作为本发明的进一步改进,所述机架上设置有安装架,所述安装架设置在支撑板的下方,所述安装架上安装有用于驱动丝杆转动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括手柄、主动轴、从动轴、链条,两根所述丝杆上均同轴设置有传动齿轮,所述链条与两个传动齿轮啮合,所述从动轴与所述两根丝杆中的一根同轴固定,其上同轴设置有从动锥齿轮,所述主动轴水平设置在安装架上,其上同 轴设置有主动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮与主动锥齿轮啮合,所述手柄可拆卸的安装在主动轴背向主动锥齿轮的一端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支撑板上设置有导向块,所述导向块上开设有导向孔,所述机架上设置有沿竖直方向延伸的导杆,所述导杆插入到导向孔中,所述导向块可沿导杆滑移。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述机架上设置有滑移架,所述第一传送带、封切座、热封刀架设置在滑移架上,所述滑移架可在机架上相对热收缩装置左右滑移,调整第一传送带与第二传送带的相对位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滑移架上设置有滑移块,所述滑移块上开设有滑移孔,所述机架上设置有滑移杆,所述滑移杆水平设置且两端沿前后方向延伸,所述滑移杆插入到滑移孔内,所述滑移块可沿滑移杆滑移。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滑移块有四个,两个一组分别安装在滑移架的相对两侧,所述滑移杆有两根,且两根滑移杆相互平行设置,每根所述滑移杆穿过一组滑移块。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括用于固定滑移架的固定机构,所述固定机构包括长齿条、短齿条、固定架、摆动块、拉杆,所述长齿条安装在机架上,所述固定架安装在滑移架上,位于长齿条的上方,所述固定架上开设有沿竖直方向延伸的滑孔,所述短齿条的顶端设置有滑杆,所述滑杆插入滑孔内,所述滑杆可在滑孔内上下滑移,所述滑杆上横向设置有驱动杆,所述固定架上沿竖直方向设置有腰形孔,所述腰形孔与滑孔相互连通,所述驱动杆从腰形孔伸出,所述摆动块铰接在固定架上,所述摆动块的一端设置有用于向上拨动驱动杆的拨动部,另一端设置有连接部,所述拉杆的一端与连接部铰接,另一端上设置有供人抓握的抓握部,所述短齿条从上方与长齿条啮合,将短齿条与长齿条相 锁定,当拉杆向外移动,拉动摆动块转动,使拨动部向上转动,向上拨动驱动杆,提升短齿条,从而解除短齿条与长齿条的锁定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滑移架靠近抓握部的一侧设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置有通孔,所述拉杆设置在通孔内,所述抓握部从通孔伸出,所述拉杆可在通孔内滑移,所述拉杆上固定有限位片,所述拉杆上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧和限位片设置在盖板内侧,所述弹簧的一端顶住盖板,另一端顶住限位片,向内推动拉杆。
本发明的有益效果,通过改变封切座的上下位置,以改变封切刀与封切座闭合的位置相对传送带的高低,在包装不同高度的箱子时,就能将闭合位置调节到箱子的中部,位于箱子中部的闭合线,在热收缩后受力均匀,结构牢固。本发明通过改变封切座的位置改变薄膜在箱子上的闭合位置,相对于现有的通过调节其中一个传送带调节封切线的位置,避免在传送带间形成高低差,避免箱子在输送过程中因高低差发生倾斜,避免由箱子倾斜引起的薄膜滚动,避免由薄膜滚动引起的闭合线倾斜,进而避免在热收缩后由闭合线倾斜引起的受力不均衡,相对现有技术,提高了薄膜热收缩后的强度,并且更美观。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图所给出的实施例对本发明做进一步的详述。
