Description

安全座椅结构 技术领域
本发明为一种座椅,特别涉及到一种安全座椅结构。
背景技术
目前,随着现代人对于交通安全的日益重视,不管是机车或是汽车相关小朋友的安全设备愈来愈齐全甚至更加完善,安全性能更强化。
尤其在汽车相关安全法规方面,安全座椅已经是家中有小朋友的必备物品,为了确保乘车小朋友的安全考量安全座椅是不可或缺的用品,现阶段市面上的安全座椅均必须安放在后座的座椅上再进行安装,目前市面上有三种安装方式:欧洲固定法、美国固定法和安全带固定法。其中,欧洲固定法有2个连接点,美国固定法有3个连接点。上述2种固定法要求汽车配备专用界面(其实就是个小金属环),而安全带固定方式最为通用,最为简单,但不如前两者稳固。
不管是哪一种安装方式,不变的是安全座椅必须安放在后座的座椅上,如此一来座椅的一半空间则被安全座椅占据,可使用的空间也十分有限,此外,这类型的安全座椅绝大多数都是面朝前的方式摆放,倘若需要背朝前的摆放,则必须将安全座椅拆离后座之后反过来放置,再利用上述的方式进行固定,由于现行的安全座椅重量重因此在搬动固定时十分麻烦且不易。
所以,如何解决上述提到的使用不便、重量过大的问题,是本发明的发明人所要解决技术困难点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:依照小朋友的需求,利用座椅本身椅背的倾斜即可改变乘坐的方式,以此可让不同年龄的小孩或是不同需求的小孩可得到最安全且最舒适的乘坐环境,同时操作十分快速且便利。
为达上述目的,本发明一种安全座椅结构,所述安全座椅安装于车辆内的座椅,所述座椅包括一椅背及一枢接该椅背的椅垫,所述安全座椅安装于所述椅背的背面,随着所述椅背对所述椅垫倾斜的角度而决定所述安全座椅乘坐的方式。
根据本发明的一实施例,其中所述椅背可倾斜使所述安全座椅脱离所述安全椅座箱,所述椅背倾斜角度为30°-60°使所述安全座椅面对所述车辆后方位置。
根据本发明的一实施例,其中所述椅背可倾斜使所述安全座椅脱离所述安全椅座箱,所述椅背倾斜平放并紧贴所述椅垫使所述安全座椅面对所述车辆前方位置。
根据本发明的一实施例,其中所述车辆内部设有一滑轨组,所述滑轨组供所述椅垫 设有安装并移动。
根据本发明的一实施例,更包括一固定于所述车辆内的安全椅座箱,所述安全椅座箱设有一足以屏蔽所述安全座椅的屏蔽空间,且所述安全椅座箱内设有复数置物格。

