前記原画像信号について前記ガンマ補正情報出力部が出力する前記ガンマ補正情報が入力されるガンマ補正情報入力部と、前記ガンマ補正情報入力部に入力されたガンマ補正情報に基づいて前記補正データを生成する補正データ生成手段とを備えることを特徴とするムラ補正装置。 - 画像信号が入力される画像信号入力部と、
前記画像信号入力部に入力された画像信号又は前記画像信号入力部に入力された画像信号を画像処理した画像処理信号を所定のガンマ特性を有するようにガンマ補正するガンマ補正手段と、
前記ガンマ補正手段でガンマ補正されたガンマ補正信号を読み取り、前記ガンマ補正信号又は前記ガンマ補正信号を前記画像信号入力部に入力された画像信号と対比した結果をガンマ補正情報として取得するガンマ補正情報取得手段と、
前記ガンマ補正信号に対し、表示パネルのムラを低減させる補正データに基づいてムラ補正を行うムラ補正手段と、
前記ムラ補正手段でムラ補正されたムラ補正信号をD/A変換して前記表示パネルに出力するD/A変換手段とを備え、
前記補正データが、前記ガンマ補正情報に基づいて生成されることを特徴とするパネル駆動回路。