参照图1至图6所示,本实施例的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有热收缩装置2、封切座3、热封刀架4、第一传送带5和第二传送带6,所述封切座3设置在第一传送带5的上方,所述第一传送带5与第二传送带6沿前后方向依次设置,所述第一传送带5与第二传送带6高度相适配(此处所说的适配是指第一传送带5的传送面的高度与第二传送带6的传送面的高度具有使薄膜在传输过程中不发生偏移的较小的高度差,或者是第一传送带5与第二传送带3的传送面在同一平面上),所述第二传送带6设置在热收缩装置2内,所述封切座3环绕第一传送带5的相邻两边设置,所述热封刀架4的一侧铰接在机架1上,其上设置有热封切刀7,所述热封刀架4以铰接处为轴进行旋转,使热封切刀7靠近或远离封切座3,所述封切座3和热封刀架4可上下移动,以调整封切线与第一传送带5之间的高度距离。操作人员启动电源开关,预热机器,使热封切刀7发热到一定温度,然后将待包装物放入折叠的薄膜中,接着将内置有待包装物的薄膜放置在第一传送带5上,然后将薄膜拉伸开来,放置在封切座3上,通过触发器启动封切装置,热封刀架4被一气缸37推动旋转,使热封切刀7朝封切座3转动,热封切刀7与封切座3相抵触,使其间的薄膜热变形,将待包装物封闭在薄膜内。然后气缸37回位,带动热封刀架4回位,然后第一传送带5和第二传送带6启动,第一传送带5 将薄膜和待包装物传送到第二传送带6,第二传送带6将薄膜和待包装物送到热收缩装置2内,薄膜在热收缩装置2内受热变形,收缩到待包装物表面,第二传送带6将热收缩完成的待包装物送出热收缩装置2。在包装不同高度的待包装物时,通过封切座3和热封刀架4的上下移动,使封切线位于待包装物的中部。相对于调整第一传送带5的高度的方式,在运输过程中薄膜不会发生偏移,避免封切线因薄膜偏移发生偏移,保证封切线位于待包装物中部,提高包装质量。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述封切座3的下方连接有支撑板8,所述热封刀架4铰接在支撑板8上,所述支撑板8上设置有传动螺纹孔,所述机架1上可旋转的设置有沿竖直方向延伸的丝杆9,所述丝杆9与传动螺纹孔螺纹连接;或者是所述封切座3的下方连接有支撑板8,所述热封刀架4铰接在支撑板8上,所述支撑板8上设置有沿竖直方向延伸的升降齿条,所述机架1上可旋转地安装有升降齿轮,所述升降齿轮与升降齿条啮合。在需要调整封切座3的高度时,转动丝杆9,带动封切座3和热封刀架4上下移动,结构简单,操作方便,运行稳定;或者是转动升降齿轮,带动升降齿条上下移动,从而带动封切座3和热封刀架4上下移动。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述封切座3包括相互垂直设置的第一座和第二座,所述支撑板8有两块,其中一块连接在第一座的下方,另一块连接在第二座下方背向第一座的一侧,所述热封刀架4铰接在背向第一座的支撑板8上,两块所述支撑板8上均开设有传动螺纹孔,所述丝杆9有两根,分别与两个传动螺纹孔螺纹连接。两块支撑板8从两侧支撑封切座3,使封切座3在上下移动的过程中受力均匀,升降更平稳。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述机架1上设置有安装架10,所述安装架10设置在支撑板8的下方,所述安装架10上安装有用于驱动丝杆9转动的 驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括手柄11、主动轴12、从动轴13、链条14,两根所述丝杆9上均同轴设置有传动齿轮36,所述链条14与两个传动齿轮36啮合,所述从动轴13与所述两根丝杆9中的一根同轴固定,其上同轴设置有从动锥齿轮15,所述主动轴12水平设置在安装架10上,其上同轴设置有主动锥齿轮16,所述从动锥齿轮15与主动锥齿轮16啮合,所述手柄11可拆卸的安装在主动轴12背向主动锥齿轮16的一端。操作人员转动手柄11,带动主动轴12转动,通过主动锥齿轮16和从动锥齿轮15传动,带动从动轴13转动,进而带动两根丝杆9同步转动,带动封切座3平稳的上下移动。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述支撑板8上设置有导向块17,所述导向块17上开设有导向孔,所述机架1上设置有沿竖直方向延伸的导杆18,所述导杆18插入到导向孔中,所述导向块17可沿导杆18滑移。支撑架8上下移动时,导杆18引导支撑架8上下滑移,防止支撑架8在上下滑移的过程中发生偏移,进而防止封切座3偏移,使封切座3更平稳的移动。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述机架1上设置有滑移架19,所述第一传送带5、封切座3、热封刀架4设置在滑移架19上,所述滑移架19可在机架1上相对热收缩装置2左右滑移,调整第一传送带5与第二传送带6的相对位置。为使薄膜收缩在待包装物上,且在收缩时不会结块,封切时,待包装物靠近热封切刀7的两边放置,以使包裹待包装物的封切膜大小合适,不会在热收缩时结块。而在热收缩的过程中,需要将待包装物移动到热收缩装置2的中心位置,已使薄膜能均匀的收缩在待包装物上,在待包装物的尺寸改变时,就不能使待包装物位于热收缩装置2的中间位置。