図1は、本発明の実施形態1における電気掃除機を示す左側面図である。
実施形態1の電気掃除機1は、掃除機本体10と、延長管20と、吸込口体40とを備える。延長管としては、管そのものを延長できる構造の有無には関係しなくてもよい。吸込口体を掃除機本体に直接取り付けて掃除を行うハンディタイプに比べて、吸込口体を延長管を介して掃除機本体に取り付けて掃除する場合は、電気掃除機本体から吸込口体までの距離を長くしたスティックタイプとして掃除を行うことができる。
図2は実施形態1の電気掃除機における掃除機本体を示す斜視図であり、図3は図2の掃除機本体のハンドルに設けられた操作部の内部構造を示す左側断面図である。また、図4は図2の掃除機本体の内部構造を示す左側断面図であり図5は図2の掃除機本体の駆動装置における筐体を分解した状態を示す斜視図である。また、図6は実施形態1の電気掃除機であって、(A)は床面上に置いた状態、(B)は床面上で寝転んだ状態を示す図である。
掃除機本体10は、駆動装置11と、駆動装置11に着脱可能に装着されるダストカップユニット12およびバッテリー13とを備える。
図2と図4、図5に示すように、駆動装置11は、電動送風機11amを内蔵する本体部11aと、本体部11aに連設されたバッテリー装着部11bと、本体部11aとバッテリー装着部11bとに連設された両端部を有するハンドル11cと、本体部11aとハンドル11cとの接合部に連設されてハンドル11cとは反対側へ突出する吸込筒部11dとを有する。
以下、駆動装置11における吸込筒部11d側を前方、ハンドル11c側を後方、バッテリー装着部11b側を下方、バッテリー装着部11bと反対側を上方、ハンドル11cを手前に向けた状態での左側および右側を左方向および右方向として説明する。
また、本体部11aの上面には嵌合凸部11axが設けられると共に、嵌合凸部11axの上面には本体部11a内のリード線を外部に引き出す孔部が形成されている。
また、本体部11aにおいて、前方開口部11a1の端縁に沿って内鍔が設けられており、内鍔の下部は幅が広い内鍔幅広部11a11となっている。
さらに、内鍔幅広部11a11には、後述するダストカップユニット12に設けられた第2ロック機構部12b2の係止凹部12c11および係合爪12b23と係脱可能に係止する係止凸部11a12および係合凹部11a13が設けられている。なお、係止凸部11a12は下方へ突出し、係合凹部11a13は前方へ開口している。
また、バッテリー装着部11bを構成する筐体の右側面には、電動送風機11amを通過した気流を外部へ排出するための排気口11bxが形成されている(図4参照)。
図3と図4に示すように、操作部11eは、ハンドル11cの上部湾曲部11c1を構成する樹脂製の筐体に設けられた凹部11e1と、凹部11e1の外側に取り付けられた弾性材料(ゴム、エラストマー等)からなるパッド部11e2と、凹部11e1の内側(筐体内)に設けられたスイッチユニット11e3とを有する。
この操作部11eにおいて、回路基板11e31は次の操作を可能に構成されている。例えば、前のスイッチ11e32または後のスイッチ11e33を押すことにより電源が入る。その後、前のスイッチ11e32を1回押すと強モードとなり、2回押すと標準モードに切り替わり、3回以降はこれらを繰り返す。電源が入った状態で後のスイッチ11e33を押すと電源が切れる。
図4と図5に示すように、第1部材11xは、前後方向に延びる部材であり、ロック部材11x1およびフック部材11x2等を収納する凹部を前端部に有すると共に、本体部11aの前記嵌合凸部11axが嵌め込まれる嵌合孔部11x3を後端部に有する。
また、バッテリー装着部11bの後部には、第2および第3部材11y、11zの後端部と連結する連結部11b1が設けられている。この連結部11b1は、固定突出部11b11と、固定突出部11b11に揺動可能に設けられた押え部11b12とを有してなる。押え部11b12は、バッテリー13を取り外すときに操作する。
