Description

集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构 技术领域
本公开设计集成型钢加工技术领域,例如涉及一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构。
背景技术
集成型钢住宅产品的自身优点在施工过程中得到一定的认可,具有广阔的应用前景。但是集成型钢住宅产品在生产制造过程中反映出一些必须给予重视的薄弱环节:集成型钢产品的装配工序及焊接工序。由于相关技术中均是采用人工或半自动程度不高的机械装配与焊接方法,且生产过程中采用不连续的人工操作吊运方法,例如在集成型钢拼焊前,若所用的单根型钢的规格不同,这就需要在拼焊前进行插料,相关技术中采用人工吊运来进行插料,存在着生产效率低、人工成本高、产品质量不稳定等问题,这些问题已经成为集成型钢住宅产品生产过程中的主要问题。
发明内容
本公开提供一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构,能够自动实施集成型钢生产线中的插料作业,以解决相关技术中集成型钢在加工过程中存在的上述问题。
一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构,包括:横向输送机构和纵向输送机构;
所述横向输送机构包括输送线,其中所述输送线设置为传输多根并列设置的待插型钢;
所述纵向输送机构设置于所述输送线的出料端,所述纵向输送机构包括机架、驱动装置和多个纵向输送辊,所述纵向输送辊通过转轴可转动地设置在所述机架靠近所述输送线的一侧,所述多个纵向输送辊的辊面高度与所述输送线的表面高度相同,且所述驱动装置设置为驱动所述多个纵向输送辊向码垛机构的进料口传输所述待插型钢。
可选地,所述输送线由间隔设置的多个板链式输送线组成,所述多个板链式输送线由同一驱动轴驱动,所述驱动轴设置为与横向驱动电机连接。
可选地,所述驱动装置包括设置于所述机架上的纵向驱动电机,所述纵向驱动电机的输出轴上固定有驱动链轮,所述驱动链轮通过驱动链条带动传动链轮转动,其中所述传动链轮设置在所述转轴上。
可选地,所述纵向输送辊的远离所述传输线的一端设置有用于对待插型钢限位的限位凸台。
可选地,所述纵向输送辊的靠近所述传输线的一端设置有锥形部。
本公开提供的集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构,与相关技术相比,该插料机构在插料过程中,横向输送机构将待插型钢送到纵向输送辊上,再由纵向输送辊将待插型钢送入集成型钢的码垛机构内,自动化程度高,节省人力,提高了工作效率,而且操作安全可靠,产品质量稳定。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3,在本实施例中,一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构包括横向输送机构和纵向输送机构,所述横向输送机构由间隔设置的多个输送线1组成,所述多个输送线1通过同一驱动轴2驱动,所述驱动轴2设置为与横向驱动电机3连接,所述多个输送线1设置为传输多根待插型钢4。其中,所述输送线1上的待插型钢4可以相互平行排列,即并列设置。
所述纵向输送机构设置于所述多个输送线1的出料端,所述纵向输送机包括机架5、纵向驱动电机6和多个间隔布置的纵向输送辊7,所述机架5靠近所述传输线1的一侧通过转轴8可转动地设置有多个纵向输送辊7,所述多个纵向输送辊7的辊面高度与所述多个输送线1的表面高度相同,且所述多个纵向输送辊7设置为向集成型钢的码垛机构9的进料口传输上述待插型钢4。
所述转轴8上均安装有传动链轮10,所述纵向驱动电机6的输出轴上固定 有驱动链轮11,所述驱动链轮11设置为通过驱动链条驱动传动链轮10。所述纵向驱动电机6通过驱动链轮11以及驱动链条带动传动链轮10转动,传动链轮10通过转轴8驱动纵向输送辊7与驱动电机6同步转动。
所述纵向输送辊7的远离所述传输线1的一端设置有用于对待插型钢4限位的限位凸台12。所述纵向输送辊7的靠近所述传输线1的端部设置为便于待插型钢4进入纵向输送辊的锥形部13。
可选地,所述传输线1为板链式输送线。
在进行插料时,横向驱动电机3驱动多个输送线1运动一定距离,将输送线1上最靠近纵向输送辊7的待插型钢4送到纵向输送辊7上,然后纵向驱动电机6驱动所有纵向输送辊7同步移动,将待插型钢4经进料口送入集成型钢的码垛机构9中。
上述集成型钢的自动插料机构可与型钢堆垛机配套使用,也可以应用于集成型钢的拼焊生产线上。
工业实用性
本公开提供一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构,与相关技术相比,自动化程度高,节省人力,提高了工作效率,而且操作安全可靠,产品质量稳定。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种集成型钢生产线的自动插料机构,包括:横向输送机构和纵向输送机构;
    所述横向输送机构包括输送线,其中所述输送线设置为传输多根并列设置的待插型钢;
    所述纵向输送机构设置于所述输送线的出料端,所述纵向输送机构包括机架、驱动装置和多个纵向输送辊,所述纵向输送辊通过转轴可转动地设置在所述机架靠近所述输送线的一侧,所述多个纵向输送辊的辊面高度与所述输送线的表面高度相同,且所述驱动装置设置为驱动所述多个纵向输送辊向码垛机构的进料口传输所述待插型钢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插料机构,所述输送线由间隔设置的多个板链式输送线组成,所述多个板链式输送线由同一驱动轴驱动,所述驱动轴设置为与横向驱动电机连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的插料机构,所述驱动装置包括设置于所述机架上的纵向驱动电机,所述纵向驱动电机的输出轴上固定有驱动链轮,所述驱动链轮通过驱动链条带动传动链轮转动,其中所述传动链轮设置在所述转轴上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的插料机构,所述纵向输送辊的远离所述传输线的一端设置有用于对待插型钢限位的限位凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的插料机构,所述纵向输送辊的靠近所述传输线的一端设置有锥形部。