现有的半自动热收缩包装机通过一个引导板,将待包装物引导到热收缩装置2的中间位置。但是薄膜在未收缩时处于蓬松状态,在沿引导板运动的过程中,薄膜会发生偏移,致使薄膜的封切线发 生偏移,降低包装的质量和美观度。本发明通过滑移架19的设置,带动第一传送带5、封切座3和热封切刀7整体左右滑移,使不同尺寸的待包装物在封切时处于热收缩装置2的中心位置的前方,封切完成后的包装物通过第一传送带5和第二传送带6输送到热收缩装置2内进行热收缩,输送过程中薄膜不发送偏移,使封切线保持在待包装物的中心位置,提高包装质量以及包装的美观度。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述滑移架19上设置有滑移块20,所述滑移块20上开设有滑移孔,所述机架1上设置有滑移杆21,所述滑移杆21水平设置且两端沿前后方向延伸,所述滑移杆21插入到滑移孔内,所述滑移块20可沿滑移杆21滑移。通过滑移块20在滑移杆21上滑移,实现滑移架19的左右滑移,结构简单,运行可靠。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述滑移块20有四个,两个一组分别安装在滑移架19的相对两侧,所述滑移杆21有两根,且两根滑移杆21相互平行设置,每根所述滑移杆21穿过一组滑移块20。这种结构从多个点支撑滑移架19,使滑移架19在滑移过程中不会因受力不匀发生偏移,使滑移架19平稳滑移。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,还包括用于固定滑移架19的固定机构,所述固定机构包括长齿条22、短齿条23、固定架24、摆动块25、拉杆26,所述长齿条22安装在机架1上,所述固定架24安装在滑移架19上,位于长齿条22的上方,所述固定架24上开设有沿竖直方向延伸的滑孔,所述短齿条23的顶端设置有滑杆27,所述滑杆27插入滑孔内,所述滑杆27可在滑孔内上下滑移,所述滑杆27上横向设置有驱动杆28,所述固定架24上沿竖直方向设置有腰形孔29,所述腰形孔29与滑孔相互连通,所述驱动杆28从腰形孔29伸出,所述摆动块25铰接在固定架24上,所述摆动块25的一端设置有用于向上拨动驱动杆28的拨动部30,另一端设置有连接部31,所述拉杆26的一端与连接部31 铰接,另一端上设置有供人抓握的抓握部32,所述短齿条23从上方与长齿条22啮合,将短齿条23与长齿条22相锁定,当拉杆26向外移动,拉动摆动块25转动,使拨动部30向上转动,向上拨动驱动杆28,提升短齿条23,从而解除短齿条23与长齿条22的锁定。在一般状态下,短齿条23与长齿条22相互啮合防止滑移架19意外滑移;在需要移动滑移架19时,操作人员向外侧拉动抓握部32,拉动拉杆26向外移动,转动摆动块25,使拨动部30向上转动,拨动部30与驱动杆28接触,推动滑杆27向上移动,使短齿条23与长齿条22分离,此时操作人员推动滑移架19,使滑移架19滑移,调整第一传送带5的位置,调整完后,操作人员向内推动拉杆26,使拨动30部向下转动,与驱动杆28分离,由于重力作用,短齿条23向下移动,与长齿条22啮合,固定滑移架19。
作为改进的一种具体实施方式,所述滑移架19靠近抓握部32的一侧设置有盖板33,所述盖板33上设置有通孔,所述拉杆26设置在通孔内,所述抓握部32从通孔伸出,所述拉杆26可在通孔内滑移,所述拉杆26上固定有限位片35,所述拉杆26上套设有弹簧34,所述弹簧34和限位片35设置在盖板33内侧,所述弹簧34的一端顶住盖板33,另一端顶住限位片35,向内推动拉杆26。使拉杆26回到初始状态,带动摆动块25转动,使拨动部30向下转动,与驱动杆28分离,由于重力作用,短齿条23向下移动,与长齿条22啮合,固定滑移架19。在滑移架19调整完成后,弹簧34推动短齿条23自动回位,简化了滑移架19调整的步骤,且可避免操作人员在完成对滑移架19的调整后,忘记锁定滑移架19。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上设置有热收缩装置(2)、封切座(3)、热封刀架(4)、第一传送带(5)和第二传送带(6),所述封切座(3)设置在第一传送带(5)的上方,所述第一传送带(5)与第二传送带(6)沿前后方向依次设置,所述第一传送带(5)与第二传送带(6)高度相适配,所述第二传送带(6)设置在热收缩装置(2)内,所述封切座(3)环绕第一传送带(5)的相邻两边设置,所述热封刀架(4)的一侧铰接在机架(1)上,其上设置有热封切刀(7),所述热封刀架(4)以铰接处为轴进行旋转,使热封切刀(7)靠近或远离封切座(3),所述封切座(3)和热封刀架(4)可上下移动,以调整封切线与第一传送带(5)之间的高度距