Abstract
一种膜材以及撕膜装置。该膜材包括膜体(110)和设置在膜体(110)上的第一保护膜(111),并且第一保护膜(111)包括第一磁性部(1110)。由此,该膜材的第一保护膜(111)可通过磁力撕开去除,无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,从而提高撕膜成功率,并且还避免了按压压力过大导致膜体损坏的问题。
Description
本发明的实施例涉及一种膜材以及撕膜装置。
在液晶显示(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)面板和有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示面板的制作过程中,通常会使用保护膜对需要保护的膜层进行保护。
例如,在大尺寸有机发光二极管(OLED)显示面板的封装工艺中,面封装工艺用到的热固型胶材为三层,第一层为粘性胶材保护膜,第二层为封装粘着膜,第三层为粘性胶材保护膜。因此,在使用需要保护的膜层时需要使用撕膜装置来撕开并且移除封装保护膜。
目前使用的撕膜技术是使用机械臂抓取胶带后移动到设定位置并将胶带按压在待撕薄膜上使胶带粘在待撕薄膜上,通过胶带和待撕薄膜之间的粘力,移动机械臂将待撕薄膜拉起并撕掉。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种膜材以及撕膜装置。该膜材包括膜体和设置在膜体上的第一保护膜,并且第一保护膜包括第一磁性部。由此,该膜材的第一保护膜可通过磁力撕开去除,无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,从而提高撕膜成功率,并且还避免了按压压力过大导致膜体损坏的问题。
本发明至少一个实施例提供一种膜材,其包括:膜体;以及设置在膜体上的第一保护膜,其中,所述第一保护膜包括第一磁性部。

图1a-图1b为一种撕膜装置撕膜的示意图。如图1a所示,膜材10包括膜体11、设置在膜体11上方的第一保护膜12以及设置在膜体11下方的第二保护膜13。撕膜装置包括承载台21,承载台21用于承载膜材10;胶带22,胶带22用于粘附膜材的保护膜(例如,第一保护膜12或第二保护膜13);以及机械臂23,机械臂23用于抓取胶带并将使用胶带将保护膜撕开并去除。如图1a-图1b所示,通常的撕膜方法包括:使用机械臂23抓取胶带22并移动到膜材10上方的设定位置;使用机械臂23将胶带22向下按压并通过粘性将第一
保护膜12粘附;以及使用机械臂23将胶带22拉起并将第一保护膜12撕开并去除。然而,在研究中,本发明设计人发现:由于机械臂传动的精度有限,每次位移的位置有所差别,从而导致机械臂抓取胶带的位置稍有不同,因此,该撕膜装置无法做到每次都抓取成功,从而影响撕膜成功率。根据胶带的批次不同,胶带的特性(例如粘性)有所不同,因此,不同批次的胶带需要不同的按压压力来保证可成功粘附第一保护膜。按压压力太小会导致无法拉起第一保护膜,而按压压力太大会导致损坏膜体,因此,按压压力的设置也会影响该撕膜装置的撕膜成功率。另外,机械臂拉起的方向也同样会影响撕膜成功率,而拉起方向的设置也较为复杂,稍有偏差就会导致撕膜失败。
本发明实施例提供一种膜材以及撕膜装置。该膜材包括膜体和设置在膜体上的第一保护膜,并且第一保护膜包括第一磁性部。该撕膜装置包括承载台,承载台配置为承载膜材;以及吸附平台,吸附平台设置在承载台上方,吸附平台包括磁力产生装置,磁力产生装置配置为产生磁力并将第一保护膜的磁性部吸附。由此,该撕膜装置可将膜材的第一保护膜通过磁力撕开并去除,无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,从而提高撕膜成功率,并且还避免了按压压力过大导致膜体损坏的问题。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的膜材和撕膜装置进行说明。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种膜材,如图2所示,该膜材包括膜体110以及设置在所述膜体110上的第一保护膜111,第一保护膜111具有第一磁性部1110。
在本实施例提供的膜材中,第一保护膜111具有第一磁性部1110,第一磁性部1110具有磁性,因此,可通过磁力将第一磁性部1110吸附,从而将第一保护膜111吸附,进而可将第一保护膜111从膜体110上撕开并去除。因为可通过磁力吸附第一磁性部1110,所以无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,从而提高了撕膜成功率。另一方面,由于磁力可采用感应线圈来产生,因此可以通过控制电流的大小,灵活地控制磁力的大小,从而可适应性地对不同批次的膜材进行高效的撕膜,例如,当设定的磁力较小无法将第一磁性部1110吸附时,与感应线圈相连的控制电路可立即增加通过该感应线圈的电流,从而增加磁力的大小以将第一磁性部1110吸附。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的膜材中,如图2所示,第一磁性部1110
