转接件摆动。
具体地,其中另一移动件开设有与其对应的所述传动臂的端部配合的传动缺口,该移动件在移动的过程中能通过所述传动缺口带动所述转接件摆动。
具体地,两个所述传动臂的端部均具有侧面为圆弧面的传动部,传动部内置于相应的传动孔或者传动缺口。
具体地,两个所述传动臂分布于所述圆筒状部侧面的相对两侧;其中一个所述移动件的内端具有弯曲片,所述传动缺口设于所述弯曲片的内端部。
具体地,所述圆筒状部对应于所述弯曲片的一侧具有用于避免所述传动臂与所述传动缺口相互脱离的防脱挡片。
本发明的有益效果在于:
通过在两个锁合组件之间设有能够转动的转接件,并且两个移动件分别与转接件铰接,以使两个锁合组件相互联动,即两个锁合组件同为朝外移动或同为朝内移动。在密码正确的状态下,当其中一个锁合组件所在行李箱箱体被撞击时,由于两个锁合组件为相互联动,使得单个锁合组件不易产生移动,从而避免该锁合组件其中的锁钩转动,从而避免该锁合组件锁合失效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1及图2,本实施例提供的行李箱密码锁,包括用于安装在行李箱其中一个开合侧的壳体11、设于壳体11内的密码组件、锁芯组件以及分别设于密码组件两端的锁合组件。见图3及图4,各锁合组件均包括能沿壳体11长度方向往复移动的移动件2、铰接于壳体11且能够钩住锁扣12(位于行李箱的另一个开合侧)的锁钩3(结合图2),以及设于移动件2与锁钩3之间的转动锁块4。密码组件包括压片6,压片6具有用于抵着两个移动件2的抵顶部61。两个移动件2的内端均设有用于容纳抵顶部61的容纳缺口24。在密码不正确且未用钥匙解锁时,抵顶部61的两端抵着两个移动件2的内端(图未示),使得两个移动件2不能朝内侧移动;当密码正确时(未使用钥匙解锁),压片6摆动至与两个移动件2的内端错开(如图2、图3所示),使得两个移动件2能够朝内侧移动;当使用钥匙解锁(密码不正确),钥匙带动锁芯件转动,从而带动压片6摆动至抵顶部61进入容纳缺口24(图未示),使得两个移动件2能够朝内侧移动。
结合图5及图6,在移动件2朝内移动的过程中,移动件2能够带动转动锁块4转动至不阻碍锁钩3,即锁钩3能够转动至不钩住锁扣12,从而使行李箱密码锁解锁(结合图2,图2中左侧的锁扣12被锁钩3钩住,处于解锁状态)。两个移动件2各自的内端之间设有铰接于壳体11的转接件5,转接件5具有用于铰接于壳体11的圆筒状部以及两个设于圆筒状部外侧壁且沿圆筒状部的径向延伸的传动臂51。两个传动臂51的端部均具有侧面为圆弧面的传动部511。两个移动件2各自的内端分别与转接件5连接,以使两个锁合组件能够共同带动转接件5摆动,以使两个锁合组件相互联动。其中一个锁合组件中的移动件2 开设有传动孔21,传动部511穿过传动孔21,且传动部511的侧面与传动孔21之间留有传动过程中所需的间隙。移动件2在移动的过程中能通过传动孔21带动转接件5摆动。
两个传动臂51分布于圆筒状部侧面的相对两侧;其中另一个锁合组件中的移动件2的尾端具有弯曲片22,弯曲片22与另一个移动件2各匹配于一个传动臂51。弯曲片22的内端部开设有与传动部511配合的传动缺口23,移动件2在移动的过程中能通过传动缺口23带动转接件5转动。圆筒状部对应于弯曲片22的一侧具有用于避免传动部511与传动缺口23相互脱离的防脱挡片52。具体地,防脱挡片52与壳体11的内腔底部共同限制传动臂51,以避免传动部511与传动缺口23相互脱离。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:包括锁合组件和用于控制锁合组件移动的密码组件,所述密码组件的两端均设有一个所述锁合组件,两个所述锁合组件之间设有能够摆动的转接件,两个所述锁合组件分别与转接件的两端连接,以使两个锁合组件能够共同带动转接件摆动,以使两个所述锁合组件相互联动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:各所述锁合组件均包括能够往复移动的移动件、用于与锁扣扣合的且能够转动的锁钩,以及设于移动件与锁钩之间的转动锁块,移动件的内端与转接件连接,使得移动件能带动转接件摆动;移动件能够带动所述转动锁块转动至不阻碍所述锁钩,以使所述行李箱密码锁解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:所述转接件具有圆筒状部和两个设于所述圆筒状部的外侧壁且沿所述圆筒状部的径向向外延伸的传动臂。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:其中一个移动件开设有供与其对应的所述传动臂的端部穿过的传动孔,移动件在移动的过程中能通过所述传动孔带动所述转接件摆动。
  5. 根据权利要4所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:其中另一移动件开设有与其对应的所述传动臂的端部配合的传动缺口,该移动件在移动的过程中能通过所述传动缺口带动所述转接件摆动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:两个所述传动臂的端部均具有侧面为圆弧面的传动部,传动部内置于相应的传动孔或者传动缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:两个所述传动臂分布于所述圆筒状部侧面的相对两侧;其中一个所述移动件的内端具有弯曲片,所述传动缺口设于所述弯曲片的内端部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的行李箱密码锁,其特征在于:所述圆筒状部对应于所述弯曲片的一侧具有用于避免所述传动臂与所述传动缺口相互脱离的防脱挡 片。