次に、本体部11aから引き出した図示しない一対のリード線を第2部材11yの一対の雌型端子部11y12に電気的に接続し、その一対の雌型端子部11y12を第2部材11yの前端部に取り付けた後、第2部材11yを第1部材11xに重ね合わせる。これにより、第1部材11xの接続口11x4に第2部材11yの流出口11y11が接続されると共に、第2部材11yの後端部が連結部11b1の固定突出部11b11に当接する。
そして、タッピングネジNにて第3部材11zと第2部材11yとを連結することにより、第2および第3部材11y、11zの後端部が連結部11b1と連結し、ハンドル11cおよび吸込筒部11dが形成される。
この支持部材11fは、側面側から視て、下端部が前方へ少し突き出る湾曲形状に形成されると共に、正面側から視て、下端面が円弧状に形成されている。
以下、図2~図9を参照しながら駆動装置11の構成部品についてさらに説明する。
先ず、駆動装置11の本体部11aは、電動送風機11amを収納する左右一対の電動送風機用カバー11ac1、11ac2を備える。
左側の電動送風機用カバー11ac1の前端部には本体部11aの前記前方開口部11a1が一体形成されると共に、各電動送風機用カバー11ac1、11ac2の上部には前記嵌合凸部11axの半割部11ax1が一体形成されている。なお、前方開口部11a1には前記係止凸部11a12が取り付けられる。
また、本体部11a内には、電動送風機11amの後端部を左右一対の電動送風機用カバー11ac1、11ac2に固定する一対の防振用ゴム11ac3と、電動送風機11amの前端部と前方開口部11a1の外周部内面との間に配置されるパッキン11ac4とが設けられる。
右側のバッテリー装着部用筐体11bc2の側面には前記排気口11bxが形成されると共に、各バッテリー装着部用筐体11bc1、11bc2の前端部および後端部には、前記支持部材11fの心材となる一対の半割部11bc3および前記固定突出部11b11の一対の半割部11bc4が一体形成されている。なお、左右一対のバッテリー装着部用筐体11bc1、11bc2を組み立てる際に一対の半割部11bc4に前記押え部11b12が揺動可能に取り付けられると共に、組み立て後の一対の半割部11bc3上に前記支持部材11fが覆うように取り付けられる。この際、支持部材11fをラバー製にして覆うようにしてもよい。また、接着剤で貼り付けてもよい。
また、バッテリー装着部11b内には、バッテリー13の端子部13aと電気的に接続可能な端子部11bc8を有する回路基板11bc7である。
第1部材11x内には、電気掃除機1の運転時および吸込力強のときに点灯する複数のLEDライトを有するLED基板11xsが設けられる。
また、第1部材11xには、第2部材11yの流出口11y11と連結する図示しない流出口にパッキン11xpが取り付けられると共に、その前端側に前記ロック部材11x1およびフック部材11x2が取り付けられる。
さらに、吸込筒部11dの流出口の後方に設けられた凹部11x12内には、フィルター装着忘れ防止部材11x5が前後方向の軸心Q廻りに回動可能に取り付けられる(図4、図9(A)参照)。このフィルター装着忘れ防止部材11x5(以下、「装着忘れ防止部材11x5」という場合がある)は、フィルター部12cが組み込まれていないダストカップユニット12を駆動装置11の本体部11aに装着しようとしても装着できないように阻止する機能を有する。なお、これについて詳しくは後述する。
図10は実施形態1の電気掃除機におけるダストカップであって、(A)は斜視図、(B)は分解図を示している。また、図11は実施形態1の電気掃除機におけるダストカップであって、(A)は正面図、(B)は(A)のI-I矢視断面図、(C)は(A)のII-II矢視断面図を示している。また、図12はダストカップユニットであって、(A)は下部の平断面図、(B)は側断面図である。
