前記契約書にIDを付与する契約書ID付与手段と、
前記ユーザにIDを付与するユーザID付与手段と、
前記契約書IDと前記ユーザIDとを関連付けてID関連情報として記憶するID関連情報記憶手段と、
前記記憶されたID関連情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに対して、前記契約書へのアクセスを制御する契約書アクセス制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする契約書管理システムを提供する。
前記検出されたキーワードの中から契約相手を認識する契約相手認識手段と、
前記認識された契約相手の企業情報を管理する契約相手企業情報管理手段と、
を備え、
前記重要箇所認識手段が、前記契約相手又は前記契約相手の企業情報に応じて、前記重要箇所を認識することを特徴とする契約書管理システムを提供する。
前記検出されたキーワード、前記契約相手、前記契約相手の企業情報、の少なくともいずれか一つから契約のリスクを判断する契約リスク判断手段を備え、
前記注目度変更手段は、判断された契約のリスクに応じて、注目度を段階的に表示することを特徴とする契約書管理システムを提供する。

当該契約書で契約するユーザにとっての重要箇所を認識するステップと、

図1は、本発明の好適な実施形態の概要図である。この図1に基づいて、本発明の概要を説明する。
図2は、端末100の機能ブロックと各機能の関係を示す図である。端末100は、制御部110、通信部120、記憶部130、入力部140、出力部150、から構成される。制御部110は記憶部130と協働してキーワード検出モジュール111、重要箇所認識モジュール112を実現する。また、出力部150は、制御部110、記憶部130と協働して注目度変更モジュール151を実現する。
図3は、端末100での重要箇所の注目度変更処理のフローチャート図である。上述した各モジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
図4は、契約期間更新機能を備える場合の端末100の機能ブロックと各機能の関係を示す図である。図2の構成に加えて、端末100の制御部110は記憶部130と協働して契約期間認識モジュール113を実現する。また、制御部110は通信部120、記憶部130と協働して契約期間更新モジュール114を実現する。
図6は、契約書分類機能を備える場合の端末100の機能ブロックと各機能の関係を示す図である。図2の構成に加えて、端末100の制御部110は記憶部130と協働して契約種類認識モジュール115、契約書分類モジュール116を実現する。
端末100とコンピュータ200から構成される契約書管理システムについて説明する。図8は、ID関連情報記憶機能と、契約書アクセス制御機能と、を備える場合の端末100とコンピュータ200の機能ブロックと各機能の関係を示す図である。端末100、コンピュータ200は、通信網300を介してデータ通信可能であるものとする。端末100は、制御部110、通信部120、記憶部130、入力部140、出力部150、から構成される。出力部150は、制御部110、通信部120、記憶部130と協働して注目度変更モジュール152を実現する。コンピュータ200は、制御部210、通信部220、記憶部230、入力部240、出力部250、から構成される。制御部210は通信部220、記憶部230と協働してキーワード検出モジュール211、重要箇所認識モジュール212、契約書ID付与モジュール213、ユーザID付与モジュール214、ID関連情報記憶モジュール215、契約書アクセス制御モジュール216を実現する。通信網300は、インターネット等の公衆通信網でも専用通信網でも良い。
図9は、端末100とコンピュータ200のID関連情報記憶処理のフローチャート図である。上述した各装置のモジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
図10は、端末100とコンピュータ200の契約書アクセス制御処理のフローチャート図である。上述した各装置のモジュールが実行する処理について、本処理に併せて説明する。
図11は、契約リスク判断機能を備える場合の端末100とコンピュータ200の機能ブロックと各機能の関係を示す図である。端末100、コンピュータ200は、通信網300を介してデータ通信可能であるものとする。端末100は、制御部110、通信部120、記憶部130、入力部140、出力部150、から構成される。出力部150は、制御部110、通信部120、記憶部130と協働して注目度変更モジュール152を実現する。コンピュータ200は、制御部210、通信部220、記憶部230、入力部240、出力部250、から構成される。制御部210は通信部220、記憶部230と協働してキーワード検出モジュール211、重要箇所認識モジュール212、契約相手認識モジュール217、契約相手企業情報管理モジュール218、契約リスク判断モジュール219を実現する。通信網300は、インターネット等の公衆通信網でも専用通信網でも良い。
Claims (8)
- 契約書を管理する契約書管理システムであって、
前記契約書の文章中から所定のキーワードを検出するキーワード検出手段と、
前記検出されたキーワードの中から、
当該契約書で契約するユーザにとっての重要箇所を認識する重要箇所認識手段と、
前記認識された重要箇所の注目度を変更する注目度変更手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする契約書管理システム。 - 前記検出されたキーワードの中から前記契約書の契約期間を認識する契約期間認識手段と、
前記認識された契約期間を所定の期間だけ更新する契約期間更新手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の契約書管理システム。 - 前記検出されたキーワードの中から契約種類を認識する契約種類認識手段と、
前記認識された契約種類に基づいて、前記契約書を分類する契約書分類手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の契約書管理システム。 - 前記契約書にIDを付与する契約書ID付与手段と、
前記ユーザにIDを付与するユーザID付与手段と、
前記契約書IDと前記ユーザIDとを関連付けてID関連情報として記憶するID関連情報記憶手段と、
前記記憶されたID関連情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに対して、前記契約書へのアクセスを制御する契約書アクセス制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の契約書管理システム。 - 前記検出されたキーワードの中から契約相手を認識する契約相手認識手段と、
前記認識された契約相手の企業情報を管理する契約相手企業情報管理手段と、
を備え、
前記重要箇所認識手段が、前記契約相手又は前記契約相手の企業情報に応じて、前記重要箇所を認識することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の契約書管理システム。 - 前記検出されたキーワード、前記契約相手、前記契約相手の企業情報、の少なくともいずれか一つから契約のリスクを判断する契約リスク判断手段を備え、
前記注目度変更手段は、判断された契約のリスクに応じて、注目度を段階的に表示することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の契約書管理システム。 - 契約書を管理する契約書管理方法であって、
前記契約書の文章中から所定のキーワードを検出するステップと、
前記検出されたキーワードの中から、
当該契約書で契約するユーザにとっての重要箇所を認識するステップと、
前記認識された重要箇所の注目度を変更するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする契約書管理方法。 - 契約書を管理する契約書管理システムに、
前記契約書の文章中から所定のキーワードを検出するステップ、
前記検出されたキーワードの中から、
当該契約書で契約するユーザにとっての重要箇所を認識するステップ、
前記認識された重要箇所の注目度を変更するステップ、
を実行させるための契約書管理プログラム。
