Abstract
Description
一方、上記設計思想に起因して、変換装置は、手動ビールサーバーへの取り付け及び固定用の構成を備える必要があり、この取付固定用構成に起因して生じる克服点も存在する。よって既存の変換装置には、未だ改良の余地があることも事実である。
本発明は、さらなる改良を施し、より完成度の向上を図った変換装置、及び該変換装置に備わる取付板を提供することを目的とする。
即ち、本発明の一態様における変換装置は、手動操作部材の操作により液体を吐出又は停止しかつ取付面から突出した液体吐出部を有する手動液体供給装置に取り付けることで手動液体供給装置を自動液体供給装置に変換する変換装置であって、
上記変換装置は、
上記手動操作部材を自動的に操作する自動操作部と、
上記自動操作部と上記取付面との間に位置し上記自動操作部を上記取付面に取り付けるための樹脂製の取付板とを備え、
上記取付板は、上記手動液体供給装置に面し上記取付面に接する裏面と、該裏面に対向し上記自動操作部に面する表面と、これら表、裏面を貫通し上記液体吐出部を挿通する液体吐出部用開口とを有し、
上記変換装置は、上記表面と上記自動操作部とに挟まれて点在するスペーサーで、上記表面と上記自動操作部との間に隙間を生成するスペーサーをさらに備えた、
ことを特徴とする。
「手動液体供給装置」の一例に相当する、図10に示す手動ビールサーバー10が従来から存在する。手動ビールサーバー10では、「取付面」の一例に相当する本体壁部5からレバー取付部3を介して液体吐出部1が突設されており、例えば飲食店店員等の操作者が操作レバー1aを傾動することにより、ジョッキへのビール及び泡の吐出及び停止が可能になる。尚、液体吐出部1は、洗浄のため、レバー取付部3に対して着脱可能である。
このような変換装置50は、基本的構成部分として図12に示すように、変換装置本体51、固定リング53、及び取付ベース55を有する。ここで変換装置本体51は、手動ビールサーバー10における操作レバー1aを自動的に操作可能にするための構成部分である。また固定リング53及び取付ベース55は、変換装置本体51を、手動ビールサーバー10に固定するための部材である。
尚、レバー操作部51aにおけるレバー操作機構、及び、ジョッキ傾動部51bにおけるジョッキ傾動機構は、上述の特許文献1、2に開示されている各機構と同じ構成を有する。よってここでの説明は省略する。
ベースプレート取付開口55bは、ベースプレート55aの長手方向に直角な幅方向における中央に形成され、手動ビールサーバー10のレバー取付部3が挿通可能な大きさを有する。よってベースプレート取付開口55bは、レバー取付部3に取付ベース55を取り付けるための開口である。
また本体取付開口55dは、変換装置本体51を取付ベース55に引っ掛けて取り付けるための開口である。
まず、図13に示すように、手動ビールサーバー10における液体吐出部1を取り外し、レバー取付部3のみが本体壁部5から突出した状態にする。
次に、図14に示すように、取付ベース55のベースプレート取付開口55bをレバー取付部3に挿通させて、ベースプレート55aを本体壁部5に沿うように配置する。
これにより、ベースプレート55aは、手動ビールサーバー10の本体壁部5と固定リング53とによって挟まれた状態で手動ビールサーバー10に取り付けられる。
これにて手動ビールサーバー10が変換装置50によって自動ビールディスペンサ70になる。
また本実施形態の変換装置では、新しい設計思想に基づいて、手動ビールサーバー10に本実施形態の変換装置を取り付けるため、手動ビールサーバー10に僅かな加工を施している。
これらの点について、以下に詳しく説明する。
一方、本実施形態における変換装置150では、変換装置150を取り付けるため、既存の手動ビールサーバーに対して僅かな加工を施すという新たな設計思想に基づいて構成している。具体的には、詳細後述するように、図7に示す手動ビールサーバー20は、変換装置150取付用の、実施形態では、ねじ穴21を有している。尚、ねじ穴21は、後述の締結部材と係合する係合部の一例に相当する。
以下に、変換装置本体51、取付板110、及びスペーサー120について順次説明する。