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述封切座(3)的下方连接有支撑板(8),所述热封刀架(4)铰接在支撑板(8)上,所述支撑板(8)上设置有传动螺纹孔,所述机架(1)上可旋转的设置有沿竖直方向延伸的丝杆(9),所述丝杆(9)与传动螺纹孔螺纹连接;或者是所述封切座(3)的下方连接有支撑板(8),所述热封刀架(4)铰接在支撑板(8)上,所述支撑板(8)上设置有沿竖直方向延伸的升降齿条,所述机架(1)上可旋转地安装有升降齿轮,所述升降齿轮与升降齿条啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述封切座(3)包括相互垂直设置的第一座和第二座,所述支撑板(8)有两块,其中一块连接在第一座的下方,另一块连接在第二座下方背向第一座的一侧,所述热封刀架(4)铰接在背向第一座的支撑板(8)上,两块所述支撑板(8)上均开设有传动螺纹孔,所述丝杆(9)有两根,分别与两个传 动螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设置有安装架(10),所述安装架(10)设置在支撑板(8)的下方,所述安装架(10)上安装有用于驱动丝杆(9)转动的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括手柄(11)、主动轴(12)、从动轴(13)、链条(14),两根所述丝杆(9)上均同轴设置有传动齿轮(36),所述链条(14)与两个传动齿轮(36)啮合,所述从动轴(13)与所述两根丝杆(9)中的一根同轴固定,其上同轴设置有从动锥齿轮(15),所述主动轴(12)水平设置在安装架(10)上,其上同轴设置有主动锥齿轮(16),所述从动锥齿轮(15)与主动锥齿轮(16)啮合,所述手柄(11)可拆卸的安装在主动轴(12)背向主动锥齿轮(16)的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述支撑板(8)上设置有导向块(17),所述导向块(17)上开设有导向孔,所述机架(1)上设置有沿竖直方向延伸的导杆(18),所述导杆(18)插入到导向孔中,所述导向块(17)可沿导杆(18)滑移。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上设置有滑移架(19),所述第一传送带(5)、封切座(3)、热封刀架(4)设置在滑移架(19)上,所述滑移架(19)可在机架(1)上相对热收缩装置(2)左右滑移,调整第一传送带(5)与第二传送带(6)的相对位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述滑移架(19)上设置有滑移块(20),所述滑移块(20)上开设有滑移孔,所述机架(1)上设置有滑移杆(21),所述滑移杆(21)水平设置且两端沿 前后方向延伸,所述滑移杆(21)插入到滑移孔内,所述滑移块(20)可沿滑移杆(21)滑移。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:所述滑移块(20)有四个,两个一组分别安装在滑移架(19)的相对两侧,所述滑移杆(21)有两根,且两根滑移杆(21)相互平行设置,每根所述滑移杆(21)穿过一组滑移块(20)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种半自动热收缩包装机,其特征在于:还包括用于固定滑移架(19)的固定机构,所述固定机构包括长齿条(22)、短齿条(23)、固定架(24)、摆动块(25)、拉杆(26),所述长齿条(22)安装在机架(1)上,所述固定架(24)安装在滑移架(19)上,位于长齿条(22)的上方,所述固定架(24)上开设有沿竖直方向延伸的滑孔,所述短齿条(23)的顶端设置有滑杆(27),所述滑杆(27)插入滑孔内,所述滑杆(27)可在滑孔内上下滑移,所述滑杆(27)上横向设置有驱动杆(28),所述固定架(24)上沿竖直方向设置有腰形孔(29),所述腰形孔(29)与滑孔相互连通,所述驱动杆(28)从腰形孔(29)伸出,所述摆动块(25)铰接在固定架(24)上,所述摆动块(25)的一端设置有用于向上拨动驱动杆(28)的拨动部(30),另一端设置有连接部(31),所述拉杆(26)的一端与连接部(31)铰接,另一端上设置有供人抓握的抓握部(32),所述短齿条(23)从上方与长齿条(22)啮合,将短齿条(23)与长齿条(22)相锁定,当拉杆(26)向外移动,拉动摆动块(25)转动,使拨动部(30)向上转动,向上拨动驱动杆(28),提升短齿条(23),从而解除短齿条(23)与长齿条(22)的锁定。