设置在第一保护膜111的边缘。由此,当第一磁性部1110被磁力吸附并拉起时,可沿第一保护膜111的边缘向中心的方向将第一保护膜111撕开,从而可较简便地将第一保护膜111撕开并去除。需要说明的是,第一磁性部可设置在第一保护膜的一侧边缘(图2以右侧边缘为例),也可设置在第一保护膜的其他侧的边缘。例如,当第一保护膜的主表面为矩形时,第一磁性部可只设置在第一保护膜四个边缘中的一个,也可设置在第一保护膜四个边缘的其他边缘。当然,本公开包括但不限于此,第一磁性部还可设置在第一保护膜的其他位置。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的膜材中,如图3所示,该膜材还包括设置在膜体110上与第一保护膜111相对的一侧的第二保护膜112,即设置在图3中膜体110的下方的第二保护膜112。第二保护膜112也包括第二磁性部1120,第二保护膜112与膜体110之间的粘附力大于第一保护膜111与膜体110之间的粘附力。由于第二保护膜112具有第二磁性部1120,第二磁性部1120具有磁性,因此,在通过磁力在去除第一保护膜111时,可通过将第二磁性部1120吸附,从而将膜材固定,防止去除第一保护膜111时将膜材一并去除。当然,在去除第二保护膜112时,可通过磁力将第二保护膜112撕开并去除。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的膜材中,如图3所示,第二磁性部1120设置在第二保护膜112的边缘。由此,当第二磁性部1110被磁力吸附时,可较简便地将第二保护膜112撕开并去除。需要说明的是,第二磁性部可设置在第二保护膜的一侧边缘(图3以右侧边缘为例),也可设置在第二保护膜的其他侧的边缘。例如,当第二保护膜的主表面为矩形时,第二磁性部可只设置在第二保护膜四个边缘中的一个,也可设置在第二保护膜四个边缘的其他边缘。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的膜材中,如图3所示,第二磁性部1120与第一磁性部1110对应设置,即,第二磁性部1120在膜体110上的正投影与第一磁性部1110在膜体110上的正投影至少部分重叠。由此,当通过磁力吸附第一磁性部1110时,可通过对第二磁性部1120施加磁力来防止膜材产生位移。并且,第二磁性部1120与第一磁性部1110对应设置,因此用于吸附第二磁性部1120的磁力可设置地较小,并且防止膜材产生位移的效果也较好。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的膜材中,第一磁性部包括磁性材料,第二磁性部包括磁性材料。例如,磁性材料可包括铁、钴或镍。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种撕膜装置,如图4所示,该撕膜装置包括承载台210以
及吸附平台220,承载台210用于承载膜材100,吸附平台220设置在承载台210承载膜材100的一侧。吸附平台220与承载台210可相对移动,并且,吸附平台220包括磁力产生装置225,磁力产生装置225可产生磁力。
在本实施例提供的撕膜装置中,吸附平台220包括磁力产生装置225,因此,可通过磁力产生装置22产生磁力将膜材100上带有磁性物质的保护膜吸附,通过吸附平台220与承载台210的相对运动,从而将该保护膜撕开并去除。本实施例提供的撕膜装置采用磁力进行撕膜,无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,一方面可提高撕膜成功率,另一方面也减少了胶带等耗材的消耗。另外,由于磁力产生装置可采用感应线圈,可以通过控制电流的大小,灵活地控制磁力产生装置产生的磁力的大小,从而可适应性地对不同批次的膜材进行高效的撕膜,从而进一步提高撕膜的成功率。例如,当设定的磁力较小无法将带有磁性物质的保护膜吸附时,与感应线圈相连的控制电路可立即增加通过该感应线圈的电流,从而增加磁力的大小以将该带有磁性物质的保护膜吸附。
在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图4所示,膜材100可包括膜体110以及设置在膜体110上的第一保护膜111,并且,第一保护膜111包括第一磁性部1110。吸附平台220的磁力产生装置225可产生磁力并将第一保护膜111的第一磁性部1110吸附,然后,通过承载台210与吸附平台220的相对运动,从而将第一保护膜111从膜体110上撕开并去除。例如,吸附平台220可沿着垂直于承载台210的方向向下运动,以使磁力产生装置225接近第一磁性部1110,然后,吸附平台220可沿着垂直于承载台210的方向向上运动,以撕开并去除具有第一磁性部1110的第一保护膜111。需要说明的是,本公开包括但不限于此,本实施例提供撕膜装置还可通过其他相对运动的方式以实现撕开并去除第一保护膜。