取付板110は、上述した変換装置50に備わる取付ベース55に対応する部材であり、本実施形態における変換装置150の変換装置本体51と手動ビールサーバー20における本体壁部5との間に位置し、変換装置本体51を手動ビールサーバー20に固定するための部材である。尚、本体壁部5は、「取付面」の一例に相当する。
具体的に取付板110は、本実施形態では例えばポリアセタールを用いて成型された樹脂製であり、図3A及び図3Bに示すように、本体壁部5に接し手動ビールサーバー20に面する裏面110bと、裏面110bに対向し変換装置本体51に面する表面110aと、これら表面110a、裏面110bを貫通し液体吐出部1を挿通する液体吐出部用開口111とを有する。また、変換装置50に備わる取付ベース55と同様に、本体取付開口55dを有する。尚、本体取付開口55dは、下記のように、変換装置本体51のベース板51eに突設したフック部材51fが嵌合し係合する穴部であり、本実施形態では図1に示すように、円形の一部を先細りにした形状にしている。
締結部材用穴112は、手動ビールサーバー20の本体壁部5に取付板110を固定するための締結部材130(図8)を挿通するための穴であり、取付板110の四隅に配置されている。また、締結部材130の頭が表面110aから突出しないように、締結部材用穴112の周囲は、ざぐりを有する。また、安定した取り付けは最低3箇所で行えることから、締結部材130は、少なくとも3つ有ればよい。よって締結部材用穴112の数も、4つに限らず、3つ以上であればよい。
スペーサー120は、図4に示すように、取付板110の表面110aと変換装置本体51とに挟まれて点在し、表面110aと変換装置本体51との間に隙間121を生じさせる部材である。このようなスペーサー120は、表面110aと変換装置本体51との間に少なくとも3個、点在すればよい。少なくとも3個点在させることで、取付板110に対して変換装置本体51をガタツキ無く安定して設置することができる。また、変換装置本体51に接するスペーサー120の表面は、変換装置本体51の安定設置のため平坦面としている。
尚、上述のようにスペーサー120は、少なくとも3箇所に存在すればよいことから、ラッチ用開口114の周囲にはスペーサー120を設けなくてもよい。
尚、本実施形態では一例として、スペーサー120の厚さは、2mmとしている。
このような見地からスペーサー120における接触面積は、全てのスペーサー120の面積を合計した場合にて、取付板110における表面110aの面積の約1/5以下、好ましくは約1/10以下、より好ましくは約1/12以下である。全スペーサー120の接触面積が取付板110における表面110aの面積の約1/5を超え接触面積が大きくなった場合には、取付板110と変換装置本体51とが強固に固着してしまい、取付板110から変換装置本体51を作業者が手で分離することがし難しくなることがある。全スペーサー120の接触面積の下限値は、特に限定されない。但し、全スペーサー120の接触面積は、変換装置本体51の取付安定性を確保するのに必要な大きさを要する。かかる観点から全スペーサー120の接触面積の下限値は、例えば、取付板110における表面110aの面積の約1/30以上、好ましくは約1/25以上、より好ましくは約1/20以上である。
またこのように、スペーサー120が固着防止という機能を有することから、スペーサー120は、「固着防止部材」と読み替えることもできる。
要するに、スペーサー120は、取付板110の表面110aと、変換装置本体51との間に隙間121を生じさせるものであればよい。また、図5及び図6では、円板状のスペーサー120を示しているが、スペーサー120の形状は問わない。
図7に示すように、手動ビールサーバー20は、本実施形態では、取付板110における締結部材用穴112及び補強締結部材用穴113に対応して、本体壁部5の5箇所にねじ穴21を有している。したがって、液体吐出部1を取り外してレバー取付部3が突出した状態の本体壁部5に対して、取付板110の液体吐出部用開口111にレバー取付部3を挿通して、取付板110を本体壁部5にセットする。そして、図8に示すように、取付板110の締結部材用穴112に、締結部材130の一例に相当する例えば丸ねじを螺合させて締め込むことで、本体壁部5に取付板110を固定する。