集塵容器12aは、正面から視て、外周部12a2における中心線P上の底部12a1側に係止凹部12a21が設けられると共に、外周部12a2における中心線P上の開口部12a3側に係止凸部12a22が設けられている。さらに、集塵容器12aは、正面から視て、外周部12a2における中心線Pからずれた位置に塵埃を含む空気を導入する導入口12a23が設けられている。
カップ部12bは、中心孔およびその周囲の逆テーパ面を有する底部と、底部に連設された円筒形の外周部と、外周部に設けられた第1ロック機構部12b1および第2ロック機構部12b2と、底部下面における中心孔の周囲に設けられた一対の円弧状溝12b3と、外周部における底部付近に設けられたパッキン12b4と、外周部における底部と反対側の開口端部に設けられた切欠き部12b5とを有する。
また、カップ部12bは、外周面における切欠き部12b5の横位置に設けられた検知凸部12b6を有している。この検知凸部12b6の機能について詳しくは後述する。
さらに、第2ロック機構部12b2は、後述するフィルター部12cに設けられた前記係止凹部12c11を構成要素として含む。
フィルター部12cは、円環状の外周枠部を有するプリーツ状のフィルター本体12c1と、フィルター本体12c1の外周枠部の外周部を覆うパッキン部12c2とを有する。そして、フィルター本体12c1の外周枠部の内周面に径方向内側に開口する前記係止凹部12c11が設けられると共に、パッキン部12c2の外周面に位置決め凸部12c21が設けられている。
フィルター部12cをカップ部12bの開口部に嵌め込む際、フィルター部12cの位置決め凸部12c21をカップ部12bの切欠き部12b5に落とし込んで位置決めする。すると、フィルター部12cの係止凹部12c11はカップ部12bの第2ロック機構部12b2の位置に配置される。また、パッキン部12c2は、カップ部12bの開口部内周面に設けられた段部に密着して支持される。
内筒部12dは、カップ部12bに着脱可能に取り付けられる筒形フィルター部12d1と、筒形フィルター部12d1と着脱可能に取り付けられる筒形の仕切部材12d2とを有する。
筒形フィルター部12d1は、軸方向に延びる複数のスリットを有する筒形枠体12d11と、筒形枠体12d11の外周部に設けられたメッシュ部材12d12とを有する。
筒形枠体12d11は、その外周部上端に設けられてカップ部12bの一対の円弧状溝12b3と係脱可能に係止する一対の係止片12d111と、その外周部下端に設けられて仕切部材12d2の後述する一対の円弧状溝12d231と係脱可能に係止する一対の係止片12d112とを有する。
フランジ部12d23は、その上面に設けられて筒形フィルター部12d1の下端部の一対の係止片12d112と係脱可能に係止する一対の前記円弧状溝12d231を有する。
この課題を解決すべく、仕切部材12d2の下端に外フランジ12d221を設けてダストが上方へ舞い上がりにくくなるようにしている。
なお、凸部12a4は、1ヶ所のみに設けられているため、本来、狭い隙間S1も1ヶ所で十分である。本実施形態の場合、仕切部材12d2と筒型フィルター部12d1とは、着脱可能で円弧状溝と係止片により係止する構造を有しており、この係止構造は180度の反対側に回転しても係止できるロック機構を有しているため、筒型フィルター部12d1に対する仕切部材12d2の係止位置によっては1ヶ所の狭い隙間S1がダストの舞い上がりやすい位置に配置されないことがあるため、前記狭い隙間S1も同様に180度の反対側にも設けられている。換言すると、仕切部材12d2が筒型フィルター部12d1に対して180度のどちら側に係止されても、凸部12a4に対する狭い隙間S1の位置は同じになるように、すなわち、一対の狭い隙間S1のうちの一方は必ずダストが舞い上がりやすい位置となるように、外フランジ12d221は楕円形状に形成されている。
図9(A)および(B)に示すように、駆動装置11の前記装着忘れ防止部材11x5は、前後方向の軸心Q廻りに回動可能に吸込筒部11dに設けられている。この装着忘れ防止部材11x5は、駆動装置11にダストカップユニット12が装着されていない状態(図9(A))において、吸込筒部11dから下方外部へ突出する第1当接部11x51および吸込筒部11d内に収納される第2当接部11x52を有している。