通过上述设计方案,本发明可以带来如下有益效果:在增加车内乘坐空间的同时,给予不同年龄的小朋友更安全舒适的乘车环境,操作快速便捷。

请参阅图1所示,为本发明较佳实施例的平面示意图。本发明为一种安全座椅结构,安全座椅1安装于车辆内的座椅2,所述座椅2包括一椅背20及一枢接所述椅背20的椅垫22,椅背20设有一第一安全带组12的收纳空间10及椅垫22设有一第二安全带组13的收纳空间10,其中第一安全带组12包含一第一安全带120、一第二安全带121及一第三安全带122,其中第一安全带120及第三安全带122结合为第一上身安全带组123,至于第二安全带组13亦包含一第一安全带Ⅰ130、一第二安全带Ⅰ131及一第三安全带Ⅰ132,其中第一安全带Ⅰ130及第三安全带Ⅰ132结合为第二上身安全带组133。(参考图6及图7)安全座椅1安装于椅背20的背面200,随着椅背20对椅垫22倾斜的角度而决定所述安全座椅1乘坐的方式,其中在车辆内部设有有滑轨组3可供可移动椅垫22的前后位置。另外,车辆设有之后车厢内固定有一安全椅座箱4,安全椅座箱4设有有扣件41(剖面结构为匚字型),利用扣件42可有效固定于后车箱中原有的上隔板40侧边以避免行车时移动,再者,安全椅座箱4另设有有屏蔽空间42及复数置物格44,由屏蔽空间42足以屏蔽安全座椅1,同时安全椅座箱4内设有复数置物格44以供整齐的摆放小孩物品。
一并参考图2及图6所示,为本发明倾斜座椅平放的使用状态平面示意图及安全带组的第一种使用状态示意图。本实施例中以小朋友面向前方乘坐为例,座椅2可直接倾斜椅背20平放并紧贴该椅垫22使所述安全座椅1面对所述车辆前方位置。换言之,倾斜后的椅背20则层叠在椅垫22的上方,而安全座椅1则在椅背20上方,小朋友则可面向车辆前方乘坐。由于采面向前的乘坐方式,因此背部则抵靠在有第一安全带组12的位置,所以第一安全带组12中的上身安全带组123利用第一安全带120及第三安全带122分别设有于乘坐者的两侧胸前,至于第二安全带组13的第二安全带131则位于乘坐者两腿之间并相互扣合,以达到乘坐安全的目的。至于安全椅座箱4则保持原本位置,由于安全椅座箱4安置于车辆的后车厢中,因此原本放置在后车厢的物品受到安全椅座箱4的遮挡以及限制,能有效防止当车辆紧急煞车导致物品移位造成直接碰撞乘坐的小朋友导致伤害。
值得一提,前述中的座椅2直接倾斜椅背20平放并紧贴该椅垫22使所述安全座椅1面对该车辆前方位置,当座椅2完成转动并确定位置后,使用者可透过滑轨组3改变座椅2前后位置,增加空间以方便照顾乘坐的孩童。
一并参考图3、图4及图7所示,为本发明倾斜座椅30°-60°的使用状态平面示意图、座椅往前滑动并倾斜座椅30°-60°的使用状态平面示意图及安全带组的第二种使用状态示意图。本实施例中以小朋友背坐且面向车辆后方乘坐为例,座椅2可直接倾斜椅背20角度为30°-60°让安全座椅1上的小朋友背坐且面向车辆后方位置乘坐,以此让椅背20倾斜脱离安全椅座箱4,安全座椅1上的小朋友背坐且面向车辆后方位置乘坐,换言之,倾斜后的椅背20则与椅垫22呈现30°-60°的态样,而安全座椅1则背朝车辆前方而面向车辆后方,以此让年纪较小的小朋友以背坐的方式面向车辆后方位置乘坐。由于采背坐方式因此背部则抵靠在有第二安全带组13的位置,所以第二安全带组13中的上身安全带组133利用第一安全带Ⅰ130及一第三安全带Ⅰ132分别设有于乘坐者的两侧胸前,至于第一安全带组12的第二安全带121则位于乘坐者两腿之间并相互扣合,以达到乘坐安全的目的。至于安全椅座箱4则保持原本位置,由于安全椅座箱4安置于车辆的后车厢中,因此原本放置在后车厢的物品受到安全椅座箱4的遮挡以及限制,能有效防止当车辆紧急煞车导致物品移位造成直接碰撞乘坐的小朋友导致伤害。
值得一提,前述中的座椅2将椅背20倾斜角度为30°-60°,让安全座椅1上的小朋友背朝车辆前方且面向车辆后方位置乘坐,当座椅2完成转动并确定位置后,使用者可透过滑轨组3改变座椅2前后位置,增加空间以方便照顾乘坐的孩童。
一并参阅图6所示,为本发明安全椅座箱内置放物品的使用状态示意图。安全椅座箱4内壁面底部位置设有有多个大小不同的置物格44,抑或是大小相同的置物格44,以供整齐的摆放小孩物品。
一并参考图8所示,为本发明安全椅座箱与上隔板固定结构的局部放大示意图。为避免行车其间因晃动造成安全椅座箱4位移,因此在安全椅座箱4周边设有扣件41(剖面结构为匚字型)亦可为一体成形,扣件41有固定空间410可供后车箱中原有的上隔板40侧边固定于内,由扣件41能够加强安全椅座箱4的位置固定效果以避免行车时移动。
一并参考图9及图10所示,为本发明转动旋转机构并移动安全座椅的使用状态示意图及恢复安全座椅位置的使用状态示意图。图中箭头为移动及转动之方向,本发明中可在安全座椅1下方装设旋转机构5,可先利用滑轨组3将安全座椅1向前移动,而后由旋转机构5让安全座椅1转动,在移动并且旋转完毕之后,则再由滑轨组3往后移动到适当位置,以此让安全座椅1可朝向车辆前方。
一并参考图11及图12所示,为本发明旋转机构转向的使用状态示意图及旋转机构转向的另一使用状态示意图。图11主要是利用旋转机构5的旋转作动让安全座椅1朝向车内中的任一成员,即可非常方便的照顾幼儿,例如:安抚、喂奶、换尿布等,以此可大大提升照护幼儿的便利性,由上述方式可得知本发明可透过旋转机构5可任意旋转到所需要的角度及位置,而得到极高的便利性。
至于不仅如此,从图12可看出,为了方便将幼儿安放于安全座椅1,可利用旋转机构5的旋转作动功能先将安全座椅1朝向车门方向,此时可以更便利的协助幼儿上车,上车确定位置并系上安全带后则可再将安全座椅1旋转至朝向车辆前方。另外若要下车时,则再次利用旋转机构5的旋转作动将安全座椅1朝向车门方向即可,如此一来可非常方便的协助幼儿上车及下车。
上述实施例仅为例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此项技艺的人士均可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修改。因此本发明的权利保护范围,应如后述申请专利范围所列。

Claims (12)

  1. 安全座椅结构,其特征是:包括一椅背及一枢接该椅背的椅垫,所述安全座椅安装于所述椅背的背面,随着所述椅背对所述椅垫倾斜的角度而决定所述安全座椅乘坐的方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述椅背可倾斜使所述安全座椅脱离所述安全椅座箱,所述椅背倾斜角度为30°-60°使所述安全座椅面对所述车辆后方位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述椅背可倾斜使所述安全座椅脱离所述安全椅座箱,所述椅背倾斜平放并紧贴该椅垫使所述安全座椅面对所述车辆前方位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述车辆内部设有一滑轨组,所述滑轨组供所述椅垫设有安装并移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:更包括一固定于所述车辆内的安全椅座箱,所述安全椅座箱设有一足以屏蔽该安全座椅的屏蔽空间,且所述安全椅座箱内设有复数置物格。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述椅背设有一第一安全带组的收纳空间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述椅垫设有一第二安全带组的收纳空间。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述第一安全带组包含一第一安全带、一第二安全带及一第三安全带,其中所述第一安全带及所述第三安全带结合为第一上身安全带组。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述第二安全带组包含一第一安全带、一第二安全带及一第三安全带,其中所述第一安全带及所述第三安全带结合为第二上身安全带组。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述安全椅座箱设有一扣件。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:其中所述安全椅座箱一体成 形一扣件。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的安全座椅结构,其特征是:更包括一设置于所述安全座椅下方以供转动的旋转机构。
