しかしながら、水等で洗浄した後、ブラシの毛束に水分が保持された状態が長時間続くと、微生物や黴が発生したり、異臭が発生するなどして再度使用する際に不快感を与えるばかりでなく、衛生的にも問題となる。また、中性洗剤に含まれる界面活性剤がブラシの毛束中に残存すると毛束がべたつき、化粧料を塗布することが困難となる。さらに、洗浄後のブラシを不適切な状態で放置しておくと、乾燥途中で、ブラシの毛束が湾曲したり捻れたりして変形が生じ、化粧用ブラシで再度化粧する際、肌当たりが悪く、化粧料が塗布しづらくなり、化粧効果も十分に得ることができなくなる。
一方、化粧用ブラシの乾燥を早めるために、ドライヤーなどを用いて毛束に熱風をあてるとブラシの毛束は損傷し、化粧用ブラシの寿命を著しく縮めるとともに、毛束が本来有する柔らかい感触が損なわれ、化粧行為が不快となるとともに、化粧料を均一に塗布することが困難となるため、十分な化粧効果を得ることが困難となる。また、ドライヤーを用いて乾燥するなどの行為は、そもそも手間がかかるため、使用者にとっては煩わしい行為である。
このため、洗浄剤をティッシュペーパーあるいはタオル等に含浸させ、これを用いて化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料や皮脂等を拭き取るか、直接、化粧ブラシに洗浄剤を吹きつけ、乾燥したティッシュペーパー等で拭き取ることで、付着した化粧料等の汚れを容易に除去することができる、速乾性に優れた化粧ブラシ用の洗浄剤の開発が望まれる。
本発明は、洗浄剤をティッシュペーパーあるいはタオル等に含浸させ、これを用いて化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料や皮脂等を拭き取るか、直接、化粧ブラシに洗浄剤を吹きつけ、乾燥したティッシュペーパー等で拭き取ることで、付着した化粧料等の汚れを容易に除去することができる、速乾性に優れた化粧ブラシ用の洗浄剤を提供することを課題とする。
前記課題を解決するために本発明者が検討を行った結果、低級アルコールと、揮発性油と、水と、を所定量配合することにより、化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料等の汚れを容易に除去することができ、さらに速乾性にも優れた化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
すなわち本発明は、（Ａ）低級アルコール ３０～９９質量％、（Ｂ）揮発性油 １～７０質量％、及び、（Ｃ）水 ７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)を含有することを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤である。
さらに本発明は、前記（Ａ）低級アルコールが、エタノール又はイソプロピルアルコールであることを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤である。
また本発明は、前記（Ｂ）揮発性油が、イソドデカン、イソヘキサデカン、水添ポリイソブテン、シクロペンタシロキサン及びジメチコンからなる群から選ばれる１又は２種以上であることを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤である。
さらに本発明は、前記の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤をディスペンサー容器に収容したことを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄製品である。
本発明によれば、化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤をティッシュペーパーあるいはタオル等に含浸させ、これを用いて化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料や皮脂等を拭き取ることにより、化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料等の汚れを容易に除去することができ、さらに速乾性にも優れることから乾燥するための作業を行う必要をなくすことができる。
また本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤を化粧ブラシに直接吹きつけた後、化粧ブラシを乾いたティッシュペーパーやタオル等で拭くことによっても、化粧料等の汚れを容易に除去することができる。
さらに化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤に化粧ブラシを浸漬した後、化粧ブラシを乾いたティッシュペーパー等で拭くことによっても同様の効果を得ることができる。
本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、界面活性剤を配合することを必要としないため、化粧ブラシの毛束中に界面活性剤が残存することを防止し、毛束のべたつきの発生をなくすことができる。
本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、（Ａ）低級アルコール３０～９９質量％、（Ｂ）揮発性油１～７０質量％、及び、（Ｃ）水７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)を含有する。
（Ａ）低級アルコール
本発明において用いる低級アルコールは、化粧料に通常使用されるものであれば特に制限されず、１種又は２種以上を用いることができる。

低級アルコールとしては、炭素数２～１０の直鎖又は分岐の、飽和又は不飽和の、１価又は多価の、脂肪族アルコールを用いることができる。例えば、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、１，２－プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、１，３－ブチレングリコール、１，２－ペンタンジオール、ヘキシレングリコール、グリセリン、ソルビトール、１，２，３－ブタントリオール、１，２，３－ペンタントリオール、１，２，３，４－ペンタンテトロール、及びこれらの異性体が挙げられるが、中でも、化粧ブラシを洗浄した後の乾燥速度やブラシの異臭を低減する効果に優れることから、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコールが特に好ましい。
低級アルコールの配合量は３０質量％以上とする。低級アルコールが少なすぎると、配合する揮発性油が溶解せず２層に分離してしまい、化粧ブラシに付着した化粧料や皮脂等の汚れを十分に除去できないおそれがあるためである。
（Ｂ）揮発性油
本発明において用いる揮発性油としては、常圧における沸点が６０～２６０℃の範囲にある低沸点の炭化水素油あるいはシリコーン油等が挙げられる。