例えば、ユーザーがフィルター部12cをカップ部12bに組み込むのを忘れたままダストカップユニットを駆動装置11に装着しようとすると、前記のようにフィルター部12cの位置決め凸部12c21が装着忘れ防止部材11x5の第1当接部11x51に当接して第1当接部11x51を凹部11x12内に押し込むことができず、カップ部12bの切欠き部12b5(図10(B)参照)が第1当接部11x51に接近する。すると、カップ部12bの検知凸部12b6が装着忘れ防止部材11x5の第2当接部11x52に当接して第2当接部11x52を凹部11x12内に押し込もうとする。
図13は実施形態1の電気掃除機における延長管であって、(A)は正面図、(B)は側面図、(C)は(A)のI-I矢視断面図である。また、図14は図13(A)の延長管の分解図であり、図15は図13(A)の延長管における第1および第2接続管部の正面側から視た内部構造を示す説明図であり、図16は図13(A)の延長管における管本体の横断面図であり、図17は図13(A)の延長管における管本体の積層構造を説明する図である。
管本体21は、筒形炭素繊維層21aが複数積層してなり、パイプ状(本体パイプ21)である。実施形態1の場合、複数積層した筒形炭素繊維層21aは、第1筒形炭素繊維層21a1、第2筒形炭素繊維層21a2および第3筒形炭素繊維層21a3が内側からこの順に積層されてなる。なお、第3筒形炭素繊維層21a3の外周面には最外層として樹脂コーティング層21bが積層されている。そして、ドライカーボンとして加工する。ドライカーボンは、内部を高圧力にすることが可能な耐圧性の装置を用いて、加圧可能な窯で成型するものである。
第2筒形炭素繊維層21a2および第3筒形炭素繊維層21a3は、複数の炭素繊維の経糸および緯糸を有する2方向炭素繊維シートからなる。
1方向炭素繊維シートおよび2方向炭素繊維シートとしては、炭素繊維間に予め樹脂が含浸された市販のプリプレグシートを用いることができる。なお、複数の炭素繊維は、経糸および緯糸以外に、斜め方向のようにクロスした糸状で構成することができる。また、クロスしたものや経糸および緯糸などの組合せを自由に組み替えてもよい。
なお、実施形態1の場合、形成後の管本体21の両端部の対向位置に、第1および第2接続管部22、23との接続位置を位置決めするための小さい切欠き部21nが切削によって形成される。
管本体21において、一の筒形炭素繊維層21aの端面当接部21axと隣接する他の筒形炭素繊維層21aの端面当接部21axとは相互に重ならない位置に配置されている。実施形態1の場合、各当接端面部21axは中心角度120°ずれた位置に配置されている。このように各当接端面部21axの位置を周方向に均等にずらすことにより、管本体に剛性の強弱部分を作らず均一化することができる。
第1接続管部22は、掃除機本体10と接続される部分であり、接続管本体22aと、小片22bと、(第1)カバー部材22cとを有する。
接続管本体22aは、管本体21の一端部内に挿入され接着剤にて固定される(第1)固定部22a1と、固定部22a1に連設されて導電ユニット24の後述する一対の雄型端子部24a2を保持する(第1)端子保持部22a2と、端子保持部22a2に連設されて掃除機本体10の前方開口部11d1内に挿入される挿入部22a3とを有する。
端子保持部22a2は、その外周面における位置決め凸部22a12側に凹部を有し、その凹部に導電ユニット24の一対の雄型端子部24a2およびリード線24a1を内部から外部へ挿通させる(第1)引出し口22a21が形成されている。
挿入部22a3は、その外周面における位置決め凸部22a12側に、掃除機本体10の前記ロック部材11x1の係合爪11x11と係脱可能に係合する係合凹部22a31を有する。