これに対して本実施形態では、取付板110の固定に際して締結部材130が用いられ、レバー取付部3及びその周辺を用いることはないことから、レバー取付部3への液体吐出部1の着脱についても、既存の変換装置50の場合に比べて、容易かつ短時間で行うことが可能になる。
本発明は、添付図面を参照しながら好ましい実施形態に関連して充分に記載されているが、この技術の熟練した人々にとっては種々の変形や修正は明白である。そのような変形や修正は、添付した請求の範囲による本発明の範囲から外れない限りにおいて、その中に含まれると理解されるべきである。

Claims (9)
- 手動操作部材の操作により液体を吐出又は停止しかつ取付面から突出した液体吐出部を有する手動液体供給装置に取り付けることで手動液体供給装置を自動液体供給装置に変換する変換装置であって、
上記変換装置は、
上記手動操作部材を自動的に操作する自動操作部と、
上記自動操作部と上記取付面との間に位置し上記自動操作部を上記取付面に取り付けるための樹脂製の取付板とを備え、
上記取付板は、上記手動液体供給装置に面し上記取付面に接する裏面と、該裏面に対向し上記自動操作部に面する表面と、これら表、裏面を貫通し上記液体吐出部を挿通する液体吐出部用開口とを有し、
上記変換装置は、上記表面と上記自動操作部とに挟まれて点在するスペーサーで、上記表面と上記自動操作部との間に隙間を生成するスペーサーをさらに備えた、
ことを特徴とする変換装置。 - 上記スペーサーは、上記表面に設けられ上記取付板と一体的に成型した状態である、請求項1に記載の変換装置。
- 上記取付板は、上記自動操作部を装着するための本体取付開口を有し、
上記スペーサーは、上記表面に設けられ、上記本体取付開口の周囲に上記表面から突設した状態である、請求項1又は2に記載の変換装置。 - 上記スペーサーは、上記自動操作部に設けられ上記自動操作部と一体的に設けた状態である、請求項1に記載の変換装置。
- 手動液体供給装置の上記取付面と上記取付板とを締結する締結部材をさらに備え、
上記取付板は、上記締結部材が貫通する締結部材用穴を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の変換装置。 - 手動液体供給装置の上記取付面と上記自動操作部とを締結する補強締結部材をさらに備え、
上記取付板は、上記補強締結部材が貫通する補強締結部材用穴をさらに有する、請求項5に記載の変換装置。 - 上記取付板は平板であり、上記手動液体供給装置における上記取付面が非平坦面である状態において、平坦である上記裏面には、上記非平坦面との隙間を埋めるための台座部材を有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の変換装置。
- 手動操作部材の操作により液体を吐出又は停止しかつ取付面から突出した液体吐出部を有する手動液体供給装置に取り付けることで手動液体供給装置を自動液体供給装置に変換する変換装置であって、
上記変換装置は、
上記手動操作部材を自動的に操作する自動操作部と、
上記自動操作部と上記取付面との間に位置し上記自動操作部を上記取付面に取り付けるための樹脂製の取付板と、
上記取付面に上記取付板を固定するための締結部材と、を備え、
上記手動液体供給装置は、上記締結部材と係合する係合部を有し、
上記取付板は、上記手動液体供給装置に面し上記取付面に接する裏面と、該裏面に対向し上記自動操作部に面する表面と、これら表、裏面を貫通し上記液体吐出部を挿通する液体吐出部用開口とを有し、
上記変換装置は、上記表面と上記自動操作部とに挟まれて点在するスペーサーで、上記表面と上記自動操作部との間に隙間を生じさせるスペーサーをさらに備えた、
ことを特徴とする変換装置。 - 手動液体供給装置を自動液体供給装置に変換する変換装置に備わる取付板であり、上記手動液体供給装置における取付面と上記変換装置に備わる自動操作部との間に位置して上記取付面に固定され上記自動操作部を上記取付面に取り付けるための樹脂製の取付板であって、
上記手動液体供給装置に面し上記取付面に接する裏面と、
該裏面に対向し上記自動操作部に面する表面と、
上記表面と上記自動操作部とに挟まれて点在し、上記表面と一体成型され、上記表面と上記自動操作部との間に隙間を生成させるスペーサーと、
を備えたことを特徴とする取付板。