例如,在本实施例提供的膜材中,磁力产生装置225包括永磁体或感应线圈。永磁体可对磁性材料产生吸附力,感应线圈可通过施加电流对磁性材料产生吸附力。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,吸附平台可包括推进机构(图中未示出),通过推进机构可使得吸附平台可相对于承载台移动,从而在磁力产生装置吸附住第一磁性部后将第一保护膜从膜体上撕开并去除。
例如,该推进机构可包括气缸、电机中的至少一种。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图4所示,承载台210还可包括吸附机构215,吸附机构215用于吸附膜材。由此,在使用磁力产生装置吸附第一磁性部时,由于设置在承载台上的吸附机构的作用,膜体不会被磁力产生装置一并吸附。例如,该吸附机构可包括真空吸附装置。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种撕膜装置,如图5所示,该撕膜装置包括承载台210以及吸附平台220,承载台210用于承载膜材100,吸附平台220设置在承载台210承载膜材100的一侧。吸附平台220与承载台210可相对移动,并且,吸附平台220包括磁力产生装置225,磁力产生装置225可产生磁力。如图5所示,该撕膜装置还包括移动机构230,承载台210设置在移动机构230上,移动机构230可使承载台210可移动。
例如,移动机构可包括滑轨。
在本实施例提供的撕膜装置中,吸附平台可保持静止,承载台可通过移动机构向吸附平台靠近,当承载台移动到吸附平台下方时,磁力产生装置可产生磁力将承载台上的膜材的具有磁性材料的保护膜吸附。当承载台通过移动结构继续移动时,可通过承载台与吸附平台的相对运动将该保护膜去除。本实施例提供的撕膜装置采用磁力进行撕膜,无需使用胶带与膜材接触,避免了因机械臂传动的精度有限而导致的胶带抓取失败的问题,一方面可提高撕膜成功率,另一方面可减少胶带等耗材的消耗。由于磁力产生装置可采用感应线圈,可以通过控制电流的大小,灵活地控制磁力产生装置产生的磁力的大小,从而可适应性地对不同批次的膜材进行高效的撕膜,从而进一步提高了撕膜的成功率。另外,本实施例提供的撕膜装置结构较为简单,方便维护。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,膜材100包括膜体110以及设置在膜体110上的第一保护膜111,第一保护膜111包括第一磁性部1110;磁力产生装置225可产生磁力并将第一保护膜1110的第一磁性部1110吸附。当承载台210通过移动结构230继续移动时,可通过承载台210与吸附平台220的相对运动将第一保护膜111去除。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,磁力产生装置包括永磁体或感应线圈。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,还可通过在移动机构上设置多个承载台,多个承载台依次向吸附平台移动,从而可实现连续撕膜。需要说
明的是,本公开包括但不限于此,吸附平台也可移动。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图5所示,该撕膜装置还包括设置在承载台210上的对位机构217。对位机构217可用于使膜材100与承载台210对准。由此,通过对位机构217可使得膜材100可在承载台210上准确放置,以提高后续工艺的准确性。例如,如图5所示,当第一磁性部1110只设置在第一保护膜111的一侧边缘时,可通过对位机构217使得该第一磁性部1110位于承载台210靠近吸附平台220的一端。
例如,在实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,对位机构可包括红外线发射器或照相机。
例如,在实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图5所示,承载台210还可包括吸附机构215,吸附机构215用于吸附膜材。由此,在使用磁力产生装置吸附第一磁性部时,由于设置在承载台上的吸附机构的作用,膜体不会被磁力产生装置一并吸附。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图5所示,膜材100还包括第二保护膜112,第二保护膜112设置在膜体110上与第一保护膜111相对的一侧,第二保护膜112与膜体110之间的吸附力大于第一保护膜111与膜体110之间的吸附力,第二保护膜112包括第二磁性部1120,吸附机构215包括磁力吸附机构2150。由此,可通过设置在承载台210上的磁力吸附机构2150将第二磁性部1120吸附住,从而将第二保护膜112吸附在承载台210上,并且由于第二保护膜112与膜体110之间的吸附力大于第一保护膜111与膜体110之间的吸附力,在使用磁力产生装置225吸附第一磁性部1110时,由于设置在承载台210上的磁力吸附机构2150的作用,膜体110不会被磁力产生装置225一并吸附。需要说明的是,吸附机构不仅可包括磁力吸附机构,还可包括真空吸附机构。