カバー部材22cは、タッピングネジ22dをボス部22a23にねじ込むことにより接続管本体22aの端子保持部22a2の凹部を覆い、かつ小片22bを押し付けて接続管本体22aに固定する。
第2接続管部23は、吸込口体40と接続される部分であり、接続管本体23aと、小片23bと、ロック部材23cと、コイルスプリング23dと、(第2)カバー部材23eとを有する。
接続管本体23aは、管本体21の他端部内に挿入され接着剤にて固定される(第2)固定部23a1と、固定部23a1に連設されて導電ユニット24の後述する一対の雌型端子部24a3を保持する(第2)端子保持部23a2とを有する。
端子保持部23a2は、その外周面における位置決め凸部23a12側に凹部を有し、その凹部に導電ユニット24の一対の雌型端子部24a3およびリード線24a1を内部から外部へ挿通させる(第2)引出し口23a21が形成されている。さらに、端子保持部23a2の凹部には、一対の雌型端子部24a3を所定間隔をもって互いに平行に保持するリブ構造23a22と、カバー部材23eを取り付けるタッピングネジ22fがねじ込まれるボス部23a23とが設けられている。
コイルスプリング23dは、ロック部材23cのボタン部23c2を外方へ付勢するように接続管本体23aの凹部内に設けられている。
カバー部材23eは、ロック部材23cのボタン部23c2を外部へ露出させる孔部23e1を有している。このカバー部材23eは、タッピングネジ22fをボス部23a23にねじ込むことにより接続管本体23aの端子保持部23a2の凹部を覆い、小片23bを押し付けて接続管本体23aに固定すると共に、ロック部材23cが脱落しないようにしている。
図18は図13(A)の延長管における導電ユニットであって、(A)は正面図、(B)は側面図、(C)は背面図である。また、図19は図18(A)の導電ユニットの分解図である。また、図20(A)は図18(A)のI-I矢視断面図あり、(B)は図18(A)のII-II矢視断面図あり、(C)は図18(A)のIII-III矢視断面図ある。また、図21は図18(A)の導電ユニットにおけるカバープレート内のリード線を示す図であり、図22は図13(A)の延長管における第1接続管部の横断面図である。なお、図20(A)および(C)の断面図は後述する突出片24c2の位置の断面である。
中空プレート24xは、一対の導電ケーブル24aを挟み込むように収納する支持プレート24bおよびカバープレート24cを有してなり、これらは導電ユニット24の組み立て時に超音波溶着により一体化される。なお、接着剤で一体化してもよい。
一対の導電ケーブル24aおよび支持プレート24bは管本体21よりも長い長さを有し、一対の導電ケーブル24aは支持プレート24bよりも長い長さを有し、支持プレート24bはカバープレート24cよりも長い長さを有している。
延長管20を掃除機本体10および吸込口体40に接続した状態において、延長管20の雄型端子部24a2は掃除機本体10の雌型端子部11y12に差し込まれて電気的に接続し、延長管20の雌型端子部24a3に吸込口体40の後述する雄型端子部42a(図23参照)が差し込まれて電気的に接続する。
カバープレート24cを受ける支持プレート24bのベース部24b1の底部は平坦となっている。
ベース部24c1は、幅方向の中央部に長手方向に沿って設けられて一対の導電ケーブル24aを個別に収納する一対の溝部24c11を有する。
なお、支持プレート24bの一対の引っ掛け片24b2の外面の横断面形状は、カバープレート24cの各突出片24c2の円弧形状と連続的な円弧形状部分24b21と、平坦面部分24b22とを有している。
また、ベース部24c1における各溝24c11の両側には長手方向に沿って一対の突条部24c4が設けられている。
組み立てられた導電ユニット24において、支持プレート24bはカバープレート24cよりも長く、各導電ケーブル24aは支持プレート24bよりも長いため、各導電ケーブル24aの両端部の一部は支持プレート24bにて支持されながら外部に露出する。
