前記エレベーター制御装置は、前記エレベーターの故障を検出した際に前記エレベーターの故障コードを含む故障信号を発信し、
前記遠隔復旧装置は、前記故障信号を受信した際に、前記故障信号に含まれる故障コードに対応する復旧指令と復旧診断指令とを前記エレベーター制御装置に発信し、前記エレベーター制御装置に前記エレベーターの復旧動作と復旧診断動作とを実行させるエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システムであって、
前記エレベーター制御装置は、前記復旧診断動作によって前記エレベーターが復旧したかどうかを判定し、判定結果を前記遠隔復旧装置に送信し、
前記遠隔復旧装置は、前記故障コードと、前記故障コードに対応する前記復旧指令と、前記復旧診断指令と、前記復旧指令によって前記エレベーターの故障が復旧した度合いを示す復旧度とを対応づけた復旧診断データベースを備え、
前記遠隔復旧装置は、前記エレベーター制御装置から前記エレベーターの復旧に成功した判定結果を受信した場合に前記復旧指令の前記復旧度を増加させ、前記エレベーター制御装置から前記エレベーターの復旧に失敗した判定結果を受信した場合には、前記復旧指令の前記復旧度を低減するエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システム。 - 請求項1に記載のエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システムであって、

前記遠隔復旧装置は、学習期間中には前記故障コードに対応する複数の復旧指令を順番に発信し、
前記学習期間が終了した際には、前記故障コードに対応する複数の復旧指令の内の前記復旧度が高い復旧指令を発信し、
前記復旧診断指令は、前記復旧指令に対応する指令であるエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システムであって、
前記故障信号は、前記故障コードと少なくとも1つのエレベーター状態コードとを含み、
前記遠隔復旧装置の発信する前記復旧指令は、前記故障コードおよび前記エレベーター状態コードに対応する複数の指令の内の前記復旧度が高い指令であり、
前記復旧診断指令は、前記復旧指令に対応する指令であるエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システム。 - 請求項4に記載のエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システムであって、
前記エレベーター制御装置から受信した前記エレベーター状態コードが1つの場合には、前記復旧指令は、前記故障コードおよび前記エレベーター状態コードに対応する複数の指令の内で前記復旧度が高い指令であり、
前記エレベーター制御装置から受信した前記エレベーター状態コードが複数の場合には、前記故障コードおよび前記故障コードと共に受信する回数の多い前記エレベーター状態コードに対応する複数の指令の内の前記復旧度が高い指令であるエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システム。 - 請求項4に記載のエレベーター故障の遠隔復旧システムであって、
前記遠隔復旧装置は、学習期間中には前記故障コードおよび前記エレベーター状態コードに対応する複数の復旧指令を順番に発信し、
