技术领域
本发明涉及为了去除附着于化妆刷的化妆品、皮脂等的污物的化妆刷用的清洗剂。
背景技术
对于为了将粉底等化妆品涂布于脸而被广泛使用的化妆刷,为了去除因使用而附着的化妆品、皮脂等的污物,大多数用水或温水、或者在其中加入中性洗涤剂进行清洗。
然而,用水等清洗之后,如果在刷的毛束中水分保持的状态持续长时间的话,会产生微生物、霉、或发生臭味等,不仅在再次使用时带来不愉快的感觉,而且也会成为卫生问题。另外,中性洗涤剂所包含的表面活性剂如果残留在刷的毛束中的话,毛束发粘、成为难以涂布化妆品。进而,如果将清洗后的刷在不适的状态下放置的话,在干燥过程中刷的毛束会弯曲或扭曲而发生变形,在再次用化妆用刷化妆时,肌肤接触不良、化妆品变得难以涂布,变得无法充分得到化妆效果。
另一方面,为了使化妆用刷的干燥加速,使用干燥机等对毛束施加热风时刷的毛束损伤、化妆用刷的寿命显著缩短,并且毛束本来所具有的柔软的触感受损、化妆行为变得不舒服,并且变得难以均匀地涂布化妆品,因此变得难以得到充分的化妆效果。另外,使用干燥机进行干燥等的行为到底也是耗费时间,因此对于使用者来说是麻烦的行为。
因此,期待开发通过将清洗剂浸渍于薄绵纸或毛巾等且使用其将附着于化妆刷的化妆品、皮脂等擦掉、或直接将清洗剂吹送于化妆刷且用干燥的薄绵纸等擦掉,由此能够容易去除附着的化妆品等的污物的、速干性优异的化妆刷用的清洗剂。

发明要解决的问题
本发明的课题在于,提供:通过将清洗剂浸渍于薄绵纸或毛巾等且使用其将附着于化妆刷的化妆品、皮脂等擦掉、或直接将清洗剂吹送于化妆刷且用干燥的薄绵纸等擦掉,由此能够容易去除附着的化妆品等的污物的、速干性优异的化妆刷用的清洗剂。
用于解决问题的方案
为了解决前述课题,本发明者进行了研究,结果发现:通过配合规定量的低级醇、挥发性油和水,由此能够容易地去除附着于化妆刷的化妆品等的污物,进而得到速干性也优异的化妆刷用清洗剂,至此完成了本发明。
即,本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂的特征在于,其含有:(A)低级醇30~99质量%、(B)挥发性油1~70质量%和(C)水7质量%以下(包含0质量%)。
进而,本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂的特征在于,前述(A)低级醇为乙醇或异丙醇。
另外,本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂的特征在于,前述(B)挥发性油为选自由异十二烷、异十六烷、氢化聚异丁烯、环戊硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷组成的组中的1种或2种以上。
进而,本发明的化妆刷用清洗制品的特征在于,在分配容器中收纳有前述的化妆刷用清洗剂。
发明的效果
根据本发明,通过将化妆刷用清洗剂浸渍于薄绵纸或毛巾等且使用其将附着于化妆刷的化妆品、皮脂等擦掉,由此能够容易去除附着于化妆刷的化妆品等的污物,进而由于速干性也优异,因此无需进行干燥的作业。
另外,将本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂直接吹送到化妆刷之后,也可以通过用干燥的薄绵纸、毛巾等擦拭化妆刷而容易地去除化妆品等的污物。
进而,在化妆刷用清洗剂中浸渍化妆刷之后,也可以通过用干燥的薄绵纸、毛巾等擦拭化妆刷而得到同样的效果。
本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂无需配合表面活性剂,因此可以防止化妆刷的毛束中残存表面活性剂,不会发生毛束的发粘。
具体实施方式
本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂含有(A)低级醇30~99质量%、(B)挥发性油1~70质量%和(C)水7质量%以下(包含0质量%)。
(A)低级醇
本发明中使用的低级醇只要为通常化妆品中使用的低级醇就没有特别限制,可以使用1种或2种以上。
作为低级醇,可以使用碳数2~10的直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的、1元或多元的、脂肪族醇。例如可列举出:乙醇、异丙醇、1,2-丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、己二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇、1,2,3-丁三醇、1,2,3-戊三醇、1,2,3,4-戊四醇和它们的异构体,其中,从清洗化妆刷后的干燥速度、降低刷的臭味的效果优异出发,特别优选乙醇、异丙醇。
低级醇的配合量设为30质量%以上。这是由于,低级醇过少时,配合的挥发性油不溶解而分离为2层,担心无法充分去除附着于化妆刷的化妆品、皮脂等的污物。
(B)挥发性油
作为本发明中使用的挥发性油,可列举出在常压下的沸点处于60~260℃的范围内的低沸点的烃油或硅油等。
作为挥发性的烃油,可以使用直链状、支链状中的任意一者。作为这样的挥发性的烃油,可列举出异癸烷、异十二烷、异十六烷、氢化聚异丁烯(轻质流动性异链烷烃))等。
作为挥发性的硅油,例如可列举出二甲基聚硅氧烷(聚二甲基硅氧烷)、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、聚甲基氢硅氧烷等链状聚硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环戊硅氧烷、十二甲基环己硅氧烷、四甲基四氢环四硅氧烷等环状聚硅氧烷等。另外,作为这些的商品例,例如有信越化学工业株式会社制造的KF96L-0.65、KF96L-1、KF96L-1.5、KF995、Dow CorningToray Silicon Co.Ltd.制造的SH200-1cs、SH200-1.5cs、SH200-2cs、东芝有机硅株式会社制造的TSF404、TSF405、TSF4045等。
(C)水
本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂可以含有水7质量%以下(包含0质量%)。由此,能够适当配合掩蔽剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、水性药剂等水性成分。水的配合量过多时,有挥发性油分离、难以均匀地涂布于化妆刷的担心。
对于本发明的化妆刷用清洗剂,水即使混入、其量只要为整体的7质量%以下,就能够维持速干性、且挥发性油不会分离的状态下保持均匀的状态。由此,即使水从收纳有化妆刷用清洗剂的容器的接合部浸入、或水蒸气透过形成容器的树脂而混入,也能够在挥发性油不分离的情况下经长期且稳定地保持化妆刷用清洗剂的品质,因此,能够在洗手间、浴室中持续反复使用。
若将化妆刷用清洗剂收纳于分配容器,则能够在不弄脏手的情况下将规定量的化妆刷用清洗剂涂布于化妆刷,因此,能够将附着的化妆品等的污物进一步容易地去除。作为分配容器,可适宜选择将内容物喷雾为雾状的类型、或者将内容物直接以液状排出的类型等而采用。
实施例
以下,举出具体例而进一步详细说明本发明,但这些并不限定本发明的技术范围。需要说明的是,以下实施例等中的配合量没有特别说明的话为质量%。
针对根据表1、表2所示配合配方得到的各化妆刷用清洗剂进行评价。评价是针对刚刚制造后的状态、利用浸渍了各化妆刷用清洗剂的薄绵纸擦拭涂布粉底后的化妆刷时的清洗效果、速干性、发粘的有无相关的功能性、和进而在37℃下的加湿条件下(98%RH)的长期稳定性(经过3周后的状态)进行评价。
评价的基准如以下所述。

