Definitions
- the present invention relates to a nanoemulsion cosmetic composition stabilized a high content of oil.
- An emulsion refers to a liquid-liquid dispersion system in which one or more liquid phases are dispersed, which are not mixed in one liquid phase, and generally have a size distribution of several micrometers to several tens of micrometers.
- Macroemulsions with these particle sizes are thermodynamically unstable and are eventually separated by various pathways such as floculation, sedimentation, creaming, ostwald ripening and coalescence. It has a nature to be.
- the stability of the emulsion in the kinetic aspect can be greatly improved by the Brownian motion between the particles, and a low viscosity emulsion having a high inner phase content can be prepared.
- the effective particle can be effectively delivered to the skin small particle size.
- liquid-liquid dispersion systems having a mean diameter of 20 to 500 nm of particles in the dispersed phase, although slightly different according to the literature, are prepared by Nanoemulsion (Flockhart, IR etc, Nanoemulsions derived from lanolin show promising drug delivery properties, J. Pharm.pharmacol. , 50 (Supplement) 1998, 141).

- Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were prepared in the following manner according to each component and the content shown in Table 1.
- each raw material of 1 part was first weighed and then stirred with a disper and warmed (75 ° C.). Next, 2 parts of each raw material was weighed / stirred, heated (75 ° C.), mixed with 1 part, and stirred at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes using a Homo-mixer. 3 parts of the raw material was added at 50 ° C, stirred under the same conditions (3000rpm / 5 minutes), and cooled to 30 ° C.
- the M-110P Microfluidizer ® high pressure emulsifier was used twice and passed under 1000 bar and cooled to 30 ° C.
- the physical or physicochemical properties of the emulsified particles may be changed.
- Figure 1 shows the size of the nanoemulsion particle of Example 1, one pass of Homo-Mix high pressure emulsifier 2 pass. Results show that the average particle size is at the 100 nm level. In general, when the particle size is 200nm or less, the appearance is translucent and bluish. Therefore, it is easy to visually determine whether the nanoemulsion is well prepared. In addition, in the evaluation of formulation stability, it can be determined that stability is maintained when the translucent appearance persists in the same manner as immediately after preparation. The particle size was measured using a particle size analyzer (Submicron Particle Sizer NICOMP 380).
- the size of the particles can be changed according to the experimental conditions (composition content and the number of times of passing the high pressure emulsifier). This particle size measurement can be used as another reliable method in determining the stability of the formulation, in addition to the easy determination with the naked eye.
- Example 2 The emulsion of Example 1 was prepared and the transparency after 30 days storage at 40 ° C. was visually observed, and the results are shown in FIG. 2.
- the viscosity of the product is measured on a Brookfield DV-E viscometer, expressed in centi poise (cps).
- the viscosity of the samples measured in this experiment is shown in Table 2 below.
- Example 1 Apply the amount of the emulsion composition of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 once (approximately 0.5 ml) to the back of the hand to obtain various emotional qualities such as appearance, application, moisture, oiliness, stickiness, adhesion, absorption, after use, and sustainability. This allows you to assess your overall product satisfaction.
- the usability / features of the examples and the comparative examples are shown in Table 2 below.