なお、導電ケーブル24aは、一対の導電ケーブルとしているが、これに限るものではない。例えば、導電ケーブルが1つでもよい。この場合には、1つのケーブルの中に2本の導電ケーブルを通して、1本のケーブルを構成していてもよい。この場合には、溝24c11(図20参照)が2つある内のどちらか片方にケーブルを通すことになる。
次に、延長管20の組み立ての一例について説明する。
まず、導電ユニット24を管本体21内に挿通させた後、導電ユニット24の一対の雄型端子部24a2および一対の雌型端子部24a3を第1接続管部22および第2接続管部23に組み込む。
これにより、延長管20の組み立てが完了する。
図23は実施形態1の電気掃除機における吸込口体を示す底面図であり、図24は図23に示す吸込口体の側面図である。また、図25は図23に示す吸込口体のI-I矢視断面図であり、図26は図23に示す吸込口体のII-II矢視断面図である。
図23~図26に示すように、吸込口体40は、底板部41aと、底板部41aに対面する天板部41bと、進行方向(図23の矢印X方向)の前後に設けられた前板部41cおよび後板部41dと、天板部41bの進行方向の左右に設けられた左側板部41eおよび右側板部41fを備える。
また、パイプ部42の先端部には係止凹部42bが設けられている。
実施形態1では支持プレート24bとカバープレート24cとからなる中空プレート24xを有する導電ユニット24を例示したが、中空プレート24xは一部品からなるものを用いてもよい。この場合、例えば、長手方向に切れ込みを有する横断面W形の凹部を有する中空プレートを用い、中空プレートの切れ込みから内部へ一対の導電ケーブルを入れ込む。あるいは、切れ込みを有さない扁平筒形の中空プレートを用い、中空プレートに一対のリード線を挿通させた後、各リード線の両端部に雄型および雌型端子部を半田付けしてもよい。
実施形態1では中空プレート24xを有する導電ユニット24を例示したが、中空プレート24xを省略してもよい。この場合、例えば、管本体21内で一対のリード線24a1が離れてばたつかないようテープなどで一体化し、かつ第1および第2接続管部22、23の各固定部22a1、23a1内にリード線24a1の両端部を挟み込んで固定するリブを設ければよい。
実施形態1ではスティック型電気掃除機の延長管について説明したが、本発明の延長管はキャニスター型電気掃除機にも適用可能である。
本発明の電気掃除機の延長管は、吸込口を有する吸込口体と、前記吸込口体に接続され前記吸込口を介して塵埃を吸引する掃除機本体側とを接続する延長管であって、
前記延長管は、ドライカーボンで構成されたパイプを備える。
この構成によれば、軽量で強固なパイプすなわち延長管ができ、電気掃除機の操作性が向上する。
また、前記延長管は、複数の炭素繊維シートを積層されて構成されたパイプを有する。
この構成によれば、パイプの軽量化、強化性の向上が図れる。特にパイプに半径方向に加わる力の方向に対して強化が図れる。
前記導電ユニットは、両端部に雄型端子部および雌型端子部が設けられた一対の導電ケーブルを有し、
前記第1接続管部は、前記管本体の一端部と結合する第1固定部と、前記一対の導電ケーブルの前記雄型端子部を内部から外部に引き出す第1引出し口を有する前記第1固定部と連設された第1端子保持部とを有し、
前記第2接続管部は、前記管本体の他端部と結合する第2固定部と、前記一対の導電ケーブルの前記雌型端子部を内部から外部に引き出す第2引出し口を有する前記第2固定部と連設された第2端子保持部とを有する。
(1)前記管本体は、その両端部の対向位置に切欠き部を有し、
前記第1接続管部は、前記第1固定部における前記第1端子保持部との境界部に、前記管本体の前記切欠き部と係合する第1位置決め凸部を有し、
前記第2接続管部は、前記第2固定部における前記第2端子保持部との境界部に、前記管本体の前記切欠き部と係合する第2位置決め凸部を有してもよい。