a:非常优异(合格)、b:优异(合格)、c:略优异(合格)、d:略差(不合格)、e:差(不合格)

注:siliconeKF96L-1.5cs、siliconeKF96A-6cS、siliconeKF-96-100cs均为信越化学工业株式会社制造的硅油的商品名
如表1所示,实施例3~7在所有评价项目中均可以得到“a:非常优异(合格)”的评价。实施例1、2在清洗效果相关的功能性评价中为“c:略优异(合格)”,但关于其他评价项目,为“a:非常优异(合格)”的结果。实施例8~10在速干性相关的功能性评价中为“b:优异(合格)”或“c:略优异(合格)”,但关于其他评价项目,为“a:非常优异(合格)”的结果。
由以上,为了发挥作为化妆刷用清洗剂的功能,必须含有(A)低级醇30~99质量%、(B)挥发性油1~70质量%和(C)水7质量%以下(包含0质量%),为了得到更加优异的清洗效果,优选(A)低级醇的配合量设为30~95质量%、(B)挥发性油的配合量设为5~70质量%。另外,为了得到更加优异的速干性,优选(C)水的配合量设为不足5质量%(包含0质量%)。
另外,实施例1~10所示的化妆刷用清洗剂由于不必配合表面活性剂,因此,可以防止化妆刷的毛束中残留表面活性剂、毛束的发粘的发生消失。

如表2所示比较例5、6确认到刚刚制造后油相未溶解而分离为2层的状态。另外,比较例3在加湿条件下的长期稳定性试验中确认到分离。进而,比较例1、2、4虽然未引起分离等,性状上没有问题,但清洗效果、速干燥性、发粘的有无相关的功能性评价中均为“d:略差(不合格)”的结果。
Claims (4)
1.一种化妆刷用清洗剂,其特征在于,含有:
(A)低级醇30~99质量%、
(B)挥发性油1~70质量%、和
(C)水7质量%以下,其中包含0质量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆刷用清洗剂,其特征在于,前述(A)低级醇为乙醇或异丙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆刷用清洗剂,其特征在于,前述(B)挥发性油选自由异十二烷、异十六烷、氢化聚异丁烯、环戊硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷组成的组中的1种或2种以上。
4.一种化妆刷用清洗制品,其特征在于,在分配容器中收纳有权利要求1~3中任一项所述的化妆刷用清洗剂。
