焼き面が下向きの焼き皮の上に餡を充填する餡充填装置と、
焼き皮に焼き印を押す焼印装置と、
上型に吸引機能を設け、焼き印が押された焼き皮を吸引して持ち上げ、円弧運動して移動し、餡が充填された焼き皮に重ね合わせると共に、上型と下型で焼き皮を挟み込んで押圧し、焼き皮の周囲を閉じる合わせ耳締め装置と、
が備えられることを特徴とするサンドウィッチパンケーキ製造装置。
- 前記正反転切り替え装置は、前記傾斜コンベヤの送り出し端に設けられた複数のロールからなり、前記ロールが、焼き皮を正転させる場合は、焼き皮を放り投げる第1の速度で回転され、焼き皮を反転させる場合は、前記第1の速度より低速で、焼き皮を前のめりに反転させる第2の速度で回転されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドウィッチパンケーキ製造装置。
- 前記焼成機には、前記焼き板コンベヤを横切るワイヤと受け皿からなるワイヤスクレーパーが設けられ、前記吹き落し装置で焼き板から剥離できなかった焼き皮を前記ワイヤで引き離し、前記受け皿に排出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドウィッチパンケーキ製造装置。
- 前記合わせ耳締め装置には、上型に引き離し棒が設けられ、押圧後、エアーシリンダの駆動により、前記引き離し棒が、上型から下方向に突き出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサンドウィッチパンケーキ製造装置。
