마사지기
본 발명은 서로 비대칭형인 둘 이상의 마사지 롤러를 구비하여 각각의 롤러가 가압하는 힘 및 마사지 패턴 등 서로 다른 마사지 특성을 발휘하고 이를 통해 마사지 부위별 적합한 마사지 롤러를 선택 적용할 수 있는 마사지기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사람의 피부는 나이가 들어감에 따라 탄력이 떨어지고, 주름이 생기며, 오랜 시간 자외선에 노출되면서 각질이 두꺼워져 투명성 및 신진대사가 저하되는 동시에 수분 및 영양 공급이 원활하게 이루어지지 못하게 된다.
이러한 원인에 의해 피부 노화가 발생되며, 피부 노화의 방지를 위해서 영양크림 등의 기능성 물질을 피부에 바르거나, 피부에 물리적인 자극을 주어 신진대사를 활성화하고 이를 통해 피부 탄력을 유지시키는 마사지(Massage) 등이 널리 이용되고 있다.
마사지는 아라비아 어의 ‘압박(Mass)’과 그리스어의 ‘주무르다(Massin)’에서 기원한 것으로서, 피부나 근육에 적당한 자극을 주어 치료하는 방법이며, 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 마시지는 혈액, 임파액 등 체액의 흐름을 촉진하여 국소의 신진대사를 활발하게 하는 것이다.
이러한 마사지는 기본적으로 사람의 손을 통해 이루어지지만, 사람의 손을 통한 마사지 동작은 마사지를 하는 사람의 근력에 전적으로 의존하는 방식이므로 해당 마사지 동작이 오랜 시간 일정한 힘과 마사지 패턴으로 지속되기 어려웠다.

또한, 다양한 형태 및 크기를 갖는 비대칭형의 마사지 롤러들이 마사지기의 작동용 모체 등에 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있어, 마사지 대상 부위의 너비나 형상, 마사지 대상 부위의 피부 건강 상태 또는 마사지 대상 부위가 매우 연질의 피부인지 여부 등 다양한 조건을 고려하여 그에 적합한 마사지 롤러들을 다양하게 선택 및 조합하여 사용하고 이를 통해 보다 향상되고 부위별 적합한 마사지 작용을 제공받을 수 있게 된다.

이하의 본 발명에 관한 상세한 설명들은 본 발명이 실시될 수 있는 실시 예이고 해당 실시 예의 예시로써 도시된 첨부 도면을 참조한다. 이들 실시 예는 당업자가 본 발명의 실시에 충분하도록 상세히 설명된다. 본 발명의 다양한 실시 예는 서로 다르지만 상호 배타적일 필요는 없음이 이해되어야 한다. 예를 들어, 여기에 기재되어 있는 특정 형상, 구조 및 특성은 일 실시 예에 관련하여 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 다른 실시 예로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 각각의 기재된 실시 예 내의 개별 구성요소의 위치 또는 배치는 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않으면서 변경될 수 있음이 이해되어야 한다.
따라서 후술되는 상세한 설명은 한정적인 의미로서 취하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 범위는 적절하게 설명된다면 그 청구항들이 주장하는 것과 균등한 모든 범위와 더불어 첨부된 청구항에 의해서만 한정된다. 도면에서 유사한 참조부호는 여러 측면에 걸쳐서 동일하거나 유사한 기능을 지칭한다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하면서 가능한 현재 널리 사용되는 일반적인 용어들을 선택하였으나, 이는 당 분야에 종사하는 기술자의 의도 또는 판례, 새로운 기술의 출현 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 또한, 특정한 경우는 출원인이 임의로 선정한 용어도 있으며, 이 경우 해당되는 발명의 설명 부분에서 상세히 그 의미를 기재할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 단순한 용어의 명칭이 아닌, 그 용어가 가지는 의미와 본 발명의 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 정의되어야 한다.
발명에서 전체에서 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 “포함”한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 “…부”,　＂…모듈“ 등의 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어로 구현되거나 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 마사지기에 대해 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 마사지기의 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 마사지기를 일 측면에서 본 도면이며, 도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 마사지기에서 마사지 롤러의 다양한 형태 및 조합의 예를 보인 도면이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 마사지기(100)는 작동부(110) 및 서로 비대칭인 복수의 마사지 롤러(121,122)를 포함하여 구성된다.
작동부(110)는 중앙바(111)의 일단에 둘 이상의 분기바(112)가 연결되는 구조이며, 이러한 작동부(110)는 이어서 설명될 마사지 롤러(121,122)의 마사지 동작을 위한 동력을 제공받아 분기바(112)에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 있는 마사지 롤러(121,122)의 마사지 동작이 이루어지게 한다.
그리고 본 실시 예에서는 작동부(110)의 중앙바(111)가 사용자의 파지 및 마사지 조작을 위한 손잡이부인 것을 예로 하였으나, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 중앙바(111)의 길이방향 일단에는 스패츌러부(113)가 형성될 수 있고, 이에 따라 별도의 스패츌러를 구비하지 않고도 마사지 크림 등을 마사지 부위에 바른 후 마사지 롤러(121,122)를 통해 마사지 작업을 할 수 있다.
마사지 롤러(121,122)는 복수로 제공되어 작동부(110)의 분기바(112)별로 해당 분기바(112)에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 이러한 마사지 롤러(121,122)들은 서로 비대칭의 형태로 형성된다. 여기서, 마사지 롤러(121,122) 간의 비대칭은 크기 및 형상 중 어느 하나의 비대칭일 수 있고, 이와 달리 크기 및 형상 모두의 비대칭일 수 있다.
본 실시 예에 따르면, 마사지 롤러(121,122)는 한 쌍으로 이루어지고, 이러한 한 쌍의 마사지 롤러(121,122)가 모두 구형인 조합, 모두 타원형 구체인 조합, 모두 원기둥 형태인 조합이되 그 크기가 상이할 수 있거나, 두 마사지 롤러 중 하나는 구형, 타원형 구체, 원기둥 형태 중 어느 하나이고 나머지 하나의 마사지 롤러는 구형, 타원형 구체, 원기둥 형태 중 다른 하나의 마사지 롤러와는 다른 형태의 어느 하나인 조합일 수 있다.
도 2는 두 마사지 롤러(121,122)가 모두 타원형 구체이되 크기는 상이한 형태에 해당되며, 도 3은 두 마사지 롤러(121a,122a)가 모두 구형이되 크기는 상이한 형태를 예시한 것이고, 도 4는 두 마사지 롤러(121b,122b)가 모두 원기둥 형태이되 크기는 상이한 형태를 예시한 것이다.
이와 달리, 도 5는 하나의 마사지 롤러(121c)는 구형이고 다른 하나의 마사지 롤러(122c)는 타원형 구체인 것을 예시한 것이다.
즉, 도 2 내지 도 4의 예들은 마사지 롤러(121,122,121a,122a,121b,122b) 간의 비대칭이 형상은 같고 크기는 다른 비대칭의 경우를 예시한 것이며, 도 5의 예는 마사지 롤러(121c,122c) 간의 비대칭이 형상이 다르고 형상이 다르면 크기도 다를 확률이 높으므로 크기 및 형상 모두의 비대칭인 경우를 예시한 것이다.
또한, 도 2 내지 도 4의 실시 예를 기준으로 부연 설명하면, 마사지 롤러가 타원형 구체인 것을 예로, 마사지 롤러들은 형상은 동일하면서 크기에서만 비대칭인 예로써, 두 마사지 롤러가 모두 타원형 구체의 형상을 이루는 동시에 이러한 타원형 구체의 크기가 상대적으로 큰 종류 및 상대적으로 작은 종류로 구분됨으로써, 하나의 마사지기를 기준으로 서로 다른 크기의 타원형 구체가 마사지 롤러로써 적용되는 형태나, 상대적으로 큰 타원형 구체가 마사지 롤러로써 적용되는 형태 또는 상대적으로 작은 타원형 구체가 마사지 롤러로써 적용되는 형태가 사용될 수 있다.
그리고 이와 같이 다양한 비대칭 마사지 롤러들의 조합이 보다 다양하게 이루어지고 그에 따른 마사지 기능의 향상을 위해서, 마사지 롤러들은 작동부(110)의 분기바(112)에 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
도 6은 이를 도시한 것으로서, 도시된 바와 같이, 분기바(112)의 일단에 언더컷 돌기(112b)가 형성된 회전축(112a)이 돌출 형성되고, 마사지 롤러(121)의 일단에 분기바(112)의 회전축(112a)이 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 삽입홈(121-1)이 형성되는 동시에 삽입홈(121-1)에 분기바(112)의 언더컷 돌기(112b) 삽입을 위한 언더컷 홈(121-2)이 둘레를 따라 연속적으로 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 상술한 설명에서 한 쪽의 마사지 롤러를 기준으로 설명하였으나, 반대쪽 마사지 롤러도 상술한 구성을 동일하게 가짐은 당연하다.
