Le procédé de commande d'appareil de cuisson consiste : à recevoir une instruction de distribution, et à distribuer des ingrédients d'un poids configuré au préalable dans un récipient de lavage de riz de l'appareil de cuisson (S102) ; à recevoir une première instruction de distribution de fluide, et à distribuer un premier volume d'eau configuré au préalable dans le récipient de lavage de riz (S104) ; à recevoir une instruction de lavage, et à entraîner un dispositif de lavage d'ingrédients de l'appareil de cuisson pour effectuer un lavage d'ingrédients (S106) ; à recevoir une instruction d'évacuation de déchets, à arrêter le lavage d'ingrédients, et à évacuer l'eau du récipient de lavage de riz (S108) ; à recevoir une instruction de distribution d'ingrédients, à distribuer un troisième volume d'eau configuré au préalable dans le récipient de lavage de riz, et à ouvrir une valve de distribution d'ingrédients du récipient de lavage de riz pour distribuer un mélange des ingrédients et de l'eau du récipient de lavage de riz dans une cuve interne de l'appareil de cuisson (S110) ; et à recevoir une deuxième instruction de distribution de fluide, à distribuer un deuxième volume d'eau configuré au préalable dans le récipient de lavage de riz, puis à fermer la valve de distribution d'ingrédients (S112).