例如,磁力吸附机构可采用永磁体或感应线圈。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图5所示,吸附平台220还包括基板搭载部227,基板搭载部227配置为搭载待贴膜的基板300。由此,承载有膜材100的承载台210先通过吸附平台220上的磁力产生装置225将第一保护膜111撕开并去除,然后通过基板搭载部227将待贴膜的基板300与去除第一保护膜111的膜材(膜体110)相结合。需要说明的是,设置在承载台210上的对位机构217可保证膜材100准确放置,从而可保证在使用基板搭载
部227将待贴膜的基板300与膜体110相结合时的精度。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的撕膜装置中,如图6所示,磁力吸附机构2150为感应线圈。承载台210还包括感应开关240,感应开关240设置在承载台210靠近吸附平台220的一端。当承载台210通过移动结构230移动到吸附平台220下方时,感应开关240感应到吸附平台并使得磁力吸附装置2150开启(即,导电),从而吸附第二磁性部1120。由此,当承载台210不在吸附平台下方时,磁力吸附装置2150不导电,因此不会产生对于第二磁性部1120的吸附力,一方面可节省撕膜装置的能量消耗,另一方面还可调整膜材100在承载台210的位置。
例如,如图7所示,感应开关240可包括两个相对设置的第一导电部2401和第二导电部2402,第一导电部2401与电源相连,第二导电部2402可与磁力吸附装置2150相连(也可为,第一导电部2401与磁力吸附装置2150相连,第二导电部2402与电源相连),吸附平台220上设置有与第一导电部2401和第二导电部2402之间的宽度对应的第三导电部228,当承载台210通过移动结构230移动到吸附平台220下方时,第三导电部228穿过第一导电部2401与第二导电部2402之间,并将第一导电部2401和第二导电部2402电性相连,从而使磁力吸附装置2150开启。需要说明的是,本公开包括但不限于此,本实施例提供的撕膜装置还可采用其他形式的感应开关,例如,通过设置红外线发射器和对应设置的接收器,当承载台通过移动结构移动到吸附平台下方时,吸附平台穿过红外线发射器和对应设置的接收器之间,阻碍红外线的发射与接收,从而可据此判断吸附平台的位置,从而使磁力吸附装置导电。

- 如权利要求1所述的膜材,其中,还包括:第二保护膜,其中,所述第二保护膜设置在所述膜体的与所述第一保护膜相对的一侧,所述第二保护膜与所述膜体之间的吸附力大于所述第一保护膜与所述膜体之间的吸附力,所述第二保护膜包括第二磁性部。
- 如权利要求3所述的膜材,其中,所述第二磁性部在所述膜体上的正投影与所述第一磁性部在所述膜体上的正投影至少部分重叠。
- 如权利要求3所述的膜材,其中,所述第一磁性部包括磁性材料,所述第二磁性部包括磁性材料。
- 一种撕膜装置,其中,包括:承载台,所述承载台被配置为承载膜材;以及吸附平台,所述吸附平台设置在所述承载台承载膜材的一侧,其中,所述吸附平台与所述承载台可相对移动,所述吸附平台包括磁力产生装置,所述磁力产生装置被配置为产生磁力。
- 如权利要求6所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述膜材包括膜体以及设置在所述膜体上的第一保护膜,所述第一保护膜包括第一磁性部。
- 如权利要求6所述的撕膜装置,其中,还包括:移动机构,所述承载台设置在所述移动机构上,所述移动机构被配置为使所述承载台可移动。
- 如权利要求8所述的撕膜装置,其中,还包括:设置在所述承载台上的对位机构,所述对位机构被配置为使所述膜材与所述承载台对准。
- 如权利要求9所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述对位机构包括红外线发射器或照相机。
- 如权利要求6-10任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述磁力产生装置包括永磁体或感应线圈。
- 如权利要求7所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述承载台还包括:设置在承载台上的吸附机构。
- 如权利要求12所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述膜材还包括设置在所述膜体与所述第一保护膜相对的一侧的第二保护膜,所述第二保护膜与所述膜体之间的吸附力大于所述第一保护与所述膜体之间的吸附力,所述第二保护膜包括第二磁性部,所述吸附机构包括磁力吸附装置。
- 如权利要求13所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述磁力吸附装置为感应线圈,所述承载台还包括感应开关,所述感应开关设置在所述承载台靠近所述吸附平台的一端,所述感应开关配置为感应所述吸附平台并使得所述磁力吸附装置开启。
- 如权利要求6-10任一项所述的撕膜装置,其中,所述吸附平台还包括基板搭载部,所述基板搭载部被配置为搭载待贴膜的基板。