揮発性の炭化水素油としては、直鎖状、分岐状のいずれのものを用いても良い。このような揮発性の炭化水素油としては、イソデカン、イソドデカン、イソヘキサデカン、水添ポリイソブテン(軽質流動性イソパラフィン)等が挙げられる。
揮発性のシリコーン油としては、例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサン(ジメチコン)、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン等の鎖状ポリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン、テトラメチルテトラハイドロジェンシクロテトラシロキサン等の環状ポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。また、これらの商品例としては、例えば、信越化学工業株式会社製のＫＦ９６Ｌ－０．６５、ＫＦ９６Ｌ－１、ＫＦ９６Ｌ－１．５、ＫＦ９９５、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン株式会社製のＳＨ２００－１ｃｓ、ＳＨ２００－１．５ｃｓ、ＳＨ２００－２ｃｓ、東芝シリコーン株式会社製のＴＳＦ４０４、ＴＳＦ４０５、ＴＳＦ４０４５等がある。
（Ｃ）水
本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、水を７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)含有することができる。これにより、金属イオン封鎖剤、安定剤、防腐剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、水性薬剤等の水性成分を適宜配合することが可能となる。水の配合量が多すぎると、揮発性油が分離してしまい、化粧ブラシに均一に塗布することが困難となるおそれがある。
本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、水を７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)含有することができる。これにより、金属イオン封鎖剤、安定剤、防腐剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、水性薬剤等の水性成分を適宜配合することが可能となる。水の配合量が多すぎると、揮発性油が分離してしまい、化粧ブラシに均一に塗布することが困難となるおそれがある。
本発明の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、水が混入しても、その量が全体の７質量％以下であれば、速乾性を維持しながら、揮発性油が分離することなく均一な状態を保つことができる。これにより、化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤を収容した容器の接合部から水が浸入したり、容器を形成する樹脂を透過して水蒸気が混入しても、揮発性油が分離することなく、化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤の品質を長期に亘って安定に保持することができるため、洗面所や風呂場において繰り返し使用を継続することが可能となる。
化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤をディスペンサー容器に収容すれば、手を汚すことなく所定量の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤を化粧ブラシに塗布することができるため、付着した化粧料等の汚れをさらに容易に除去することが可能となる。ディスペンサー容器としては、内容物をミスト状にして噴霧するタイプのもの、あるいは内容物を液状のまま吐出するタイプのものなど、適宜選択して採用することができる。
以下、具体例を挙げて本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、これらは本発明の技術的範囲を何ら限定するものではない。なお、以下の実施例等における配合量は特記しない限り質量％である。
表１、表２に示す配合処方により得られた各化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤について評価した。評価は、製造直後の状態と、ファンデーションを塗布した後の化粧ブラシを各化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤を含浸したティッシュペーパーで拭き取った際の洗浄効果、速乾性、べたつきの無さに関する機能性と、さらに３７°Ｃにおける加湿条件下(98%RH)での長期安定性(３週間経過後の状態)について評価した。
評価の基準は、以下の通りである。

ａ：非常に優れる（合格）、ｂ：優れる（合格）、ｃ：やや優れる（合格）、ｄ：やや劣る（不合格）、ｅ：劣る（不合格）
＜評価基準＞
ａ：非常に優れる（合格）、ｂ：優れる（合格）、ｃ：やや優れる（合格）、ｄ：やや劣る（不合格）、ｅ：劣る（不合格）
表１に示すように実施例３～７は、いずれの評価項目においても、「ａ：非常に優れる(合格)」の評価を得ることができた。実施例１、２は、洗浄効果に関する機能性評価において「ｃ：やや優れる(合格)」であるものの、その他の評価項目については、「ａ：非常に優れる(合格)」の結果であった。実施例８～１０は、速乾性に関する機能性評価において「ｂ：優れる(合格)」もしくは「ｃ：やや優れる(合格)」であるものの、その他の評価項目については、「ａ：非常に優れる(合格)」の結果であった。
以上から、化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤としての機能を発揮するためには、（Ａ）低級アルコール３０～９９質量％、（Ｂ）揮発性油１～７０質量％、及び、（Ｃ）水７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)を含有することが必要であるが、更にすぐれた洗浄効果を得るためには、（Ａ）低級アルコールの配合量を３０～９５質量％とし、（Ｂ）揮発性油の配合量を５～７０質量％とすることが好ましい。また、更にすぐれた速乾性を得るためには、（Ｃ）水の配合量を５質量％未満(０質量％を含む)とすることが好ましい。
また、実施例１～１０に示す化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤は、界面活性剤を配合することを必要としないため、化粧ブラシの毛束中に界面活性剤が残存することを防止し、毛束のべたつきの発生をなくすことができる。
表２に示すように比較例５、６は、製造直後に油相が溶解せず２層に分離した状態が確認された。また、比較例３は、加湿条件下における長期安定性試験において分離が認められた。さらに比較例１、２、４は、分離等は起こらず性状には問題ないものの、洗浄効果、速乾燥性、べたつきの無さに関するいずれかの機能性評価において「ｄ：やや劣る(不合格)」の結果であった。
Claims (4)
- （Ａ）低級アルコール ３０～９９質量％、
（Ｂ）揮発性油 １～７０質量％、及び、
（Ｃ）水 ７質量％以下(０質量％を含む)
を含有することを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤。 - 前記（Ａ）低級アルコールが、エタノール又はイソプロピルアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項１記載の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤。
- 前記（Ｂ）揮発性油が、イソドデカン、イソヘキサデカン、水添ポリイソブテン、シクロペンタシロキサン及びジメチコンからなる群から選ばれる１又は２種以上であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤。
- 請求項１乃至３のいずれかに記載の化粧ブラシ用洗浄剤をディスペンサー容器に収容したことを特徴とする化粧ブラシ用洗浄製品。