이러한 구성에 의해서, 마사지 롤러(121,122)는 분기바(112)에 억지끼움 방식으로 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 동시에 결합된 상태에서 회전될 수 있다.
마지막으로, 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 마사지 롤러(121,122)에 서로 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 슬릿(121a,122a)이 연속적으로 형성되는 예를 설명한다. 그리고 이하의 설명에서 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 설명하나, 이러한 설명은 도 3 내지 도 5의 예들에도 동일하게 적용됨은 물론이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 마사지 롤러(121,122)는 서로 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 슬릿(121a,122a)이 연속적으로 형성되며, 이때, 복수의 슬릿(121a,122a)은 마사지 롤러(121,122) 회전으 축 방향과 나란하게 형성되는 것일 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 의해서, 마사지 롤러(121,122)가 마사지 부위를 따라 구름 동작하면서 마사지 기능을 제공하는 과정에서, 마찰감이 향상되는 동시에 선형 지압 및 자극의 기능이 발휘될 수 있다.
상술한 도 1 내지 도 6의 설명을 통하여 알 수 있는 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 마사지기는, 서로 비대칭형인 둘 이상의 마사지 롤러를 구비하여 각각의 롤러가 가압하는 힘 및 마사지 패턴 등 서로 다른 마사지 특성을 발휘하고 이를 통해 마사지 부위별 적합한 마사지 롤러의 선택 적용이 가능케 하여 마사지 기능 향상 및 사용자별 신체 특성 등에 기인한 다양한 욕구를 보다 다양하게 충족시킬 수 있다.
또한, 마사지 롤러의 표면에 음각의 홈들을 형성되어 마사지 시 마찰감 향상 및 선형 지압 방식의 가압 동작이 가능하고 이를 통해 사용자가 마사지 강도 및 가압 방향 등을 보다 다양하게 조절 및 선택하면서 마사지를 받을 수 있게 한다.
또한, 다양한 형태 및 크기를 갖는 비대칭형의 마사지 롤러들이 마사지기의 작동용 모체 등에 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있으므로, 마사지 대상 부위의 너비나 형상, 마사지 대상 부위의 피부 건강 상태 또는 마사지 대상 부위가 매우 연질의 피부인지 여부 등 다양한 조건에 따라 그에 적합한 마사지 롤러들이 다양하게 선택 및 조합되어 사용될 수 있고 이를 통해 보다 향상되고 부위별 적합한 마사지 작용이 가능케 한다.
이상과 같이 본 설명에서는 구체적인 구성 요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시 예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정하여 저서는 안되며, 후술되는 청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적인 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 중앙바의 일단에 둘 이상의 분기바가 연결되는 작동부;
    상기 분기바별로 회전 가능하게 결합되며 서로 비대칭인 복수의 마사지 롤러를 포함하는 마사지기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 롤러에는 서로 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 슬릿이 연속적으로 형성된 마사지기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 슬릿은 상기 마사지 롤러 회전의 축 방향과 나란하게 형성되는 마사지기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 롤러의 상기 비대칭은 크기 및 형상 중 어느 하나의 비대칭 또는 크기 및 형상 모두의 비대칭인 마사지기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 롤러는 한 쌍으로 이루어져, 두 마사지 롤러가 모두 구형인 조합, 두 마사지 롤러가 모두 타원형 구체인 조합, 두 마사지 롤러가 모두 원기둥 형태인 조합이되 크기가 상이할 수 있거나, 두 마사지 롤러 중 하나는 구형, 타원형 구체, 원기둥 형태 중 어느 하나이고 나머지 하나의 마사지 롤러는 구형, 타원형 구체, 원기둥 형태 중 어느 하나이되 두 마사지 롤러의 형태가 서로 다른 조합 중 어느 하나의 조합인 마사지기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 롤러는 상기 작동부의 해당되는 상기 분기바에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 마사지기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 분기바의 일단에 언더컷 돌기가 형성된 회전축이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 마사지 롤러의 일단에 상기 회전축이 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 동시에 상기 삽입홈에 상기 언더컷 돌기의 삽입을 위한 언더컷 홈이 둘레를 따라 연속적으로 형성되는 마사지기.