この構成によれば、管本体の両端部に対して第1および第2接続管部を位置決めした上で接着剤にて固定することができるため、ビスといった固定部材の削減および軽量化を図ることができる。
前記第1固定部は、前記中空プレートの一端部を受ける一対の受け片を有し、
前記第2固定部は、前記中空プレートの他端部を受ける一対の受け片を有してもよい。
この構成によれば、中空プレートにて一対の導電ケーブルを保護することができる。また、中空プレートの両端部を第1および第2接続管部にて支持することができるため、導電ユニットを管本体内で支持する構造を省略することができ、管本体の軽量化を図ることができる。
前記第2接続管部は、前記第2引出し口を覆う第2小片と、前記第2小片を前記第2引出し口側へ押さえ付けるように前記第2端子保持部に取り付けられる第2カバー部材とを有してもよい。
この構成によれば、延長管内を通過する空気中のダストが第1および第2引出し口から雄型および雌型端子部側へ流入するのを防止することができる。
前記第1接続管部の前記挿入部の外面に係合凹部が設けられると共に、前記第2接続管部の前記第2端子保持部の内面側に係止爪部を有するロック部材が設けられてもよい。
この構成によれば、延長管の第1接続管部を掃除機本体の吸込筒部に着脱可能に差し込んで連結し、かつ吸込口体のパイプ部を延長管の第2接続管部に着脱可能に差し込んで連結することができる。

Claims (7)
- 吸込口を有する吸込口体と、前記吸込口体に接続され前記吸込口を介して塵埃を吸引する掃除機本体側とを接続する延長管であって、
前記延長管は、ドライカーボンで構成されたパイプを有することを特徴とする電気掃除機の延長管。 - 前記延長管は、複数の炭素繊維シートを積層されて構成されたパイプを有する請求項1に記載の電気掃除機の延長管。
- 管本体と、前記管本体の両端部に設けられた第1接続管部および第2接続管部と、前記第1接続管部内から前記第2接続管部内に亘って設けられた導電ユニットとを備え、
前記導電ユニットは、両端部に雄型端子部および雌型端子部が設けられた一対の導電ケーブルを有し、
前記第1接続管部は、前記管本体の一端部と結合する第1固定部と、前記一対の導電ケーブルの前記雄型端子部を内部から外部に引き出す第1引出し口を有する前記第1固定部と連設された第1端子保持部とを有し、
前記第2接続管部は、前記管本体の他端部と結合する第2固定部と、前記一対の導電ケーブルの前記雌型端子部を内部から外部に引き出す第2引出し口を有する前記第2固定部と連設された第2端子保持部とを有する電気掃除機の延長管。 - 前記管本体は、その両端部の対向位置に切欠き部を有し、
前記第1接続管部は、前記第1固定部における前記第1端子保持部との境界部に、前記管本体の前記切欠き部と係合する第1位置決め凸部を有し、
前記第2接続管部は、前記第2固定部における前記第2端子保持部との境界部に、前記管本体の前記切欠き部と係合する第2位置決め凸部を有する請求項3に記載の電気掃除機の延長管。 - 前記導電ユニットは、前記一対の導電ケーブルを収納する中空プレートを有し、
前記第1固定部は、前記中空プレートの一端部を受ける一対の受け片を有し、
前記第2固定部は、前記中空プレートの他端部を受ける一対の受け片を有する請求項3または4に記載の電気掃除機の延長管。 - 前記第1接続管部は、前記第1引出し口を覆う第1小片と、前記第1小片を前記第1引出し口側へ押さえ付けるように前記第1端子保持部に取り付けられる第1カバー部材とを有し、
前記第2接続管部は、前記第2引出し口を覆う第2小片と、前記第2小片を前記第2引出し口側へ押さえ付けるように前記第2端子保持部に取り付けられる第2カバー部材とを有する請求項3~5のいずれか1つに記載の電気掃除機の延長管。 - 前記第1接続管部は、前記第1端子保持部と連設された挿入部を有し、
前記第1接続管部の前記挿入部の外面に係合凹部が設けられると共に、前記第2接続管部の前記第2端子保持部の内面側に係止爪部を有するロック部材が設けられている請求項3~6のいずれか1つに記載の電気掃除機の延長管。
